A Must-Visit Spot in Myrtle Beach! Barefoot Landing is a beautiful and vibrant place that perfectly combines shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it a must-visit during any trip to Myrtle Beach. We loved the atmosphere here – from the charming boardwalks to the scenic lake in the center, where you can actually spot wildlife like turtles and even crocodiles! There’s a great mix of boutique shops, restaurants, and bars, and we especially enjoyed coming in the evenings when live concerts were taking place – the energy was amazing and added so much to the experience. The whole layout of the place is thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasant place to stroll around, whether you’re shopping, grabbing a drink, or just enjoying the views. We liked it so much we ended up going more than once during our vacation! Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place to hang out in Myrtle Beach. Don’t miss it!
Barefoot Landing is a great little spot to hang out and kill some time and do some shopping. Most of the shops are overpriced touristy stuff but there are a few gems in there. The ticketed rides are extremely overpriced. Almost $7 to ride the carousel. There’s some nice views and the restaurants looked nice but we had eaten before we visited. Bring something to keep yourself hydrated as there are no water stations here (which is extremely annoying). Bottled water is $2+ at the stores. Seems like a disservice to not offer water when the shade is pretty limited.
What a beautiful place!! This is perfect for family a place to unwind, stroll around this place offer everything, from entertainment, food and activities, me and my family spend some times here, they have a lawn that you can get your own beach chair to watch their show, my daughter likes it and somehow participated, they also have a small inlet with boat and of course this place is surrounded by different kind of restaurants you have so many options, they also have a big playground where my kids spend hours of playing, and parents can always buy a refreshing drinks or cocktails while watching kids play, the bathroom is located inside the arcade, it's not clean enough that's the reason why I gave 4 star the bathroom is not maintained and it's stinky, other than that you can spend your all day on this place and I highly recommended family to visit barefoot landing whenever you visit Myrtle Beach.
Similar to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing has quite a selection of shopping, food, and quality entertainment in north Myrtle Beach. During the day, visitors can shop for apparel, jewelry, and gifts or pick from a wide variety of attractions. Barefoot Landing is a shopping, dining and entertainment destination all in one. It is a must-see during your Myrtle Beach vacation. They have wonderful annual events, live music, great restaurants, and plenty of family-friendly fun all year round. It’s also very dog-friendly with specialty shops for your pooch and water dishes outside of many retailers around the complex. Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s has a huge menu and is a great spot for families with little ones with a fun beach and plenty of seating. Enjoy the beautiful waterway views with a cold drink in hand at a few great spots around Barefoot Landing. We had the best time at Crooked Hammock Brewery
Very nice place, I liked walking there beside water seeing the yachts and boats, beautiful architecture, Christmas decorations, lights, the harbor and beautiful shops and restaurants.
If you grew up going to N. Myrtle, there’s a good chance you grew up at Barefoot Landing. Coming back as an adult feels like you never left. The walkways over the water, the magic shop, etc. The property itself is super clean, and there lots of things for the kiddos to do. Definitely recommend the playground to bring off some energy. Highly recommend!
Barefoot Landing have fantastic stores, foods, and more, it’s a great place to visit with friends and families, their are also ponds with fishes and it also looks cool, also I look at shirts of Football (Soccer), pretty cool because I’m a fan of Football, and their are shirts, plush, shoes store in this area, pretty cool, besides this place is a 100% the best one yet, and in Myrtle Beach, their are other places to visit.
Beautiful and clean place to hang out and just relax with several food, snacks, shops and bars. Kids can play in the playground while you can grab a pint of beer next door and listen to live music.

Our Alligator Adventure with Cape Fear Adventure Company was a great experience from start to finish! We spotted multiple alligators and turtles, and had a blast navigating through marsh areas with tall grass that made the paddle feel like a true adventure. We were paired with another group, but they were friendly and the outing felt relaxed and enjoyable. Captain Michael was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept a perfect pace that made it easy for everyone to keep up, no matter their skill level. This trip was fun, safe, and perfect for anyone looking to explore the wild side of the area without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend!
