Castle
Sights & Landmarks
Iconic 14th-century castle offering sweeping sea views, a small museum & a gallery.
Slide 1 of 8
Castle looked great from the outside. Sadly, we arrived at a time when it was closed (little tip for you....check opening times before you go) haha! Some beautiful photo opportunities there. I may go back when it is open but from what I could see it was amazing.
I came two years ago, they had an art exhibition on (modern art, I was like yeah I can have a go too). I drew a picture of the Castillo. It features me walking my dog called Colonel Lappy and a rainbow in the background. The Colonel loves castles too, he's a good imaginary dog. Anyway I hope I win. Worth a visit if you like castles and old stuff.
A lovely place to visit, cute place with some photos and exhibits which make the walk about quite nice. People mainly go to the top of the castle to take nice photos which is totally worth it. You can easily spend at least 1hr and is free entry. Easy walk from hotel nearby.
Historical & Fabulous Castle My family really enjoyed it. This is a beautiful castle in the Old Town of Roquetas. super place to take a stroll walking around just enjoying the sea breeze. Very relaxing.
Beautiful castle, detailed history and art exhibition. Free entry and the views from the top are amazing
Worth a look and even better it was free to enter. Beautiful views from the top and very well kept. Inside is currently displaying a photography and art exhibition which was very interesting, especially for my eldest daughter. We all enjoyed the time we spent there and would recommend anyone visiting the area to take a look.
If you visit nearby Spain then it's a nice stop off point during a beach walk to grab some much needed shade. This is an old fort i believe dating back to 1700s however it is very modern inside and to be fair, it looks great!! It is now an art gallery with plenty of pictures and quirky art pieces and to top it off, it's free to get in!! You can also go up to roof and have a good view out to sea and across the harbour. Its not huge so plan this in as a minor pit stop. Oh.. and there's a nice Amphitheatre outside too :)
Nice historical monument but unfortunately we arrived at siesta time so it was just closing. Nice for a little walk around the exterior anyway.

Beach
Outdoor Activities
Long pebble beach near resorts, with swimming & a promenade lined with palm trees.
Slide 1 of 8
Beautiful, beautiful place to spend mornings, evenings, and nights 😃 The area at the paseo Carmen Sevilla with the fountain and all that, sorounded by all those palm trees...just mmmmm 😃 Great place. The only downside (this is just me being picky, is that the beach isn't fine sand)
Nice beach Big place Water is warm
A spacious beach with plenty of parking available. Perfect for families
Large sandy beach. The sand is not so thin but much better than pebbles. The sea is usually calm and the water is not so cold. The beach is so big that there's always space to get a nice spot close enough to the water. There are kiosks along the beach to have a drink or eat something. Parking is not difficult but it might be some days that you need to park a bit further away from the beach.
It is a beautiful beach, very clean, not to crowded and big
Great for you and your dogs.
Nice clean beach plenty of room for all lovely

In addition to its wide sandy beach, this scenic locale features a promenade & cafes.
Slide 1 of 8
It is very clean and peaceful here. There are playgrounds for children and many cafes nearby. I would love to come back here. Highly recommended for a great holiday for the whole family.
Real nice beach, very clean. Not too crowded during high-season mid-August, either. Lack of overly aggressive sales-people is a plus, too. Definitely recommended when you're in the area. 💯
It is a very clean area, great views of the mountains, a large selection of cafes, playgrounds for children and horse riding. Highly recommended for a great holiday for the whole family.
Really nice beach, the sand is nice, clean water, a few playgrounds dotted along for children
Very helpful lifeguards when I was stung by a jellyfish. Key tip - go straight to the lifeguards who can treat you effectively - do not shower if you get stung. Lots of bars to choose from. Lovely Marina at one end of the beach where as well as an array of yachts you'll see plenty of fish. The beach gets very crowded on hot weekends in the Summer. So, if you don't like sharing the beach with other people, look for alternatives. Difficult to find parking in peak times (unless you go to the car park in the Marina).
Really nice beach ⛱️ not too busy and really good chiringuito de Diego, really nice place and good food
2 loungers and parasol very cheap..€8 Beach raked daily in the morning..quite stony as going into the sea..beach showers but no toilets
Big beach, clean, beach bars. Showers and toilets available.

