Second-highest plateau in Asia, a popular site for sunset & sunrise views & horseback riding.
Slide 1 of 8
Created by ancient volcanic activities, it is the second longest mountain plateau in Asia. Stretching over 98 acres at an elevation of approximately 4,550 ft above sea level, Table Land is the highest point in Panchgani. Due to its vast, elevated expanse of flat terrain, it offers unobstructed panoramic view of the Krishna Valley and surrounding hills. It is also a vantage point for spectacular sunrise and sunset. Activities like horse riding, horse cart rides and paragliding are available.
Table land is the second highest asian plateu in India . From this place we can see the views of following places - 1. Pandavgad , Wai and nearby villages ( previously known as Viratnagari as per Indian Mythology )at the eastern part of plateu 2.Kamalgad at the western part of plateu 3.Dhom dam at the western part of plateu Table land is the great place for people who enjoy long walk, running, playing ground sports. Table land turns more beautiful from 20 September to 11 October every year as this is flowering period of many wild flowering plants found in western ghats .
"We visited this place for the first time and weren’t sure how much area there was to explore. At the entrance, horse riders offered to take us to 10–12 points, but honestly, only 2–3 of them are major spots that you can easily walk to within 1–2 km. If you enjoy horse riding, you can try it—but it’s quite expensive and not really necessary. The natural beauty here is excellent, especially at Table Point. Sunrise and sunset views are truly worth it!"
Mesmerising views.. horse ride was good but bargain before going..guides wer good
6 kms valley having historic relation with mahabharat. Where it is believed Pandavas spent their exile here. Pandavas footprints, caves, devils kitchen is here many movie shots were taken here. It's long plateau. Asias 2nd highest Volcanic Plateau. U cannot walk full plateau there are horses and carts which costs around 1400 to roam everywhere and they explain you story. Best to visit during sunset 🌇
One of the best places to visit during the rainy season. Do not go for any guide or so just travel by urself they will only give information on which movie was shot where and which battle was fought and etc. If horse riding available go for it and bargain for it without fail, for 9 spots go for as low as 1200-1500. You will get some picturesque views if you travelling on low rainy days. Do not spend 20 rs on pandav caves, not worth it it's just a simple shiv bhagwan statue without any lights in cave. Note: from June horse riding is banned for three months due to the rainy season.
Wonderful geological structure which encompasses so much beauty around it that people simply get attracted towards it to relish in the beauty of this flat land. Walk on the table land, ride the horse cart or horse back, appreciate the landforms, observe the flora and fauna, click some memorable pictures and be grateful and feel lucky that you visited such a wonderful natural formation...
Absolute picturesque. It has 9 points to visit. Ghodawalas will approach you right outside, you can either take a horse or walk on your own. If you take a horse then try to bargain cause they charge 3600Rs which is super expensive and not justified at all. We bargained to get the horse at 1300 for 6 points and rest 3 points we walked.

Parking and small eateries are available nearby, making it convenient even for families with children or elderly travellers. Tips for Visitors Visit at sunrise or sunset for the best light and minimal crowds. Carry a light jacket during monsoon or winter months. Keep your surroundings clean; use the waste bins provided. Local tea/coffee stalls add to the experience, but cash is handy for small purchases. Overall Impression Parsi Point lives up to its reputation as one of Panchgani’s most iconic viewpoints. Whether you’re a nature lover, photographer, or simply seeking a peaceful stop on the Mahabaleshwar–Panchgani route, this place offers a refreshing break with unforgettable vistas. “A must-visit for sweeping valley views and serene hill-station vibes.”
Nice place to visit surrounded by greenery as can be seen in Lonavala. Good place to spend time if you are in Lonavala. VERY VERY PHOTOGENIC AND SCENIC PLACE.
Loved the place. Beautiful view, especially during monsoon. Must visit to capture good photos/memories.

It is good point for one time visit in Panchgani. You get to see a great eye soothing view from this point. There is properly maintained garden, wooden bridge etc. It is an absolute gem for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. I highly recommends this point. If you are in Panchgani please must visit this place.
Beautiful spot to visit. We can enjoy the nature. Well maintained garden and restroom facility. Adequate parking space is available. Usually the climate is chilling during winter. You can drive your vehicle till the last point of the location. The krishna river from above looks great.
