Produce wholesaler
Market
Ota Market is a must-visit for early risers and food enthusiasts. It's the largest fish, fruit, and flower market in Japan, opening at 7 am. The market features a visitors center, fishery exhibit, and numerous restaurants offering fresh ingredients. On clear days, you can catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji from the rooftop section. Raised catwalks provide great views of auctions.
Good place for shopping and enjoying lunch.
U. X — Google review
One of the public markets in Tokyo. Visitors can also buy products and make use of restaurants in the market.

Its an industrial wholesale market. While good for local business, if your a tourist there is no reason to visit.
Alpaul — Google review
It is a whole sale market but there are restaurants inside. If you are working there you can find good food.
Mohamed A — Google review
Don’t go, unless you are a huge hotel chain, or a global importer, looking for 50 tons of Chilean lemons, or 10 containers of watermelon. If you hope to find small competing stalls offering beautiful and perfectly sun-ripened $200 Japanese melons, or magnificent $100 grapes, this 20 acre industrial mega-campus of wholesalers is not for you.
Michel G — Google review
This whole sales market is not for general tourists. It's a busy market with lots of vehicles, large & small, running around quickly. If you do come here, take the overpass walkway from the front gate, & walk in thru the upper level where there is a brief description of this market in 4 languages. Then follow the sign written in Japanese, 見學者..., & see the market in operation from the top floor walkway. Don't come down to the ground level while you are inside of the market, except you are on the east wing where there are some restaurants/mom&pop shops located. If you walk on the ground floor, that will endanger yourself & the people who work here since you will be in the way of the small rushing cargo vehicles. The things to see would be the auction processes in the early morning, other than that what you will see will be some big warehouse with lots of vegetables/sea foods boxes on the floors with lots of small cargo vehicles running.

Great place for low cost fish and meat purchases. Open every day. Although you need to be early while the fish stands close before noon.

Shinto shrine
Sights & Landmarks
Anamori Inari Shrine, a Shinto shrine dating back to the early 19th century, is known for its striking corridor of red torii gates and numerous stone fox statues. Originally built to protect villagers from natural disasters, the shrine offers worshippers sacred sand called Osuna, believed to fulfill various wishes such as success in business and safe travels. Situated near Haneda Airport, it was relocated due to airport expansion.
Anamori Inari Shrine is a stunning gem located in Ota City. I initially planned to visit during the day, but due to traffic and other commitments, I ended up going in the evening. And honestly, it was the best decision I could have made! In the evening, the shrine was completely quiet, with no one else around. I was able to take my time and fully appreciate the beauty and tranquility of the shrine without any distractions. As you can see from the pictures, there were no crowds, and I had the opportunity to admire the architecture and atmosphere in peace. If you're considering a visit, I highly recommend going in the evening for a truly serene experience!
De-Jie T — Google review
The shrine is located near Haneda Airport. The grounds are very clean and beautiful with many torii gates. When purchasing red seals, it is better to purchase three kinds of seals at once. If you do not purchase them together, you will not be able to get the third red seal.
Yuni — Google review
WoW! One of the coolest Shinto Shrines I’ve visited in the Tokyo area. Reminds me of Fushimi Inari in Kyoto. Super well kept and the red Tori gates were very nice. There is a small mountain up the stairs. Easy walk from the station.
Daniel S — Google review
Charming temple that is much larger than it seems at first. As we were staying at a hotel near the airport (we arrived VERY late the night before), I'd done a little scouting on Google Maps beforehand, and knew I wanted to see this place. The history of the temple is long, and not particularly relevant to your enjoyment of it, so I'll let others expand on that. I just wanted to visit because I like Babymetal, and there are tons of fox god idols here, so that was all the motivation I needed. There's nothing else like it in the immediate area: everything else is modern, either a business or a neighborhood, so Anamori Inari temple stands out as a result. It's an island of serenity floating in the sea of madness that is the greater Tokyo area, and absolutely worth a visit.
Jason C — Google review
A very nice little shrine with Toros just like Fushimi inari in Kyoto. If you take Keikyu line to Haneda and have plenty of time, then consider a stop here!
Martin G — Google review
Beautiful shrine that is small enough to walk with my children so they appreciated the culture and beauty. Suggest getting the pamphlet in storefront that explains every prayer spot. Also got in pretty early to avoid crowds.
Nicole M — Google review
A beautiful small shrine near Haneda airport that has a corridor of torii gates and many smaller shrines and gates for a fox deity from the area. The shrine is small and beautiful with a small vantage point for a lovely view. I emphasise small though and if you are al3wady planning to visit Kyoto, it may not be worth going out of your way to be here. During tourist seasons it will be unbearably busy. There is only space for a single file of people and they even have a luggage lock up location cos of the negative impact of people trying to rush the shrine on their way to the airport. Save this location for when you are in Japan off-peak or perhaps an evening. It is lovely but only when it is peaceful. And despite all this, if you have many shrines and the major shrines on your to-do list, it may not be time best spent to get here as there is not a wealth if other things to do for a relatively short trip to Japan.
Daryl S — Google review
If you’re looking for a unique experience like Kyoto’s famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, but in Tokyo, Anamori Inari Shrine is a must-visit. Located near Haneda Airport, this shrine once stood on the airport grounds before World War II. Back then, it was known for having an astonishing 47,000 torii gates — far more than Fushimi Inari’s estimated 10,000 gates today! The torii formed long tunnels stretching for kilometers, so dense that they created shade and even protected visitors from the rain. Today, while the shrine is much quieter, it retains its magical charm with rows of bright red torii gates. Locals believe that if you pray here in the morning, your wishes may come true by the evening. Once a bustling destination like Asakusa, the area used to be lively with inns, geisha houses, hot springs, and even clam-digging beaches. Even now, the number of torii gates keeps growing — almost as if multiplying like magic! Highlights: • Walk through vibrant red torii tunnels with a peaceful atmosphere • Perfect quick stop near Haneda Airport • Rich history as one of Tokyo’s former major attractions • A shrine so charming, you might become a lifelong fan after one visit! Come feel the powerful energy, make a wish, and maybe… see it come true before sunset.