Aquarium
Nature & Parks
Aquarium with tanks home to sharks, rays & tropical fish, with a koi feeding pond & a touch pool.
Slide 1 of 8
Good place to go to for an afternoon out. Right next door to Mario Park and a 15 minutes walk from Gran Plaza shopping mall. Information is in multiple languages however the talks are only in Spanish. I was amazed to find out that the main shark tank makes everything in the tank looks 30% smaller. I thought Romero the bull shark was already big enough 😄🦈
A nice aquarium with touching pool, great for kids. The only drawback is it's quite quick to get around, so I would recommend trying to get a discount eg. If you have passes for Mini Hollywood you can get in for half price.
Booked tickets on line for ease but was a very quiet day, which was lovely. A guide at the beginning spoke perfect English and advised where to and what to see. You can get hands on with the star fish/stingrays and buy €1 fish food to feed some at the begining. The talks are in Spanish obviously but you can tell the staff love their jobs and she was very nice in pointing out certain things to us about where to watch the stingrays get fed. We watched divers feed the sharks and saw the cutest 3 legged turtle! We walked round once, had a very reasonable drink in the cafe. €7 for a slush, can of pop and Americano coffee then walked around again and spent more time letting the stingrays splash us and smoothing the ones that clearly liked the attention. All in all a few good hours out and worth the trip
Without the touch experience, this would be a very overpriced experience. The staff inside are great. At the entrance I felt they were confrontational. Probably too many people aren’t happy with the pricing vs size ratio or confuse the place with the water park. The prices should definitely reflect the size of the place!
Excellent aquarium , it takes a couple of hours to walk around , there is a feeding time and talk ( in Spanish) well worth a visit
Very nice aquarium. Especially the whale tank. It's very clean and nice. But also it is small. 22 EUR for an adult felt a little bit overpriced, but also the maintenance of it cost a lot. There are feedings with professional explanation twice a day
Fantastic Aquarium Super aquarium very hands on, the kids could put their hands in bowls, etc. This was a great afternoon out. Highly recommended.
Maybe small but have to say very well taken care of. If you fancy aquatic life, fishes and so forth it worth pay a visit. Perhaps a little bit expansive for what you get in return still, as said, I enjoyed it.

