Sevierville

Sevierville is a city in east Tennessee. To the south, Great Smoky Mountains National Park has forest trails and waterfalls. A statue of country singer Dolly Parton, a Sevierville native, is downtown by the 1896 beaux arts–style courthouse. The Tennessee Museum of Aviation has vintage aircraft, including 2 rare P-47 Thunderbolts. To the east, the Forbidden Caverns are vast underground caves with calcite formations.

It's labor day weekend and the traffic is terrible. I feel sorry for these nice little shops because it takes forever to get anywhere or to find a specific shop and a parking spot. Apparently this is a great shopping center because it's so busy. If it is like this everyday then I would suggest a few red lights. There are several places to eat too that look great we just couldn't because there wasn't any parking available. I want to come back when it's not so busy so I can check out the shops and restaurants. The video is short because it's the only parking spot we could find.
Terrible parking when it’s busy. Great stores. I can spend a lot of money there!! Most of the stores had amazing sales, I could not pass up! Christmas decorations were up and were beautiful! Next time, I will return on a weekday so I can go into ToysRus!!!!
My favorite stores were lane bryant and .old navy but there are plenty more to chose from. Actually Lane Bryant have so much more than our store at home in NC and alit to chose from
Omg this outlet has the stores. If you can think of a place it's probably there. My wife and I visit and shop here a few times a year. Nike, Colombia, Tommy and Under Armour is our favs. Everyone needs to visit this outlet. Again theres something for everyone. 10 out of 5 🌟
Shopper’s paradise — with plenty nearby! Tangier Outlets really has just about every store you can think of. Whether you’re looking for clothes, shoes, or deals on big brands, this place has you covered. The parking lots can look packed, but they’re bigger than you’d expect — give it a minute and a good spot usually opens up. It’s also in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and other shopping areas, so you can easily make a whole afternoon of it. Great spot to let your wife (or anyone who loves to shop) explore while you grab a bite or tag along for the deals!
Parking and traffic are atrocious even during the slowest times of the year. It's best to park in one place and walk to wherever you're going. You're not going to be able to drive to the shops that you want to go; you won't be able to park. Wide selection of shops from various vendors. They really need to have additional parking in the area and easier access.
I wish I could give 0 stars. We live only an hour away and used to love coming here to shop. The tourists have made it impossible to navigate. We spent nearly 1.5 hrs just trying to park, but the entire place was gridlocked. We left without visiting a single store.
There are a variety of brands, and the sales are great. We stopped by a few stores and got some clothes at great deals.

Loads of fun. we had kids age range from 9-14 and they all had a great time. Only downside was a few of the rides were down and one ride in particular that my kids wanted to ride was out of service. All go carts were fun and we had very little wait time. We went late in the day to beat the heat and stayed til closing. Getting the souvenir cup is worth it because you get free refills.
We took our Church Youth group here on Saturday & had the best time!! We had 51 people ranging from a year old to 70 yrs olds and everyone had a blast. There were a few of our littles that didn’t reach height requirements but were accommodated to enjoy the games indoors. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The guys working the smaller rides were the best guys! Nathanael - the group coordinator went above and beyond for our group to make hosting such a large group as stress free as possible from emailing days before we arrived up until we finished our visit. Definitely a win with our group! Thank you NASCAR Speedpark!
My sons 12&8 And I had a terrific amazing time at this place. My sons are already mechanically inclined and love cars and this was right up their alley. Even the mini golf environment is amazing. It’s set up like a volcano with waterfalls and it’s so beautiful! The staff is also super friendly, but I had to make some special mentions for Emma, Cassie, and McKenzie. Those ladies went above and beyond to make sure that our time here was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot appreciate them more for it!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
We decided to go check out the nascar speed park and it didn't disappoint. We got unlimited rides outside for the go karts and other rides that the kids wanted to go on. The gas go karts are fun, the only thing that costs extra was the 35mph track with higher hp go karts. These were fun and we got to ride on them, the person at the main desk selling tickets told us everything outside was unlimited but it wasn't so that upset us. I talked to Nathaniel and he resolved the issue, he gave us a free pass for the big speedway karts which i highly recommend. The experience was fun and this would be a place id enjoy working honestly.
We had a wonderful time but I recommend getting there early as we got there 2hrs before closing and the food register shut down and had to b restarted so 1 of us waited to pay and only had time for 1 ride. The rest of us ran and rode a few but really costly for late arrivals. We will come early next time! We never got to checkout the indoor games as we had to leave at closing. We spend over $250 for 4 ppl.
What a find! This place is so worth the money and the time! We came here with our 10yr old son to ride go karts and we were pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do here. Multiple two person and single go kart tracks, along with carnival rides lite the scrambler and a mini roller coaster, bumper boats, mini golf and more... we paid a single price and were there for 5 hours! We could have stayed longer- we never made it to the minigolf before we got tired! Definitely great value, and get the refillable drink cup.. it's $10 to add to your ticket and every beverage there is $4 if you buy them separately! We went on a weekday and had no line and no wait for anything.
We were on vacation from New jersey and my 9-1/2 year old twins I were bugging me early on in the trip. So I hid it from them till the last minute. And man did it not disappoint. They had a blast. That’s all they talked about for the two days after. There was a super nice woman named Nicole that was sooo helpful with everything from the second we walked in. Kind, courteous, friendly and willing to help in any way. With to kids that excited to get going , she patiently answered all my questions and got me pointed in the right direction. I’m a large man. 6’8”. 365lbs. She let me go see if I would fit in the cars before I paid my part of the park. Kids were already to go drive. It was a tight fit. But I drive dirt cars, so I knew it was gonna be a crap shoot if I was gonna fit or not. But I barely fit. Enough to have a great time with my twins on the tracks. They must have put 200 laps out there. I want to thank Nicole and all the staff there. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful the entire time. We even did a couple VR games. They were cool as well. Thanks again. Big Al Cheney. New Egypt New Jersey.

