Unique attraction featuring close-up views of tarsiers, with tours & a souvenir shop.
Slide 1 of 8
The Bohol Tarsier Conservation is a lovely place to visit, offering a unique opportunity to see these adorable creatures up close. The location is well-organized, with plenty of parking available for visitors. We were able to spot more than eight tarsiers, which were fascinating to observe. While some might confuse them with bats or mice, their big, expressive eyes are absolutely captivating. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring smooth traffic flow throughout the site, and they were always there to direct visitors. However, like in any popular tourist spot, there were a few people who didn’t follow the simple instruction of avoiding flash photography, which is essential for the well-being of the tarsiers. Overall, it’s a great experience that can easily be combined with other attractions in Bohol, like ATV riding, the Chocolate Hills, and the river cruise lunch. If you're in the area, the Bohol Tarsier Conservation is definitely worth a visit for a memorable, nature-filled experience. Highly recommended!
I appreciate these type of conservation areas where they take good care of the species of specific area from maintaining the natural ecosystem to boosting the local economy and upholding environmental responsibility. It was a good visit although Tarsiers are nocturnal, we get to see how they are in the area. A must and recommended visit as Tarsiers are not common in most places.
We had a very bad weather, heavy rain, so it felt even more crowded with the umbrellas, as the place is really small. You can go along a preset path and definitely see the tarsiers who are really cute and scary at the same time. I am not sure how healthy this is for the animals though 🥺
Visiting the Bohol Tarsier Conservation Area was a nice experience. The place is peaceful, and it was amazing to see the tarsiers up close while the staff made sure visitors kept quiet and respected their space. It’s a short stop, but definitely worth it if you’re in Bohol.
The Tasier are cute. They just hiding under the leaves and rest at day time. They hunt insects at night for supper. The place is not very big but there are 5 to 6 Tasier in the sanctuary. 170peso per person.
170p ticket. The staffs will point out to you where the tarsier is. They are really very small. They also help you take photos together with the monkey. There's a souvenir shop at the exit, pretty much to buy there.
The tarsiers seem decently well taken care of. Just be quiet and don't use flash for your cameras! There are staff on the way to show you where the tarsiers are.
Small sanctuary with about 10 or so tarsiers. They nest really close to the walkway so you get great views. Don't use flash! They'll kill themselves. They are adorable!

Love it so much!!! Thank you for the cruise. <3 Very gopd experience and to see the small waterfalls at the end before turning back again. The tinikling dancers are also something to see along the cruise stop-over. Buffet is good, better to have put more seafoods for me. But overall it was great and I had a great time.
Loboc River Cruise – nice once, but not again It’s been 18 years since I last did the Loboc River Cruise. A few things have changed. Now there’s a proper reception where you can buy tickets. That wasn’t there before. Honestly, the food wasn’t great. It felt like a reheated dinner from the night before. Just being honest sorry 😔 The music and performances were really good though. You can always count on Filipino talent to lift the vibe. It was a good experience, but I wouldn’t do it again. The route is quite short, and by the time you see the small waterfall at the end, you’re already heading back. Toilets were meh. Not the standard you’d expect for a touristy place. But as always, Filipinos are very hospitable and that’s always the plus side wherever you go.
The Loboc River Cruise in Bohol where you dine on a floating restaurant as it cruises down the scenic, jade-green Loboc River. We arrive almost 12 noon and there are lots of tourist about to dine in. We were on queue, and it took almost an hour for us to get accomodated. Here, you board a traditional, motorized floating bpat that serves as a restaurant. It gently travels along the beautiful, palm-tree-lined Loboc River. The entrance is P1000/head that includes a buffet lunch (though not sure if they have dinner, have not asked) featuring a variety of Filipino cuisine and local dishes. The cruise often includes live music and sometimes a short cultural performance by local musicians and dancers, which can make a stop at a floating bamboo stage along the river. I was able to experience and danced with them too. It was fun and unforgettable! Don't forget to tip! The cruise usually lasts about 45 minutes to an hour and turns around near the small Busay Falls. They have photographers, but during file transfers, they are not as updated as today. So I guess, that's a part of them for improvement. It was an extraordinary experience -- a must try when visiting Bohol.