Wow! Great place to see the gators and others up close. Great presentations and feeding. Place is clean and well maintained. Although some of the wood walkways and fencing is looking weathered. I guess it adds to the ambiance! Park personnel are kind and patient. Gift store is stocked with cool stuff. By the by gators are everywhere in case you were wondering. Additionally there is a nature walk above the swamps and water. Additional buildings w/ lizards, frogs and of course snakes. Other animals and birds as well. Go, enjoy, and have fun.
Coming to this place was a highlight of my trip to Myrtle Beach! This is a great family friendly place to visit for all animal lovers. They house all sorts of animals and provide great resources for learning about them. There are live shows that make the experience all the more immersive. I have never gotten to see an alligator up close or even in person so coming to Alligator Adventure makes for a unique encounter for those visiting from northern regions like me or really anyone who loves and support animal conservation.
I have been by this place probably a thousand times in my life. We decided to head down from NC to check it out. Wow! This adventure was fantastic, from the native animals to exotic birds, this place has its act together. We were impressed with how the area looked and maintained. All the reptiles and animals looked well cared for and safe. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. They have animals/reptiles from all over the world...and if you want to see gators and crocs up close??? This is your kind of place.
They must have literally thousands of alligators here separated to some degree by age groups. Nice, clean, fully accessible facility just north of Barefoot Landing. Very nice gift shop. Food choices at snack bar very limited. You gotta go here at least once.
I went with my kids. My kids absolutely loved this place. We went to 3 shows while we were there. We just loved walking around looking at all of the animals! I noticed all the animal enclosures were clean. They had fresh water, clean enclosures, and most had some type of food/snack available. Our highlight would have been Utan the 20ft or 21ft crocodile. The kids just could not get over how big his head is and how round he was as well. An educational experience we all enjoyed!
Alligator Adventure was such a fun and educational experience! There’s so much more than just alligators—we saw snakes, turtles, exotic birds, lamas, hyenas, and even a rare albino alligator. The live shows were a highlight; the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. The park is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. There are plenty of shady spots, which is great on a hot day. We especially loved seeing the giant alligators and crocodiles up close—some of them are absolutely massive!
This was a very interesting place to visit. They had lizards alligators snakes birds turtles laughing hyena line and much more, frogs. It was a very friendly place and we enjoyed every minute of it. If you are ever in this area I highly recommend that you go to this place it's a must, and your kids will love it as well.

I've dreamt of being able to do something like this for a long time. The staff here are not only fun & friendly, but they are extremely knowledgeable. If you're ever in the area I would highly recommend going, it's an experience you will never forget! Remember, their conservation efforts do not stop here, they contribute all around the world, BRAVO!!
A Great bunch of people. Everyone were pleasant, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We had the best time.
Definitely recommend going if you are a cat or animal lover. Looking is free. Having pictures taken with the animals is expensive but well worth it! I have 2 of the most awesome pictutes ever! One with me and a baby tiger next to my face and another with my family with an adolesent white tiger laying across across our laps being bottle fed by my son! I've been wanting to go back ever since!
They were at barefoot landing between 6p and 8p as they said. It was free to see them there. Good little experience . you can pay to see them closer and get pics.
Awesome!!!! We didnt take advantage of the photo op/holding a tiger opportunity, but we did get to watch the babies play, and we got to pet a little monkey!!!! Loved this!!!!!!
We really lile the folks here. They care about the animals and quickly remove them from display if the weather us poor. The animals come first. Its a bit expensive but worth knowing the money goes to help perserve the tigers in the wild. The memories are worth all of it.
DO NOT GO HERE! THIS IS A FOR PROFIT BUSINESS WHO EXPLOITS BIG CATS. This is a breeder who has found a way to make money off his tigers. Here they have NO water, and babies are separated from the mother. This is sick.
