Seems to be losing its quality both in food and service over time. We were here for a birthday and the waitress was mopey and reluctant even when we asked for simple things like utensils or water. The food was really sub par. Soggy and bland soft tacos in a weird bowl so eating it is awkward. On our first visit, we were thoroughly impressed. We enjoyed delicious calamari, tempura prawns, sushi, Corona beer with passion fruit. Just so that you know, we were a group of 23. We booked and paid a deposit in advance and gave them our orders before the day so they could prepare. I spoke to the server and the manager as they first wanted to seat us at 1 long table that could probably hold around 10 ppl. Never going to work. I don't think they exeprience too many really big tables as we had to make a plan and squash a bit. Not bad but not very comfortable considering they new we were coming. Ok so besides the seating mess the food took forever to come out and came out in drips and drabs with some people getting their food only when most of us were finished. Not planned at all. Anyway, with the learning bits out of the way, the food was incredible and our waiter and helpers were very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of everything on the menu and it was all good. Very good tastes and flavours. Cocktails were 2 for 1 and they were good too. A good experience in the end and I hope they can improve their handling of their larger tables/orders. There must have been some confusion when it came to paying the final bill as they were not deducting our deposit from the total and kept saying it's "non refundable". Great to have craft beer there as well. But the service was terrible. Waited 50mins for the pizza because it looked like there were only 3 people working there. The cashier had to make and cut the pizza as well as pour the beers... The scooter delivery guy had to also help out with cutting the pizza, clearing the tables and taking phone orders. Terrible management because these poor people are overwhelmed. This makes me worried about attention to detail and cleanliness. My order was taken down wrong and not read back to me...