Water park
Water & Amusement Parks
Family-friendly aquatic attraction featuring a wave pool, steep slides & children's areas.
Slide 1 of 8
We visited today, and were pleasantly surprised. After reading all of the bad reviews I felt I had to leave one of my own. We went with 2 children age 4 & 8 and they both had a brilliant day! Was surprised at how much my 4 year old was allowed to do compared to other waterparks we have visited! Everyone complaining about the extra hire charges simply needs to read the website as it is all stated on there and we were very much aware before arriving. But looking at the likes of waterworld or the sancastle back home you pay pretty much the same prices but for only a couple of hours, and nowhere near as many attractions, whereas here we had all day, and so much to do. The park was pretty quiet for a Monday in the summer holidays, but they did have discounts advertised for later in the week so maybe everyone was waiting to get in cheaper? The layout of the loungers was brilliant, you have your own little personal space and we felt they were definitley worth paying for as people weren't all crammed in like in other parks, also the safe box attached to the parasol, what a brilliant idea! There was no running backwards and forwards to lockers for personal items! The park felt well staffed and really safe, there were lifeguards at the top and bottom of all slides and they were constantly watching! We arrived at 12.30 and left at 6.30 and the children would have loved to stay longer! We ordered a pizza and fries to share, the portions were huge and food was fresh. All in all a brilliant day out and would definitely return!
Several people have broken shoulders on their tallest ride (I saw them on TV) I myself hurt my knee on that ride, by hitting it against the wall if the tube. The people on TV were complaining that the managent could not care less about their injuries! Other than that, the pools are fine! 😊
The park is good in terms of rides and layout. I will say that first because I have had to reduce the score for several reasons. The life guards are absurdly over zealous. Some stand with the whistles in their mouths waiting for any reason to blow. In the large pool I lifted my daughter out of the water when one guard blew a whistle, when I looked over she was shaking her finger. Another guard whistled because a child was splashing lots whilst they were swimming! It was shockingly bad. I am a full size adult and the area we were playing in was empty so I told the guard to leave me alone and carried on playing but kids were stopped from having fun. The guards at the top of the rides were a little more relaxed and let some people take cameras down so it wasn’t all bad. The other issue is the fact that since we last visited they have put nets up to stop you getting into the water except in some places. This wouldn’t be too much of an issue because most people climbed over the barriers ignoring the whistles from the guards but I am disabled so walking is difficult, stepping over would be impossible, it meant to go from the beds I rented into the water I was next I had to walk around the pool I wanted to get in for quite a while. So the guards cost a star, the nets cost a star and finally, the park opened at 11:30. We were waiting to get in and the guards opened the gates at exactly 11:30, the park closed at 19:30, at 19:00 everyone was forced out of the water, we were ushered out like cattle, it gave us no time to shower and dress because everyone, at the same time had to try to do the same. We ended up having to change in the car park. This was probably our 7th or 8th visit to the park and we won’t be back. There are other parks in the area that offer better value for money and let you have the fun you paid for.
2024 UPDATE The prices have gone up, there's one new ride although it wasn't open when we went at the beginning of July. I highly recommend buying tickets online as you save a small amount but the main advantage is that there is a separate queue which saves time. If you choose not to hire a float, the waiting time isn't too bad. More staff speak English. The place has been freshly painted, it looks clean and well presented. The onsite parking is FREE. It's not cheap, you do pay extra for a few things however the place is brilliant and there's plenty of fun to be had
Payed 55euro for 2 adults. You have to rent sun beds, rent slide wheels rent lockers that dont work properly, massives queues on slides 30 40minute wait. What a waste of money.
Some pools need some more cleaning. Everything was okay even though some attractions weren’t operating in the kids pool area. My biggest problem with this was the fact that they closed the little restaurant which is the ONLY place they sell actual food at 4:00 pm. It is a bit ridiculous that we are trapped in a water park and they closed the only place where we can buy food other than small hot dogs and crepes. This should change
Great park, bit of a faff if you don't rent your own ring.
We were hesitatant to go here because of the lackluster reviews. However I did enjoy coming here. We went september 7th which is the last day it's open. It wasn't super busy but there were some moments you had to wait to use the slides, most of which were worth it. If you do go here, bring your own towels, lay on the grass and bring your own food to save on some unnecessary costs. Apart from that have fun 😊

Shopping mall
Modern retail center featuring local & international brands, fast-food restaurants & a cinema.
Slide 1 of 8
Great shopping experience, but if you get your beard grown for Movember, some security guards will activate their inner militia instincts, thinking that you look rough and you’ll be a trouble. Get shaved, and they’ll smile. Apart from that, immense space, clean toilets, clean premises, a lot of light and fresh air. Parking is huge, plenty of spaces. If you visit in the morning or early afternoon, most eating places are closed, so grab some breakfast first, somewhere.
Good shopping centre, it would be nice to have a play area for children rather than just a few rides. Plenty of parking available. The cafés, restaurants and toilets are upstairs. There is a lift to reach all of the different floors but the escalators ONLY go up, not down.
Very good selection of shops. Spent a lot of money at Zara's but money well spent. Good deals on shirts, shorts, trousers and shoes 👞. Did expect shoes at Zara's but bought 2 pairs.
Lots of big name stores and restaurants. There is no seating area to rest. Only seats are in restaurants and the massage chairs. Downstairs indoor Car park is a bit chaotic. A paradise for clothes shopping.
It is the most entertaining and fun shopping center in the area
Large enough to pass some time away with plenty of different diverse restaurants or snack bars. But could do with some more places to sit . It's quite a long way round to walk with only one place to sit rest and watch the people go by.
Great place to shop could do with more high street shops
I ride my bike to go shopping and there's just one place I can lock it up safely but then again there is lots of security and cameras. I wish there were more toilets as far as I know there is only one on the first floor. There are lots of quality shops for every budget which is great and taxis outside all the time if you don't have a car.I'd say it's pretty good for disabled access too from what I've seen but I'm not disabled so can't vouch for how accessible it really is overall or for the shop layouts etc. It would be absolutely epic if they had more amusement park games here so there's something different to do especially when it's rainy however there is a cinema. It is easy to find and there is a bus stop outside next to the roundabout but the service isn't too great so be prepared for a wait. 😜👍🤦‍♀️🧋🍔☕🫖🎟👗👠👟👖

