Art museum
The International Museum of Art & Science is a contemporary museum that boasts a diverse collection of global artwork, alongside interactive science exhibits and educational programs. The establishment offers unbeatable admission prices and provides free parking to visitors. It may be small in size, but the museum offers an array of activities for both adults and children alike. The staff are friendly, with clean facilities that provide a quiet atmosphere to appreciate the beautiful artworks on display. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit!
IMAS is such a gem in the Rio Grande Valley! It’s the perfect place for families, kids, and anyone who enjoys hands-on learning and creativity. The exhibits are always engaging and well put together, and the staff is friendly and passionate about what they do. We love how they blend art, science, and culture in a way that’s both educational and fun. A must-visit spot in McAllen!

Nice small museum that focuses on art and science. This museum has rotating art and photography exhibits that change every 3 to 6 months. Many of the areas inside are interactive and are great for learning especially kids. Some of the areas are huge science play scapes. They have smaller rooms with live animals that are brought out to interact with the public. I saw several enclosed exhibits with rocks, minerals, and gems. I was impressed with science on a sphere theater. For large groups of kids they have an outdoor area with sculptures and picnic tables. Lastly they have a nice gift shop. I very much enjoyed the experience and exhibits here.

I joined them for their Día De Los Muertos event and it was fun with vendors. A great space with many activities and beautiful paintings

Great museum!! Very interesting displays, if you have little ones-they have lots of hands on interactive displays! I had never been here before, very peaceful. Snapped some pics of my favorite displays🫶🏼

Very nice little museum! It’s definitely something different from the usual, I’d check it out if you’re ever curious and have some time!

Brought my daughter here and she had fun with the activities found throughout the museum. Spend around an hour here. Not much to see, very small.
Cristal T — Google review
It was very fun and interactive. It was friendly to toddlers and kids that are older. The information was also engaging. The only reason why I give it a four is because they were remodeling.
Alejandra C — Google review
Very nice place! Everyone was very welcoming. There was one Restroom located in the Art Exhibit room to the left side in the center of room. Women's Restroom was clean and fully stocked and has several stalls.

Nature preserve
Nature & Parks
Nestled just a stone's throw from downtown McAllen, Texas, the McAllen Nature Center is a delightful 20-acre oasis that invites visitors to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Rio Grande Valley. This serene park is particularly popular among bird-watchers, boasting nearly a mile of ADA-approved walking trails that meander through diverse ecosystems including forested areas, meadowlands, and wetlands.
The McAllen Nature Center felt like stepping into a quieter world — where the only currency was birdsong and the sway of tall grass. Acres of open greenery stretched in every direction, each path lined with wildflowers, butterflies, and a hush you could almost hear.
Eleanor G — Google review
An impressive little park. There isn't much parking, maybe 20 spots, but clearly they must have events at this park and allow in more cars for those events. I didn't have much time to spend at the park so I walked in to the hill and took a look around. The park was very clean and well taken care of. I was by myself but felt safe. The trails are clearly marked and there is an emergency beacon in the middle of the park. The bathroom was unlocked and it was clean. There was a bird apartment and multiple bat boxes/houses in the park. I liked the kid/sensory elements that were added to the park. It's not some place you would go to swing or go down a slide, but rather to get into nature and listen and look for birds and other creatures. Nice Job McAllen with this park.
Justin V — Google review
Nice natural nature park with winding trails and overgrown trees. They have three sets of trails that intersect and weave through thick vegetation of mesquite, cactus, and other south Texas brush. You will see and hear a good mix of birds here. I saw many types of lizards scurrying across the paths. I also saw several bunnies. Nice place to walk and relax. They have picnic tables, benches, water fountains, and restrooms.
Reuben R — Google review
10/10 great way to stay active without driving out of your way. This location is within Mcallen city limits and it feels like if you are hiking in some nature place up north without the long commute! Very family friendly and they even host family events. Highly recommend this place.
Ashley — Google review
This is a park that is in the middle of transition. The pathways are beautiful and easy to navigate. Many flowering shrubs and trees attracting a lot of butterflies. Birds were swimming in the Resaca. While walking down named trails, you are serenaded by many bird songs. They have been working hard to get the park back into the vision that is expected for McAllen. The Website states there is a Visitor Center for check-in. It is a locked up mobile home. If you want restrooms, they are clean and in working order with water and flush toilets. I will come back and see the progress and visit this treasure.
Joni L — Google review
Love this place! This is the park that sparked my interest in exploring the outdoor recreation industry. I visit every time I’m in town! Love the staff and it’s clear they love their park. God Bless!
Jacob Q — Google review
For the location and size, it's cute. There was a little trash in the main area. The back is open and leads to the Westside park fence..not sure if they're expanding or what. I saw many bunnies, birds and butterflies. It does need an update but it's in the city and I hope it stays.
Violet Y — Google review
Nice hidden little gem within the city. My understanding was that this was a former for tanical gardens, however due to funding and what not it was let go in now is just a nature preserve. One and a 1/2 or so miles of crushed granite gravel trails, great to get out for the family, all the local Flora and fauna you'd expect, functional bathrooms, over all a pretty nice place