Sydney Point: Sydney Point is another nice viewpoint, though compared to Harrison’s Folly, it’s a bit less vast and dramatic. It overlooks the same valley but from a slightly different angle, giving a fresh yet familiar view of the landscape. The place is calm and pleasant, with a few people around offering astrology or palm-reading services — it’s up to you whether you wish to believe or try them. There aren’t many shops here, so it’s better to come prepared if you need water or snacks. You can drive your vehicle almost up to the top, and from there, it’s a short walk to explore the area. The path is gentle, and there are a few nice spots where you can take photos of the valley and surroundings. It’s an okay place to visit with family — peaceful, simple, and good for a short stop to enjoy the view.
Th valley viewpoint offers stunning & breathtaking views, making it a must-visit for nature lovrs & photographrs. Howevr, visitors should b cautious while traveling there, as th access road is very narrow only 1 car can pass at a time. Additionally, parking space at th viewpoint is extremely limitd, so plan accordingly. Despite these challenges, th scenic beauty makes th effort worthwhile.
Would recommend to go at sunset time. You will have a good view. They have parking space for car and bike both at the top.
This point is reached before reaching Panchgani The view is beautiful from here I am sharing some videos and photos, you can see But sometimes it is very foggy so nothing is visible
Rating: ★★★★★ Sydney Point in Panchgani is an absolute gem for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. Perched on a hilltop, it offers stunning panoramic views of the Krishna Valley, Dhom Dam, and the majestic mountains surrounding the region. The cool breeze and lush greenery add to the charm, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of nature. The sunset views from here are nothing short of magical—watching the sun dip behind the hills, casting golden hues across the valley, is truly a mesmerizing experience. It's also conveniently located near the Panchgani bus stand, so getting here is easy even for first-time visitors. If you're in Panchgani, Sydney Point is a must-visit. I'd recommend going during the late afternoon to catch the sunset. You can also combine your visit with nearby attractions like Parsi Point and Devil’s Kitchen for a full day of scenic exploration. Highly recommended!
Very inside and deserted. But a nice spot. Not much to do. But must visit once.

This point offers a breathtaking view of the valley. Echo Point, Elephant's Head Point, Needle Hole Viewpoint, and Monkey Point, are also situated near this point. Tried the echo point, but not echo comes back. However the visit is worth for spending some time absorbing the beauty of nature.
Kate’s Point is one of the most stunning viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar — a perfect blend of beauty, calm, and drama! From here, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the deep valleys, Dhom Dam, and lush green hills stretching as far as you can see. It’s also close to Echo Point and Elephant’s Head Point, so you can easily cover all three in one go. If you love photography or just soaking in nature’s beauty, this spot won’t disappoint. Try to reach early morning (around 7–9 AM) when the mist is light and the crowd is thin — it feels absolutely magical then! There’s a enough parking area and a few local stalls selling tea, corn, and snacks. The road leading up can be a bit narrow and uneven, so drive slow and safe. Also, watch out for monkeys — they’re cute but mischievous!
Kate's Point in Mahabaleshwar is a hidden gem! The scenic views of the surrounding hills and valleys are simply stunning. The misty atmosphere and lush greenery add to the charm. It's a perfect spot for nature lovers, photographers, and those looking for a peaceful retreat. The walk to the point is short and enjoyable, and the views from the top are totally worth it. You can also find some cute shops and stalls nearby selling local goodies. Tips: Try to visit early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid the crowds and enjoy the best views. Rating: 4.5/5 stars
🌄 Kate’s Point & Elephant’s Head Point Kate’s Point and Elephant’s Head are among the most scenic viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the deep valleys and river Krishna flowing below. The Elephant’s Head formation — a natural rock structure resembling an elephant’s trunk — is truly fascinating and a great spot for photography. The cool breeze and peaceful surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and admire nature’s beauty. My suggestion is to visit early morning or around sunset to experience the best lighting and less crowd. 🌿 Scenic Spot (Near Kate’s Point Area) The area around Kate’s Point itself has multiple scenic spots where you can stop and enjoy lush greenery, misty mountains, and small waterfalls during monsoon. It’s a great location for nature lovers and photographers who enjoy calm, less-crowded corners of Mahabaleshwar. The views keep changing as clouds pass through, giving it a magical touch. 🎶 Echo Point Echo Point is a fun and interactive viewpoint close to Kate’s Point. As the name suggests, you can shout out loud and hear your echo bounce back from the hills — a favorite spot for families and kids. The surrounding landscape is equally mesmerizing, with deep valleys and rolling hills. It’s best to visit on clear days when the echo is more noticeable. 🚗 Suggestions Parking space is usually limited, so better to park at the designated area near Kate’s Point and walk around to all these nearby points.
