The toasted sesame seeds, white pepper, Szechuan pepper, etc. The chili oil was delicious and nothing was overly seasoned or spicy. My favorite thing that I had was the mushrooms. The texture and taste were such a treat. I would love to come back here if I ever found myself in Copenhagen again. 10/10 recommend. The only thing I did not like was our waitress.