Another highlight of our Bohol countryside tour itinerary. Boarding was organized with a proper waiting area and boarding gates. There were also musicians and singer onboard and upon exit. The river and nature were nice but the food was just okay. Overall experience was great.
The Loboc River Cruise in Bohol is an unforgettable experience that perfectly blends natural beauty, local culture, and delicious Filipino cuisine. From the moment the boat sets off down the emerald-green river, you’re surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, swaying palm trees, and glimpses of local life along the riverbanks. The atmosphere is relaxed and scenic, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of the cruise is the all-you-can-eat Filipino buffet served onboard. The food is freshly prepared and features a wide selection of local dishes, from grilled meats and seafood to pancit (noodles), lumpia (spring rolls), and tropical fruits. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-cooked — a real treat for anyone wanting to taste authentic Filipino flavors in a unique setting. Adding to the ambiance is a live singer performing classic Filipino songs and international favorites, creating a laid-back and enjoyable vibe as you glide along the water. Midway through the cruise, the boat stops at a small riverside stage where a local community performs traditional dances. It’s a fun and heartwarming touch that showcases Bohol’s vibrant culture and hospitality. Overall, the Loboc River Cruise is a must-do experience in Bohol. Whether you're a foodie, nature lover, or cultural enthusiast, the combination of beautiful scenery, great food, and live entertainment makes for a memorable and genuinely Filipino experience.
The loboc river experience is very unforgettable. The entire cruise is a relaxing and the views surrounding the river are very calming. Please check the time when you go Here they are open only for lunch and the process of going in is very simple Buy your ticket go to your designated boat and Enjoy!
Experience not to be missed that has the value of the price. Every 30 mins starts the wooden cruise boat for 1 h tour, included well prepared table, acceptable variable buffet, live enterteitment, beautiful slowly moving on the loboc river surronded by the forest. Even if everthing it's a bit for massive tourism and rather quick to keep the flux of the people, I enjoied the experience occured accidentally
1000 Peso per person for approx a 1 hr cruise and some lunch. The food was a buffet style and was very tasty. Although the cruise isn’t far it’s cool to relax as you cruise along the river and stop on the river to see the local people performing some traditional dances.

Forests
Established in the mid-20th century, this forest features mahogany trees, trails & viewing decks.
Slide 1 of 8
The Bilar Man-Made Forest is absolutely stunning! Driving through the perfectly aligned mahogany trees feels like entering a different world—cool, quiet, and serene. It’s a refreshing break from the tropical heat and a beautiful contrast to the usual island views. We stopped for photos, and every angle was picture-perfect! One thing to note: it’s a functioning road, so taking continuous photos was a bit tricky. Cars were passing by every few minutes, so we had to take extra care and stay alert. Still, totally worth the quick stop—just be cautious and respectful of the traffic. A must-visit when you're in Bohol!
Driving through the Bilar Man-Made Forest feels like entering a completely different world. The tall mahogany trees line both sides of the road, forming a natural tunnel with cool shade and fresh air. It’s very peaceful and perfect for quick photos or just to enjoy the scenery while passing through. There aren’t many facilities since it’s really a stretch of road inside the forest, so it’s best for a short stop rather than a long stay. Still, the atmosphere is relaxing and refreshing—definitely one of the highlights when touring around Bohol.
Driving through Bilar’s Man-Made Forest felt like entering a different world. The towering mahogany trees on both sides create a cool, shady tunnel that’s perfect for photos and a quick nature stop. It’s peaceful, refreshing, and a must-see when exploring Bohol!
