Let me start by saying the service was excellent. The staff were all very attentive and nice. Unfortunately the food left a lot to br desired. They offered a sirloin but it was only 6 oz, so I went with the 10oz ribeye, listed at "market price" which i thought was odd but hey im willing to pay for a nice steak accordingly. Unfortunately what I received was the lowest quality ribeye, if it even was, that I have ever seen. In my town they serve these as a steak and egg ribeye and you know it's going to be a pretty sorry piece of meat but they also charge a relevant price. The girl on the phone seemed like she was having a hard time getting our order down but when she finally did we were told there will be a 20 minute wait. So we wait 20 minutes and then head over. We show up and go to the drive-thru to pick it up. We then sat in the drive-thru window for 5 minutes without anybody coming over or any service whatsoever so then we decided to park and go inside to pick our food up. The pizza was alright but we were pretty disappointed with the “Cheese Sticks” they were mostly just bread with garlic and Parmesan sprinkled on them. Actual cheese nowhere to be found. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy with a great butter and herb mix on top. The sides were wonderful as well. The manager checked on me multiple times to assure everything was good, which was appreciated. The atmosphere is a lot of fun as well. Sports on the TV, lots of interesting signs and decorations, even a small shop up front for Route 66 souvenirs. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area or just passing through as it’s right off the highway and easy to access. Great job Lucille’s!

The gizzards were so over done they were rock hard, tasteless and like bits of shoe leather. The waiter took them back and had them remade. The second plate seemed only partially cooked. Please do not support this subway, they deserve to be shut down.
