Amazing place. Parking for 10 euro per day . 2 or even 3 places to eat and drink. 30 euro a day for sun beds and umbrella. A bit of a scary drive going down and up , but 1000% worth visiting. To make it easier to get to the beach go up a little bit from the stairs and there is a little path.
Very nice and clean beach with a gorgeous view and colours, water is crystal clear and great for scuba diving/snorkling. Pebble beach, so swimming shoes and a comfy sun mattress are recommended. The drive is an interesting experience, down a long and narrow-cornered way but safe when driven carefully. Be aware for other cars coming, not too many spots for passing by. Lots of parking space, different costs depending on the area you park, it's 7-10 euros for the whole day. Quite an easy access down to the beach. The first you find are stairs going down, but there is also a concrete ramp further along the way that leads to the beach. I recommend to come earlier for best spots, the beach gets quite crowded along the day and the beach is appearently popular among families (not maybe the most quiet spot therefore) and is kid friendly. Sun decks and parasol cost 25 euros, if wanted. The beach has two restaurants, we visited the beach twice and tested both of them. Each different, but both very nice and offer good food.
This beach is a drive down a windy long road, but worth it. We arrived from the new road which is gravelly, parked up early at 9.30 at the front had got some beds on the beach. It’s €7 for parking not €10 anymore and €25 per twin beds and a brolly, that’s if you want them, there is space to sit on the beach for no cost(other than parking). We liked it as it had a nice restaurant and could spend all day here without faffing on bringing packed lunch. The beach and sea and views are worth it. The small boats pull up and there is plenty of space for a SUP board. Water shoes are useful not necessarily needed, but next time I would bring a comfy mattress for the wooden slatted beds, they are not the comfiest. I give it a four, a little harsh really we visited twice during our stay and I would go back but 6 of us for beds is costly and the meal was great first time and average the second. The beach though I love.
Easy access with car, steps to beach nice access, beach is with small to medium stones and sand at moments but reare. 4 is overated but due to natural beauties I need to leave 4. From the moment you come to beach steps guy takes 10 eur for parking, after that they charge 30 eur for beach seat for seating and sun protection "optional"... but most of beach is covered with this sets. Not good is nature behing your back not even tried to look clean and tidy with no trash bucket on whole beach. My question is if you are selling drinks food sun sets and charging parking why somebody is not responsible for putting trash bin in and clean it on daily basis
Perfect beach with clear blue water, not too crowded. Has a couple restaurants and the option to pay for sunbeds (around 30 euros for 2). Easy to park a car and access the beach too. Only improvement is that the parking is 10 euros, which is ridiculous for a Public beach. Other beaches in the island also have parking, but for free.
Great beach to spend the day at. I highly recommend bringing goggles and a snorkel to view all of the fish and sea life. By the rocks at the side there are very colourful fish. There's a Pepper & Choco gelato stand which is open until around 18:00 (around sunset). There is ample parking as well as a beach bar and a restaurant. Great for the family.
Beautiful nature, nice pebble beach, clear water, not overly crowded even now end of July. Parking available for 8 or 10 Euros (depending on how close you park).
The beach is big and water is very clear. In september it's not that busy.Umbrellas and sun laungers are 30€... There are 3 parking spots the longest walk is 8€/day medium 10€/day and the closest one is 7€/day.

