You can see seals, baby seals, and interesting facts about them. It has a little souvenir shop inside, too. Not too big, approximately one hour trip. European youth card (students discount) is also accepted.
It's a nice place to go and see some seals and learn all about them. They have every kind of method to transfer their knowledge of seals to you. You can see them and observe them over or under water, you can read the old school displays and diagrams, you can go to the new state of the art education centre which has videos, a skeleton, interactive displays and even a mini movie theatre to teach you all about seals. You also have an indoor viewing area to watch how they treat individual seals that have been rescued. This place was totally worth a day trip from Hamburg. There is a larger seal rehab / viewing space that was under maintenance when we went there, which we didn't know about. I'm sure it's even more impressive when that is functional. We enjoyed our time there even without it,cbut would've appreciated it if the guys at the seal station let us know on their website or Google maps listing or something.
If you are interested in seals, definitely visit this place. Guided tours, seal shows several times a day, interactive exhibition, great fun even without children.
Wow, real passion. What an informative exposition. Kid friendly and available in English!
Amazing! All exhibits are displayed in german and english! We spent around 2.5 hours and still didn't read or see everything. The facility is very new and very well made. The station engages with all your senses and teaches not only about their local seals but about all kinds of species. Adults get loads of well presented information while kids are entertained with a lot of visual and playful exhibits and installations. The local seals were adorable and their enclosures looked clean and adequate everywhere we looked. Pricing for 2 Adults is 25€. Students get a 1€ discount. Not bad at all! Our tip: It was very busy right after opening so we went for a walk in the National Park first and found a way less crowded entrance around 11:30am. Will definitely visit again :)
Fantastic place. So much to see and do. Great cafe and good shop. Don't miss seal feeding time!
A wonderful museum, with all the content in English as well. You can see the seals, the employees are extremely friendly and answer all you questions, 5:30 PM is also a seal feeding and training with explanation (Only in German). Prices: 5€ for Children (until the age of 16), 7€ for Adults
Very informative. Not speaking German most sign placards had the English translation. I would recommend a visit if you are ever in the area.

Lots of fun to do .,
(Translated by Google) Wal Willi offers something for all ages. Bouncy castles, trampolines and vehicles for the little ones. A basketball/football court plus table tennis table for the older ones. This way you can have fun even as an adult. The devices are getting old, but almost all of them still work. The food and drink offering is simple but with fair prices. 3 euros for fries, 3 euros for water. You could save yourself the many prohibition signs on every device. But it's probably part of it in Germany. It's definitely a good alternative for rainy days.
(Translated by Google) Pretty good, prices could be improved. Hall clean and well maintained, toilets also OK. I think entrance fees are a little high. Adults: €6.90 with free coffee, tea or cocoa Children from 2 years: €8.90 Children under 2 free. 1 gaming device out of service. We often go to halls like this, but the prices here are a bit excessive. A bottle of water €4.50 😡 that's not possible. Conclusion: OK once on vacation, no longer planned for the next vacation. Too bad. Schade.
(Translated by Google) Today we went to Wal Willi with our four boys. Overall, I was very positively surprised and would have liked to give it 4.5 stars. I cannot share the criticism of some previous writers. We were there early and everything was clean. Tables cleaned Bobby cars cleaned, toilets clean. I consider the entry prices to be normal. The prices for coffee were positive, as was the price range for soft drinks: 0.2 L €2.00, 0.3 L €2.50 and 0.5 L €3.00. Mineral water was also served by the bottle. A good schnitzel with fries, mayonnaise and a 0.2 soft drink for €8.50 is also absolutely ok. Table football and air hockey were free. There are a few additional coin slots, but it's within limits. The furnishings are harmonious and the marine theme is the focus. Some bouncy castles have taped leaks and a few foam steps in the large climbing frame are no longer completely intact. But in my opinion no drama. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Additional mayo “no problem” and free of charge. Another customer wanted two bottles of still water, but there was only one straight from the fridge, well coordinated with the customer. Amount not high enough for card payment (€15)? "I can increase it to €15 and pay them the difference in cash." It costs money with six people and the equipment has small flaws, but overall a nice day in a good place.
(Translated by Google) Admission costs just under €28 per family. That alone is pretty cheeky. A really impressive building, built almost entirely from glued beams and financed with EU and state funds. Inside, the play equipment is pretty carelessly put together. You have to pay extra for many machines. The outdoor playground was found completely overgrown and has probably not been closed since today. We definitely won't eat anything here. In the end, the children still liked it. That's why 2* (Original) Pro Familie kostet es knapp 28,-€ Eintritt.