Shopping mall
Shopping
La Plaza Mall, located in McAllen, is a top shopping destination offering a wide range of high-end and mainstream retailers. With over 150 specialty stores and dining options, it provides an unmatched shopping experience. The mall also hosts various events and activities throughout the year, making it not just a shopping center but also an entertainment hub. Situated just five minutes from the Mexican border, La Plaza Mall boasts an extensive selection of clothing, cosmetics, electronics, toys, and more.
There was plenty of stores. Lego store was nice, it had many lego sets. The atmosphere was very nice and modern. The prices in every store were obviously not cheap but definitely affordable. The parking as big but it was still very hard to find a spot. The mall was supper clean like it was brand new. My overall experience was very nice there was a good food court, there was plenty of parking, and a lot of stores. The food court had chinese food, Popeyes, burger king, and aguas frescas. It is very easy to navigate the mall since there is plenty of signs telling were are stores.
Noe L — Google review
La Plaza Mall used to be a premier shopping destination, but it’s gone downhill fast under Simon’s management. They expanded the mall with more space, yet instead of attracting high-profile retailers, they’re filling it with low-quality tenants and kids’ playgrounds. That’s a clear sign the business is declining. Cleanliness is another major issue. During open hours, the floors are filthy and the food court is a disaster. There’s usually only one person trying to clean, which is impossible with the amount of traffic. Tables stay dirty, there are no trays, trash cans overflow, and the whole area feels like a public health risk. If this were any stand-alone restaurant, the city would’ve shut it down already. The parking lot is also in terrible shape and needs major repairs. On top of that, the aggressive kiosks in the middle of the walkways make shopping here unpleasant—salespeople practically harass customers just for walking by. Overall, management needs to do much better. Right now, La Plaza feels more like a dying mall than the upscale shopping center it once was.

What a nice mall. It opens early for the mall walkers. Nice big mall with lots of stores and a great food court. Next time we will use the covered parking lot.
Scott R — Google review
The restrooms are absolutely disgusting, every single one, all the time. There’s always at least one out of order, and they often have no soap or water. Completely unacceptable.
Claudia V — Google review
I loved this Simon’s mall !!! They are so many stores and a great Christmas decoration, the lights are magic. The best part is outside with the huge Christmas tree, water falls, lights and the best restaurants!!!
Steeve — Google review
The mall is bright, best mall in regards to shops in the RGV but the restrooms are an utter disgrace. I don’t recall any time we visited them being fully cleaned and operational. Always one or two toilets not working same goes to for the sinks. Today for example the restroom next to Starbucks two toilets are out of order while the rest are dirty with paper falling out of the bins and all 4 sinks without water.

A great little museum with a cool little gift shop, if you are looking for stickers, ornaments, shirts, magnets or other McAllen souvenirs this is a great place to visit. While here take a look at the museum also which is also very informative of the area.

As a tourist visiting from Oregon, this place was a gem; one of the museum staff, David Martinez, was really knowledgeable about McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley in general, and had a particular interest in the 1890s - 1920s time period. I spent the majority of my time there just talking story with him.