Loved it. Staff were great! Animals were great! Wish I could have gone to the Preservation.

Rustic, wood-clad venue producing sweet wines, with a patio, tastings & a shop, plus live music.

My mother and I visited Duplin Winery in North Myrtle Beach while on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We enjoyed a tasting of 8 different wines—my top two were the Burgundy and Magnolia. We also tried their Muscadine Pineapple Habanero Salsa with cream cheese, which paired perfectly with cheese, crackers, and wine. The highlight of our visit was meeting Dave Duplin, the owner. He joined the tasting room to share stories and even took the time to chat with us outside afterward. It’s rare to see an owner so engaged with guests, and it truly made our first visit unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning! 🍷
Came to the Winery for a wine tasting and was blown away. Frank who led our tasting was knowledgeable and very personable and made the experience that much more enjoyable. For me the wines were all excellent. More on the sweeter side for those who enjoy that. I would encourage you to join the wine club as they have very good benefits. They have an assortment of crackers, dips and desserts for you to purchase. Can’t wait to come back and try this place again.
One of the best places i have been. I love them. My last one to visit is in Panama. My wife and I always enjoy visiting Duplin wineries. We can never get enough. Today, Tim was out tasting expert and he did a great job. Excellent presentation.
Michelle was just as sweet as the wine! She really made our visit special - we were celebrating our friend’s 30th birthday! 10/10 would come back again, great experience. We really enjoyed the live music on the back patio as well!
Eleven of my family members and I really enjoyed our experience here today. Joey and Carolyn were excellent host. They were very knowledgeable about the wine and history. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Tim was our bartender for our wine tasting event. Tim was fun and engaging and made our time very memorable! He provided many great ways to enjoy the wine - not just by the glass! A variety of ways to mix and pair, etc. We at the last minute decided to go to a wine tasting event since the weather was awful for our beach vacation. For this wine tasting - if you love sweet wines this will definitely be your thing! If you are in the area take the time and stop by and enjoy the tasting, the fellowship, the shop and select the option for the free glass of wine to enjoy your favorite from the tasting. You will not be disappointed!!!
I really enjoyed this wine tasting experience. This is my first time here and I would definitely come back and bring friends. Our bartender, Michelle was super awesome. She did excellent job and was very knowledgeable of all the wines that we sampled.
Always a fantastic time. Caroline has been our host many times and she's always such a gem. The tastings are always educational, celebratory and delicious! We're here about once a month and never have anything less than a great time!

Rebuilt 1950s fishing pier offering a tackle shop, a restaurant/bar & a 2-story observation deck.
Slide 1 of 8
The Cherry Grove Pier gives you a chance to watch fisherman haul in their catch, see turtles and jellyfish in the ocean and just enjoy a view of the beach you can't get while standing on the beach. It's $3 per person to go out on the pier. You're given a wristband, and it's good for the entire day, up until 11 p.m. We loved walking out on the pier and sitting at the end, up top and looking out over the ocean. We saw a turtle and several jellyfish. It's windy and warm, and relaxing. As you come off the pier, the building next to the store where you purchase your wristband is the Driftwood Cafe. If you're hungry or thirsty, stop in there for a bite! Delicious food and excellent service. Seating inside and outside.
This is our go to place! We stay in Prince Resort, eat quite a few meals at the Boardwalk Cafe, get ice cream nightly, walk the pier, & enjoy the entertainment put on by the resort. Sea shelling around the pier is hit or miss, but the tide pools are such fun for the little kids to look for hermit crabs & small shells. We love coming here!
Anytime I go to the area I stop here. We like to walk the pier, and fish here as well. They charge a fee to walk the pier which is lame. We walked in and went to walk the pier and the staff gave us a b8g attitude because we didn't pay 1st. We'll We didnt know we had to pay, there was no sign, and who would've thought it cost money to walk? Oh well, I won't go on the pier again unless im going to fish. Rude staff members make me not even want to visit. Everything is all about money anymore, we'll done cherry grove fishing pier, suck the fun right out of family vacation for a few bucks. But 200 people a day at 3$ a walk, = $600 a day.