Kate’s Point, Mahabaleshwar One of the most peaceful and scenic viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar! The view of the Krishna Valley and the sparkling Venna Lake below is absolutely mesmerizing. The clouds, the breeze, and the calmness here make you forget everything else for a while. It’s clean, well-kept, and perfect for nature lovers and photographers. A must-visit spot — especially early morning or after a light rain when the whole valley looks like heaven! 🌿☁️💫
Kate’s Point in Mahabaleshwar is truly one of the most mesmerizing viewpoints you’ll ever visit. Perched high above the Krishna Valley, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view that no camera can fully capture — you simply have to be there to feel it. The vast expanse of lush green valleys, the shimmering waters of the Dhom Dam below, and the surrounding hills painted in layers of mist make it look like a masterpiece painted by nature itself. What’s truly special about this spot is how peaceful and refreshing it feels. The cool mountain breeze, the echo of distant waterfalls, and the sight of endless greenery together create an unforgettable experience. Whether you visit during sunrise or sunset, the play of light over the valleys is simply magical. Kate’s Point is not just one viewpoint — you can actually cover three different points here: Kate’s Point, Echo Point, and Needle Hole (Elephant’s Head) Point. Each offers a unique perspective of the valley and the mountains. The Elephant’s Head formation is particularly fascinating — a natural rock structure resembling an elephant’s head and trunk. The area is well maintained, with small food stalls and local vendors offering snacks, corn, and refreshing drinks. Parking is available, though it can get crowded during weekends and holidays, so visiting early in the day is a good idea. Kate’s Point is a must-visit if you’re in Mahabaleshwar. It’s one of those places where words and photos fall short — you have to experience it in person to truly appreciate its beauty. It feels less like a man-made tourist spot and more like a divine viewpoint created by nature itself.
Amazing with 3 different views (valley with dam, elephant head & waterfall) & different viewpoints. It's not wheelchair accessible but not difficult for not so elderly person. The only drawback of this beautiful peaceful place is that it's very commercial in the middle with people selling stuff, food stalls and amusements.... Sadly :(
One of the best viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar. The landscape is amazing and worth the short hike. Try visiting on a clear day for the best view.

Beautiful. Visit it post monsoon in October as waterfall will be in full flow and lot of greener. You will get clear views in October. There is a descent for 5 mins and then walk of approx 200 mtrs to reach the viewpoint. Elderly people can go slow and take their time. But do go. Lot of rest points here. Don't try hurry up. Give proper time during your sight seeing trip for lingmala. There is also a beautiful waterfall which you can go and sit next to it. So give time for it as well.
It is on Pachgani Mahabaleshwar road. At the entrance itself there is a mini waterfall which is the cascade of the Venna River. Activities like high swing ride, zipline, food stalls etc are there. Small trek starts and it's almost 850 meters to the main waterfall. Road is paved with stairs so no worries. Saw small kids also taking the walk. Best time to visit is during the rainy season. The fall is scenic with huge roaring sound. Overall great experience.
What an incredible experience! Visited Lingmala Falls last weekend and I'm still in awe. The 30-minute trek through lush greenery was so refreshing. Perfect family spot. The entry fee is just ₹20 per person which is such great value for this natural wonder.
LINGMALA WATERFALL POINT – MAHABALESHWAR’S MESMERIZING ESCAPE 1. All you’ve got to remember when heading to Lingmala Waterfall Point is this simple tip: turn left at the Mattiott Hotel to reach the mini waterfall. 2. And once you’re there, don’t stop at the viewpoint—you have to go down to truly experience the magic. The descent takes you right into the heart of the falls, where the sound of rushing water surrounds you and the mist cools your face. 3. It’s here that you’ll find the perfect mesmerizing, framable picture—standing right by the waterfall, with nature’s raw beauty as your backdrop. The mini falls are charming, refreshing, and far less crowded, making them ideal for a peaceful visit. Lingmala is not just about the big waterfall; the mini falls are equally enchanting, offering a chance to pause, breathe, and capture memories that feel timeless. A short trek, a splash of adventure, and a photo that will stay with you forever—that’s the Lingmala experience.
