The trip to get to Buwakan ni Alejandra was amazing. The mountain views were magnificent. Once we arrived, the colors of the plants and flowers were absolutely beautiful! There were mazes of dahlias, ti, hydrangeas, orchids, and so many more with multiple and vibrant colors. There were several pictures spots and a few staff members to take those pictures. Just breathtaking!
Buwakan ni Alejandra is such a beautiful spot to visit — perfect for photos and just chilling. The garden is filled with an awesome collection of plants and flowers that make every corner picture-worthy. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy the scenery, and take in the fresh mountain air. The staff are very accommodating, and one of them even helped us take photos and videos — and he was actually really good at it! That extra effort made our visit even more memorable. Definitely worth the trip if you’re looking for a relaxing and photo-friendly escape.
A truly amazing, almost hidden gem in the lush mountains of Cebu. Absolutely filled with beautiful flower displays of all breeds and colours, there is a rainbow path with stairs and an amazing raised rainbow walkway too! If you're lucky enough to visit in the bright Cebu sunshine you're in for a photoshoot opportunity like no other, I don't think I've taken more photos anywhere else but here. The journey to and from the garden is very pleasant indeed, winding roads lined with palm trees, grass paths, flower pots and traditional Filipino village houses. A place not to miss.
A Breathtaking Escape into Nature’s Embrace 🌺 Buwakan ni Alejandra is a true gem for anyone seeking a peaceful communion with nature. Nestled in the cool mountains of Balamban, this botanical garden offers a breathtaking retreat away from the city’s noise and stress. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by an explosion of colors—beautifully arranged flower beds, lush greenery, and carefully designed pathways that invite you to slow down and take it all in. Every corner of the garden feels like a postcard, with panoramic views of the surrounding hills adding to the sense of wonder. It’s not just a place to take photos (though every shot is Instagram-worthy); it’s a space that allows you to reconnect with the natural world. The air is fresh, the ambiance is serene, and there’s a calming energy that reminds you how healing nature can be. Whether you’re a plant lover, a photographer, or someone simply looking to unwind, Buwakan ni Alejandra offers a spectacular natural experience that stays with you long after you leave. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers alike!
Recommended! Bring some anti mosquito repellent. Though it's far from the city the long drive is all worthy. The place is beautiful. Not recommended to seniors. Ask the staff to take your picture. They are professional on taking pic.
Beautiful garden on the side of a mountain. If you have mobility issues please take its location into consideration. Their is a restaurant and snacks available should you come hungry or want a refresher before leaving.
You’ll fall in love with the breathtaking views at Buwakan ni Alejandra! 🌸 The place is blooming with vibrant, well-kept flowers — perfect for that wholesome laag and sweet photos with your loved ones.
It was great. The staff were polite and accommodating.(The comfort room had a long queue though. I hope they increase the number of the female cubicle. Another thing I hope for is a clear exit path. One time we pose on a photo dedicated spot for a picture but then some people who'd like to exit suddenly appear from the background one by one and ruin the moment.)

Friendly and easy. Didn't even get off my bike and the gate opened and was invited in. Inexpensive and comfortable. I would stay again.
The place is affordable. The Owner and staff is so friendly. A good place to stay from a long ride. Nice and safe.
Its a so so experience food is great though.
Good, safe place to stay, near the shipyards, if you are self catering. Spacious apartments, low price. I have stayed there every time at Tsuneishi for 20 years.
Its very nice the wife of one of the owner and the manager is very accommodating. The place os really good, if you want to experience the ambiance of Germany in the Philippines you can come and stay in the place. They are really good.
Half hostel, half motel... Sorry to say but the place does have some safety concerns. But not worse than I have seen in Main Land China. Would like to see some GFP and other things of the like. But for outside of the City and with the people's saying that it's good enough mind set..... That said.... The people are welcoming, and really do try hard to make sure you're ok. Otherwise I would have given them only one Star. The AC kinda works... The WiFi is down all the time... Good place to get away from the world
One of the old lodges and accommodations you can find in the industrial town of Balamban, Cebu. Narrow entrance and a small signage will bring you inside a rustic suburban accommodation with a fresh ambiance of the sea in the west and the green mountains of the eastern moutains. The accomodations offered here are one of the most relaxing you can have. =)