This is a quick stop unless you want to take lots of scenic shots. As this road leads to several tourist attractions, there will be several vehicles that will pass by. If you are with children, it is best to keep them close by and not let them run around. Along the way you will see these green boards staying that it is a spot designated for taking photos because before that area there are several signboards advising drivers to slow down as there could be tourists on the road. There are a handful of vendors selling souvenirs which are similar to the ones you see in souvenir shops. The place is quiet and cool surrounded with mangrove trees.
The Bilar Man-Made Forest is a calm and beautiful stop. The tall mahogany trees create a cool tunnel that feels peaceful and refreshing. It’s a quick visit, but the view is impressive and perfect for photos. The place is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. A simple but memorable spot to enjoy nature while traveling through Bohol. Highly recommended.
Wonderful scenery, the people are very friendly they will assist you, especially for celebrations they give extra special greetings. I Love Bohol 💖
The symmetry of the tall trees and the sudden change in atmosphere as you enter the forest feels almost surreal. A quick stop, but absolutely worth it for photos and a moment of calm in the middle of your Bohol trip.
Gorgeous Drive! I feel like I’m in different country. Everything is just Amazing, im speechless 🌼

Had an amazing experience paddling in Loboc with SUP Tours Philippines! The equipment was high-quality and well-maintained, making for a smooth and enjoyable ride. The views along the river were incredibly relaxing—lush greenery and serene waters created the perfect setting for a peaceful adventure. The guides were exceptional—friendly, professional, and well-trained. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and provided helpful instructions along the way. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced paddler, this is definitely a must-try activity in Loboc!
Really enjoyed our 1-hr SUP tour with guide Carlos. The equipment was high quality and the process was fast and seamless. The river was undergoing some maintenance to prevent erosion from typhoons, which took a bit away from the experience but otherwise it was peaceful and relaxing on the water. Litter found a lot in the water (common everywhere in the Philippines unfortunately). Carlos gave excellent instructions and had enjoyable conversations with us including educational information. If we did it again I would do it in the evening when it is cooler rather than in the middle of the day (my mistake). Overall an enjoyable experience.
I had a great time doing SUP with the guide Varen, he is nice with such a good vibe. I did it in late afternoon which was good because it was cooler, the river was quiet and was beautiful. It was my first experience ever and was amazing, would do it again.
An unforgettable and peaceful escape with SUP Tours Philippines 🌿💦 My partner and I did the waterfall tour with SUP Tours Philippines, and it was hands-down one of our favorite experiences in Bohol. The whole thing felt like the perfect reset—especially after coming from more hectic parts of our trip. Paddling slowly down the Loboc River, surrounded by lush greenery and the calming sounds of water and birds, was exactly what we needed. Our guide, Promin, was so kind and warm, and took time to really connect with us beyond just the tour. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow, which helped us feel confident even as first-timers. The team made sure we were always comfortable—they even helped us paddle when we got tired, which we appreciated more than we expected! The waterfall at the end was everything we hoped for: quiet, serene, and completely crowd-free. Just us and the sound of cascading water. Truly magical. And to top it off, we got to enjoy an amazing meal from Food & Fables right by the river after the tour—which was the perfect refreshing end to such a dreamy experience. SUP Tours Philippines gave us more than just a fun activity—it gave us space to slow down, feel held, and really connect with the nature around us. Highly recommend this if you’re in Loboc, especially if you're craving a calm, meaningful adventure. Thank you Promin and the team for taking such good care of us. 🌊🌴
The Best Way to Experience Loboc River! I would recommend this to anyone! I recently had the incredible opportunity to join a SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) tour with SUP Tour Philippines, and it was nothing short of magical! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, adventurous, and deeply rewarding. The team at SUP Tour Philippines is highly professional and genuinely passionate about showcasing the natural beauty of the Philippines. They made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and well-prepared, even if you’re new to paddleboarding like I was. The tour itself was breathtaking. Gliding across the crystal-clear waters, surrounded by lush mangroves and vibrant marine life, felt like stepping into another world. The guides shared fascinating stories about the environment and local culture, which added depth and meaning to the journey. What stood out most was the personal touch. The team ensured every participant had a unique and memorable experience, capturing stunning photos along the way and even sharing local snacks that gave us a true taste of the region. SUP Tour Philippines is not just about paddleboarding; it’s about connecting with nature, embracing adventure, and creating lifelong memories. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore the Philippines from a truly unique perspective. Thank you, SUP Tour Philippines, for an unforgettable adventure. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of your stunning destinations! Beautiful!