Nature preserve
Nature & Parks
Tranquil waterfront natural area with scenic views, wildlife & a peaceful beach.
Slide 1 of 8
Great views, amazing waters, horses in the surroundings & exquisite swim.
The beach is beautiful and quiet, 5 stars to that. The rest of the park is full of rubbish that sadly it spoils your experience completely. Could be a lovely spot with a lot of different species of birds, beautiful mountain views etc if the community of Roquetas de mar cared to pay attention to cleaning and the people visiting weren't so ignorant. Also I don't understand how people let dogs run free in an area where birds are nesting, no respect to the nature.
Really nice nature reserve. I spent a week in a nearby hotel and as a birder, I visited this reserve most days of the week at different times of day. I managed to see species such as Thekla’s Lark, Collared Pratincole, Marbled Duck, Iberian Grey Shrike, Greenshank, Greater Flamingo etc. but I did notice that only certain sections of this very large reserve were reliable for seeing bird life. Just have an explore and you’ll find out which areas are worth spending more time in than others. Even if you don’t see anything, it’s a lovely quiet place to enjoy a walk either way.
We enjoy cycling here as a family, the sand dunes overlooking the flamingos are our favourite
Deserted beach peaceful tranquility! Good access roads.
Nice beach here and 2 bars that look put to sea. Big, free car park and next to a nature park where you can see flamingos.
Little dirty/noisy but right in town and on the beach. Great for a one night stopover 👍
A great place to visit at the right time of year. Since you don't mind all the rubbish and rubble dumped at most of the few good viewing spots I found around the outskirts of the Nature Reserve. Try find a bicycle rental to get around a little easier as you would easily damage a standard car if trying to drive the Reserve any time of year. Would recommend a four wheel drive visit mid March to mid May.

Bullring
Sights & Landmarks
Ornate bullring built in 1888, housing a museum of toreador costumes & hosting concerts in summer.
Slide 1 of 8
This place is steeped in history. It's free to go in and wander around the bull ring. There are several museums, very interesting, the stitching and detail on the clothing is magnificent 👌 Thank you for having us and its spotless!
There was almost nobody else... but the arena was impressive, the museum intesting and nicly organized! And it was free!!!
Nice bull area with a small museum, you don't have to pay for the tickets, because it is free, but the access to the tribune is closes and forbidden.
Just a quick visit. Not into this type of thing, but had to take a photo call to add to our travels
Unfortunatelly the bullring was closed when we went to visit but the place looks simply beautiful and very well maintained. Even the area outside the bullring was nice and well kept.
It's a nice location for the monthly market. It would be great if there were more contributors because the space could hold so much more. Nonetheless its a great place to spend a few hours out on a Sunday
Small but nice museum on bull fighting within the Plaza. Free to enter.
Museum and Bull Ring open at 6pm on Thursday 23 August 2018, free entry. Spanish and English information. Looked around for 45mins.