Restored, 15th-century church in the old town, with panoramic coastal views from its bell tower.
Slide 1 of 8
Saint Mark's Cathedral in Korčula Town is a standout example of Gothic-Renaissance architecture, constructed between the 14th and 16th centuries by local stonemasons. Situated at the highest point of the old town, the cathedral features an ornate façade adorned with a fluted rose window and statues of Adam and Eve. Inside, visitors can view notable artworks, including paintings by Tintoretto. The cathedral's bell tower offers panoramic views of the town and the Adriatic Sea, accessible for an additional fee. While entry to the cathedral itself is free, the bell tower requires a separate ticket. It's advisable to check opening hours in advance, as they can vary by season. The cathedral remains a significant cultural and historical site, reflecting Korčula's rich heritage.
St. Mark's Cathedral is located in the old town of Korčula. It was built in the Gothic-Renaissance style, completed in the 15th century. The interior is quite modest, you can feel the spirit of the times. There are sarcophagi embedded in the floor, where dignitaries are buried. My wife and I lit a candle and paid homage to the dead.
it's a nice cathedral located in the middle of the old town of korčula! it's very nicely decorated, and the price to entry is very cheap (3 Euro's for adults, and free for children)! definetly recommend checking it out if you're into religious architecture, but it's nothing too noteworthy if you're a tourist
3€ per person to go in plus €5 more to go up the bell tower. Be warned: as with most bell towers, you go up a stone, spiral staircase but this one seemed narrower than most. The walkway at the top is super narrow: my backpack and I had to squeeeeeeze through (I weigh 70kgs and am 175cm tall so am not overweight). The cathedral is small but beautiful.
Beautiful little church in the middle of oldtown Korçula. The first when going up was extremely narrow (even a little claustrophobic) but the views from the top were amazing. Not super safe to go with small children as there are many places they might slip, stumble or just step into thin air (our 4 year old went butt first down the stairs as they were pretty steep). Not much space at the top either so recommended to go with a smaller group of people.
The Cathedral of St. Mark (also known as Korčula Cathedral) is located in the heart of Korčula’s Old Town. Built in the 15th century, it features a blend of Gothic and Renaissance architecture that makes it one of the island’s most striking landmarks. One of the highlights is climbing the cathedral’s bell tower, which offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the town and the sea beyond. Be prepared, though—the steps are very steep and narrow, and the climb can feel a bit challenging in such a tight space. Still, once you reach the top, the view is absolutely worth it, and you’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment for making the climb.
Beautiful architecture. The entrance to the cathedral is not free.
Very disappointing to pay 3€ to receive not information on what to see in the church and any significant explanations or history. It is a small local church which does need some explanation.

Small stone house thought to be the birthplace of Marco Polo, with a tower boasting sea views.
Slide 1 of 8
One of the most gorgeous towns I’ve ever seen. Buildings from the 13-15th century so beautifully kept. Amazing food, emerald waters and every corner had wine, gelato, fish, and pizza to die for. Go, u may never leave. 🫶♾️🇭🇷
Possibly the worst exhibit I’ve seen recently. They must not actually believe Marco Polo was from here. All 6 TV screens were not working. Half the displays were empty. No information or guide document. The last room …every door open and empty. Really weird.
As my mother put it "Marco Polo had less trouble on his journey than we did navigating this museum." This was the only thing we experienced in all of Korčula that I don't recommend. Such an embarrassing and poorly done exhibit. After wandering around trying to make sense of the numbers and arrows, I went back downstairs to ask the employee if there was a guide book or brochure. He said "no, but you can have this" and gave me a map that required an actual magnifier to use (see photo). Only 1 of the multimedia screens was working, so we missed a lot of information. The "artifacts" were mostly replicas or irrelevant knick knacks (items from the silk road circa the 20th century...). It seemed that several exhibits had been removed, and the "library" was empty (see photo). The only redeeming feature was the view from the tower. The order was confusing as well - it seems to start in the middle and you end up in the beginning only to have to walk back the way you came. Don't waste your time.
The Marco Polo House in Korčula, Croatia, is less of a traditional museum and more of a cultural center and gift shop dedicated to reimagining Marco Polo’s life. Inside, you’ll find displays of what his maps, tools, and diaries might have looked like, as well as exhibits highlighting the many places he traveled and explored. The highlight is the lookout point at the top of the center, where you get a direct view over the city and the beautiful Saint Mark’s Cathedral. It’s a small but fascinating stop that offers both history and stunning views, and admission is only 6 euros.
A special two weeks on the island... I was particularly captivated by the old town and sunbathing on one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic for me Proizd. Special time - Every now and then I was attacked by animals. They started on arrival
Nice museum with AC running during summer hot days. Third floor AC was broken but experience was great and place was clean
Totally enjoyed this self guided tour. Love the maps, the film and the exhibits that told you more about Marco Polo. Beautiful view from the top.
By the time I got there it was closed but reading the reviews it seems that I haven't missed much.

