The site manager has a great interest in the nature and flora and fauna, which shows in the site, with lovely trees and hedges. It is situated next to the river, which has a footpath into town . Lots of walks and museums to visit. Especially the cheese museum and the local cheese to purchase there. Also the old trains and various trips to take on them. Well worth a visit .

There are three toilet blocks. Two were in use for our stay. The nearest is a strange design; unisex but with only two cubicles (plus a disabled) and multiple urinals. Almost as though it was designed for men but made unisex as an afterthought.