First you pay $3 just to walk out onto the pier. There is covered sitting at the end and stairs leading up to a second viewing area. Pier was full of people fishing and no loud commotion. There is very limited free parking across the street. The parking lot next to pier is privately own and you pay to park there. Great views up and down the beach.
Nice, Clean Pier. Staff is friendly. The only downside is that they aren't open 24 hours. The fishing was great and the pier was well lit at night. Highly recommend a visit if you want to catch fish while staying at NMB.
What an awesome place to walk sunrise, daily or sunset. Last Sunday was Resurrection Easter Sunday service, and many attended. It was amazing and spiritual and heart lifting.
I’ve been fishing this pier since I was in my 20s. Everything about it is wonderful with the exception that now they close at 11 PM. ☹️Which is the case of all of the Myrtle Beach piers with the exception of one staying open 24 hours. It has cleaning stations as well as a upper observation tower at the end of the pier. The store is well stocked with snacks, beverages, and fishing supplies as well as as bait options. There’s also a restaurant/grill as well. The staff are very friendly! Lots of records have been set from this pier! Check them out!
I didn't actually go on the pier this time, but have been on it many times before. It's a great place to fish.

Absolutely a wonderful experience for a soulful Sunday brunch visiting from out of town. The food was quite tasty, and the live band/praise team was touching. The art is so telling of a true story. We watched as many people of various backgrounds enjoyed it all. I do recommend the experience!
We loved everything about House of Blues! Great atmosphere, great service. I took my daughter to her first concert. We've been checking the line-up from now until the end of the year. We'll definitely be going back! Great venue!
Took the family to have dinner at the restaurant first and then went to see a concert after. Food was delicious. Portions were just right. Drinks were good too. Hospitality was 10/10. Bathrooms were very clean too. Something fun to do if you’re vacationing or a local.
Shoot to thrill, Saturday night, was an incredible band. They did a great job playing AC/DC music. The singer had an amazing voice and the rest of the band kicked ass. The lead guitarist was amazing. I would recommend checking them out when you can, they are from Raleigh.
Mackenzie My server I want to thank her so much for her kindness. She knows she knows the menu inside out and her choices was on point. I want to thank you for letting us be a host at your place of work… Also, the place is so big and beautiful inside Out clean the staff friendly professional keep up the excellent work
We dropped in for a quick bite and a couple of drinks before a show across the parking lot. It was happy hour on a Saturday evening, the burger 🍔 😋 was a nice surprise. They call them smash burgers, I requested they don't smash all the juices from my patty, and they didn't, but my wife got a hold of it, so I'll be back for another soon. My wife ordered the nachos, light and fresh, they were about avg. It's always nice to drop in somewhere without researching and enjoy the atmosphere, bar tender and food. I'm gving the House of Blues a 5, real score 4.6. We couldn't stay for the music, but plan to return soon.
Good times all around! The venue itself was amazing, security was friendly, and the bartenders were great. My only surprise was the $12 price tag on a non-alcoholic drink, which felt a little steep. Still, the concert was absolutely amazing and made the night unforgettable.
Great family atmosphere and good entertainment. I was expecting more live music with a choir or group. The father and son duo act was great and they were very talented! We enjoyed the waiter and his hospitality. A photographer is on hand to take pictures and make memories really nice! Prices and packages are available. The cost of the buffet styled menu was over $50 per adult breakfast and dinner. Pastries and fresh fruit salad were included in the buffet. They do have a menu of different food items that are not available on the buffet. Large groups tickets are split 4 ways per table.

Played here with my dad today and had a fabulous time. We went right when they opened so there was no wait. The manager was extremely accommodating and friendly, and he really cares about his customers. The birds outside are really cute and friendly and will say “hello” as you arrive. The course itself is immaculate from the greens to the landscaping and walkways. One of the best mini golf courses I’ve ever played. I highly recommend you try out Hawaiian Rumble Golf!