The park features a 400-meter white sand beach suitable for sunbathing and playing in the water. Families can enjoy gathering shellfish and crabs along the seashore, while also taking advantage of the playground equipment and natural spaces available.
A nice place for evening stroll! Many families come here for visit! This is an artificial beach good for family outings! You might find a calm spot if you find! good place for summer one day trip!

Nice big park, open spaces, places for children to play, picnic blankets to be laid down, even some large ish trees to provide shade, sandy beach. Only downer is the view across the water is not particularly nice. Lots of sports fields nearby, other parks close as well. Surprisingly nice for the area you walk through to get there.

One of my all time favorite places to enjoy the sun in Ota-ku. If I'm not walking or running along the Tama, you can find me soaking up the sun here. For a perfect weekday afternoon I recommend swinging by the nearby Lawson for a few snacks and maybe a crisp local microbrew on the beach. If you are there on the weekend then you should be able to take advantage of the cafe on-site.

Museums
The Omori Nori Museum is a place where visitors can delve into the history and production of nori, a staple in the Japanese diet. The museum offers hands-on classes for those interested in learning more about nori cultivation and processing. Additionally, nearby Mihara shotengai, once part of the old Tokaido highway, features various establishments selling nori and related products.
Free yet well-designed museum with a great view of Tokyo Bay from the rooftop! In the first floor, we’re welcomed with the video played on screen and the audio from nori-farmer mannequin plus his boat displayed in the center. The library also attracted my kid to read all-books-about-nori and play puzzles. In the second floor, we could see some real tools for growing nori in the sea and photo gallery about old Omori city as one of large nori producers in Japan. While visiting this museum, I recommend you spare one day to enjoy the playground, beach, sea, and greens around (esp in the spring time, it becomes sakura huge garden).
Ega P — Google review
Tiny museum but full of information. Who knew how the nori leaves are made or that they were first invented there? Many hands(and feet) -on experiments for kids and grown ups.