Visited yesterday. Lingmala Waterfall in Mahabaleshwar is absolutely breathtaking. The view of the cascading water surrounded by lush greenery is marvelous . The air here feels so fresh, and the sound of the waterfall is pure therapy for the soul. There is a small dam in the entrance.
It's a great waterfall with a 180 degree view of the valley. There is 20 minutes climb to reach which is very doable for all age groups except heavy rainy season. The view is breathtaking. There will be many snacks shop while climb.
Absolutely worth it. The walk to the main waterfall is a bit long but not too tough and once you reach, it’s just wow. Water falling straight down like a curtain, greenery all around, and that sound of the falls? So peaceful. There’s also a small waterfall on the way where you can chill or click pictures. Best to go during or just after the rains. Slippery in some parts, so wear good shoes. And don’t rush it. Carry raincoat.
I visitd th viewpoint at th top of th mountain & was blown away by th view. From that height I saw a rainbow below me, stretching across th valley it lookd like nature had laid out a colorful carpet underfoot. Th climb up was worth evry step. incredible moment! A highlight of my entire trip.

Overpriced | Good Place for kids | welcoming. The Cheese Factory in Mahabaleshwar offers a unique experience for cheese lovers but comes with a few drawbacks. The factory provides an insightful tour of the cheese-making process, where visitors can see how different varieties are produced. The highlight is the tasting session, featuring a range of cheeses, from classic cheddar to flavored options. However, the prices are on the higher side, making it feel a bit overpriced for what’s offered. While the cheese is fresh and of good quality, the cost may not justify the quantity provided. Additionally, the factory shop has a variety of products, but most items come with a premium price tag. On the positive side, the Cheese Factory is very kid-friendly. The tour is engaging for children, and they enjoy watching the cheese-making process up close. There’s also a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a good stop for families. Overall, while the Cheese Factory is an interesting place to visit, especially for cheese enthusiasts, the high prices may make it less appealing for some. If you’re in Mahabaleshwar and don’t mind splurging a little, it’s worth a stop for the experience.
Visited the cheese factory in Panchgani recently. The place itself is charming, with a classic heritage-style ambience, vintage cars, and an old chariot that makes it perfect for photos. While it’s marketed as a cheese factory, it offers much more — including their own cosmetics, perfumes, chocolates, honey, and a pastry shop serving cheesecakes and classic pastries like Black Forest and pineapple. They also have their own cafe. Cheese production is quite limited: mainly yellow and orange cheddar, and a few cheese spreads made from this base. They also sell freeze-dried cheese cubes, freeze-dried yoghurt, and pure desi ghee. We tried their strawberry yoghurt which was delicious. Worth noting, you can only see the cheese production through a small glass window, and only if production is happening — and the production team has a weekly off on Tuesdays. Overall, it’s a good place to hang out, click some nice photos, and explore a few products (though on the pricier side). But if you’re visiting purely to see large-scale cheese making, you might be a little disappointed.
A perfect place to spend some good times while enjoying the climate, ambience and taste the variety of snacks and deserts. The cheese cakes here are must try! You will love the atmosphere inside. This place includes a nice cafe, a desert shop (mostly cakes and pastries), a barriers and fruit based store (for all the pulps, fillings and much more), a honey store, the chocolate factory, a perfume shop and the actual cheese factory. There's a very good antique car collection at display as well and the seating is decent. A must visit place to experience..........................
Loved the visit to the Cheese Factory! The variety of cheeses, icecreams, jams and desserts was amazing, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. There's also a wide range of cosmetics and essence. The staff helped us pick the right products. Mala's chocolates are so tasty 🤤, must try. Definitely recommend trying their special flavored cheeses!
The Cheese Factory in Mahabaleshwar offers a unique experience for cheese lovers, with an insightful tour showcasing the cheese making process and a tasting session featuring a variety of cheeses, from classic cheddar to interesting flavored options. However, the place feels overpriced for what’s offered. While the cheese is fresh and of good quality, the quantity doesn’t quite match the price. The factory shop also includes chocolates, perfumes, and other products, but again, most items are marked at a premium, making the overall experience feel expensive. On a positive note, the place has a welcoming atmosphere and is well-maintained, making it a pleasant stop if you’re in the area. Overall, the Cheese Factory is worth visiting if you’re curious about the process or enjoy trying artisanal products, but be prepared for higher prices across the board.