The staff was very friendly! It was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed feeding the turtles and playing with the birds. It was also nice to practice our batting at the cages while we were there.
Great place to play mini golf. The course was in excellent shape. The holes were challenging but not too difficult. Will definitely be going back.
This course is a stand out amongst many good places for mini golf. Each of the holes prings something unique but also challenging. I would recommend this place if you have a group of friends or family that wants to have a friendly competition.
Batting cages work pretty good but it got stuck one time. It was easy to unstick it ourselves. The putt putt golf was really good. Had a 3-year-old with us that even enjoyed it. Getting to feed the turtles was an added bonus. Along with the birds on the deck. Dancing with a cockatoo was fun.
OFF SEASON WARNING: If you go here Nov-springtime, check online or call to confirm hours. This was our second mini golf of the day and it didn't disappoint. We got there about an hour after opening with one group a 7 or so holes before us. Staff was friendly and got us set up very quickly. Course was fun, challenging, and the atmosphere was spot on. I can see why the masters holds their yearly tournament here. The photos kind of do it justice but it's much better in person. Watch out for the volcano every 20 minutes! Also make sure to spend some time with the rescue birds out front - they're very talkative. Just watch your fingers.
Our family had so much fun playing mini golf here during our Myrtle Beach vacation!! We had so much fun feeding the fish and turtles, and talking with the parrots. The courses were challenging but not difficult. The flaming volcano was the best part of the entire experience. The music was fantastic as well. It is fairly priced and definitely worth it.
We visited here on a Saturday afternoon is November. That was a perfect time of year to visit because the weather was perfect the golf course was in excellent shape and well maintained. We really enjoyed our visit. The person working the register was very friendly. They had some nice flowers that had a very nice Aroma as we played the course.

My favorite beach in SC! Not a lot of sky rising hotels so the beaches are never too crowded.
Great place to hang out and relax with family and friends. Clean and easy to find parking
Beautiful beach. Not too crowded when we came in the morning. Got more crowded as time went on, but when we looked down the shore it was definitely busier at other locations. Parking is now $4/hr.
Good beach but busy. No parking fee after oct 31 st. (See pics). Parking is paved and dirt both ( not a big lot). Yes to bathrooms and yes to sinks to wash hands. Lots of trash receptacles.
Loved it. Not a hip-hop jazzy spot, just a nice beach for families and the older crowd. Parking is plentiful and only a few feet from the beach.
One of many of North Myrtle Beach public beaches offering the likes of sun, sand and seashells. Clean, well maintained family friendly beach with plenty of room for all beach enthusiasts. More than average parking beachside and across the street with pay app and/or QR code. Gone are the days of free shoulder parking as signs line this once coveted grassy oasis. No immediate shopping and/or restaurants but Barefoot Landing and numerous restaurants along the ocean are a short car ride away. Cabana style building offer single unisex bathrooms equipped with a flushing toilet and outside sinks. Nothing fancy, but certainly a step above porta potties. Adjacent showers are available as the likes of umbrellas and chairs can be rented through another QR code. Come get your beach vibe on, collecting seashells and memories and leaving with your tan line bragging rights.
Loaded with shells. Clean. Restroom at public entry. Has both the soft sand and the packed beach sand. Came twice during our stay.
Very nice beach...people where spaced out nicely. Plenty if room. Chair and umbrella rent was a nice touch! We will be back next year!

Yooooo! Sipping Cindy is the best! Such an authentic, customer-oriented experience! All of the wines are excellent! Also, grab you a wine slush! I'll definitely be back the next time I visit myrtle bea.ch.....wow, can't spell right after tasting 7 delicious wines.
