Really worth the visit.
We enjoyed our walk and our guide Julian was great. However, the local price and price for foreigners differs conciderably. Local price 5rb, Rp (7,50rb Rp on weekend), while we were charged 150rb per person, even though we are KITAS holders and study in Indonesia on governmental scholarship and live here more than 5 years. In other tourist destination in Indonesia we always get local price, but after short communication with head of reservation we were left with bitter aftertaste. He was super passive aggressive and his strongest arguments regarding price was "because it's been like that for 15+ years, you are not the first one who complains, and it's government who said so". Hey, maybe then it's a moment to take it into account and report to government, things in the world are not an unchangeable constant. He finished by saying that it would be better if we(all visitors) don't come at all and that he was very happy when COVID19 pandemic came, so no one was visiting. Gladly he gets a salary from government, while local guesthouses stay empty and guides unempliyed in the meantime. Very unpleasant conversation and this attitude made us feel unwanted guests.

A bit secluded from busy areas but there is a convenient store nearby where you can buy snacks. Actually you don’t need to leave the resort as food is provided. It’s very peaceful here and their facility is well maintained for divers.
One of the best diving experience! Accomodation, food, service, diving, atmosphere, all are exceptional! Pak Yos is very friendly and welcoming and caring, always checking on everyone and willing to offer help. Steve, Herry are professional and hardworking, always tried their best to accomodate every diver's request. Captain "Opa" is very good and caring, always with the warmest smile and service to keep you away from coldness. DM Kiel, Mamang and Onci are all very friendly and hardworking. Thanks to Lidya for assisting me with the booking and making this trip happen. Last but not least, big thanks to the restaurant and housekeeping crews!
I had such a fun and memorable stay at Yos Dive—truly one of the best experiences I’ve had for macro diving. The dive team is outstanding, especially the local guides who know the dive sites like the back of their hands. They were incredibly helpful with spotting rare critters and offering support with underwater photography, which made every dive rewarding and exciting. The resort itself is charming and peaceful, set right in front of the beach with beautiful views. The staff are kind, attentive, and always made us feel at home. Meals were another highlight—delicious, satisfying, and full of authentic local flavors from breakfast to dinner. This place has everything you need for a perfect diving getaway: world-class macro diving, great hospitality, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
This place has everything, from quality spotters to the most hospitable and service oriented staff I have come across in my entire life. A hot towel after your dive, all divesites super near. Food is delicious and the rooms are so tidy and well cleaned daily, even twice a day if they feel the need. I enjoyed the seaview room and had 7 wonderful days full of diving. Every dive is amazing and they all know so much about what creatures dwell in the coral gardens or the sandy slopes. Everything is provided and price quality could not be better!
What more can we say about YOS … in my humble opinion, the best dive resort in Lembeh. Service and the hospitality of the crew, both diving and at the resort, is consistently beyond expectations. Both dive guides were superb in ensuring we were safe diving whilst finding the critters our family have come to love and always at awe. The meals are classic Manado/ Indonesia…and super tasty and yums. Lastly, YOS Armeta, the founder and owner of YOS Eco Resort, has never failed to greet us each and every time we have been at YOS. His hands on approach and genuine warmth as a host, is an experience severely missing these days in the hospitality industry. Without a doubt, our family highly recommend divers who are looking for an experienced of a relaxing resort where the diving is the best Lembeh has to offer, the accommodation superb and the people always welcoming….look no further.
It is one of the best resorts when it comes to service. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room and power sources. The food is delicious, especially the local sambal! Kiel was my guide and he got me into photography. All in all, they will treat you properly when you stay at Yos. I highly recommend Yos for divers/photographers alike.
Relaxing scuba diving holiday with polite, friendly, helpful staff, knowlegeable dive crew, & good local food in abundance. Great "valet service" where the dive crew helps me to gear up, after dive in water, assists to remove weight belt, fins, bcd & tank & lifts equipment onto boat, & carry all the gear to land. Relaxed diving experience with no stress. The resort tries to delight their customers & assigned the upper room with lovely sea view, balcony with clothes drying rack, lots of table space & electric sockets to charge our devices. We were pleasantly surprised when they fulfilled request for fresh coconut water the next day. The BEST differentiating factor of this popular dive resort is at the end of the stay, the dive crew washes, cleans, and dries the dive equipment, scuba wetsuit (has no smell), booties, bcd, and camera. Clean, dry & ready for us to pack into our suitcase for our flight home. 👍👍👏
Great time of macro shooting diving here. Excellent spotter. Nice and neat room everyday. Highly recommend

Nice site to visit, only 15 minutes from bitung Harbor, nice view.
Five star for the history..zero for the monument and surroundings
This iconic place needs to be cleaned more
It looks like being abandoned by the people, so you would see grass & bushes around. It would be great if they take care & maintain this place due to of history & good view.
Strange shape monument with a DC3 plane given by Dutch in compensation for doing down some other plane. The whole monument is not really in a good condition
It's nice and looks beautiful as it welcome you to come to Lembeh island
Nothing special, just historical building