Great place for a stroll. Lots of restaurants to try.
We left from this port on our rented yacht, a very nice port and very good workers but unfortunately the sea was rough
Super marina well protected, very friendly and helpful staff. Water and electricity , hoses connect on pontoons, clean toilets and showers with plenty of hot and cold water. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from .
Fishing boats coming in with their catch, while others repair their nets. Egrets waiting for a chance to steal a bite. Tourists and locals mix in the bars; the fish restaurants are preparing for lunch. Pleasure yachts to dream of sailing away on the breeze.
Needs some upkeep but it was a great place to walk around and eat.
Nice habour and marina staff lots of places to eat and shops in town however wifi is poor and not free. There is a bus in the city that in 30 kins takes to Almeria where you can visit the moorish fortress.
Marina well protected, friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants and stores. Walking distance to the beach.
It has a little of many things. Specially good restaurants where you can relax watching the see. It is also beautiful at night.

Had a great experience scuba diving for the first time! Reservation was easily done the same day in English. Big thanks to the crew and especially Santi, who gave clear instructions and made us feel safe the whole time! Overall an awesome experience and would even recommend it to my mom :)
I have been diving for nearly 50 years and although I only dived with Aquatours for three days I was very impressed with their operation, which is a small family-run business. They were very helpful in taking care of my equipment and dive preparation. Their boat is large and has a ladder for exit. As a dive guide I appreciated Alex's patience in showing me so many creatures of interest. I managed to get some nice photographs of Octopi. This was trial run for me and I will certainly return. Thanks so very much to Fernando, Alex and Joyce.
As a first time diver and with Zero Spanish I was a little nervous but with no need! All instructors speak great English and there friendly yet professional manner made for one of the greatest experiences I have ever had! Over 3 days I did 5 dives and completed my PADI Open Water Course, each dive was different with stunning flora and fauna to see! I can not recommend Aquatours highly enough, they make you feel like family, you will have the greatest experience! I will be back for more!!
I have spent five days with these wonderful people, doing ten dives in total. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel really comfortable. Aquatours are very skilled and have been in the business for many years. Truly interested in what they do and the marine environment in their area, they are involved in some projects to conserve the species in the Mediterranean. What the diving is concerned, everything is in good order, and when you show that you are able yourself they will give you more responsibility if you want it. They support you and help you if you are feeling uncertain and everyone is welcome, first-timers and experienced divers. I have nothing else to say then that this is the place I would go to if I was in Almería region and looking for good diving.
Thoroughly enjoyable day with Aquatours on 4/9/14. Three of us (qualified divers) did two boat dives, whilst the other two did a try-dive followed by a snorkel tour. Very impressed by the level of service - very friendly, helpful, fun and informative guidance - Fernando, Alex, Benjamin and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome & at ease. Excellent kit & full length wetsuits. Dive sites were within 10 mins reach of the marina by RIB - lovely selection of fish and octopus to see. Excellent facilities back at the marina, including warm showers & changing area. Really appreciated the extra little treats - complimentary refreshments, complementary photos/videos during the try-dive, quite unexpected. Well worth the hour's drive down from Mojacar.
Profesionalism and excellence in the provided services. They focus on the safety and satisfaction of the clients, not the money they can make off them. But above all, they are good people with a good vibe. You want them as your friends :) I will visit and dive with them every chance i will have. Thank you for the experience!
Done the Open water Padi course last year with then (never dived before) and they help me hugely to overcome some first floatability and anxious moments, so i could just get on with it in a comfortable and enjoyable way. I also benefited from their study area yo revise and solve any lecture questions. At my 5th day nad passing my exams, I was already driving as a newly qualified Padi OW diver! Withou doubts they are the best and most professional, respectful team around the costa Almeria. Run in family and friendly way with enthusiasm and respect for the sea and their divider customers. They promote the amazing world of diving the same way that parents do teach their children to walk, and teenagers to move about with their life. Diving is their way of living, runs through out their veins for us to benefit from it, discovering new diving spots or full enjoy the experience if it is your first time (I heard many friends that they disliked the baptism experience due to not been attended/calmed by instructors, this doesn't happen i here, they want you yo love it div away) Do not doubt a second to benefit from their wealth of experience if you want to initiate, take Padis course or just dive away with Captain A (Fernando), Alejandra (Alex to solve any requirements), the joy of learning with Joyce, the calm and confidence of Sebas, together with support team Carlo and cia. Thank you all for last year experience on my Padi OW and last week dives with my friends custom made Baptisms experience. We love diving now! Gracias Aquatours!
Only company of three to reply to an Australian traveller. Brilliant staff and good quality gear available for hire and all reasonably priced. Very knowledgable people and spoke fluent English. Completed two dives both of which were great fun, I would recommended this place to anyone who is wanting to dive in Almeria.