Bistro
House Wine & Bistro is a charming restaurant that has been thriving since its opening in 2008. It offers an extensive selection of over 130 wines by the glass, bottle, or case, making it a haven for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike. The menu features delectable dishes such as chicken parmesan and carbonara with shrimp, served with sides like Caesar salad, roasted veggies with pesto sauce, and Focaccia bread.
Amazing service by Andrea, she did an amazing job convincing us with what food to choose. Food was cooked to perfection, pasta was just right not over cooked, steak was great. Apple pie with ice cream hit the spot to top off the night. Overall service was excellent from Andrea. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Sutharshan S — Google review
We were there to celebrate our anniversary and received a complimentary glass of bubbles to toast the occasion. However, I was shocked by the unusual smell upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone. The tables and seats were in very poor condition, and it seems the place could really use some renovation. As for the food, it was just okay—nothing as impressive as I had hoped. The risotto was overcooked and lacked the proper ‘al dente’ texture, and it appeared they did not use the appropriate type of rice. On the other hand, the fish was very well prepared and cooked to perfection. The best part of our experience was the service. The server was professional, attentive, and truly deserved praise. I’m sharing these impressions so that the management knows both the strengths and the areas needing improvement.
Lucero B — Google review
Is not quite often when you get to be surprised, I had the incredible opportunity and be lucky enough to have the best steaks in many years. This place is just amazing, the food is mind blowing! But the service is top notch. Javi and Milton are rock stars. I need to say that not all the time I bump with a restaurant that will make me travel just to have one more meal; this is it!!! Thank you guys. I’ll be back.

One of the best experiences we have had in a long time. The best margarita in town and delicious food. Highly recommend the Caesar salad!

House Wine & Bistro in McAllen is an absolute gem! I've been coming here for the past 10 years, and it's always been a hit. During my recent visit, our group enjoyed an exceptional dining experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the grilled panela, putanesca risotto with pan-seared salmon, lamb chops, ribeye, and pesce risotto. Everything was outstanding. The only minor hiccup was that the putanesca risotto was a bit on the salty side, but the staff was quick to address the issue, exemplifying their commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of service truly sets House Wine & Bistro apart. And, I can't forget to mention that the Italian donuts were absolutely amazing - the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. To complement our meal, we ordered a bottle of Susana Balbo Malbec, which paired beautifully with the dishes. If you're looking for a reliable spot for excellent food and a delightful dining experience, House Wine & Bistro is the place to be. Ten years of consistently great visits speak volumes about the quality and excellence you can expect here. Five stars all the way!

I came out for a quick dinner with my son and granddaughter and so happy I did. The service was excellent (SB- I don't want to misspell her name was amazing) and so was the food. The steak was perfection as was the Picaña Risotto, McAllen Burger, and Bombolino. The Calamari was also delicious. From the moment we walked into the restaurant to the time we left, we were greeted and treated with kindness and attentiveness. A gentleman noticed that my granddaughter was a little cold and raised the temperature to accommodate her. This gesture was greatly appreciated. Everyone in the restaurant, staff and guests, seemed very happy and relaxed. This restaurant had a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy another great meal. Thank you House Wine Team for wonderful dinner with family. ❤️

Was traveling for work and decided to stop here based on Trip Advisor reviews. Was going to go to Salt but so glad I didn’t (that’ll be another review!) I made a reservation just in case but was able to be seated promptly. The service was fantastic and the food was divine! I took the servers and managers recommendations and they didn’t disappoint. The Yahweh salad is soooo good, the lime shrimp, the drink, dessert, all of it was fantastic! I’m sad I didn’t go back here the next night! I’ve learned my lesson! Management also comes around and talks to you. They don’t just ask you if your food is okay, they talk to you like you’re a long lost friend. I appreciated it. And the temperature in the restaurant was nice and cool. Will definitely be going back here!

New American restaurant
Restaurant
SALT - New American Table in McAllen is a standout restaurant known for its dedication to New American cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. The rustic-chic decor and open kitchen design create a welcoming atmosphere where diners can witness the art of cooking. The menu features innovative dishes that put a modern spin on American classics using fresh, local produce. Owners Larry and Jessica Delgado aim to offer high-quality meals without pretentiousness, highlighting the flavors of world cuisine alongside Rio Grande Valley produce.
I don’t even know where to start with the amazing experience I had at Salt! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a date night, family dinner, or just a nice evening out. We went around 6pm, which turned out to be a great time. The food was an absolute 10/10—the flavors blended beautifully, and the appetizers were so unique. Our server was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Evyana R — Google review
I’ve visited Salt several times and typically enjoy the experience, but our recent visit left much to be desired. The food was just okay—certainly not up to the standards we’ve come to expect. The tomatoes were overripe and so squishy, and the steak was riddled with tendons, making it tough to enjoy. Additionally, the salt board felt lacking in variety, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the service was awful. We weren't given a drink menu, and after ordering drinks, our waiter vanished, leaving us to summon another staff member just to place our order. It took us asking for a dessert menu, and when I had a question, it was the restaurant manager who answered because our waiter was completely inattentive. I’ve never had such a negative experience at Salt before, and it’s made me reconsider dining there again. The quality of ingredients seems to be slipping, as I’ve never encountered bad cuts of meat or tomatoes during previous visits. I sincerely hope they address these issues, as I’d love to see Salt return to its former glory.

