One of the oldest but still a very significant point in terms of tourism. The view of the valley, dam is picturesque. Little food stalls are there to munch something. There is small dutta temple as well. A very good photo spot to carry back memories to cherish.

Location & Accessibility Parsi Point is one of the most famous viewpoints in Panchgani, located on the way to Mahabaleshwar. The spot is easily accessible by car or taxi from the main town (around 2.5 km from Panchgani bus stand). Parking and small eateries are available nearby, making it convenient even for families with children or elderly travellers. Scenic Beauty Perched on a hill, Parsi Point offers sweeping views of the Krishna Valley, the serene Dhom Dam backwaters, and the rolling Western Ghats. On a clear day, the panorama stretches for miles – misty mornings and golden sunsets are especially breathtaking. The viewpoint is well-maintained with railings for safety and a few shaded benches to sit and enjoy the breeze. Atmosphere & Experience The spot is relatively uncrowded early in the morning and just before sunset – ideal times for photography. Local vendors sell corn on the cob, chikki, and fresh berries. The air is cool and pleasant throughout most of the year, and the soft wind enhances the hill-station charm. Photography & Memories This is a photographer’s delight: wide-angle shots capture the valley and the winding river below; close-ups of the flora, birds, and the changing sky make for excellent compositions. Many visitors find the natural light here perfect for portraits. Even smartphone cameras can produce postcard-worthy pictures. Tips for Visitors Visit at sunrise or sunset for the best light and minimal crowds. Carry a light jacket during monsoon or winter months. Keep your surroundings clean; use the waste bins provided. Local tea/coffee stalls add to the experience, but cash is handy for small purchases. Overall Impression Parsi Point lives up to its reputation as one of Panchgani’s most iconic viewpoints. Whether you’re a nature lover, photographer, or simply seeking a peaceful stop on the Mahabaleshwar–Panchgani route, this place offers a refreshing break with unforgettable vistas. “A must-visit for sweeping valley views and serene hill-station vibes.”

Sunil’s Bhilare Strawberry picking Farm is a popular spot in Panchgani where visitors can enjoy the delightful experience of hand-picking fresh strawberries from the fields. The farm offers a picturesque view and allows guests to pluck their own strawberries for a fee. While there are some concerns about accessibility for elderly visitors, the overall experience is enjoyable. Additionally, nearby cafes and restaurants offer various strawberry-based dishes and beverages for those looking to savor the fruit in different forms.
Had strawberry with cream here. The taste was good. They offer the experience of plucking strawberries in their garden! Located right on the main road. Big property with enough tables!
Sahir Q — Google review
This outlet is located on the main road leading from Panchgani to Mapro Garden, and its highlight is that it allows you to pluck strawberries from its farm. Being in Mahabaleshwar and not enjoying strawberries in season time is a crime. But don't just restrict your experience to savoring strawberry cream and milkshake. Your strawberry experience is incomplete if you do not venture into a real strawberry farm and pluck the ripe fruits. Interestingly and surprisingly, strawberry picking is free in this place. People are attracted by the farm, and thereafter, they order food here. However, the farm experience is somewhat unorganized. The owner can drop in any time and ask you to shift to another patch of farm or stop plucking or buy the plucked fruits. They could surely plan and organize the experience better. People won't mind paying a basic cover charge for the plucking experience. The food is decent. The grilled sandwich was delicious, and the pizza had good toppings. They claim to serve the most economical strawberry cream in Mahabaleshwar at just Rs 180 (others charge around Rs 300). An average meal for 2 will cost around Rs 800. The ambiance and cleanliness are both very basic. The owner keeps running taking orders and serving food. They are short-staffed. If you can just ignore the ambiance and the shortfall of service, the place is worth a visit for its strawberry picking experience and also the food. Taste: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 2.5/5 Value for Money: 4/5 Strawberry farm experience: 4/5 Overall Rating: 4/5

