There is no water kettle, no variety of soaps and no shower accessories. Breakfast is poor and not meticulous. We waited 10 minutes for scrambled eggs because the staff didn't notice they were gone. When we asked for a heater to heat a bit the room at night, they dont have any of those.

Visited Schloss Waldeck and ate at the terrace restaurant. The castle is beautiful, overlooking lake Eder. The food and service at the restaurant was great.

Wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich von allen begrüßt und haben uns erstmal mit an den Tisch gesetzt und über unsere Taucherfahrung gesprochen und eventuellen Schwierigkeiten die wir beim Tauchen bisher hatten. Carsten und die anderen konnten uns direkt diese Bedenken nehmen und wir haben mit voller Vorfreude den Tauchgang gestartet. Carsten hat das super mit uns gemacht 😍🤿 Selbst beim Anziehen unserer Tauchausrüstung hat er uns super geholfen, da es unser erstes Mal mit einem 7mm Neoprenanzug, Kopfhaube, Füßlingen und Handschuhen war. Alleine hätten wir es nicht da reingeschafft 😄 Danach sind wir zu unserem heutigen Tauchplatz gefahren und er hat uns alles erklärt, wie es heute genau ablaufen wird und anschließend haben wir unsere Ausrüstung angezogen. Das Zusammenbauen der Tauchausrüstung hat Carsten ebenfalls übernommen, worüber ich sehr dankbar war, da es in dem Neo bei dem warmen Wetter dann doch sehr warm wurde 😄 Bevor wir mit dem Tauchgang gestartet haben, ist er jeweils einzeln mit uns abgetaucht, um zu schauen wie wir es hinbekommen. Kurz danach sind wir zu dritt losgetaucht und es war eine unglaublich schöne und neue Erfahrung in einem See zu tauchen. Während dem Tauchen habe ich mich sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt ☺️ Und als Erinnerung hat Carsten noch ein Foto von uns unter Wasser gemacht, welches wir per Mail noch zugeschickt bekommen werden.