My husband and I went this past Friday for date night after it was recommended by a few of his colleagues. The appetizers were very good. The chips were home made and with the cheese sauce? Sheeesh 10/10. The sriracha shrimp were also very good, they come 6 shrimps so perfect for sharing, and they’re a good size too. I’d recommend getting them too 9/10. The lemonade was also very good, very refreshing for a hot summer day, my husband and I really enjoyed them 9.5/10. The pan de campo was good, it’s just not my cup of tea. But my husband liked it so I’ll take it as a win. They gave us the jalapeño mashed and was honestly very good, I could take the jalapeños and the mash potatoes had a kick to it, 10/10 i would recommend it. Now, the pork chop, it was good but I’ve had better. It came with a jalapeño tamale that was good but I wouldn’t get it again, I thought it was too porky for me so the flavor kind of overwhelmed me 5/10, I would go for something else. And my husband got the pork shank, that was very delicious, very lean, and their carrots and fries were very good. The sauce paired beautifully with the meat, 8.5/10. Over all I would give this experience a 4/5 stars for spending a little close to $200 for 2 persons. Most def we will be back.

So we don't make down to McAllen TX as often as we would like, life and business, just keep happening. This week and project brought us to McAllen, and we made sure to come back to SALT. The Kitchen Bar is our favorite. One of our favorites anywhere.

Larry and Jesicca Delgado’s restaurant in McAllen is superb. The menu and service are without equal. It is our go to eatery whenever we are in that broader region of Texas. The Chef’s Table is the place to be. Try the Texas fillet with potato pave. It goes well with either of two Belgium “suds”.

Had a reservation on a Friday Night and was seated promptly. Have been here several times and service is always great. Recommend the watermelon cocktails, refreshing and slightly sweet. This time tried the scallops, which was a light dish but full of flavor. Shared the Baked Alaska, which was delightful. Was not a fan of the Prickly Pear drink, and the restaurant was warm. Several guests were fanning themselves. Regardless, would still come back.
C R — Google review
If you’re in McAllen, TX, SALT - New American Table is an absolute must-visit! Knowing Chef Delgado’s dedication to the community and his efforts to support local food banks, I was excited to try his renowned cuisine. Dining there with my daughter was a unique, unforgettable experience—a true journey of flavors from start to finish. Each dish, from appetizers to dessert, was crafted with incredible attention to flavor and presentation. Sitting by the kitchen was a treat, allowing us to watch the team work and interact closely with our amazing server, Hugo. We were well taken care of by the chef and his team, who ensured every moment was special. I’ll be making the 2.5-hour journey back to McAllen soon for another visit!

My husband and I went here for a date night and it was an overall amazing experience! Our server, Apollo, was a big part of that. He provided great, genuinely happy service and his recommendations for appetizers and desserts didn't disappoint. I had the filet and my husband had the ribs, we enjoyed the fried burrata appetizer and ended it with the Baked Alaska which is probably one of if not the best dessert I've ever had. Would love to come back!

The Patio on Guerra is a refined American venue located in downtown McAllen, housed in a century-old building with vintage charm. It offers fine dining, outdoor seating, and live entertainment. The restaurant is known for its delicious menu options, including tender USDA prime steaks, chicken, and seafood meals expertly prepared and presented. Guests can also enjoy award-winning wines and exotic cocktails.
From the moment I walked in, the ambiance of this establishment completely captivated me with thoughtfully curated music that created an inviting, refined atmosphere. The cuisine was nothing short of exceptional: beautifully presented, expertly balanced, and rich in flavor. Their wine selection was equally impressive, with offerings that complemented the meal wonderfully. The staff were both attentive and well-informed, demonstrating a clear passion for both hospitality and the culinary experience. I wish we had gotten the server’s name, he was great! This is a place I would gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to others seeking an elevated dining experience. The food was good and music good.

