The toasted sesame seeds, white pepper, Szechuan pepper, etc. The chili oil was delicious and nothing was overly seasoned or spicy. My favorite thing that I had was the mushrooms. The texture and taste were such a treat. I would love to come back here if I ever found myself in Copenhagen again. 10/10 recommend. The only thing I did not like was our waitress. She kept trying to suggest things we did not want (we already knew what we wanted) or tried to dissuade me from getting the dessert I wanted because it was not enough to share.
