Tita's is situated in the Hukilau Marketplace right by the entrance of the Polynesian Cultural Centre (PCC). Considering it’s a food truck at PCC our expectations weren’t super high, but we didn’t expect to throw 3/4 of it in the trash and have to go find someplace else to eat lunch. A meal has to be really, REALLY bad for me to take the time to write a negative review. This was hands down the worst meal Ive had on Oahu in my 30 years of coming here.
