Prepare some cash if you’re planning to use a service here. There’re no ATMs nearby. Luckily there was an option to make a transfer directly to bank account.

The perfect spot to rent a boat and enjoy the day in this beautiful area. We had zero problems with the boat, the equipment was of high standard and using the equipment was easy, even for people that have never used a boat. Would recommend this for anyone who wants to spent time on the water with friends and family and enjoy the stunning scenery of De Alde Feanen.

The team at Hollema are truly nice, you can rent a bike and canoe to tour the area which is probably the most beautiful piece of nature in Netherlands.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend in It Wiid. This experience was made better through the fact that we hired some boats and bikes from Family Hollema. Everything was explained clearly to us, we were provided with maps and the friendly staff were so helpful. Can’t wait to return again.