LOVED this cave! The tour is a little less than an hour long and there isn't anywhere too steep or hard to access so it's a great spot for toddlers or those who may struggle with steeper inclines. Everything was beautiful inside. It's well worth the money to see a your. Only at one point did they shut off the lights and I was surprised that none of the kids in our group got scared. Everywhere else was well lit with lights to showcase different special areas of the cave. This is a must see!
An absolutely amazing experience. We travel cross country pretty often and decided to stop here on our way home which was an excellent choice. The time that was taken was perfect. Not to long, not to short. The lightening is great so you can see everything around. Our tour guide Ace was knowledgeable and could answer any/all questions. He did a great job, and made the experience that much better. Bravo, to not just a great establishment but passionate workers that care and enjoy what they are doing.
Nice and cool in the cavern. Guide was informative and friendly. Lady at the front desk could smile a bit more but it was the end of the day and she made it clear everything would be closed when we returned from our tour. The entire staff had their personal belongings in hand at 450pm when the tour ended. It made us feel a little uneasy as if we were bothering them. Bathrooms across the street were also closed. I would suggest at least keeping them open until closing time at 5pm so people can use them after the 45 min tour. Just a suggestion.
A guide toured experience that lasted just over an hour I’d say. Our group had a chance of two all the way to 65 and it wasn’t that hard of a walk or anything. You take a lot of breaks when the guy is saying things about specific spots. You go 200 feet down into the cave and a couple people have to be brought back to the front because they couldn’t handle it. It was a really cool experience, probably the best out of our trip. Highly recommend.
Caverns was great to tour. Took about 1 hour. Guide CJ done a good job with our group. We arrived at 10am and had to wait 30 minutes before tour to bring. So bring some patience, we thought the number of people in the entire group was too large. Seemed over 40 people. Overall I would recommend.
This is a fun way to spend an hour and see some really cool geologic formations. The staff is very knowledgeable about the cave, it’s history and it’s geology. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend visiting.
If you have never explored a cave before, go here. It was fantastic, my family and I were a part of a larger group and we had a blast. The guide was great, very knowledgeable with a DJ voice that was fun to listen to. The cavern and its history was fun and entertaining. It is a short drive to get there but worth every mile. I highly recommend this as a place to visit with your family. The tour takes an about an hour and has a few steep grades but I was able to make it with a weak knee. Don’t miss this.
We absolutely loved our visit to Forbidden Caverns. One of our favorite parts of our trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our tour guide was great and the group size wasn’t too big. The tour through wasn’t as strenuous as the other caves we’ve visited in the past. The temperature was cool and comfortable, no need for a sweater unless you’re cold natured. I wore a long sleeve shirt and leggings which was perfect and I’m a Floridian. Make sure to wear athletic shoes as some parts are potentially slippery. We wished we had brought cash to tip our guide but will be sure to revisit next time. Thank you!

