Great place, rooms average but no major pain points, good food unfortunately limited number of English speaking personnel making simple requests a chat with Google translate :) but it was fun in its own way.
There is nice hotel with local bath as well as the access to the big area of bathes and water pools. The breakfasts and dinners are good, food is delicious. The room is nice, comfortable beds, good shower and a toilet, spacious balcony. Some negative points: - the servant tried to provide us with dirty napkins which is disgusting; - the servants clean the tables just during our sitting there and eating which is unprofessional; - after some days of our stay, the canalisation was broken and the hotel had no water during a day, after that our room was smelling like a sheet and it was really unhealthy and inappropriate; - the shower cabin is extremely small
No shiny luxury hotel but splendid in any other thinkable way. The venue is midsd an enormous spa area, probably the largest in Europe. In winter, all rooms, and access corridors including cocktail bar allow walking in bath robe. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer an authentic traditional menu, usually slow cooked. One ground floor corridor provides access to dozens of specialised consultations and specialised treatments. The inside spa area offers a special immersed spine treatment. When clear sky in winter, check out the stars in the outside pool after 18h. Wheelchair friendly parking and building access. Wheelchair friendly rooms can be found on the first floor. And one more thing: a new thermal jazuzzi is under construction, likely going in production from 2025 onwards.
For a 3* hotel room is very good! Service is nice as well. The food....OMG...Tasty and Delicious 😋🤤...I really want to go back!
The service personnel was really friendly, the thermal water is the best that I had ever experienced. The room had some problems, but was acceptable. The dinner was really good. Some people are not go under the shower before going to the pool, but it is mandatory to get really clean to the pool to get a clean water. There where plenty of health services, like massage, hydrotherapy, etc, and the price is not really expensive, so everibody can afford it. Don't by the AQUA PALACE pass, only, if You would swim with hundreds of people together in little pools. For kids this is a good place, but for a couple definitely NOT!
The hotel was fine for 3 stars but not 3+ for sure. Certainly not recommended for families traveling with babies or small children; they don't really have the facilities to make you feel like home. With older kids it is totally fine. The food is pretty delicious and they offer a big variety however not the best if you have any kind of food allergy or if you are vegan. The big plus is that you can use the open air bath and the Aqua Palace as well for free if you stay here.
Clean, fine cousine, kind staff, great chance to visit the Aquapalace (fee included). The pools of the hotel are not allowed for kids.
Very nice hotel with wellness, spa and thermal pool. Stylish coctail bar and restaurant, tasty food and friendly staff. We had a good time, thank you!

A very nice spa, perfect for a family vacation. There are several pools, each with a different theme. At the first floor, there are pools for baby's as well as a trambuline area. The water is heated, except for the water slides area. Tickets: after 4 pm you pay less for the entrance.
Outside water park, water is quite cold. It’s annoying if you want to take kids to the slides you have to pay another fee similar to the regular entrance. Inside pools this year 2025 looks like not that clean than in previous years, a bit moldy.
We bought tickets and paid extra for seats "on the shore". We swam in the water with the whole family. Our daughter dived and so on. After half an hour, we saw a piece of human defecation in the pool. Literally. No one paid attention to it. It was hard to find the workers. We contacted the lifeguard. After another 20 minutes, guys with shovels came and took it out. We did not receive a refund or an apology from the establishment. We swam in defecation for 50 euros. Horrible!!!
A great place to spend a few days relaxing and having fun. They shoul build more indoor pools with bigger adult slides to attract more people. But for me was a great experience there. Friendly staff and somme of them speak english so thats a big plus. It's cheap and great. Also indoors you can buy food and drinks. Worth every penny.
Great place to relax with the kids. Not cheap at all but 1-2 days worth visiting. Kids place upstairs with slides and chill area.
I have to say I did not know what to expect from this place, and i have been positively surprised on how nicely this place was organized. For someone coming outside of Hungary the prices were pretty good but I think for the locals the prices can be on the higher side. The place offers a food restaurant and a small caffee both are really nice . There is a nice food selecton in the restaurant food standards are pretty much the same as you'll find across Hungary so I do not want to compare it with with what I am used to overall the selection is nice everyone will find something for themselves. I got to say the aquapalace staff were the first people I met on my couple day trip who managed to communicate with me in English so thats another big advantage of the place. Other refreshments are also offered typical tea coffee cold drinks but also beers and spirits. Pools were fantastic overall everything was super clean water seemed fresh of course its thermal and mineral water so it has for example specific smell and look but you could tell the pools were clean considering the amount of tourists and users in genral this is a big achievement from the organisational point of view. I've been in minter so I can only talk about the indoor pools. The one negative side were the saunas since you pay extra for those i was really expecting something more extra but found only the steam sauna and classical roman sauna to be operational. Really hoped for something extra like salt or mineral saunas. Everything is nicely organised with the locker facilities unfortunately they do not offer robes rental these are only available for the guests of their hotel so keep that in mind yeah from my side the place is really a 5 star and I highly recommend it as long as you don't expect god knows what from such a place like some people in the reviews 😉
The best place in this area. Very nice beach / spa and the aquapark and of course have so many outdoor pool.
This place has to be renovated. Very dirty pools. Insufficient facilities for a huge crowd of guests

Live music, nice atmosphere, great drinks!
Excellent music, great company, friendly atmosphere!
(Translated by Google) The Karthago concert was a well-organized event. The buffet service was also good. (Original) Jól szervezett rendezvény volt a Karthago koncert. A büfé kiszolgálás is rendben ment.
(Translated by Google) Yesterday there was a Karthago concert at the club. You could buy two types of tickets, in advance and on the spot, there was no other option (VIP). We bought the tickets in advance, the doors were open at 19:00. We like to sit at the front, so we went there at 17:30 and waited in the heat for the doors to open. The staff started arriving around 18:00, as they passed by the line, instead of greeting them, they announced that they would not open the doors before 19:00. The doors were late through no fault of their own because the band arrived later, they opened the doors at almost half past seven due to the tuning. We were the first to go in, and then one of the staff members announced that we could not sit on the first 6 (! ) 8-person benches because they were occupied (! ), meaning that almost 50 people could have arrived at any time and sat in the best place. Here you go? Because of this, we were squeezed to the side and back. There was no mention of anything like this before. Apparently the seats were reserved for the operator's friends. Normally this is solved with a VIP ticket, which is usually double the original ticket, then everyone can decide what type of ticket they buy, I emphasize that they did not mention this. I think this does not work that way, this is a category of consumer deception for me. The staff is phlegmatic and rude, deep indignation at this level of discrimination, based on this, the club is a warning type of entertainment for us. By the way, the atmosphere was good, but it was not up to them. ), azaz majdnem 50 ember bármikor érkezhetett a legjobb helyre ülhettek.
(Translated by Google) Wow.. 2 out of 2 concerts so far are excellent. (Original) Háát..eddig 2 koncertből 2 kiváló.
(Translated by Google) Very nice servers, tidy rooms, good atmosphere and program! It was a pleasant experience! (Original) Nagyon kedves felszolgálók, rendezett helyiségek, jó hangulat és program! Kellemes élmény volt!
(Translated by Google) We have fond memories of this place, but the last time they treated us very rudely. showing very rude behavior and attitude towards the guest. Response: In this case, it is appropriate to say why you cannot use the main entrance door if you want to breathe. Not showing that it is forbidden to enter further was jerk behavior.
