A second ipad magically appeared when I insisted it should work but then I was overcharged when I paid using a Qantas Frequent Flyer points. I emailed Fratelli Fresh customer service an hour later with a screenshot of points deducted and a copy of my tax invoice but never got any response back. Terrible customer service and exorbitant prices. Stay away! They do good pasta but it's not worth the your trouble. Very disappointing to think they are even connect to the rockpool group who I've previously had great experiences with.

The Prawn & Garlic Pizza was very tasty and fresh. Big balls of cherry tomatoes and onions which added sweetness to the pizza and good little chunks of prawns were to be seen too. Our fave was the Crab Spaghettini. It was evident that they were quite generous with the amount of crab spread throughout the pasta and it was just beautiful in its flavour and presentation. Definitely keen for this again! I loved my Vanilla Pannacotta. It had the perfect wobble and creaminess to it and paired beautifully with the passionfruit sauce and apricots. The Tiramisu is a very generous serve! My husband struggled to finish it! He said it was probably one of the best Tiramisus he’s ever had! So impressed with our meal that I signed up for the rewards program. You get this cute little key ring with “Fratelli Fresh” on it! The only downside was that there were a lot of people there so it was a little loud and hard to carry a conversation. It’s a good sign though that they were so packed. The bathrooms are also very quirky, combining a big space with mens’ and womens’ cubicles once you walk in and the hand basins are communal and shared. So happened so when we were there, it was after 3pm and they had the special of $3 per item then. The staff were rather friendly.