We did The full day SUP TOUR on the Loboc River with Vander as our wonderful guide, it was fantastic! Beautiful scenery, peaceful, only a small part where the bigger boats cruise by otherwise totally serene! And an absolute bonus was Vander’s fabulous singing as we floated past the stunning scenery. ☺️☺️☺️☺️ 5 stars 🌟
such an amazing experience!!! exactly what we needed after such hectic tour experiences. so calming and and our tour guide promin was so kind and took so much time to get to know us! if you have a smaller tour you can go at your own pace! well worth the money spent
Súper nice experience, John Ray was the best guide and photographer ever. Must try experience

A beautiful church and another example of the Hispanic-Filipino style. It was built far from the beach to prevent attacts from the pirates 🦜
San Pedro Church is commonly known as Loboc Church. The parish was established in 1602 and the present coral stone church was completed in 1734. Due to its strategic location, it became the center of the Jesuit mission in the Bohol area. In 1768, after the expulsion of the Jesuits, the town was transferred to the Augustinians. Church was severely damaged by earthquake in 2013. Its restoration began in 2017 and was completed in 2021. The church is classified as a National Historical Landmark and a National Cultural Treasure.
Whenever I visit a new place, I try to stop by a local church. It’s not just about the stunning architecture or rich history — it’s also about learning a thing or two about the people. This church in Bohol quietly tells a story of resilience after the floods. And the Holy Door? Truly an amazing sight.
Excellent experience! It's a very well-kept church.
This century old church withstand numerous calamities and natural disasters.
I love visiting churches during my trips. But this one deprived us to go inside the church itself, not once but twice. 😝So, before going, better check the time when it is open for public. 😌 Oh! They conduct mass outside the church. God bless your trip.
Very historic looks like they're doing some renovation but look like the earthquake damage that cracked in and half
The church is classified as a National Historical Landmark by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines and a National Cultural Treasure by the National Museum of the Philippines. It was severely damaged when a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck Bohol and other parts of Central Visayas on October 15, 2013. It is being restored now. But the remains suggests that the church is indeed old.

A beautiful river and swimming spot. The current can be strong at certain times of the day however they have ropes that you can hold on to. They have paddleboards and rafts for hire. There's a lovely restaurant and they also have super cute cabins that you can stay overnight. Highly recommended this. It's so peaceful and magical there at night
We came here hoping we could swim. But the current is too strong. There are also no areas to sit down or food and drinks to get. Nobody assisting us so we are just standing there staring at the beautiful falls. After 10mins we decided to just leave. Good that they refund our payment. It's still amazing waterfalls.
Not really worth the detour, as you can see in the picture, the term “falls” is widely overstated. Went for a quick swim in the river, not much more appealing there.
It was peaceful and I really enjoyed the scenery and ambiance.
Such a beautiful spot! The view is stunning and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!
We had so much fun! The guides are friendly and easy to communicate. Lifeguard is on site to make sure everyone is safe and also life jacket is free of use. We payed 300 for cottage (good for 4) for the banana boat ride 1000 it includes swing and zipline which is very worth it!.
Busay Dream Falls was such an amazing place. At first I thought it was just like any other waterfalls but when I saw for the first time, I was in awe. The place was so beautiful and swimming there was also good. I recommend going there from 3pm so you don’t get burned from the sun. Although, when we went we got there just after five and the staff let us off because he knew my cousin who has been there before and they’ve extended their closing time for us which was very kind of them.

