Loved it! The tarsiers live in their natural habitat and the guides go find them each morning. We got to see 3, up close, without bothering them. The guide was awesome, and took many photos and videos for us.
Lovely and well mantained. The tour is really short and the guide put pressure on you to finish it, we did it twice (you can do the same just kindly ask). Would allow people to be a bit more free around the field and spend some time with the lovely tarsier, apart from that lovely experience and glad that people take care of this endemic species
Incredible visit. For 150 php we first saw an explanatory video of 5 min and then we were taken to see some tarsiers with Omai (sorry if misspelled). We saw 3 of them incredibly close. The guide was extremely respectful with the animals and we could see them very well, we are really grateful with him. Impressive!
The Tarsier Sanctuary is very well maintained. Before the tour, they show an informative video about the tarsiers, which is really helpful. After that, a small shuttle (like a golf cart) picks you up and brings you to the sanctuary—it’s about a one-minute ride, or you can choose to walk for around five minutes. A guide will show you where the tarsiers are, making it easy to spot them and will help you take pictures. Overall, a very good and enjoyable experience.
Be aware that there are two places in Bohol where you can see tarsiers. The Tarsier Conservation Area is often considered a tourist trap and feels more like a zoo. In contrast, this sanctuary in Corella is government-supported and focused on the well-being of the animals. The staff here do not force the tarsiers to be awake or on display. In fact, they have to locate them each morning, which shows a real respect for the animals, not just for tourists. During our visit, we saw three tarsiers. I noticed many 1-star reviews, but I believe most of them refer to the other place. That location reportedly positions the tarsiers under leaves for better visibility, a practice that is highly stressful and disrespectful to these sensitive creatures. Please do not support the more commercialized area just for a selfie. Instead, choose to visit the Corella Sanctuary, where the animals are truly protected and their natural behavior is respected.
Firstly, the island of Bohol in general is just incredible. Teeming jungles, chocolate hills, and this charming little guy. Definitely felt bad for them in a way since they are nocturnal and the throng of the tourists was certainly not letting them sleep.
A very unique and cool experience in Bohol. You watch a short 5 minute video about the sanctuary and then take a walk with a guide. He leads you around the enclosure which is also their natural habitat. We got to see 3 Tarsiers up close without disturbing them as they’re nocturnal. The information centre is also a nice space to spend some time and read all about these interesting creatures. You won’t spend a lot of time inside the sanctuary maybe only 10 minutes but it’s enough to see them and for the guide to take some super cool photos.
When visiting bohol of course do not miss this place.. Just buy and ticket for the entrance and see these majestic animals..truly a philippine treasure! There are pasalubong centers and food outside.. You have to have a car to visit this for convenience.

A breathtaking experience. The world is full of wonders and this is one of it. The place is safe for kids and elderly who can still hike. If you really want to experience the amazing sunrise make sure to get there at 4 30 AM to 5 AM At the top of the hill there is a small store where you can enjoy hot drinks like coffee ☕, cup noodles, and snacks. Awesome place for tent as well. Make sure to bring food with you.
Visiting the Bohol Sea of Clouds felt like stepping into a scene from a dream. We woke up really early, while it was still dark, and traveled through quiet roads surrounded by mountains. I was still sleepy, but the excitement kept me awake. When we reached the viewing area, the air was cold and refreshing — the kind of cold that instantly wakes you up. As the sky slowly brightened, the clouds began to appear. At first, it was just a layer of mist, but in just a few minutes, the clouds thickened and started to roll over the hills like waves from the ocean. It truly looked like a sea — endless, white, and magical. Watching the sunrise over the clouds was the best part. The golden light spread through the sky and made the whole place glow beautifully. I took a lot of photos, but none of them could fully capture the feeling of being there… standing above the clouds, surrounded by nature, and enjoying a peaceful moment away from the busy world. There were also friendly locals serving coffee and snacks — a perfect way to warm up while enjoying the view. It was definitely worth waking up early and traveling all the way. The experience reminded me how amazing and unique the beauty of the Philippines is. The Sea of Clouds in Bohol is something I will never forget — a moment where I truly felt grateful and alive.
Definitely a must to go! Sea of clouds is known to its scenery, best time fully experience the hype on hot summer days between April to May. We were not able to witness the full clouds up in the mountains, however, a picturesque welcomed us. You may come by 4:30AM-5AM. Tourists will love the fresh air and natures best!
Was not able to witness the sea of clouds but will definitely go back here in the future.
Breathtaking experience of the view. Despite the hiking trail going there
one of the best place in bohol, but google map will direct you to rough road, better asked locals for the road.
Nice and neat place to camp out or watch the sun rise/set. very affordable entrance fee. there's a shack with a bathroom so its kinda convenient in a way, given the situation. Friendly locals. Passable with 2W and 4W but going up the hill is a challenge. overall, nice experience, breathe-taking, highly recommended, will go back again. PS. bring your own necessities like food, water, toilet paper, tent...