(Translated by Google) Visited in early November 2025 I always pass by this place for work, but I rarely get to go. It's so close yet so far away. This time, I finally managed to find the time to visit. It's truly an amazing facility. It's also great that it's free. Even adults who are interested can enjoy it. If you want to see everything, you'll need 90 minutes. You can also see the changes in Haneda Airport's expansion through photos. The adjacent park is also nice. I envy those who live nearby. Visitors can enjoy boat rentals on the lake and explore the picturesque bridges within the park.
Very nice park to stroll around and see the autumn foliage! You can rent boats to enjoy the lake. Lots of wildlife photographers waiting around to take pictures of the different birds in the park.

Udon noodle restaurant
Tsurutontan Haneda Airport is the perfect spot to savor authentic UDON noodles before departing Japan. The restaurant offers affordable prices and a friendly, helpful staff. Known for its massive Instagram-worthy udon bowls, it's a great choice for a satisfying meal before catching your flight. The menu features options like cold tempura udon with minced radish and hot shabu-shabu beef udon, both receiving positive reviews.
Recommended by a friend! I ordered the autumn menu, Udon with Wagyu & Autumn Mushrooms in Beef Bone Broth. The udon had a perfect chewy texture, and the broth was rich, deep, and incredibly comforting. Looking forward to coming back and trying other menus on my next visit!
Nicholas G — Google review
Queue was short when I arrived. Normally there’s a short cut and goes around the corner. Fully autonomous experience, ordering can be in English using the tablet. Udon serving is huge, free noodle serving up to 2 and a half. Make sure you select properly. Soup is delicious! Highly recommended.

I finally visited the Tsrutontan. I’d heard rumors about. There was a long line, but since I had time to spare, the wait didn’t bother me. You order by selecting from a touchscreen panel. The portion size was standard. The taste was just as I expected—nothing particularly amazing, but nothing bad either. I think I’d line up again for it.
Ciaociao K — Google review
Come here for very chewy udon. Chose the No.1 most popular and No. 37 which is flavoured with lime and served chilled. Wagyu beef was very tender but broth a tad too salty for my taste. You can have up to 3 servings for the same price but 1 serving is enough to fill you up. Opens very early and there was already a queue. Healthy udon made of wheat germ and wheat bran. Service was efficient and environment pleasant.
Grin G — Google review
The food is amazing and the portions are very generous! The staff are super polite and nice. The store is always very clean. They have a wide selection of very unique udon flavors.

Came here early in the morning on a weekday after I arrived to Tokyo on a red eye flight so there was no queue at all! Helps that they open super early in the morning. Had the carbonara udon and thoroughly enjoyed my meal! The ingredients were a bit lacking though. Will be back again in the future for sure.

We were so glad that this famous udon restaurant got a branch inside Haneda airport terminal 3. We reached the restaurant on weekday 6pm. Queue time about 20 minutes. After we were seated, we needed to use the pad to order ourselves. The beef udon was out of this world. The noodle was so thick, bouncy, and with special tone down taste. Even eating the udon itself was already satisfying. The beef was tender and juicy. Thr broth was full of the goodness of fish. The onion was special as well. 5 stars The egg drop udon was totally new perspective. It tasted very unique and special the broth was delicious. 4 stars

Shabu-Shabu Tajimaya at Haneda Airport Garden is a must-visit for those craving a delectable shabu-shabu experience. The all-you-can-eat Wagyu Shabushabu is highly recommended, offering quick service and amazing quality beef. Located on the 1st floor of Haneda Garden across Oedo Food Hall, this spot offers reasonably priced meals and great service.
The lunch set is a nice starter. We select one special set with special and Kobe beef. The other is a budgetary lunch set. You can taste the beef slices grading differences. All of them are yummy. Very large portion of vegetables. The whole lunch experience is nice!

Amazing final meal for my Japan trip 2025. All you can eat wagyu, veges, mushrooms, rice. The meat was so good. the mushrooms were amazing quality. Rice was great. The waitress with the braces was so kind. Service was amazing and friendly. Fast. Great value.

Nice spacious shabu spot inside the airport in the sky garden Mall area connected to terminal 3 on the first floor. Would recommend if you have some spare time and spare stomach space. We only got their lunch set instead of the all you can eat. It was just enough for two avg sized women. So if you can spare the time, go for the all you can eat, it doesn't cost much more.