Small zoo but they have tiger, rabbit and alligator, if you are visiting with kids, here is definitely a most go place in Bohol
Poor animal, forced to live there without stimulation or mental enrichment. It is absolutely heartbreaking to see the condition it is in. This zoo should either be shut down or undergo a major upgrade so that the animals can live in more natural surroundings. As it stands now, it is simply animal cruelty, and it is terrible to see how the animals are suffering under such miserable conditions.
This is a very small family zoo great for kids and an feed various animals it was nice to learn about the tigers thay have been with this zoo for more than 12 years all the animals are very well cared for and look healthy. You have a guide that will awncer any questions also a gift store great staff small family operation not a massive corporation whats nice to see
A lionness, 2 tigers, 5 birds, a pony, 3 civet cats, 2 bear cats, 5 greyhounds, 5 crocodiles, 9 native turtles...thats about it for an entrance fee of P100/pax, i say it's a treat. The place is kind of bare and needs a lot of work with the decors. The animals look well taken care of but the place really needs to be updated.
So many things to do! Feed a lion cub (100php), take a selfie with Maja the grumpy adult tiger, pose with their python, feed the crocodile chicken on a stick for 50php, feed the alligator (50php for the chicken meat), meet the bearcat & "milo", see a greyhound, selfie again with a miniature horse (Francine), and best of all, hand feed little parrots (20php per packet). And if you don't fear big birds, you can feed the turkeys, geese, pidgeons, & ducks. Costs 99php entrance fee. Assisted by a English speaking guide.
Not worth the money- most expensive of all around Loboc, with least interesting, no info or signage to tell you where to go. Up the hill are animals not cared well for. The one tiger was pacing at lot (a sign of unhappiness )
Never thought I would actually enjoy this place. I was able to have a great time with the animals that are properly treated inside their cages.
For about a buck fifty best dang zoo I ever went to. Clean well taken care of area. Friendly staff.

Are you planning a trip to Bohol, Philippines and looking for an amazing tour company to explore the region with? Look no further than Incon Bohol Tours! I had the pleasure of experiencing their Bohol Country Tour with my family back in mid-June last year, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable day. First of all, I have to commend Incon Bohol Tours for their top-notch customer service. From the moment we booked our tour in advance (which I highly recommend during peak season), to the end of the day, we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They even offered transportation for an additional charge, which made our day even more convenient. The Bohol Country Tour itself was fantastic, with a well-planned itinerary that included exciting activities and cultural experiences. We visited the Loboc Ecotourism Adventure Park, where we got to zip line over the lush forest, and the Man-Made Forest, a unique spot that's perfect for snapping photos. We also saw tarsiers up close, which was a highlight for my family, and visited a butterfly garden for a peaceful stroll. One of the highlights of the tour was our visit to Graham ATV Rental/Chocolate Hills, where we got to ride ATVs through the scenic landscape. It was such a thrill, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves adventure. But what truly made our day unforgettable was our tour guide, Paul Incon. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the native culture, but he was also a professional photographer. We were a group of 13, and he took photos of each of us throughout the day without ever complaining. His passion for his job was evident, and his main priority was making sure that we had the best experience possible. In conclusion, if you're traveling to Bohol and considering booking a tour, I can't recommend Incon Bohol Tours enough. Their Bohol Country Tour was a fantastic way to explore the region, and Paul Incon was the perfect guide. You won't be disappointed!

We recently came home to the Philippines for a long deserved vacation. Being from Bohol, i thought i had seen it all. Choosing Incon Bohol Tours and having Paul himself drive us, showed us a newer perspective of what the island had to offer. Not only that, Paul's a class-act. He makes you laugh, all the while learning about Bohol's historical and unique places. He was very accommodating and is able to offer alternative itineraries depending on your budget. .. it's definitely more fun in the Philippines, and choosing Incon Bohol Tours made it even more so..