Went here with my family on vacation, the animals were amazing, i especially enjoyed the marmosets. Jungle Jim and the live animal show was so great. Mixing a few stunning magic tricks and current pop culture puns together made for an enjoyable experience for adults and kids alike. And the Burmese python Luna was fun to hold and take pictures with. Such a great destination for kids and adults...would highly recommend.
Took my 5 year old grandson to the Rainforest Adventure Zoo today and we had the best time! He loved the live animal show. It was so fun and educational. There is a wide variety of animals all well displayed and cared for. He loved feeding the goats and llamas. The staff was so very nice. The zoo is very reasonably priced. Great to do on a hot or rainy day if you need something indoors. My only wish is that some of exhibits (like smaller snakes and lizards) were not up so high for kids to see. Otherwise, a wonderful place !
What a fantastic hidden gem! I took my 4 yr old granddaughter and she absolutely loved it! She loved that she could peek into the enclosures at her height and really enjoyed the variety of animals. I loved how clean and well taken care of the facility and animals were. We will definitely be back!
This was such a great little spot! We went to kill some time and ended up having a really nice visit. It took us about an hour to walk through, though it could’ve been longer if my three young ones weren’t so impatient. Still, they really enjoyed it, especially my son, who was obsessed with the tortoise and all the different types of monkeys! The zoo is stroller-friendly, which made it easy to navigate with the kids. It’s not a huge zoo, but it’s packed with a good variety of animals, and everything was well-kept and clean. One of the highlights was seeing the axolotls, none of us had ever seen one in person before, so that was a special treat. We did pay a little extra for the animal feed (for the goats and llamas), and I’d say it was absolutely worth it for the fun and interaction. The staff was friendly, and the whole place felt very kid-oriented, without being overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great stop for families, especially if you have young kids who love animals. We’re glad we found it!
This place is so interesting! They have animals you wouldn't necessarily see at a regular zoo. Make sure you stay for the live animal show. It's so fun and entertaining! I promise you will laugh and cringe. Also, if you want to participate in the sloth adventure, call ahead for times because there are limited spaces.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Love this place. Everyone is so sweet. They have an awesome variety of animals. Taylor was so sweet, he introduced us to penny, and let us hold her. The Jungle Jim show is an absolute hoot!! Loved his jokes and seeing and petting the animals. They have goats, llamas and emus too! And we loved their gift shop! Very reasonably priced and nice variety! I am very impressed. And can't wait to go back. We went back, and this time, brought a friend with us who loved this amazing hidden gem.
Had an amazing time! Highly recommend if you’re into reptiles and other animals! They had some that I’ve never seen in person before! Jungle Jim and friends live animal show was awesome, for kids and adults! 10/10 recommend. The live animal show is no extra charge. Also, it was one of the most reasonably priced things we did our entire trip! Also I was extremely impressed with how well socialized the llamas are!!
We came in September, so we knew going into this that it wouldn't be too crowded which was nice. The place is well maintained, the staff seemed knowledgeable. It was so cool! I don't remember his name, but there was a guy showing some snakes and we even got to hold some. Honestly, this was fun for all ages. My little kids LOVED feeding the goats

What a fun place! The owner and her team were outstanding, kind and filled with information. They really go above and beyond to help their animals have a great life and it shows. Very clean and well kept stalls. Although Larry (the camal) tried to bite me. He was awesome to see. Very cool place with an excellent staff! Highly recommended! Great for all ages.
Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and the animal experience is so much fun. They have an array of different species, some I never heard of . We met Zonky the half Zebra/Donkey. He was the sweetest. The deer was fun to feed and pet. The Goats were gentle and so sweet. All the animals were adorable and fun to hand feed. Highly recommend
This place was so much fun and easy to find. We went after lunch on a Monday, and there were only about five other families there. No lines. No crowds. All the animals were friendly and gentle with our 3 and 4 year olds. Animals seemed happy and well taken care of. Would definitely go back!
We had a great time! We enjoyed buying food and feeding the animals. The staff was friendly. They have a gift shop on site. Most of the animals were hungry. It is a great place to take the family.
This place has been a favorite stop every year on our Smoky Mountain vacations! The deer farm has a lot of different animals to see and feeding them is fun. Our favorite part is the horseback riding. The trails are nice, the staff are always friendly and the horses are always wonderful!
This will be my second time coming here, but this time bringing my family and kids! Everyone had a great time petting and feeding all the animals. The employees were all nice and informative. Definitely recommend! Fair prices! And I loved that there were more highland cows!
I think I had more fun than the kids! We even went back and bought more apples at the front because feeding the deer was the best part. Such an amazing experience — we’ll definitely be back!
Great experience. We were there about an hour. You get to walk in and play with some of the animals and can feed them with food you purchase (apples and cups of grain). The elk was super nice and absolutely huge! We arrived at 4pm and there weren’t a lot of people there. We saved $1 per person with a coupon you can get from most tourist coupon books.