Mahabaleshwar, a popular hill station in Maharashtra, India, is known for its scenic beauty and agricultural products, including cheese. The region has seen the establishment of cheese factories that produce various types of cheeses, often using locally sourced milk. These factories focus on artisanal cheese-making techniques, offering products such as cheddar, mozzarella, and other gourmet cheeses. The cheese factory in Mahabaleshwar primarily emphasizes quality and traditional methods of production. The local climate and dairy farming practices contribute to the unique flavors of the cheese produced here. Many visitors to Mahabaleshwar enjoy tours of these factories to learn about the cheese-making process and sample fresh products.
The ambience was very good. Cheese cake is a must try. You will also find many types of cheese, chocolates, desserts. Overall good food

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was not only spacious and clean, but it also offered a breathtaking view that made waking up each morning a delight. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery from the window truly added a magical touch to the stay. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool. It was just a short walk from the room, and the pool area was beautifully maintained. Whether you’re looking to swim or just relax by the water, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist.Overall, this hotel combines comfort, beauty, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and great amenities for kids too.
It was not worth the amount paid, none of the amenities were functional. You will get far better hotels at the same price with an excellent view and amenities. There is no waterpark, only a single waterfall and this area is not at all maintained. Also other amenities are under maintenance. Excellent dinner but very limited options for breakfast and the same menu is served every morning. Rooms are average size but they claim it is premium. No premium quality or facility provided in the room. I strongly suggest you visit first before paying in advance and check the rooms and facilities provided.
It's a good place actually. Good food, view is good, far from pollution, close to nature. Spread over acres of land it's got lavish greenery, gardens and probably centuries old trees. Well maintained, polite staff and helpful manager. I liked the tree house and a balcony on the top of it. They also have lawns for parties or reception.
Nice place if you own a vehicle to travel to and fro to panchgani and mahabaleshwar for outings. When you book they want you to pay all in advance even before you settle down in your room. The rooms were good and well maintained though we faced problem having shower with hot water on our last day there as it wasn't coming in any of the rooms. If they could provide more in house activities like indoor games and better dine in facilities it would make the stay more worthy. Also the horror house and many things shown on Google fotos aren't available. The pool is nice but you can access it only for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. The staff were very courteous and prompt. All in all it was a pretty good experience staying there.
Do not visit this place .. it is the worst resort I have ever visited . No hygiene at all , no service. Water issues in washroom , ac does not work . The place is full 9f mosquitoes . The pool area is also not maintained , it is full of algae, the ladders there are all rusted ,someone might fall from the ladder in the pool and the best part is I did not receive the bill for my stay even after asking for number of times . Had a peaceful and comfortable 2-day stay at Sherbaug Theme Park and Resort. The rooms were recently renovated and well-maintained, making our stay very pleasant. The surroundings were serene, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
🌟 A Tranquil Escape into Nature! 🌟 Sherbaug Resort, Panchgani, is truly a hidden gem! Nestled amidst the lush green hills, the property offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and unique experiences. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a peaceful atmosphere, beautifully landscaped gardens, and warm hospitality. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially loved the private garden areas and outdoor seating spots—it’s the perfect place to relax with a cup of tea and soak in the view. The highlight for us was the fossil park and mini water park—fun and educational for both kids and adults! The staff(Especially Pratik) is courteous and always ready to help. We also appreciated how the resort maintains cleanliness and keeps the surroundings eco-friendly. It’s a fantastic place for friends, families, couples, or even a solo retreat. "Devrai Art Gallery is a masterpiece! The collection of artwork is stunning, with each piece showcasing incredible talent and creativity. The gallery's serene ambiance and beautiful surroundings add to the overall experience. We were impressed by the variety of art forms on display, from paintings to sculptures. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate about the art, making the visit even more enriching. A must-visit for art enthusiasts and anyone looking for inspiration. We'll be back for sure! 😊"
A small and nice art and craft shop in Panchgani. A random find on Google but a gem for those who love to buy or see the Dhokra handicraft in the making.
