There are also a lot of other Neolithic sites in the geographical area surrounding this site that are worth checking out!! Dolmans (one perfect for investigating in the little Town of Skamby near by) and other Neolithic burial mounds, etc. No access fees for this site unless the Viking market is being held (last weekend in August and a really cool offering as it has opportunity for hands on learning on how the Viking lived and produced different wares.) It is staged in front of the entrance with a little village of tents and fire pits, but there is a means to bypass the event by hiking around the entrance through the field side to get to the historical sites.