Strawberry cream was fantastic in taste. Plucking not allowed after 5 PM. Service was great. Taste and quantity was great.
Saurabh F — Google review
The place is really good. There are 2 varieties of strawberries 1. That you will go and pick from the farm which are of high quality and bit expensive 2. The one that they sell separately which is a bit lower quality that you will get anywhere.Other than that they have cabbage and broccoli that they grow. Overall good quality of strawberry and farm produce. Would recommend going in the morning for less crowd.
Neha N — Google review
I revisited this place after 2020 this year. It became more beautiful and stunning. I repeated my that year's order and the fresh strawberry milkshake still hits differently. I loved the view and the friendliness of the staff. They sell fresh strawberries right from their farm and even you can pick your own strawberries. The strawberries were really fresh and sweet. I as a strawberry lover would highly recommend this place.
Milisha B — Google review
We visited the place for Strawberry plucking. They charge 200 per kg with the plucking experience. The farm is located slightly downhill and the view is really good from there. We can pluck strawberry on our own from the part of farm they guide us. It was a good experience but wish they was a small introduction about their farming and some backdrop. That would have made the experience complete. Elderly people would not be able to reach the farm part due to the downhill sandy path. The strawberry with cream and pancakes that others were trying looked delicious but we couldn't try. Has ample space for parking your vehicle.

Beautiful place to visit ! You will enjoy the ambiance!! But BEWARE OF SCAMMERS , especially the tyre repair on road sides ! These people will convince you that you have multiple punctures on the tyre and try to extract money from you like 2k and try to sell their liquid sealant for tyre ! Just in case if you happen to see someone pointing out tyre pressure low ! Go and fill the air but don’t service it with them , I highly recommend to carry your own kit and soap water to see the fissures on the tyre ! I was randomly scammed by a motorbike saying my tyre pressure is less !!

Devrai Art village is definitely worth a visit for an Art lover. I had the chance to meet fellow artists here, all with interesting stories. They sell a wide range of artifacts mostly made from brass. Upon entering, you're welcomed into their art shop where articles have been put up on display. You could also go down to the workshops and watch different artists working on new artifacts.

It certainly is a quaint, charming place that sells gorgeous artefacts. I spoke to one of the artists present there and she patiently explained about how the place came to be and how the artists create ingenious artefacts inspired from nature. They also predominantly use natural elements to create unique sculptures and paintings. I would recommend this place to anyone who's genuinely interested in buying or learning about such artistry.

It's a beautiful collection that they have and I bought a beautiful fridge magnet from them. Also if you pay cash, you might get a discount. Lucky Cafe and Bakery in Panchgani is a charming spot that transports you back in time with its delightful retro vibe. This century-old Parsi restaurant is steeped in history, offering an authentic experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. Located conveniently in the main market, it’s an ideal stop for anyone exploring the town. I tried their famous Irani tea and bun maska, both of which were absolutely delightful. The tea was perfectly brewed with a comforting, rich flavor, while the bun maska was fresh, soft, and generously buttered—a true Parsi specialty that did not disappoint. I also indulged in their chicken burger, which was simple yet flavorful, reflecting the cafe's commitment to quality. What adds to the charm is the affordability; prices are refreshingly reasonable, making it accessible to all. The laid-back ambiance, coupled with friendly service, makes this place a must-visit for anyone looking to savor some authentic Parsi flavors. We visited Rainforest Restaurant looking forward to a good lunch in a nice setting but unfortunately came away underwhelmed. While the location and view is nice, the actual experience leaves much to be desired. Food & Variety – The dishes are mediocre and lack the flavour, one would expect at the prices being charged. Also it takes 30 mins / half an hour for the food to be served after placing the order. Pricing – The cost is quite high for what you receive. The dishes and starters have premium price tags in the tourist area. For the quality delivered, the value just isn’t there. Service & Cleanliness – Service was okay, but nothing impressive. The overall pace and attentiveness were inconsistent. Cleanliness is also a major concern, the cleanliness of the restaurant isn’t at the highest standard which overshadows it's scenic setting. If you want a nice view, you may go to Rainforest. But if you want good food, fair pricing and polished service, you will find better options nearby.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Vishal at the reception for his excellent support and warm welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and entire stay were smooth and hassle-free. We ordered Crispy Babycorn and Crispy Potato — both were tasteless and left unfinished. Worse, the Veg Burnt Garlic Rice was served with egg pieces in it. As vegetarians, this was shocking and unacceptable. The staff simply said they could replace it, with no accountability or genuine apology. Very poor service and careless kitchen handling. FDA should keep an eye on such restaurants for food quality and safety. Would not recommend anymore.

