We tend to go for wine pairing only on special occasions where we can justify the extra spend. We tend to visit this area of the country once or twice a year so will definitely be back again. It was perfectly cooked, slight hint of juicy, all the trimmings as expected. The quality of the beef far exceeded that! Peak time the service was a little slow, but normal for that time of day. All around us people finished their meals and left, it was noticeable how quickly, quietly and efficiently the tables were cleared - cleaned - and made ready. It is remarkable because so many establishments do not train their staff to do this task effectively. I thought the food section of the store might have carried way more stock in variety and selection. It remains to be seen if their business model can sustain it.
