Very pretty atmosphere and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The green curry with shrimp was very very good, we also had the Mongolian beef and the the pork which were also tasty. Parking was very hard to find and not handicap friendly so we had to drop off and find parking down the street. There were lots of seating options, tables and booths and two sides to the restaurant so when one side filled up they were still able to take us. They closed after lunch and open back up in the evening.

The crab puffs were hot and full of cheese. I couldn’t really taste the crab, tho. They were tasty, don’t get me wrong, but definitely lacking in the fake crab used in these appetizers. My food came out quickly after the crab puffs, hot and fresh. Overall, the meal was pleasant. Nothing outstanding in any of the dishes, tho. The General Tzo’s was extremely mild in spicing, which some people may like. I do like a bit more heat in my General Tzo’s. The teriyaki was tasty, as were the rice and the spring roll. A solid, filling lunch, with hints of mediocrity. Nothing special or outstanding. If you’re looking for a simple Chinese lunch, this delivered. If you want something that really wow’s your tastebuds, then you may want to try someplace else. The waitress and other staff were excellent. Nice, polite and very accommodating. 5 stars for service but 3.5 for the food. I gave an overall 4 star rating, mostly based on the service.

The surrounding area was a bit sketchy, and I probably would not come again after dark. The inside was cozy, dimly lit with soft music in the background. The place was pretty small, could maybe seat 11 people total, no high chairs. There were clear plastic covers at the counter except for at the cashier. The workers were friendly quick and seemed to be college age. We both got bulgogi bowls, with a level 1 and a level 2 sauce spiciness. Note these two levels are indistinguishable and not spicy at all. These bowls are half rice, a large quarter noodles, a small quarter meat, and a smattering of veggies. Also, the bulgogi was very stringy and tough. Very disappointing and not worth the price. As a last note, be warned that paper bowls they use absorb the sauce from the food very quickly.

The tempera batter was light crispy and hot. The bento box was huge and worth the price. My chicken katsu was excellent, and the beer is only $3. However, the place is dusty filthy all around. The tables are dingy and look like they haven't been turned over since the '80s. The service was also fairly miserable.
