First time I had a seen and tasted a Bun Parotta. Outer crust on both ends are crunchy and importantly soft layers on the inner side. Aatukaal paaya was recommended but we went with Chettinad chicken which was too perfect. This Biriyani called Nawabi style is exactly what we were looking for as Ambur type. Spice levels were good even for children. Mutton chunks were super soft and the meat flavour was all over the rice. We had Sheekh Kebab, Pudding and Makkan Beda which satisfied what was expected. From the moment we entered, we felt the care for hospitality. I have never seen a place where everyone’s goal is to keep you happy and serve happiness with food.