We had a great Friday afternoon with not many kids (April). Please note that not during the summer this place operates on Fridays from 15:00 and weekends from 11:00. Otherwise it's closed. You do get 30 minutes pass for 4 Euro, to use 3 bouncy casles, king kong slide and the trampolines, which is great
Small but fun. Our children really enjoyed it. No cash or card, you top up a card at the desk. They opened another location last year near the Gran Plaza area.
Daughter loved the trampolines! Staff looked very sad and not amused. Almost like they hated their job. This was not an issue, but looked strange to me.
Can't pay in cash or card, have to top up their own card at weird exchange rates of 1=1.20. Not surprised there wasn't a lot of people using it.
Good prices, small but enough rides for a few hours of fun with children under 6/7. My 5 year old loved it.
Small place but enough to have a break from the beach and swimming pool.
Quite good for the kids although no bar for the adults! Was only open Friday Saturday and Sunday too. Not as good as the fun parks in Majorca
Nice rides for young kids

Service was excellent and very friendly. They even played the music we wanted so that we could dance. Drinks were creative and well mixed.... Maybe a bit sweet. View to the beach front and wonderful dancing space. Excellent.
Good music and nice location that’s why is not 1⭐️ , but service is worst I seen in last period, takes over 25 minutes to get a cocktail(mojito) and nearly 40 minutes for shisha which not was awesome while tables pub is not even half busy and after we finish the mojito’s we ordered another couple of drinks which we didn’t received in 20 minutes reason makes us to left the location and probably not coming back again in future.
We visited this beach bar on 07/04/23 around 15:45 we arrived. The place wasn’t fully occupied and all the beach seat (7 tables in total ) were still available only the indoor tables had customers (not all the tables) me and my wife choose a table on the beach to watch our kids play (it’s a calm part of the beach an perfect for kids ) nobody directly came to us to welcome us or ask if we needed something. After 10 minutes other people arrived n they got served with a menu card and a parasol, i let it slide n continued waiting. After 20 minutes more people arrived but nobody got served. After a half hour i walked up to one of the waiters and asked if i could order two mojitos he replied yes. But nothing happened, nobody got served n everyone all tables on the beach where still waiting for a drink. Ultimately we waited more than 1,5 hour and still nothing happened. We decided to leave and join our kids at the water, where i started to write this review. Its now 17:11 and as i look at the people on the beach terrace there is still nobody with a drink. Incredible!!! Such a nice bar and location but the staff is miserable slow and incapable of running a business. Avoid this place
Beautiful place with gorgeous serving girls, vg variety of gin tonics and cocktails. Becomes very busy on week ends and holidays, specially with the younger crowd. Service is really great and very pleasant. Even my grandchildren enjoyed the specially made sandwiches! During the summer it's next to water sports place which provide ample supply and expertise on wind surfing, etc I go there often for coffee and meetings with friends.
THE WORST PLACE I BEEN IN MY LIFE, AVOID THIS PLACE, SECURITY IS BADDEST OF THE BAD
Loved the DJ here, DJ Angelo, this man knows how to mix and had some classic Ibiza tunes in his stash! Great place to go for a coffee on a Sunday and even better in the summer after some stand up paddle boarding. It can be lively and loud but also they play some nice chilled tunes too and the staff are super quick, polite and professional. :)
Al lovely place to sit down and relax on a sunny day, the wine 🍷 was nice and the beer 🍺 even nicer, a nice view on one side of the harbour then walk through the bar to the beach side where you overlook the beach and catch all of the afternoon sun.
Perfect view to the sea. Quality foods and most times friendly staff. There was a time where they had unfriendly staff but this improved now.