Super rude older lady working a few weeks ago on a Friday when my friend and I went in. She had the nastiest attitude about us using their bathroom, which by the way was open and had no signage about it being closed to the public. After that, I didn't even want to sample the wine. She caused us to walk out and we will never return. We gladly took our business to Kentucky Mist! The staff there are very welcoming and friendly. In response to your response... If you look at your cameras on 3/22, you'll see that I was looking at the menu offered as my friend was about to use the restroom. After your rude bartender accosted us, we expeditiously exited the business. I have enough to deal with without worrying about supporting a business with rude, unaccomaditing employees/managers. If I cannot browse your merchandise/use the restroom before having a seat at the bar, then I have no business there. I apologize if I offended you by using the restroom before having a seat at your bar. I hope other customers are more considerate of your rudeness, because you calling us out in front of other customers is nothing but rudeness. We had every intention of sampling your wine but will never be back because of this experience!
We came to MB in January to celebrate my beau’s birthday. Decided to walk around Barefoot Landing since the weather was nice. Ended up at Carolina Vineyards Winery to do a taste test. Had such fun sipping on various wines and ended up getting a couple bottles to take with us. Huge selection and friendly staff.
Absolutely fantastic wines. I love sweet whites and not one of the 12 I tried, disappointed! Make that 18 that i tasted haha. Needless to say I left with a bottle of each that I tried minus 2. The 7/$6 tasting alone was a portion that allows you to savor the flavor. The 4/$20 flughts were amazing! Not sure the name of the young man who served me, but his recommendations were on point!
Absolutely a must do!! We had just missed the wine tasting so we ordered slushies instead and it did not disappoint. We were given samples of ALL of them: Pina Colada, Margarita, Peach Mago, Blackberry, Blackberry Shine 20%, and Sangria. It made the landing walk so much more fun!
Elizabeth was the best! She recommended great flavors for the tasting. I did two different tastings and had her both times. Bought so many bottles and love the chocolate raspberry slushy. It’s a must have to keep on the menu.
This place is awesome and the owner was amazing! We started with the tasting, and everything was so good! As we were tasting, she also offered us a couple more samples of some of the wines we picked mixed together. While in there we ran out of water for our kiddo and she was so kind and offered us a water bottle for him. We finally decided that we were going to get a bottle of the peach wine, and when it was time for us to purchase everything she told us “thank you for your service, you don’t owe me anything”! It was some of the best wine and experiences we have had down here. If you are ever in myrtle beach stop by and support this wonderful small business!
Sippin Cindy was an amazing guide to these wonderful wines! We are a group of ladies with very diverse taste in wine, from sweet to dry and back again. There was something everyone of us was happy to bring home. Our only regret is that shipping is not an option. Guess we’ll just have to come back

Slingshot was amazing ! I used to live in the area for almost 10 years and always said I will never go on it and my Friend coerced me to today for her bday and it was phenomenal; after All those years of driving by in terror ! The sky fall was actually scarier than the slingshot !! Robert who operated the slingshot was wonderful! Very fun, enthusiastic and personable.
Let me start out by saying I am absolutely terrified of heights. I also suffer from a severe anxiety disorder. Idk why but for some silly reason I got it in my head I was going to impress my boyfriend by doing the sling shot ride… I knew he wanted to do it but wouldn’t unless I women upped and choose to do it without any pressure from him. I explained to the staff about my condition and they were so friendly and reassuring. They were so kind and caring even with me clearly being a bit of a wreak. I can’t thank them enough for the level of kindness and patience the showed me yesterday. A lot of places like this they rush and are rude, but not here. I was my own personal hype man and did it! If you are considering doing the sling shot, just DO IT! It was so much fun and it’s so quick you hardly have time to comprehend what’s even going on. At $30 a person I feel it’s extremely fair priced plus they give you a QR code you can use to purchase the video at only $18 which I found way cheaper than expected. I’m so happy we decided to go here and that I didn’t chicken out, which part of that was because of the wonderful staff. Thank you again! Can’t say I’ll do this again but I’m glad I tried it at least once.
