进了餐厅，一桌一桌的残羹冷炙，没有人清理。米线难以下咽，羊肉汤就是羊肉片做成的汤，价高味差，点的菜到用餐结束都没有上，索性不要了。

第一次来大学路superstore旁边的Spicy Chef，凭感觉点的这两个(图二三)太好吃了，图二的烤蔬菜就和国内的铁板菜一样色香味俱佳，瞬间胃口大开，那就再点一个招牌MoMo，味道也是相当的不错，吃过很多国家的MoMo，这个最赞，能将素饺子做的这么漂亮，味道相当不错，我还是第一次吃到。尼泊尔风味也是不错,送的蔬菜沙拉＋青汁很合我的胃口。

Not this time! I had the Chicken Tikka and my friend had the Chicken Chow Mein. Both were excellent and Pooja took care of us throughout. Every time this restaurant changes owners - the customer service gets worse and worse. The food is still the best - the house special chow mein is delicious and the main reason I still order from here and not other chinese restaurants (number 3). Unfortunately, for the last 6ish months, I have had to actively call and check to try to find a time that I am able to order it. First time I called later at night (3ish hours before they close) and was told the menu switched to the "night menu" and no chow mein. I have been able to order a #3 up until the last hour/2 from all other previous owners. So I tried a couple weeks later and went at 9pm on a night they were open until 3am, same response. So I tried in the middle of the week right at 4:30pm and the chef was on vacation, no #3. Tried again during the next week after the date of chef's return and I order it, no problem. So I thought I figured it out. A month or two later I try to order a #3 on a Saturday around 8pm. I called numerous times and no answer, and around the 5th time, they answered and then hung up on me. So I assumed it was really busy and they were only doing take out. So I drove down there, the entire restaurant had one family there and no one waiting for take out. I didn't say anything and just asked for a number 3. Same thing, not available on late night menu at 8pm (7 hours before they supposedly close at 3am). I am writing this review because tonight I had the same experience. Called once no answer - waited a couple minutes - called again and was hung up on again. I am not bothering driving down there to check if it's busy and being more than likely told it's just the night menu - no house special chow mein. I guess you can only get a number 3 as soon as they open on a weekday? That is the only time frame I have managed to 1) get someone to answer the phone, 2) not hang up on me, and 3) agree to make a number 3 in the last 6ish months. Part 2: The professional response I would normally expect from an owner of a restaurant would be, "I am sorry for the inconvenience, we are experiencing staff shortages, so our full menu is unfortunately limited to (insert available days of week and hours here). We also are displeased to learn that our customers calls are being repeatedly not answered and/or hung up on, we will look into which employee is responsible and terminate their employment/ retrain them as soon as possible. The 1 star review still stands. You seem to be more interested in just ignoring your customers constructive criticisms instead of fixing them. I have noticed other recent negative reviews, you either accuse them of lying or make excuses for your business. I have already had to get Chinese food elsewhere due to your limited menu numerous times: the Canton, Noodle House, Bien Amigo, and the Royal Garden. I hope this is a genuine wake up call for you to listen to your loyal customers and fix your very serious business issues before you lose more of your customers permentantly - or even worse - the actual business. I honestly don't see how the business owner isn't more concerned to learn peoples' calls are being unanswered and actually hung up on. I would think that calls are the main source of revenue for a Chinese restaurant? And then having the audasity to post, " This is not a reflection on our customer service as you indicate." Like being hung up on is an acceptable customer service ecperience now ... literally just blows my mind... In addition, any company I have ever seen with a high turn over rate and problems retaining employees were either 1) not willing to pay competative wages, 2) had a toxic/incompetent work environment, or 3) were just saying that to purposely under-staff their business to save on labour costs. When we looked at the buffet from our table only two items in the buffet had steam coming from the food. Another huge concern was seeing staff add new food on top of old food numerous times!!! Seems like a decent guy! The food however wasn't great. We decided to give this restaurant a try but I don't think we'll be back. We usually go with China Garden but figured a change would be good. What a mistake! Easily the worst chinese food I've personally ever eaten. Hard, flavorless, undercooked rice.