Enjoyable, free visit with all displays in English and Spanish. The man on the reception desk was very helpful, explaining the layout on the two floors. Good, clean toilets - always a bonus.
Popped in during a walk around town with the kids. It's a small exhibition about the local sea life and the history of fishing in the region. It's free to visit and well worth the time.
Amazing educational exhibition! Free to visit and really fun to spend an hour or so there :) nice and cool with aircon and very interesting
Actually a very nice place for a quick visit. I really liked to get to know a thing about salt industry in Roquetas

(Translated by Google) We arrived by chance and what a cool activity with kids. From the person who greeted us, super friendly, to the space. It was very well explained, letting us interact at our own pace, and with kids, you can touch... In short, highly recommended. (Original) Llegamos por casualidad y vaya actividad más chula con niños. The best and cleanest beach in Roquetas del Mar,nice clean sand and water 💧,like California beaches. There is toilet near entrance and little kiosk with coffee and Belgian waffles, nice cold frappe and ice cream. Chairs for bronzing you can have with a mattress and small table for 5euro There a parking near the beach and in 10 passes from beach you can find restaurant with breakfast
It's one of the cleanest beaches in the area, the water is clear but beware of jellyfish. Nice beach playgrounds for children. Exercise machines are along the promenade, there is a cycling track either towards Aguadulce or Roquetas
This beach has small stones and can be quite dusty. Good for lying in the sun and playing beach games. Not good for building sandcastles or digging holes with daughters!! There is normally a good atmosphere and the beach is never really that busy. Although can be busier in the late afternoon. A great place for a walk on the promenade in the evening.
Very nice beach 🏖️
Lovely sea side day with the kids - pure joy!
The water was beautiful, the beach is small pebbles
Very nice place we enjoyed the City
Loved this beach. Quite busy with restaurants and people walking on the promenade. Is the busiest beach in Roquetas de Mar.

Nice and familiar summer cinema (i.e. no roof). Well organized, with a well fitted fast food and drinks section.
Great place for movies, the sound and picture is pretty great and good selection of food! Would definitely go back
Great night and experience - watched Escape Room 2 (pick a film that does not require much translation or understanding of Spanish)
An amazing experience. Ceap ticket, nice staff.
(Translated by Google) I've been going for three years. By far the best cinema in Almería. The others can't even compete in terms of quality, price, or location. 6 euros and you see two shows (it's a double feature) and it has four screens. And the price of a traditional cinema, of which there are few left in Spain. Double features starting in 2023, which are really cool. The chairs are so little, they're not that big a deal. You just bring jackets or cushions, and that's it. We're really over-the-top in Almería.
(Translated by Google) Arbitrary and discriminatory treatment: a disgrace This summer cinema is outrageous. They apparently have rules, but they enforce them as they please. Right in front of me, they let several people in with bags that were clearly carrying food. The excuse? "It's not for consumption." Curiously, when it was my turn, faced with the same situation, they denied me entry unless I left my bag in a shabby, unsecured locker. Where's the logic? The sign says "No outside food allowed on the premises," NOT "No food allowed." It's as if they prohibit smoking and that's why they won't let you in with a pack of cigarettes. Absurd. The worst thing isn't the rules, it's the lack of discretion and discriminatory treatment. I won't return, and I won't recommend it. A cinema that starts badly from the door says it all.

Fantastic building with great views over the Mediterranean coast and sea. Easily accessible for wheelchairs and buggies etc.
Another one of the free to visit places of Roquetas de mar. We had a good look around then walked over to the marina for a coffee and ice cream.
It’s normal and free
Good point to see ;)
