This is a really good beach, clean, scenic and less crowded post entrance area. I would give it five star or more but due to dog attacks I am giving it less , there are safety issues on this beach especially early morning and post sunset due to group(15-20 dogs) of stray dogs. Do keep in mind that there are lot of stray dogs who attack people once it gets dark , keep a stick incase chosing to stay till it gets dark or early morning.

Most beautiful, clean and peaceful beach in South Goa. This place is very quiet and less crowded compared to other beaches. Sunset here is very beautiful and the main attraction of this beach. There are few shacks and no loud music, just peace. Usually foreigners and families visit this beach. The crowd here is quite decent and one can peacefully enjoy the vibes and sounds of the sea. Very clean no waste or garbage anywhere. If you are visiting goa and want to spend quality time with your partner, then this beach should be on your checklist.

The best beach in south Goa , it’s a must visit. Calm , foreigners were more compared to locals , very less shacks , a clean and safe dress changing pods , good for adventure activities too . If I visit south Goa , I’ll surely visit this place again .

Quick service and good quality of food. Vist this joint if particularly love crab and fish. Me and my wife stepped in on a Friday night. The place is well lit and has a cosy ambience to it. We ordered the grilled butter garlic Sea Bass along with a fish Tikka. The planters punch cocktail was praise worthy as well. Over all a great dining experience.

We are visiting at the end of the season and when we got there at 2pm the restaurant was empty. It then took them 20 minutes to get our drinks to the table! I was told no Nan as the tandour wasn’t light. A table of 8 then came I. And where rushed around, so I guess it was just us. That said, the food was great, I had the Goan chilli fry which was really nice. And it was very reasonable. We have booked to go on the boat trip on Thursday, hopefully that will be as good as the reviews.

Amazing fish thali at throwaway prices.. one of the best i had in south goa. We ordered pomphret and it was perfectly cooked with a thin layer of goan spice underneath the batter which gave the fish such a distinct local flavor.. the kokum served alongside was mindblowing...

The place is a bit away from beach but has a good location surrounded by greenery all around. Food was delicious though we didn't taste seafood, there was a local touch to its dishes, everything was reasonably priced.

We had a fabulous boat trip today with Steve of Cris Cruises. We had a wonderful three course meal, with some drinks flowing and a good singer with a guitar. We went into the Arabian Sea and were lucky enough to see a dolphin, plus in the river part a few kingfishers. Communication before the trip was great and the trip itself very well run. The staff are very good and we would definitely do this again if returning to the area. Thanks everyone 🙂

A memory to treasure Cris Cruises tour truly swept us off our feet! we were a lively group of 17 with more kids than adults, yet the amazing host and the staff and also the DJ handled everything without missing a beat,they had a knack for keeping both the little ones and the grown ups entertained from start to finish. The experience was worth every penny offering a treasure trove of amenities as we set sail guests were greeted with cocktails mocktails and endless flow of tasty starters once we reached the calmer waters we were transferred from the large boat to a smaller one for a dip and a splash about in the beach waters soaking up the sun for about 45 minutes. Soon there after we boarded our main vessel once again and embarked on a sunset cruise the starters flowed like water followed by a mouthwatering main course and decadent desserts that were the cherry on top. Every child was handed a fishing rod which turned out to be a masterstroke,they were hooked quite literally and stayed happily engaged meanwhile the dj struck the right chord playing fantastic music that kept spirits high and toes tapping all evening. With a feast fit for a king music that hit all the right notes and a crew that bent over backwards to make us feel special the evening was nothing short of unforgettable. Highly recommended an experience where every moment sparkles like a gem!!

We have just done the evening cruise up the river and back to the end of the inlet, timed it perfectly and see a great sunset. There is Alchol and food included and I must say it was lovely. The staff are very attentive and by thecend of it we all were saying what a great trip. We will definitely be back. Thank Cris until next time.

Highly recommended.Seen dolphins and fully enjoyed the boat ride and the backwater viewpoint . It was a one hour trip, and was truly worth.

The boat ride with them was great. The Sal river is shallow and you might feel boat ride is not required. But it’s so beautiful around especially the mangroves. Once you enter the sea you will thank yourself and them for the decision. It’s one of the most breathtaking sunsets you will see.

Our time spend with this activity was nothing less than fantastic. They were kind enough to take us to see the beautiful place where the river and the sea meet, giving us a view we will never forget. The boat that was given was spotlessly clean, which made the trip comfortable and fun. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and excited the staff was. They went beyond by giving us specific information about the fish dock and giving us tips on how to watch birds on the small, remote island we visited. Overall, they provided good service, giving us not only a beautiful tour but also a lot of useful knowledge to make our trip unforgettable.

This place is excellent. We absolutely loved our visit. ​The service is very very good. We also found the prices to be very reasonable. ​What really set this experience apart was the expertise of the therapist. He highlighted our problem areas and gave us recommendations for further treatment and self-care. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Ayurvedic clinic to visit in Cavelossim for a good body spa/message! Totally worth it - went with my husband and was totally worth it! Both of us loved our massages! They have separate chambers for women and men and the staff is very professional and great with their work! Do talk to Shamnaad- the owner of the place because he is extremely courteous, warm and will suggest you massages as per your requirements! I must recommend to take a prior appointment as most of the spa/massages lasts for atleast an hour and a lot of foreign as well as Indians come here ( even in non-peak season). So it is advisable to book it in advance.

In Goa, there is nothing called authentic ayurveda treatment -sandalwood ayurveda is a scam- what I mean by scam is not value for service!! It means not worth it!!! They charge high they put so little oil and they had a massage woman who did nothing but just inexperienced technique , useless ! It is a total waste of money never go here! For someone like me who has launched Ayurveda centres in Bangalore and Kovallam at Punnamada , I have full knowledge in authentic Ayurveda treatments!!!

Four stars as nothing is here except for the lifeguard! Sal river and Arabian Sea meet here and it makes up for a beautiful setting. Not sure if we can swim here and it is very secluded. May be a great spot for sunset walk. I was here during morning and river Sal with a lot of boats was a nice sight to look at.

What a scenic beach!!! This beach is situated as connecting link between River and Sea. Water is so clear and clean. Long patch of sand which is good for walk and beach activities. Only thing is you have to walk a long distance. Definately preferred over other crowdy beaches.

Beautiful and empty but there's not even a lifeguard. No sunbeds or cafes either. Bring your own beach towel. Very hard to reach as it's quite Southern.

For me the most beautiful beach between Panjim and Agonda! It was only 1 Family with a dog there except of me but instead many swarms of birds! the quite big river goes into the sea there and has quite strong currency, dont swim there close to the river its really superstrong! if the tide is down (I was lucky) you can walk on many small lakes from which the water runs back to the sea, looks amazing, real nature and very clean, luckily its very far to walk from the street so the indian tourists with the rubish dont come, hope it stays like that! In the end u can find a shipwreck which makes it epic, also looking inside tge land u will see some temples and boats at the other side of the big river, really amazing views!
