Nice and easily reached by car place to spend some time in the shade and closer to nature. The largest waterfall is left and up right after crossing the bridge (with the church to your front right). There is a small natural pool that you can have a dip in. Plenty of space for a picnic or little break, there is a restaurant too but didn't try it. The small church is built over a limestone outcrop with stalactites and locals fill up bottles of drinking water from the natural source next to it.

Such a wonderful place in the middle of nature not far from the picturesque Steni village in Evia Island, the little church is charming one can enter and pray and light a candle if wishes, the little waterfalls and the river are magically calming your mind and make you want to never leave. The road is in good condition, and if you choose to go in the weekend be aware there will be lots of people there. There is also a tavern so you can choose to eat there and you can find a young man selling different traditional products.

Tucked beside a gentle river, this charming little church is a serene gem, spotless inside and out, radiating peaceful energy. Just steps away, locals and visitors alike splash in the cool, crystal-clear waters, giving the whole place a refreshing, almost magical vibe. It’s a unique blend of the sacred and the scenic, perfect for quiet reflection and a spontaneous swim. A truly cool spot in every sense!
