We bought 4 cupcakes and one of their cake in a cup. The cake in a cup was not good at all. It was crumbling and the frosting, it tasted old? Not sure how to describe it. I gave it a higher rating because of the creative flavors they have. I think if you’re a sweets person this place is for you. But for us it was too sweet and too artificial. We got the banana tres leches and it was clearly artificial banana and the center filling I think was banana pudding, not tres leches as the name makes you think. Some of the jam fillings, you can tell it’s literally just jam, it’s not homemade or compote, just jam that you can put in your peanut butter sandwich. I hate to write a review like this because the staff were very friendly and the cupcakes look so much fun. But even the consistency of the cupcake itself wasn’t all too good. I definitely see people liking this place if they’re obsessed with sweets but if you’re not into processed/artificial flavors then this place isn’t for you.

Today, 2/21/25 around 9 am I go in to get a bfast sandwich. I receive my order and I go back up to ask for ketchup. I wait while the cashier is helping out another customer. Once they finish, the cashier looks at me, then turns and goes the other direction. No acknowledgement at all. So as the next cashier comes up, I ask them for ketchup. They tell me to wait for them to finish with the other customer after I have already waited patiently. I return to my seat to just eat my sandwich as I don't want it to get cold. She gets upset for whatever reason then starts talking crap about me to the customer in Spanish. I know spanish and overhear this, to which i respond, "mejor dilo con voz alta" (say it louder). The customer apologizes to me which I didn't care about because she's not on the job. So after confirming that I wasn't crazy or just hearing things, I go back up to ask for a refund since I had lost my appetite ( I had only taken one bite of my sandwich). The cashier asks what's wrong with it and I reply that I don't appreciate being spoken about and I'd prefer to spend my money elsewhere. The cashier then lied to my face and said that they didn't say anything about me despite the customer confirming that they were in fact talking about me. Like I said, I don't care about crappy service, honestly used to it at this point. What I'm not cool with is the disrespect and the blatant lie. Hopefully they can train their people to just keep it professional in the future.

Today for the 1st time ever, I was given a terrible, hard, definitely not fresh pretzel. When I asked the girl to replace it, she waved me off & said I can go upstairs & talk to the manager she couldn’t help me. Why? Worst customer service. I was craving some pretzels and checked on Google and it said was was going to close by 6pm. It was 5:50pm and I was about 20min away. I called to double check the closing time and a young lady said they close at 7:15pm. They clearly lied to me since closing times are usually on the hour. I arrived at around 6:20pm to find it was closed. It was this past Sunday that I tried to visit. Sorry I will never visit your store ever again after that.