Excellent staff, terrible and disrespectful manager rushing clients. I understood you were closing at 9:30 the first time, no need to repeat it 4 times and then ask how I would like to pay even before I can see the bill. And yes, we did leave on time. Worst restaurant manager I’ve ever seen. I never ever wrote a bad review about any business but this time I had to. I pity the people working for this guy, good luck to them.

Great service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The meat was delicious and well worth the all you can eat price. Every time we ordered additional food, it came out quickly. We enjoyed our meal. Plus this is such a convenient location for people with a few hours to use up before flying out. I do worry about the cleanliness of this restaurant. There was a dead fly in my utensils container and the fried tofu I ordered had a hair on it.

TENDON TENYA Haneda Airport T1 Shop offers quick, delicious, and reasonably priced Tendon meals with juicy sauce. The efficient system ensures that your dish is served promptly. You'll savor the freshly fried tempura, which sets it apart from pre-cooked ones. While it's recommended for tourists and business people, families may find the shop a bit tight with queues.

Quick, tasty and reasonably priced Tendon (Tempura on top of rice in a bowl) with juicy sauce. The system is very efficient and the dish will be served in no time! (Translated by Google) I visited here on 5/31/2025 after seeing a post from an acquaintance. I was so impressed that I decided to have lunch here after arriving at Haneda Airport from now on! The service and taste were completely different from what I would expect from the store's appearance and the ticket purchasing system. Since it was my first time, I ordered the "All-Star Bowl". The staff's movements were quick and pleasant, and the countertop set was immaculately clean, so it's safe for both men and women who dine alone. The taste was the same as the traditional "tempura bowl I had at a soba restaurant," and I have no complaints about it, as I have Tokyo roots. Next time, I'll decide on the vegetable tempura bowl. Shrimp is good, but I think the vegetable tempura here is probably the best♪ (Original)

Yoshinoya - Haneda Airport Terminal 3 is a unique fast food chain offering unagi all year round, with food campaigns that differ from the rest of the country. It's known for its reasonable prices and being one of the few restaurants open 24/7 at Haneda airport. The restaurant is located on the upper floor and offers an English menu. The Beef Pan Set, which includes salad, rice, and miso soup, is highly recommended.
I had a great experience at Yoshinoya in Haneda Airport Terminal 3. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the food was exactly what I needed before my flight—delicious, satisfying, and affordable. Although signages in the airport indicate that this area is 24hours food, they are closing at around 9pm. So all is take away orders where we can eat outside the shop. A quick bite before flight. Extremely popular with the diners here. Besides that, other popular food includes Xiao long Bao, steamed dumplings, all the dim sum. Honestly, the Chinese food is a bit different from what I usually have. The fried dumplings were really good, however, the xiao long Bao is a bit bigger in size than usual and it wasn’t served with vinegar and ginger. The skin was a bit too thick for my liking. The same with the skin of the steamed dumplings. Overall, the food was ok and the prices here are fairly reasonable.

It was my absolutely correct choice to choose this resto for my dinner, tho i have to wait for about an hour, i didn't expect this place was so famous. I tried their fried & steam gyoza, both come with thick skins, and juicy filling from pork shrimp & some veges inside. And about thir fried rice was a top too, lots of toppings, not too over seasoned, but the portion i think its quite mini for chinese resto portion. The staff wasn't too friendly, but they serve everything quickly.

Service is fast, but it's like your are not welcome. I think that's because of the shear volume of people. We came in on opening time at 5pm, and we had to wait. I be tired too see 50 people at start time. Food is good and atmosphere is good. I tried their 5年 old 白酒, it's nice to have it. 😊

Shaolongbao was served without vinegar/spoon/ginger and the gyoza itself wasn’t amazing. It’s not bad and still good value for money but not my favorite

Mighty fast service! No frill but tasty dishes. Apparently this place is one of historical gyoza restaurants in Kamata. I enjoyed their food!!

Honestly the best food I had while in Japan!!! So delicious, the staff quickly accommodated our party of six and had our entire order out In under 20 minutes (mind you the place was packed) . Wish I could give more than five stars. A must visited while in Kamata Tokyo.