My family and I very much enjoy the slingshot and Sundance every year that we go to Myrtle Beach. Reasonable prices and all. My only complaint is that the Robert guy at the register of dark complexion needs to quit trying to get at young girls. Each year we go to this park, he tries to get at my daughter. Mind you, she has a baby face and is only 16. The thing is that he is very much older. Even though she ignored him after she told him her age but he insisted, he needs to learn how to stop. I can only imagine she isn’t the only one he has done this with, but he needs to stop because some people will take it far. Also, he needs to get a break room and not eat in front customers. I think I will not go to this park going further. Anyways, this is a warning. Otherwise, lovely experience on the rides as per usual.
Forgot the names of the rides so you'll have to work with me. The double sided spinning thing I went on wasn't all that much, but it really hurt my legs and as of writing this my legs are sore. Also the prices are absurd! And the drop tower was just ok. The only thing that scared me was the screw that fell on my leg on the way up. Also you only drop once. Only reason we actually went here is because the funplex closed.
My son has to do this ride every time we are here. He asks for nothing else but this so I can't say no. Also I posted pictures for 2023 pricing.
If you have children, please find multiple other things to do than spending so much money on literally five carnival rides. They are a scam and it is absolutely ridiculous how much money they are. I would never go here again and spend a dime. It was not worth it. You’re paying the same price as Kings Dominion or Cedar point for 5 rides. 0/10.
My first time doing the slingshot. More likely my last time as well. They didn't do anything negative, it just went up extremely high. This was once in a lifetime. It was fun. The adrenaline was great.
Last time my daughter (who was 10 at the time) and I went to Myrtle, I talked her into going on the Slingshot with me. She was afraid of heights up till then and honestly she still is to a point. So getting her to go was a 3 day pep rally. But with the encouragement of myself and the staff, away we went! After exiting the launch pad the staff continued to tell her how proud they were of her, high-five'n her, clapping... I couldn't have had better experience. This time was the complete opposite. 1st we encountered the absolute most un-personable, unfriendly and miserable guys I've encountered in a while. I work in a prison and the Correctional Officers and I treat the inmates with more respect and are more personable with people who have done some horrible things... all we did was come to was drive down from O.I.B. and an hour out of our way to spend our money for another experience like we had the last time... and what we experienced was nothing short of and episode of "What Would You Do?"... I was seriously looking for a camera crew... well the camera didn't show up and after the way we were treated, the next time we're in town... I doubt we will either.

Valorous Church is truly a blessing to our family and community. From the moment you step through the doors, you’re met with an open, hospitable, and inviting atmosphere. The worship music is powerful and inspiring, creating an environment where it’s easy to connect with God. The messages are biblically sound, strong, and relevant, providing encouragement and guidance for life’s challenges. Our family loves how Valorous Church goes beyond Sunday mornings by offering ministries that impact all ages. My daughter adores the Valorous Students program on Wednesday nights for 6th-12th graders, where she experiences meaningful fellowship and spiritual growth. My son is just as thrilled to be part of Valorous Kids on Sunday mornings, where he learns about God’s love in a fun, nurturing way. We’re also deeply grateful for Valorous Academy, the church’s school, where our children are poured into daily. It’s reassuring to know they are receiving not only an excellent education but also spiritual guidance and care from people who are committed to their growth in every way. Valorous Church is more than a church—it’s a Christ-centered community where families thrive, faith deepens, and lives are transformed. We couldn’t recommend it more!
A very welcoming church. I enjoy the pastors sermons and the fact that they switch off occasionally. The worship group is so inspirational as they sing beautiful Christian songs. The church is not too pushy, and let people go at their own pace regarding membership.
I recently visited this church while I was in town and was overwhelmed by the kindness and warmth of everyone there. Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted with a thoughtful gift and given a tour of the church. We were also invited to enjoy coffee, refreshments, and breakfast, both before and after the service. As we explored different parts of the church, we were met with smiles and greetings from friendly faces along the way. The welcoming atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area again.
