I asked again and he tells me to go wait at the parking spots by the drive thru window. I go and wait again. No one comes. I then walk up-to the drive thru window and ask about my order. I’m told they don’t do curbside therefore my order was never prepared. I show him my confirmation email with order details. He checks the computer and realizes no one has made it. He tells me they will make it. I go sit in my car once again. After a few cars get their order I’m still waiting on mine. I walk up again up to the window. I ask and they are still not preparing the order because it is curbside. They operate with 2 prep lines. One for inside customers and one for drive thru. So no one makes curbside orders. After complaining about the amount of time I’ve been waiting, they finally claim the inside prep line is going to make my order and instruct me to go inside to get my food, which completely defeats the purpose of making a curbside order where you don’t have to get out of your vehicle. Then I get my order and it’s sloppy and I got the wrong sauces. The crew seems rude when you complain and they just seem like they don’t care about the customer. I usually order a 2 piece dark meat with ceasar salad and balsamic tomatoes. The first time my order was wrong i gave them benifit if the doubt. This time i went through drive-thru and repeated my order about 4 times loudly, clearly, and slowly because each time the lady read my order back,she had my order wrong.
