Church is beautiful 💗 It was holy Wednesday when we visited and we saw a lot of carriages of the saints lining up for the yearly procession. We also saw some men doing their penitence. We just didn’t know there’s a museum on the second floor ✨ Parking space is big but since there’s a big procession coming up, we were able to park on the nearby closed establishments. It is nice to bring my kids here too to keep their faith stronger and teach them some history like showing them that the church was in our old 10 peso bill 💗 the inside of the church is preserved as well so we were able to show/tell our kids some old practices of our church before 🙏✨
Very nice place for nostalgia and educational trip... The church and museum is very well taken cared of... Friendly staff, ample parking
Finally, we're able to visit this famous historical church while attending a wedding in another church nearby. I was in awe just standing in front of the church's facade! It' good that the church has a huge parking lot because even on a weekday, visitors come in buses We also had the chance to visit their museum at the second floor. It was worth the travel!
Today is the feast day of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and as a devotee of our Blessed Mother, I chose to make my pilgrimage here over other shrines of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The old town feel is still alive. They had a procession of the statues of Our Lady, St. Simon Stock, St Anthony, St. Elijah and some other saints. They had oversized scapulars hanging from the ceiling. And the altar was literally covered with flowers. I felt a quiet joy in my heart when I prayed the consecration prayer to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Mama Mary, I entrust myself, all my loved ones, the souls of my Dad, Papa and Beloved Mama and all that I have to you. Take care of us as you took care of our Lord Jesus. And receive my gift to you with love. (The song, Wear my Mantle (Brown Scapular) which I uploaded on YouTube. Thank you for being my mother, Mama Mary. Totus tuus. 🙏
So happy to see this place finally, it's well preserved and I hope the future generation of carers continues to care for the church and museum. My daughter have learned so much about Filipino culture in this place. Worth the time and travel.
I'm so blessed I have witnessed the wonderful creation and amazing structures of the Nuestra Senyora Del Carmel of Barasoain Church Malolos ✨💕 Lord, thank you for the gift of life! Every Sunday ko is a travel day to every different churches around Luzon 🙏🫂 I'm so grateful sa aking mga Great-Grand-Parents and my Parents 🙌💞 they showed me what life is with and being a Roman Catholic 🥰 Inside the Church, it's very elegant and ecstatically designed 🍃 very overwhelming! I've always looking forward to the choirs, and I'm not disappointed because of the angelic voices, feels like we're in heaven! 🎶 ☁️ Additionally, in front of the church. There's Emilio Aguinaldo statue, and beside the church, there's this like a secret garden and a Museum 🎨 I think because it's June, they're preparing for the Independence Day, you'll see a lot of flags hanging around 🇵🇭 Please buy some goodies from the Sisters outside the Church, it's was so so good! Yummy 😋 About the Mass and homily, it's focusing purely to a family, a Father, a Mother and the Children 🫂✨
This visit to Barasoain Church was one of the most memorable ones for me. I attended Sunday Mass here, and it felt both historic and deeply personal. What made it extra special was having my motorcycle — Inari — blessed right here. A prayer for road safety, for protection, and for long-lasting use sealed that moment for me. It felt right to dedicate something so essential in my journey to a sacred space with so much history. Barasoain Church isn’t just any church — it holds a significant place in Philippine history. Featured on the old ₱10 peso bill, this church was the site of the First Philippine Congress in 1898 and the inauguration of the First Philippine Republic. It also served as the seat of the First Cabinet of the country. That makes it not just a house of worship, but a cradle of our democracy. The façade, the aura, and the solemnity of the place all remind you that you're standing on sacred and historic ground. The blend of faith and Filipino identity here is powerful — it's where God and Nation come together.
Beautiful old church. When we visited the place was being prepped for a wedding. Some decorative leaves were picked right from the lush garden of the church.

Historical monument and famous tree depiction of meetings with president aguinaldo The tree is fenced off for protection good for a selfie downside couldn't see any plaque or sign that could tell the history of the monument shame but still nice
Historic place and very interesting tree standing behind
Kalayaan Tree's plant box has been renovated to keep the tree safe from further damage.

As we were planning to visit Malolos, I checked up on other museums to visit in the area and I found this. Decided to give it a go and ended up being satisfied with the experience. Price: It's for free. Just bring an ID as you enter. Experience: There is a lot of history within this place for both the building itself and the displays within. You get to learn quite a bit while being in here as I felt that there was so much to look at even though the building itself doesn't look that huge. The staff there were very accomodating and even guided us through the displays. The only thing that surprised me was that there were very no other visitors outside of the one other group I noticed. Maybe it's because it was a Saturday or whatnot, but I find it surprising that for a really well maintained and interesting museum, there are only a few visitors. Definitely come here while you're touring around Malolos if you're into history
Free for all a must visit place when you in Malolos. take a glimpse from the past and appreciate the freedom you are having today. No fee just a donation. Kuya is very kind and walk us thru the whole tour/floor. kudos po
Old printing house been converted to a museum very nice free entrance having small exhibits in the few rooms but very nice telling the history of the Philippines there's a room which tells you about all the Philippines Presidents Many small exhibits recommend polite staff there is an escort that takes you round if you like to ask questions you can ask nice grounds too Very good opens everyday apart from Monday 👍👍👍and it's free
Really good museum that memorializes Philippine history with exhibits relevant to the modern times. It has been maintained very well, and is a definite must visit if you go to Malolos
No entrance fee, but you can donate. The museum is really nice, they adapted modern technology to ensure that the visitors could easily understand the historic touch of the museum. Staffs are nice and accommodating too. One of the best museums I visited.
This Museo is really cool! I attended their "Senyas" exhibit and I was amazed by the way of communication before. Such a genius way of communicating in a delicate and glamorous manner. Together with other hystoric items and scripts and many more. Kudos guys! Visit the Museo and tell me I am wrong. :-)
Very educational since the theme of the museum is on Philippine History and Politics. The artworks and overall design pf the museum is superb 👏👏👏
Casa Real Shrine is highly recommended not only for school field trips but also for the typical citizen. There is nothing like seeing artifacts and memorabilia of/from people at the forefront and limelight of the Philippine political history that unfolded in the years gone by.