In the new renovated museum of the city of Korcula you can find a lot of information of very interesting and rich island history. You will go through different phases of the island development and for a hour or two travel through the time. Amazing place to visit!
Delightful little museum that offers much to intrigue in a relatively small, but pleasingly modern, space. Visitors who are fascinated by the past and prepared to spend the time (and do a bit of reading) are taken through thousands of years of history, including a glimpse of 19th-century cultural life in Korčula - the curator(s) must be congratulated! Not all the explanatory texts and audio are accompanied by English translations, but super friendly staff can assist. A lovely experience (on what was a very cold and wet island afternoon!)
Cute museum showcasing local history all the way from prehistoric times to 20th century. Not sure it's worth the €6 entry fee but it was nice all the same. Nice to do something a bit different to swimming and eating and drinking!
Really good and modern museum occupying 5 floors. EUR6 entrance fee. The basement has the oldest pieces, and it gets more modern history as you climb up. Also a good toilet in the basement, which is handy! I particularly liked the helmet from the 5th or 6th century BC.
Nice exhibit explaining the history of Korcula. Location in one of the old Venetian palaces on the main square. If you have plenty of time it's a good way to spend half an hour to an hour, but if you are in a rush better spend the time walking on the small streets.
Decent city museum! I definitely liked the amphoras (+music background) and photos from 1930's and 1950's. Someone put quite and effort to arrange the exhibition in chronological and well-arranged order.
Korcula Town Museum is located across the St. Marc Cathedral. The Museum is housed in Gabrieli's palace, built in the 15th and 16th centuries but newly renovated. It consists of 4 floors and shows how life on the island looked before. I would definitely recommend this place so you can understand the history of Korcula better. My favorite parts of the museum are the 3rd and 4th floor but the other two floors are no less attractive.
Entrence is only 20kn, and you can explore a bit of Korčula's rich history. A the moment the museum is beeing rebuilt so entrence to the temporary location is just around the corner.

A truly unique and beautiful gallery/ shop! A variety of art ranging from paintings to sculptures to jewelry, within every budget. Vapor showcases some of Croatia's talented artists. The owner is warm and welcoming. I chose a clay sculpture and she took the time to explain the artist's process, something that makes me treasure the piece even more.
Incredible little gallery/shop with the kindest owners. They have some great art and fun little trinkets. Definitely worth a visit when in Korcula!
Very nice gallery with local artists and the gallery manager is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her artists. She explains the history, shows you the related books and makes you want to bring back at least a small part of some of the works you see there. An absolute must!
Wonderful experience! We (5 Americans from Wisconsin and Illinois) were determined to visit the Vapor Gallery to peruse the locally created artwork, crafts and jewelry. While I fully expected the women within the group to pick a set of earrings or similar items, I was not prepared for the variety of pieces that touched each of use. By the time we were finished, let's just say we needed to purchase more luggage for the rest of the trip through Croatia. I feel that this is must stop to experience current Korcula culture.
My husband and I found this gem of an art gallery one night when we were in Korcula old town on an gelato run. Came back the next day bought this beautiful piece. We love the colors and was able to come back in our carry-on luggage. The art manager, he was so nice, wrapped the item very well for traveling. Lots of fun art highly recommend
Very helpful store owners. We stoped by to look at the raku and ended up buying some pieces, we got excellent service and they helped us wrap our buys neatly in packaging. The store have art pieces from a few different artists, mostly ceramics but also some paintings. Stop by when in korčula to have a look!
A nice little gallery with some great works. Definitely worth a visit.
Very nice and interesting gallery near the west entrance of the Old town. And it is placed in the tower so the space itself is also very interesting!!! You can find nice art works here! Highly recommended!!!

He has small pieces and very large pieces so there is something for every budget. We're so happy we saw his sign down the corridor which says something like "art that will make you smile" with an arrow. I highly recommend visiting his art shop.