Just next to Parshi Point on Panchgani Mahabaleshwar road. We went for lunch even after seeing mixed reviews on Google. Ordered mushroom and paneer dishes. Gravy and the taste was super. Views of the valley as seen in the pics also were good. Staff was courteous but didn't give any discount. 😂

Vegetarian restaurant
Purohit's Namaste is a charming restaurant located in a village with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff and owner are known for their friendly nature, making visitors feel welcome. The interior is well-maintained and hygienic, providing a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers a variety of dishes including Punjabi, South Indian, and Gujarati cuisine at reasonable prices.
The snack items were really delicious. The Manchow soup was goodness in the chilled weather. Cheese Aloo paratha is a must try and the green Chutney was delicious too. The paneer tikka masala was not good, it was tangy and taste was not good could have been better.

Nothing to boast or cry about, an average food place. Average taste, tried their Alu Parota after reading multiple reviews suggesting it as a must. But the hype left us disappointed 😞 Green salad was okay. Butter milk they had only plain not the spicy or masala one. Go there if you are in the area and want to grab a quick byte. Ample seating but ambience is not good. There's a paid parking right infront and it's very disturbing. Spacious but felt crammed probably tables were too close. Service quick but waiters seemed disinterested. They didn't bother to give two plates for the two us instead just gave one small plate and made ne of us eat in the serving plate 😂 We were okay but felt it a bit odd .. As said average place...

The Hakka noodles I ordered were tasteless, the capsicum was stale, the waiters were rude in their behaviour,it seemed like I was not welcomed over here... Very bad experience... It was delight in my college days...

Vegetables used in sabzi are of the worst quality, while preparing food they just ignore bad vegetables. Did not provide a valid reason for the same. I would highly appreciate the food quality department to please check on the restaurant. Clearly visible the capsicum is rotten.

Worst experience at Purohit Namaste. The food was absolutely tasteless, and the quality didn’t justify the high prices at all. After trying the starters, which were disappointing, we requested the waiter to check the taste of the main course before serving. However, they still brought out bland, flavorless food again. Completely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I personally would say by far one of the best "pure veg" restaurants in Panchgani, we had many dishes like Paneer chilly, Fried rice , manchow soup in Chinese which was delicious 😋, we had the best Cheese Onion aloo Paratha which was mouth watering and so amazing we ordered another, we also had Mysore masala dosa which was again amazing, we also had Cheese chilli grilled sandwich which had chillies instead of capsicum which we usually get in such sandwiches but still it tasted amazing, the only dish which could have been better was the gravy in paneer masala which was tangy and sweet otherwise could have given the 5 star rating. The ambience is good, the seating arrangement is good, the staff is polite and the service was also good. We went in the off season so not much crowded and hence we had a great experience.

When you enter panchgani, there are may restaurants which are veg-non-veg mix. This is first of its veg restaurant which come up and hence located very strategically. The food was good and the quantity was also sufficient. The service was fast. The waiters could be much more responsive but don't expect that here. Its open area sitting which actually gives a good feel. The wash basin is outside but there is no toilets/wash rooms. This is one big negative as mostly people travelling on their way to Mahabaleshwar would stop here and wash room is required. Parking is limited and there is a charge for parking that needs to be paid.

Quite a decent restaurant in Panchgani market. Standard vegetarian fare, with the exception of the Paratha which is uniquely reminiscent of a spring roll. Biggest drawback - NO toilets.