I went there today 29th for the first time and it was very nice. People were so great the seats comfortable worship team(all of them both singers and pastors)were great. I'll def be going back
My sister Patty Sherrerd goes to your church. She sent me the card today via text message that you sent to her about your prayers for me and it made me feel blessed! Thank you so very much for all your prayers. God bless
Moved from up north to SC for work and I desperately needed a church home. I checked the reviews, proximity to work, home and their beliefs and it just fit like a glove. I’m more than happy to be here and worship with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ . Very welcoming presence and traditional feel with just enough modernity to reel both young and old in.
My "Concert with GOD". If you need a pick me up and want to talk to GOD and feel blessed and loved, this is the place to be. Live bands and beautiful music with amazing singers. The sermons are always on point and don't ever put you to sleep. All denominations of Christianity and very diverse culturally and spiritually. Everyone is welcome. Our church just received a new name. Changed from Barefoot Church to Valorous Church. The name is very fitting. Google the meaning, much truth in the new name.
Barefoot Church is a great place to be. Pastors Clay & Kim are two amazing leaders who live what they preach. They have an awesome hospitality team. They make everyone feel like they belong and loved. If you are looking for a church family to belong to this is the place to be.

Beautiful! Go in the morning or evening when the sun isn’t bright, because a lot of it isn’t shady. Look for the many little crabs in the sand by the water. They are hilarious!
Really small, like 30 min of trails maximum. But nice views. Not sure how people can park in high season, though, the regular parkings are tiny.
Incredible place! I went on a weekday afternoon and it was tranquil. So many crabs too. It was high tide, part of the trail was mildly flooded, I had a crab chase me out. All good, and will be back a couple more times before leaving the area
Very nice place. My family was vacationing in Myrtle Beach, but wanted a short hike/outdoorsy thing to do. This fit the bill nicely. It isn't very long (good thing as it was brutally hot that day) but very cool. A good way to spend an hour. We saw crabs, egrets, lots of other birds, and tracks of what looked to be a fox.
Beautiful marsh and a great place to walk your dog. Bring your own poop bags. Parking is available about a block away. You have to pay for the parking March 1st through October 31st. You use a phone app to pay and the last time I was there the cost was $4 per hour. You might want to check the tide chart and come when the tide is less than 6 ft or some trails will be flooded. You can get some good pictures when it's foggy, too.
My wife and I went down to help my sister celebrate her birthday this past weekend. She lives in North Myrtle Beach, SC at Cherry Grove. Upon arrival we had a little time to kill before she got off work so we found this place. It was a fun walk, very easy ( except for the heat! Lol! 🥵) Some pretty good views, nothing spectacular but a good way to pass an hour. 🏖️
Free public access nature preserve featuring short trails and boardwalks. The walk takes one along the brackish marsh and inlet waterways where oysters find home on the muddy floor, while herons carefully search for food. Placards have been posted throughout the island to inform passerbys of the typical floura and fauna found in this unique biome. Pleasant experience. Parking is a block away in a municipal lot.
Very easy walking trail. This is a short trail and well marked. Two dedicated picnic tables. One morning I saw two dolphin's, a mother and baby. Another morning I saw an otter. Photos are of a Double-crested comorant, Tri-colored Heron and White Ibis. There are an abundance of Morning Dove and Eastern Bluebirds.

A great place to let your geek flag fly. From a large selection of comic books and Fandom wears, to the amazing selection of arcade games and pinball machines, this store has it all to make your geek day come true!
Great theater. We saw You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. Phenomenal production.
Excellent show tonight with a great cast! (Adverse Effects). The space is lovely and inviting. Although it is a non-profit company, the price for a ticket was unexpectedly high. Excellent job to the cast and directing team!
Awesome place to see live theater! Have seen a few shows there, very intimate!
It's GREAT to see a Christmas Show where it's about Jesus! Praise Him!!!
Went to see a stunning performance of "W;T