What could have been a nice spot near the old town is totally wasted by the sewer stench that hits this beach. It makes you feel sick and we left pretty quickly. Some people seem not to mind. Water is nice but wear watershoes.
The beach is very small and rocky but it is literally next door to a medieval wall and about a block away from restaurant and bars. Tee water is crystal clear and cool. There are some cruise boats and ferries going by every once in a while but not so close as to make it dangerous.
A few meters away from the road, a neat little place. Nice view of Pelješac
Perfect for a short swim while visiting the old town of Korcula. City walls provide the shadows.
It's a tiny beach in Korcula, but it's extremely clean and the sea water is clear as a day. It's full of sea life to explore. There is a frequent boat traffic, but it does create a nice atmosphere.

Slide 1 of 8
ACI Marina Korčula, nestled beside Korčula's historic old town, offers stunning views and a secure harbor. I like to have a quiet coffee to go moment there. A Blue Flag marina, it provides berths for vessels up to 50m, with excellent facilities including water, electricity, showers, and proximity to restaurants and shops. A prime spot for exploring the island.
Great Marina with very competent staff, it's very clean and good looking, everything worked great with the reservation. Sadly -2 stars for their water polo neighbors wo played loud music way past 4am so noone on the ships around me is currently sleeping. Im well aware that that's probably not everyday but I think people should take it into consideration.
While staying in Croatia's stunning Peljesac peninsula, you'll see no shortage of ferries and water taxis, but I romanticised about being able to drift around in my own little boat, exploring each and every little island at my own whim. ACI made this dream a possibility! For a very modest price, they said we could rent a boat for the day. The four of us split the cost between us, and the friendly instructor gave me, the "captain" (who can't even drive a car, let alone a boat!), a quick run-down of how it all works ; the engine, the anchor, mooring and the "traffic system" and what to do in case of emergency. But within several minutes, he handed me a map and told me I could go wherever I wanted, and could have the boat all day long (and I had more than enough fuel!) Indeed, we spent most the day at sea! It was without a doubt, the highlight of our holiday, and one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life! You have not truly seen Dalmatia until you have taken an ACI boat around to its incredible islands. We went wherever we pleased. We cracked open a few beers and just moored up at whatever island took our fancy. We found sandy beaches with transparent waters, indescribable natural beauty and even visited the 14th Century Monastery on Badija, only to be greeted by a group of friendly deer who emerged from its nearby woods! The sense of freedom you have is second to none! There are also islands with small communities that have churches and bars and restaurants, and of course Korcula itself has a lot to offer beyond its old town, and there is no better way to take it all in than by boat. I cannot thank the ACI Staff enough for making experiences like this so affordable and accessible, as well as for being so friendly and helpful! I have so many fond memories, and a longing to return and experience it all again!
EV charging is a joke, they have 2 Tesla home chargers that they charge 38€ for 3h. So don’t go there, you have a 60kw charger at the gas station next to plodine. 1/3 of the price and faster
A pleasant and peaceful marina, though often crowded with yachts moored quite close together. The sanitary facilities are well-equipped. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to enjoy a drink nearby
Nice island. Perfect as one day trip.
Nice marina, but quite small. You must arrive early to get mooring. Facilities are OK.
ACI Marina's are only interested in taking money from you. !! Korcula is a busy marina in the summer so I booked, on line, weeks in advance, for 1 nights stay at a cost of £240.00. I had to chase for the email confirmation, I confirmed by email in the afternoon of the day of my arrival that my ETA would be approximately 18.00. I arrived at the marina to be told it was full, eventually we moored up on the outside harbour wall where the wash from larger vessels caused an unpleasant night. If you are booking Ensure you get email confirmation, then state you must be ' inside ' the marina otherwise you get what you're given. DO NOT TRUST ACI MARINA'S they only want to take money from you. Facilities are ok, but not what you expect considering what they charge, this applies to all the ACI marina's I've stayed at.

We accidentally got into this 'garden', it's deserted, impoverished and a bit weird. It doesn't really look like a monument, more like a prank.
Awesome, amazing and stunny

Of the three museums I visited in Korcula I thought this one was the best. It had plenty of original handwritten manuscripts from the middle ages, paintings by Venetian painters, reliquaries etc. Its not too big, count 20-30 minutes for it.
Very nice collection, worth the visit
Lots of stuff on smalle surface. It would improve dramatically if they would be more selectieve. Amazing Coin collection.
