Ordered 'shakshuka' which is supposed to be a middle eastern dish with eggs baked in a spiced tomato sauce and variations of legumes. I'm not a culinary purist but what I instead received was a fried egg with a literal tin of mixed beans, no sauce and fried chorizo. The only recognisable tomato component of the dish was the one and a half cherry tomatoes served on top. The dish was also fully unseasoned. Most of the other food had by our table was nice enough, but to call this $24 plate of tinned beans and a fried is is not only incorrect but criminal at this price point. As mentioned above, the venue, service and other dishes were adequate, but this dish specifically needs to be addressed, revisioned or removed from the menu.

The share platter was much smaller than advertised, claiming to feed 2-4 (luckily I only went with my partner but for those coming it will definitely not feed 4). The only positives were the fries and the Kinder Bueno milkshake, but these weren’t enough to make up for the overall experience. Terrible value and service, not worth the hype or the price.

I had to wait a little while for my preferred 4 pack but when they were ready, the second server was very helpful, even giving me tips on how to heat the buns and gave me leaflet (see pic). The original Cinnabon was heated for 35 seconds in microwave and so delicious 😋. Full of cinnamon, spices and brown sugar(?) between soft layers. Frosting tastes a bit like the carrot cake icing but a bit lighter. Very indulgent and so very delicious. It is expensive ($8 each) but one bun could easily be shared between two people.
