It was not that crowded despite it being Winter Break still so we rode everything multiple times and felt happy to leave after 3.5 hours and lunch inside the park. Overall it was a great visit!

I was disappointed in the cart which was dirty & had no amenities. Would it be so hard to have a cooler? The last course I played even put ice in it for us! The customer service of the guy checking us in could have cared less about us. I was prepared for a slow pace of play after seeing the reviews but being backed up made 18 holes 5 hrs & 20 min which I see is pretty average for this course. You can see the new dam and the old historic one dated 1880s. On a hot summer day, there are not many birds or wild life, but we saw parakeets, spotted towhees and California scrub-jay birds, not counting sparrows, bunnies and other small birds. People on bikes do share the trails with hikers so that’s something to be aware of on the harder hikes . They come from opposite direction sometimes .