I love this restaurant! Every year my wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food is always so delicious and the presentation is also done extremely well. The ribeye steak is always cooked perfectly and melts in your mouth! The atmosphere is nice and cozy makes it very romantic. Always look forward to coming here!

I had the most delightful dining experience at The Patio on Guerra, all thanks to our exceptional waiter Ruben! From the moment we were sat, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. We started our culinary journey with the steak tapas, and they were simply mouthwatering. But what truly impressed us was Ruben's attentiveness to our preferences. My wife usually isn't a fan of fish unless it's fried, but upon Ruben's recommendation, she decided to try the pan seared Red Snapper. And let me tell you, she was blown away! The Red Snapper was cooked to perfection and had a flavor that left her wanting more. As for me, I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with red curry sauce on the side, and it was a delightful choice. The fish was incredibly tender and paired beautifully with the red curry sauce. The presentation was impeccable, and every bite was a delight. Overall, our experience at The Patio on Guerra was fantastic, and it was largely thanks to Ruben's outstanding service. His knowledge of the menu and his genuine enthusiasm for the dishes made our evening truly memorable. We will undoubtedly be back soon, eager to enjoy the delicious food and impeccable service once again. Thank you, Ruben, for making our dining experience so exceptional!

Bar & grill
The Republic of the Rio Grande in McAllen is a popular indoor-outdoor bar and grill with a Mexican-American menu. The restaurant offers a classic Spanish ambiance, making it an ideal spot for dining. With its variety of dishes including ribeye steaks, filets, brick oven pizzas, and unique sides, it's known for providing an unforgettable dining experience. The beautifully decorated and romantically lit restaurant is perfect for both lunch and dinner.
As I entered i was greeted by Erica, she took care of my wife and I. The atmosphere here was relaxing, not loud, and very clean. The food was phenomenal. I had the avocado chicken that made me melt with how great it was. Saddest part of the meal was in my last bit knowing it'll be the end. For dessert I had the almond taco. I've traveled to Japan before and hadn't had a similar dessert as good as what I had since then. The cream and berries made me go to heaven. The almond brittle taco itself kept me from dying of how delicious it was. 5/5 stars. I personally asked for the one that made the food. Lenny shook my hand and I asked if I can recommend him again next time to make my food. Will definitely come back. Exquisite place everyone needs to try.

Excellent atmosphere on the terrace. I was truly amazed, but the service was incredibly poor from the entire staff, especially from the waitress/hostess Michelle! Terrible service to my cousins and me. I can't believe how disrespectful she was when she threw plates at us. I'd never had that happen to me in any restaurant, but thank goodness the food was good, and the atmosphere, along with a nice glass of Merlot, relaxed me.

Our first time eating at the Republic of the Rio Grande restaurant on my birthday. What an amazing experience. I had the avocado salmon and my husband had the 12 oz ribeye. Both were excellent. Our waiter, Hector, was wonderful. He made me one of the best old fashions I have ever had! Dessert was an on the house almond taco filled with vanilla mousse that I had read about and it did not disappoint. Our first time there but definitely not our last!

This was actually my first job ever 25 years ago! It has not changed. The food is delicious! The Avocado Chicken was very moist and flavorful. NO MATTER WHAT…save room and ORDER THE ALMOND TACO for dessert!!! You won’t regret it! I promise!! The have live music outside on the patio in the evenings. (You might want to check the schedule) Great place for intimate dinners, birthday dinners, or just a nice lunch. When the weather is nice, the patio is a lovely place to sit. I had my college graduation dinner there so it is really great for any occasion. Chorizo Queso was the best I’ve ever had. Suggestion…ask for chips instead of tortillas. Oven baked pizzas are delicious. Ribs….AMAZING! NOTE: MY mom ordered the steak chicharrónes and was not impressed by them.

Excellent service, food, drinks, and atmosphere! My family had a wonderful meal and our server, Calderon, was awesome. Attentive but never overbearing, quick and accurate. We sat on the patio next to a fountain with a fire feature that lights the patio beautifully. Absolutely beautiful evening. Thanks, Calderon!!