Devrai Art village is definitely worth a visit for an Art lover. I had the chance to meet fellow artists here, all with interesting stories. They sell a wide range of artifacts mostly made from brass. Upon entering, you're welcomed into their art shop where articles have been put up on display. You could also go down to the workshops and watch different artists working on new artifacts.
This is a place where they make beautiful artefacts using natural stones and brass. We can view the shop were the artefacts are displayed and also go down the hill trail to see the worksheds were the artefacts are made. The people also are open to show us the different stages of the artefacts being made.
It certainly is a quaint, charming place that sells gorgeous artefacts. I spoke to one of the artists present there and she patiently explained about how the place came to be and how the artists create ingenious artefacts inspired from nature. They also predominantly use natural elements to create unique sculptures and paintings. I would recommend this place to anyone who's genuinely interested in buying or learning about such artistry.
A Hidden Treasure of Artistic Expression – A Must-Visit for Art Enthusiasts… Stepping into this space felt like entering a realm where art, spirituality, and nature gracefully merge. Every corner of this gallery is a curated celebration of Indian heritage and creativity. Whether you’re a collector, a seeker of beauty, or simply curious, this gallery is a place where art doesn’t just speak—it sings.
It's a beautiful collection that they have and I bought a beautiful fridge magnet from them. Also if you pay cash, you might get a discount. But to be honest, everything is way too overpriced, the souvenir I end up buying was more expensive almost all souvenirs I have bought even from my international trips😂
A great place, a must visit for an art lover! Beautiful brass and copper art one can see while in making upto final version for sell.

While going to Panchgani you can visit this place by paying an entry fee. Camel rides and horse rides are available for kids and adults. Overall a nice table top mountain with a great view of ghat, road, river etc.
Mini Tableland located very near (on the way) to panchgani. Very breezy. Both sides there is greenery and deep valleys. Little secluded place so great for sitting and spending some idle time with soul mates / family. Keep sometime in hand if you are a nature lover and try to come early in the morning. Entry cost is 20 rs per head. Car can be taken deep inside the Tableland. Overall good experience.
Harrison’s Folly near Mahabaleshwar is an amazing place to visit! I rode my bike there, and the ride itself was superb — smooth roads, cool breeze, and breathtaking views all along the way. From the top, you get a stunning view of the mountains, lake, and nearby villages — truly a perfect spot for photos and peace of mind. There’s a small entry fee for bikes and cars, and once you’re up there, you’ll find several fun activities like horse riding and adventure games. You can spend some great time here enjoying the scenic beauty and fun vibes. Highly recommend visiting Harrison’s Folly, especially if you’re coming by bike — the view and the experience are totally worth it!
It’s in Panchagani , Maharashtra 2 h from Pune on the road into the town. Must stop there if it’s day time and enjoy the view before checking into your hotel. It’s a relief after a long drive. Of course, it can be visited later too. Drive to this place is excellent . Harrison’s folly is an outcrop giving a Birds Eye view if the valley below. Spacious, lots of place to park . Picnic spot . Beautiful pics from here. Entry was free.
This is one of my fav viewpoints as it offers 3 different views across. It's defi worth spending some time at and please don't litter this place as it's beautiful and should be cared for.
Great Views & Historical Site, but the Trek Requires Caution Harrison's Folly offers some of the most spectacular, sweeping views of the surrounding hills and plains. It’s an essential spot for photography, especially around sunset or during the monsoon when the landscape is lush and misty. The historical structure itself adds an interesting, eerie dimension to the visit. The trek to reach the Folly is moderately challenging and requires attention. The trail can be uneven, slippery, and overgrown in parts, so make sure you wear proper trekking shoes and carry water. It's not a casual stroll, but the reward at the top is absolutely worth the effort. It's best to visit early in the morning or late afternoon to avoid the mid-day heat. Be respectful of the site, carry back all your trash, and do not attempt the climb during heavy rain. A truly rewarding experience for history buffs and nature lovers alike!
Entry ticket is 50 rupees for car. Best place in Mahabaleshwar, When you go to Mahabaleshwar, it comes before Panchgani.
Harrison's Folly is a tranquil and picturesque sight in Panchgani. The open plateau backdrop with spectacular valley panorama is a photographer's pleasure, prompting many to pause for photos. Situated shortly after Wai on the Panchgani road, with easy access by vehicle drive-up. Place for paragliding. Available horse and camel rides are charged. Car admission costs are ₹50 for vehicles.
