All of the fast food establishments in this area have been beyond disappointing. This Zaxby's is the exact opposite of that. I'm honestly blown away at the level of service that I got when I went for the first time in person. I didn't have my contact lenses on and couldn't see the menu. So I told the cashier, who I think was the manager, and she happily guided me to the best thing on the menu for what I was wanting. She gave me my cup for the drink and pointed me to the drink station. While I was pouring my drink, she walked from the counter to the drink station and happily handed me my food. I have never been treated with such grace and care at any fast food establishment. The food was also excellent. This is the only place where I've found the chicken is fried perfectly and still juicy on the inside through each bite. It's truly fantastic. Since that first time, I regularly order through ubereats due to being lazy when it comes to food. Even then, the food quality has never diminished whatsoever and the presentation is excellent. I'm quite baffled that others were saying their presentation is a mess...despite those same people also saying they were eating while driving. So shocking that food moves around when the car does 🙄 Before you think I work here: I don't. I own my own business east of the perimeter. I just know that this particular dancery doesn't need any hateration or holleration.
