My wife had broken her foot that very morning and she was not able to go get the order and she had a family member coming to pick it up. The manager was rude to my wife and when asked his name he refused to say his name. Then he hung up on my wife while she was still asking questions about how she would be able to get this order completed. I then called the store back and talked to the same manager about the situation and he lied to me about what had happened and accused my wife of being rude to him. I told him I was standing beside my wife and heard the phone conversation as her phone was on speaker. We also happened to have a baby camera on in our house that had inadvertently recorded the phone conversation and the manager hanging up on my wife while. I asked the manager if I could get a contact person to call that could deal with this issue and he said no. He said it is a corporate store. I asked him what the reason for hanging up on my wife .
