The store had plenty of maple and Vermont goods, but the best part was the tasting room in the back. It’s just a massive steel tank of apple cider, completely self-serve, and you can pour as much as you want. The steak was trimmed up with just a little fat cap on the end, the rest being perfectly marble, tender ribeye that ate like butter at a beautiful medium rare.