Incon Bohol Tour is one of the best, decent, and cordial tour in Bohol. I was there after pandemic and lockdown lifted it's been a while for us to travel again and no question we booked Incon Bohol Tour. Very punctual and energetic Tour Guides. No dull moment with this Tour and their Bohol Tour packages is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Thank you and Namaste🙏🏻
Booking our first-ever Bohol trip thru Incon travel was definitely one of the best decisions we made. Sir Paul ensured we did not have to think about anything but enjoy our vacation. They took care of everything...from our hotel booking, to planning the trip in a way that we'll be in a place we can have a great lunch every afternoon, to buying pasalubong at the cheapest price. Special mention to Sir Jay, our very own tour guide, who never rushed us in all our stops and kept us entertained thru our travel. He even let us continue our last stop on our way back to the airport even when it was no longer part of our itinerary, when we were not able to finish it on our last tour day due to time constraints. He was courteous all throughout the trip, even suggesting we buy water and snacks before checking in as food can be expensive at the resort. Thank you, Sir Jay and Sir Paul, for making our family trip memorable and fuss-free! You definitely provide 5-star service!

It's my best experience so far for 2024 for may short vacation in Bohol though it may be short but incon Bohol tour gave me an experience one of a life time .

I was there just for one night. The Reception staff was extremly friendly and explained all well. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was very clean and nice furnished, practical. The bed was very comfy. The Resort is build into the nature, lots of trees, plants etc. Extremly nice. Dinner in the Restaurant directly on the river was very good. Breakfast offer all one can ask for. All in all a very nice short experience
We stayed at Loboc River Resort for six days and had a fantastic experience. From arrival to departure, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. You can clearly feel this is a family-run place, and it makes a difference in the atmosphere. The setting is beautiful, right along the river, with lovely swimming pools and plenty of nature around. During our stay, we went fishing, spotted monkeys, rented SUP boards and a pedal boat, and joined a tour there was always something fun to do. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The restaurant is decent — not outstanding, but good enough for a pleasant meal on-site. We noticed that many guests seemed to stay only a night or two, but we really enjoyed spending almost a week here and exploring everything the resort and surroundings had to offer. Overall, this resort is highly recommended if only for the exceptionally friendly staff, who made us feel right at home.
We loved this hotel! The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They sorted out everything we asked for. The location is beautiful and there are lots of activities to do. You can get around with tuktuks, drivers or rent scooters from the resort which is what we did and we're able to explore Bohol, which is stunning! The restaurant is excellent, again super friendly staff and lovely local food. I really can't fault this place. Special mention to the front of house staff who were always smiling and welcoming when we returned to the hotel and really went above and beyond for us! And our SUP guide who we had a lovely chat with on the river. Thank you!
the place i well placed on the edge of the river calm and peaceful. the rooms are spacious and really comfortable, aircon is a bit loud but that not a big problem. the staff is really welcoming and so friendly that’s a big plus they can arrange scooters and tuktuk. the pool area i really nice with sunbathing and nice view. the restaurant has lots of options (some are not really good) but overall a good experience
Such a beautiful place to relax with river views from my room and the restaurant. Zen Island massage hut amongst the lily ponds was a heavenly spot to enjoy a massage. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. I loved the small boat trip up river to the water falls as well as a tuk tuk tour around the Island. Thank you to all the lovely staff for a memorable 5 days. Ms Joy
Loboc River Resort is a gem! The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the room was very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The restaurant was delicious, great value, and offered so many vegan/vegetarian options. Hot tip - upgrade to the Premier Rooms because they have their own private pool & bar area. Don't hesitate to stay here -- it was our favorite part of our Bohol trip!
Absolutely loved this resort. The friendliness and excellent service of the staff, the excellent on-site restaurant food, the location on the river, the beauty of the grounds, the pools, on-site massages, and more. Highly recommend. Definitely should be on your list of places to stay when visiting Bohol.
We’ve had an amazing stay! Very nice and spacious rooms with river view, perfect service from the very friendly staff and various awesome activities, directly bookable from the reception. Highly recommended!
