Lovely atmosphere, good food, good prices. A lovely walk from our hotel, our morning pitstop whilst on our holiday
We ate breakfast here this morning. The Mediterranean was lovely - feta, cucumber, tomatoes and 2 poached eggs on toast, with a yogurt and honey, and a slice of cake. No drink was included however. The full English looked a little disappointing with only one sausage, one rasher of bacon, 2 eggs, toast and a small pot of beans. This did include coffee and juice. Neither the sausage nor bacon was English. The prices were a little more expensive than other prices in the town. It's a nice place, relaxed and comfortable and the staff were decent.
Lively little bar with some great staff, gets people in from all the local hotels for drinks and an added benefit you get all the football if you want it! If your in the area it's definitely worth a visit 👍
The only place I found in Platanias that served breakfast (Full english, omelettes, toasties, etc). Affordable prices and friendly staff.
Huge signs onto the road advertising Iguana Pool Bar. It is for residents of the hotel only. Unsure why the need for outside advertisement when you can only use it if you're a guest.
My review is based on initial impressions There is a big sign off the main road and in the car parking saying "Pool bar" and also "welcome to all" this suggests it's somewhere you can turn up and buy a drink and use the pool facilities and beds for a small charge however this is not the case We were informed by the staff that it's just for the hotel residents which leaves me baffled as to the signage. Stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged also If you want somewhere to nip to use the pool and have a drink this is not for you.
Love this bar. Everybody's friendly and it's a real holiday feel.
Huge signs outside for cocktail and pool bar and another sign says “all day all welcome” but dont bother going inside. Its ONLY for the customers of the hotel!

Beautiful beach with a lot of green trees around!Nice sand and crystal clear water! We had a lovely stay! Absolutely relaxing!
Lovely beach with a good beach bar. The only issue is, if you go early in the season there are no chemical toilets. You have to walk up the beach to the hotel
We were staying to to this beach and went a few times. It's very nice lots of space to lay down or rent sunbeds. There is a fancier buffet/restaurant and then a small shop and another bar where you can also pay by card. Water was clean like almost on every beach in Skiathos.
A more intimate beach, atmosphere here is calm and very relaxed (mid September), small waves, fine sand beach with crystal clear water and small silver fish 🥹. To put it in one word, beautiful. Rented a set of sun loungers with umbrella on the Princess hotel part of the beach (40€\set) and money well spent because it was soooo comfortable 😎. You can order drinks and snacks at the Princess bar or for more budget friendly options there is also a small kiosk with beer, soda & snacks. I definitely recommend this beach.
Big beach, would be great if people respected your space - but won't. There is an abandoned child tricycle under the water.Actually a lot of debree too, so be careful when going in not to get cut / caught. Otherwise calm beach, free zones, fair prices, and you can even get a boat to/from Skiathos town.
Nice serviced beach. There is the possibility to get umbrella with chairs, there is a restaurant and there is a seatrac, so people in wheelchair can access the sea and go for a swim.
Loveeed the beach!!! Kid friendly. 20€ for 2 sunbeds.
Beautiful beach. We’ve walked to the far right, a couple of sunbeds for rent. Nice And relaxed.
