He called me to find out if we were done eating and he was surprised to hear we had not gotten our soup/salad or our meals. We were disappointed in our food and would have sent it back had we not been starving from a whole day sight seeing. The wall is lined with people waiting for to go orders as people enter/exit from rear door. And that's the location for drink station plus trash, dirty dishes at the door? 3 employees to prepare food must have all been training. We received food after 20 minutes. COLD soup, cheese wouldn't melt on French Onion. Sandwich fell apart. Baguette was rubbery. Drink station sticky. 45 minutes before we sit to eat with worst service and food=we will never go to this location again! Must be a Dayton thing.

Going through the drive thru is unpredictable and the service is even more. Today was the unfortunate day that marked my last straw. So fair warning to anyone who does continue service here.
