Everytime I order a razzle the bottom has a huge chunk of whatever razzle the last person that ordered had. as a family as started ordering all the same razzles so only one person had the chance of it being disgustingly if it was something weird. That’s literally the only complaint and I’ve never give a bad review unless it’s something that keeps happening and this has happpend since I first tried this place when I moved close enough to come all the time. There was a point last summer when I was taking my kids there twice a week but it always causes problems bc one of the kids is pissed and crashes out. Luckily I figured out to just always ordered the same and give them mine when we discovered which person got the gross one. Anyways, I seriously love zesto so this pains me, but if they actually read this and it changes I’ll remove my review. Sorry guys I think your food is amazing but for the price and the tip I give I’d appreciate basic food safety standards across the board with all of your employees and not one employee ever cleans the razzle machine in between each order.

I pulled up to curb side and placed my order. 4 whole minutes passed and the food is at my window. Well you know thats to good to be true so I open up the chicken sandwich that i added cheese to and its soggy, cold, not even slightly WARM. Nope, i took it back inside and told the cashier this is old as dirt and I will wait for fresh. He took the sandwich back and they had no problem with it and I stepped off to the pickup area. Less then 5 minutes later the kid is handed me a small bag with a sandwich in it and I leave. I just got home and ill be damned if they didn’t just give me THE SAME SANDWICH I RETURNED AND CALLED IT FRESH! This is disgusting and I spend hundreds at this location, never ever again. I want my money refunded and people will be hearing about this. Never in my life have I saw a place try to slip the same OLD NASTY SOGGY chicken sandwich out. This is normal for this place as well. Do not go there unless its a big rush or you will get nasty old warmer food, i promise.

Overall the experience was good. I forgot how greasy it all was. I need to go hibernate. The bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings was the best tasting burger I've had in town. They were advertising the Fried Asian Chicken Salad with an Egg Roll. A family was checking out when I arrived, and another family was ordering when I arrived. For the money $15+ per person, I recommend the Chinese Buffets or Mall food court.

The lady brought it to us at 2:08pm, and said the other 2 will be right now. At 2:16pm my other child and myself got our ice cream. My blizzard was melted, and my child's looked freshly made. I will probably never order from this location again. At least the one down 1st Ave will get you ALL of your ice creams in a timely matter, and not melted. If I wanted a shake with toppings, I would have ordered that. Very disappointed. Should have just given them their ice cream back, and get a refund.
