Guess they do more drive-thru/take-out vs. seated customers. The employee taking the order said she'd bring it out to me when ready, and since all the tables were taken, I sat at 1 of the outside tables. After a few minutes, I assume it might have been a manager (since she didn't have a uniform like the other employees), poked her head outside, and asked me my name. After confirming my name, she said they've been calling my name since my order was ready. When I walked in to get it, every guest turned and looked at me as I walked to the counter. They don't serve milkshakes. They serve soft, serve ice cream in a cup with a the straw. None of the tables were cleaned, and one of them was actually broken and laying partially on the floor the napped and dispenser look like it's been hit with a baseball bat and they don't give you ketchup with your order you have to request it. That took an extra five minutes after I got my food so the food got cold. Only one overworked cashier and they don't bring out your food. They just shout your number out and if someone doesn't come get the food, they keep shouting the number until the food is picked up, which was kind of annoying. This place used to be great but has dropped in quality recently. I have been here several times in the past after events or church. However this time was not the same experience I had come to expect from Steak 'n Shake. As a former waitress I have to say the sections were filthy! I was wiping down the back corner booth to set up my toddler's high chair and all of my baby wipes came up black filled with dust and dirt (see my picture)! After going through five or more wipes trying to clean this table and booth seat, we ended up having to move to a different table that was actually cleaned. I don't want my toddler eating off of that! Gross! Management needs to get on it and make sure ALL the tables both seats are cleaned. This is unacceptable and not food safe. It really is the bare minimum expectation that the table and the seats should be clean. I would never have let my section get this dirty as a waitress, my manager would have lost his shit if my tables looked like that. Other things: Also my son's hot dog did not have a bun but a piece of toast?!?!. The hot dog was cut in half for some reason. Husband and brother loved their shakes though and the rest of the food was the same quality it has always been. There is a new weird refill system for drinks where you have to scan your receipt to get a soda refill. There is a slight delay but I eventually figured it out.

I took video, but I wasn’t able to get any with him wiping his forehead. I noted that ALL THE OTHER Employees were wearing hats! Your store does not come off as warm, or friendly like the kind of place that I’d want my teenager to work. I stood and watched the manager a long time deciding whether or not to cancel my order. I didn’t want him making my food…BUT THEN!! I heard the phrase “May the odds be ever in your favor” (from the Hunger Games) This was accompanied by the sun coming out from behind the clouds and angelic music in the background! My dude had to go to the bathroom and he called one of the girls to make our order!! Crisis Averted!!!!! So, I made my way to the drink station I found the floor to be Seriously SLIPPERY!! I noted that there were NO anti slip rugs anywhere!! You just haven’t gotten the “right” or wrong person in your restaurant yet, sir. This is a slip and fall case waiting to happen!!😡 I will say that the table tops were all clean, and there was no food, food particles, mustard or ketchup to be seen anywhere in the restaurant tables or floors! Then we got our food, it looked great. My burger was hot and tasty. The fries however were cool..and not in a good way😡 This location was a mixed bag for me. I see why it’s been rated a 3.5

One of my favorites from Zaxby's. They had an attendant out in the drive through to help with the busy volume and it does flow rather quickly. Service is prompt and courteous with workers in clean uniforms. Parking lot was clean and free of debris, never known Zaxby's to be a dirty restaurant anywhere for that matter. My Super Greek was huge, very rich and filling, you can’t go wrong with a classic. We also got a chicken and veggie pita, and a couple of their grilled cheese pitas, the Angie steak and a Cuban. I know not everyone is perfect and people have bad days but I’m done getting my order wrong or messed up every time I DoorDash and/or pickup from them. In person everything is fine and always right. I also substituted for lite ranch instead of ceasar. Not only did my wrap come not even sealed and almost falling out, it had some spicy orange sauce on it with tomatoes. On top of that I order extra lite ranch and their salsa which I find delicious and get every time and pay extra for. I did not receive any of my sauce. I got the jalapeño corn on the side it was great considering it’s the only thing I could eat. Just wish they filled it up a little more for the price they charge. So when i got to work i called and let them know that there was protein powder in my drink and they argued with me and said “ oh well the girl who made said she didn’t put any in there so I don’t Know what your tasting because she only put sugar in it” which if that’s the case then she put quite a bit of sugar since i watch how many scoops she put in. I asked to speak to the manager and it got quiet for probably about 2 minutes before the young Lady on the phone took down my name and number and said that her manager would give me a call. It has been weeks and i have not received a call which personally I think is very unprofessional.

To start, I placed my order online (as I've done before) with no problem. Two foot long subs which were already paid for and expected to be ready at 9 o'clock. When I arrived to this subway it appeared to be closed so I walked up to the window only to see the cashier closed down and cleaning for the night. Doors locked and lights off. This was at exactly 8:54. I also noticed that the sign on the door says closing time is 9pm vs 11pm that is listed on Google. I was knocking on the door so that I could see about getting my money back since I clearly wasn't getting my sandwiches. I at least wanted my money back... so the cashier continues to ignore me with no type of acknowledgement at all! I also called after thinking she didnt acknowledge me for her security just to get ignored again. I have yet to speak to someone about this but I've decided to NEVER support this location again simply for the fact of how this has happened and because the same cashier who decided to close the store early and ignore a paying customer is the same cashier who gave me the worst attitude during my last visit to this location. I don't believe in spending my money in places that I am not wanted.