I flew in to the booming metropolis of McAllen, TX for work and had no idea what to expect. A colleague suggested The Republic of Rio Grande. It was about half a mile from the hotel, so we went. The place is large and roomy inside. No blaring music and quiet enough to have conversation. Our waiter, Manny, went above and beyond to take care of us. He also gave us some great local advice on late night taco trucks. We ordered the queso chorizo, beef fajitas, and my wife had a ribeye. She also ordered a watermelon margarita. The steak was perfectly cooked, as were the fajitas. The tortillas are hand made or well done enough that I couldn’t tell. The salsa was SPICY and I loved it. The rice that came with my fajitas was new to me. Not typical Tex-mex or northern Mexican. Made with herbs and cilantro instead of tomato. Delicious. Great place, great service, fantastic food.

One of the BEST steaks I have had in a beautiful environment. This restaurant is so classy with a beautiful outside seating area. The food, AMAZING. My steak was absolutely perfect. The service was great and drinks delicious. There was also live music a little later in the evening that was enjoyable. We loved it so much we went back a couple nights later. I look forward to visiting again!

Azul was an outstanding waitress—attentive, intuitive, and genuinely warm throughout my visit. She not only took care of every need with impeccable timing but also anticipated them before I had to ask. Her recommendation of the banana bread with ice cream for dessert was simply divine—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Azul truly elevated the dining experience.

Santa Fe Steakhouse & Cantina in McAllen is a top-notch dining spot known for its impressive wine collection and delectable steak and seafood offerings. Boasting nearly 20 awards, including recognition from esteemed dining and wine publications, the restaurant takes pride in its extensive selection of over 600 wines and impeccable dishes crafted with high-quality ingredients. The menu features sought-after Wagyu beef steaks, complemented by fresh organic components.
Very good, and classy, but you will pay top-dollar. The portions are generous. I liked the piano music, as well. Dinner for 2 with drinks, dessert, and appetizers was $200 plus tip. You will need to wear something nice. This is not casual dining nor is it for children.

I ordered an off-menu Land and Sea dish, which came with a giant shrimp and two petite filets topped with different gravies. Everything was cooked perfectly — the shrimp was flavorful, the steaks were tender, and the vegetables were delicious. The flavors overall were outstanding. This is a true local steakhouse, not a chain, and it feels warm and welcoming. The inside is beautifully decorated and includes a separate bar area, while the outdoor seating area is cozy and romantic — an ideal spot to bring a date. We also tried the cupcakes, which were excellent. Service was average, but overall good. In general, I highly recommend this place for both the food and the atmosphere. Reservations are recommended during the weekend

Heard so many great stories about this steakhouse & finally an honor to be seated at such a world class restaurant! The atmosphere was phenomenal, the service was fantastic & the food was more than words can describe! Our server was on point with his presentation & cadence. If you’re a first timer just let them know. Order a drink and browse the menu & they’ll take it from there. I recommend the ribeye cooked rare+. Started off with crab cakes followed by the lobster bisque. Then a wedge salad with avocado & feta drizzle w balsamic v. Had a couple of beef wellingtons rolls with thin crisp pan seared onions & Aioli sauce The ribeye came with a Wellington twice baked potato that was unbelievable! You will never have a better meal 🥘

We are new to the Valley and are searching the little gems. We found one at Santa Fe. The steaks were great. My spouse had the filet, cooked to perfection medium rare and velvet smooth. I went for the ribeye. Same results, perfectly cooked. Both steaks had flame char. Our server, Poppy, was divine. She was so helpful and attentive. We will be back.

Loved every appetizer ordered to include the calamari, beef wellington, and escargo. Particularly enjoyed the escargo served in a delicious creamy wine sauce with crispy bread. My main entre was the Filet Oscar which is served with asparagus. My filet was perfectly medium rare and I enjoyed every bite. Service is outstanding! My friends ordered the lamb which was also tender and cooked to perfection! Beautiful plate presentation.

This was my first time and the food was alright. I expected the food to taste better but it seemed as if the food was over seasoned and seasoned to taste different than what it should. I got the sea bass and my husband got the rack of lamb. The sides didn’t taste good them being the Brussels sprouts, the peaches and the potatoes. The sauce that was on the rack of lamb tasted bitter and the meat tasted like iron even though it was cooked to medium well. The salad was also nothing special with it heigh mainly a mix of greens and I kid you not a piece of baby corn, a slice of bell pepper a baby carrot, slice of cucumber and half of a baby tomato. I would recommend going elsewhere and will more than likely not come back.
