Today’s burger was over cooked and dry, and the bun was dry too. Plus, just one pickle slice on it? Here’s hoping that I’ve just been unlucky and they are better next time I’m back. We refuse to enter the store as the staff are all very rude and have poor attitudes. We only order pick-up through the app to avoid interacting with the staff because of this issue. The sign out front has no light bulbs and missing pictures. The paint inside is faded. Now the food. I use to over look how run down this place was because the chicken tenders were fire, for some reason they QUIT using the chicken badder and use the fish badder for the tenders which makes them slimy on the inside and gives them a fishy taste. When we got home, everything was in the bag. There was no lobster, the fish literally when you laid it down on the plate grease ran out of it. The chicken could not even be eaten. I called the store and was literally told. nothing would be returned, and they would replace the coleslaw that was missing if I'd like to come get it. I honestly didn't go back, and I will tell people about it with the economy the way it is $30 for two people is one thing but when you got a family of four or five and you get home and nothing is rightand the food cannot be eaten for the way it was cooked. I don't even think I can bring myself to eat knowing I've been treated that way and what they do to others and then not say anything. I too have a business and I would never ever treat my customers that way. When you have four employees in there when cooking pouring in the grease trying to run the window and the cash register one standing at the back door, smoking a cigarette. I should know better because I used to see limes at your window, if you lived here, you would not see those lines anymore when I go by it's mostly employees cars. That's sad with the respect of the name of long John silvers that they would allow us to happen. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!To top it off after we finally received our food our sandwiches weren't made as ordered. We still have not received the refund from the first store.