We’ve been coming here for years, quite literally a family tradition to do the Wine Trail whenever we’re in town. My youngest brother just turned 21 yesterday, and of course, we knew just how to spend his day! This stop is one our favorite and our usual first stop on the tour. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our family will be coming here and enjoying their wine for many more years to come!
What would have once been a five star review from me is now a one star review. I’ve waited a little bit to write this so I wasn’t writing it out of a place of raw emotion. First thing’s first - I don’t consider myself a drinker. My husband and I purchased some wine from Hillside for our engagement trip and honeymoon to enjoy privately which was 8 years ago and have maybe purchased here once since then. It’s an extremely rare treat for us. We are local and were recently on a trip (our first overnight trip alone together since our honeymoon even if it was just down the road) and decided to stop by Hillside because it’s a tradition. This visit was a bit more busy than the previous ones but not terribly. I would say there were probably 3-5 people in front of us. Usually when we come we can walk right in without a wait. There was a small line so we decided to check out the merchandise and have a look around. After seeing the front room we tried to excuse ourselves around some folks waiting their turn for a tasting. As we were making our way around them, a woman at the tasting counter immediately scolded me for trying to cut the line. I explained that we were not trying to take anyone’s place in line and that we just wanted to have a look around until it was our turn to purchase what we came there for. I guess because it had been so long since I had been there I wanted to just check things out, see if there was anything new or different just for the fun of it. Taking a look around was never an issue on the previous visits and was encouraged so it didn’t occur to me that it would create an issue. She argued with me that we couldn’t get our own bottle of wine anyway and that it was better to wait our turn for a tasting. I told her we weren’t even interested in tasting anything because we already knew what we wanted but just wanted to look around while waiting our turn. She wasn’t happy. We looked around for a few minutes and during that time I expressed to my husband that I wanted to leave without making a purchase because it hurt my feelings. He insisted we get some because it’s a tradition and something rare and special. We got back into line. When it was our turn the same lady that scolded me scowled at us then pointed us into the direction of a young man with a much more positive and friendly disposition. He offered us tastings and we declined, asked for what we wanted and he went to get it. When he got back to the counter with our purchase he joked that “we were experts” and tried to soften the blow which I appreciated. Maybe the woman was having a bad day of her own. Maybe she was trying to practice crowd control…who knows? There couldn’t have been more than twenty people in there altogether. I’ve managed much worse crowds on jobs. I’m sure most people can relate to having certain experiences at places that stand out to you and become a core memory. I’ve had a few of those experiences here where something funny or endearing was said and it just stays with you. That’s what Hillside was to me. I had never had a bad experience before this trip so it was very shocking. I’m not the type to get embarrassed easily but it was humiliating I think because of how shocking it was. I know the woman doesn’t know me from Adam, but assuming I was trying to cut line (especially with all those eyes there to witness it) was hurtful. I’m the type of person that often feels guilt for holding up a checkout line with a buggy full of groceries. I’m sad because what was a special tradition has been tainted for me. Words stick to my mind like super glue. I don’t forget them. Even if something had to be said I think there was a much more professional way to go about it. Sad to say but my heart is “black and blue” after this encounter because Hillside was such a special place to us. I’m very disappointed, slightly angry and really just sad to have this sinking feeling inside when I think of this place as opposed to the once warm and fuzzy, butterfly, excited feeling it used to bring up in me.
This location was amazing! John our guide was knowledge and so friendly. He gave us great advice and we purchased a bottle on his recommendation! The GM Katelyn was also excellent! How do you get great service, products, and experience in one location?! I'll definitely return. I inquired about crackers after the wine and cheese sample and Katelyn gave me complimentary packets for my birthday. We stumbled across this experience but I'm so glad we did! John and Katelyn, thanks for helping make my birthday great camo style!
Great staff, knowledgeable, wi ones made locally, part of a local wine co-op. All wines are solely available at specific shops. Very worth the wine club $10 fee. A must visit!
They promote being pet friendly, but God forbid your dog bark in the winery then they threaten to make you take your dog out on the patio. I will not return there, I will give my business to Mountain Valley Winery as they know how to treat people with their pets. I always gave my business to Hillside but no more after they were so rude to us and it was NOT justified our dog barked a little but not that bad. Don't promote being pet friendly if you are going to threaten people if their dog barks which is their instinct, you can keep your wine won't be back.
We drove an hour & 45 minutes to get here. It was 100% worth the trip!! Our bartender John, did a great job explaining everything & answering all of our questions! We can't wait for our next visit 😁
Nice patio, wonderful selection of wines, easy parking, our waitress/server Kaitlyn answer all my questions and knows that she is serving. Nice winery did I mentioned they have a beautiful patio.
This is another stop on the Rocky Top Winery Trail. We both loved the Cotton Candy and Carnival Candy wines and they really tasted like what they are named after. The staff is very friendly and helpful just like in their others locations! It’s great that they have a wide window to see the wine making equipment.
