The 25 best shopping and stores in North Myrtle Beach

My kids really enjoyed the splash pad... Please don't ever remove this feature! I really liked the food court! The Tanger outlets in mebane, where we live, obviously doesn't have that option. We also appreciate that this location has more stores than that of the Mebane, NC location and the other Myrtle Beach location (that we visited yesterday)

Great outlets. Food court has good options. Most of the stores have consistently great deals. It stays busy, but it's not typically too crazy. There is also a lot of coverings between the stores, so a good option for a rainy day. Kids love tossing coins into the fountain. Bathrooms are cleaned fairly often, and there is a family bathroom as well.

It's great. Lots of stores and discounts. It's a great time to start your holiday shopping. I found lots of things. I like that the food court is separated and on the inside. There is fashion, jewelry, toys, and so much more from every major store. I even got to take pictures of Bumblebee from the Transformer movie. I'll be back.

This place was great. Had really good deals. I spent a lot of money with my family. Had a really good time. Lots of good stores and everything is close. I've been to outlets were i litterally had to drive around to shop. Found everything i needed and wanted. A must stop if you love to shop. Also every store i went to had military discount.

We had a fantastic time at the outlet mall. Spending time (and money) here was how we kicked off my Son's birthday. There were so many great shops like Merrill, Oakley, Ulta, and Old Navy.

Barefoot Landing is a great little spot to hang out and kill some time and do some shopping. Most of the shops are overpriced touristy stuff but there are a few gems in there. The ticketed rides are extremely overpriced. Almost $7 to ride the carousel. There’s some nice views and the restaurants looked nice but we had eaten before we visited. Bring something to keep yourself hydrated as there are no water stations here (which is extremely annoying). Bottled water is $2+ at the stores. Seems like a disservice to not offer water when the shade is pretty limited.

What a beautiful place!! This is perfect for family a place to unwind, stroll around this place offer everything, from entertainment, food and activities, me and my family spend some times here, they have a lawn that you can get your own beach chair to watch their show, my daughter likes it and somehow participated, they also have a small inlet with boat and of course this place is surrounded by different kind of restaurants you have so many options, they also have a big playground where my kids spend hours of playing, and parents can always buy a refreshing drinks or cocktails while watching kids play, the bathroom is located inside the arcade, it's not clean enough that's the reason why I gave 4 star the bathroom is not maintained and it's stinky, other than that you can spend your all day on this place and I highly recommended family to visit barefoot landing whenever you visit Myrtle Beach.

Great sitting for shopping. Plenty of grassy areas, and scattered benches for resting. Plenty of restaurants and great shopping. I found a unique store where everything in the store is a shade of purple... It's such a cool place. I talked to the owner, a beautiful lady who actually thought of this store. She's 71 and did this for her love of purple 💜 you have to come check this one of a kind shops. The purpleologist. The pictures don't do it justice.

Barefoot Landing have fantastic stores, foods, and more, it’s a great place to visit with friends and families, their are also ponds with fishes and it also looks cool, also I look at shirts of Football (Soccer), pretty cool because I’m a fan of Football, and their are shirts, plush, shoes store in this area, pretty cool, besides this place is a 100% the best one yet, and in Myrtle Beach, their are other places to visit.

Beautiful and clean place to hang out and just relax with several food, snacks, shops and bars. Kids can play in the playground while you can grab a pint of beer next door and listen to live music.

There was a lot to see! I was worried it'd be more vendors than actual flea/consignment tables. The front has maybe 50/50 vendor to consignment ratio, but once you find the very back.. its consignment only, and it goes on and on and on. It was nice to look around.

They have literally everything! Flags/garden flags/doormats, a huge place in the back that's called Pink Paper Consignment, a lady in the very back called Random Ruth's...so much cute stuff, old and new in this place!

Lots of different vendors that sell all sorts of stuff. Everything from clothes, jewelry, glassware, home goods, etc.

We go here a lot. Great deals on wallets. They have a very helpful person for cell phone accessories. The store is clean and people are friendly. The bakery is awesome!

Purchased what we thought was an authentic Labubu and was a fake in authentic box. There is a lady in the back of the flea market selling Labubu’s and she showed us one that was authentic and assured us that the ones in the one case were all authentic she also charged $40. We got down the road and I handed my excited child the bag and realized that this woman ripped off a 12 year old child. Don’t waste your money, don’t trust any of them unless you are 100% certain!

In the heat of summer, what could be better than an indoor flea market? My wife and I purchased 4 pairs of sunglasses at very reasonable prices and I found a CD had been looking for only a dollar. Very pleased with our visit.

Didn't seem like it had as much stuff last year. Or maybe it was because prices seemed higher. Expected lower prices from a flea market. But I know everything has went up. Did get to meet Bonecrusher who went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson and got his autograph.

Lots of shopping, from groceries at Publix to restaurants (Hickory Tavern, Panera, Souffle's - in photos) to TJ Maxx and clothing and shoes and Sporting Goods, as well as Hobby Lobby.

I love shopping here even if it's just window shopping. Everyone at all the stores and shops are so friendly and helpful. Everything is always neat and clean. If you want it you can find it here in one of the stores. The prices are reasonable for it to be a tourist area. My weekend go to with my granddaughters. Making memories to last a lifetime even if it's just a cup of boa boa tea or looking at the kittens at Pet Smart.

Best French Dip & such grrat portions with leftovers. Fourth of July 2025 Dinner was great family outing here with my Aunt.

We only went to this place for publix and that was a mistake. The cake we ordered was terrible. Over baked and hard.

Beautiful shopping center. Usually the stores are organized and well stocked. Ross's was a mess! Not well stocked nor organized.

A very dead mall. But it has potential especially in its location. A new restaurant/anchor is being built where the JCPenney once was, also with Belk and Bass Pro Shops, it has potential to improve. This mall needs more care. The mall was very dark, dead, liminal and eerie inside, but I’m giving this mall 2 stars because of the awesome arcade and video game/comic store.

Very cool place it's not very popular but they have a few good restaurants in the food court and they have a Awesome retro 80s Arcade with pinball machines and vintage video games all for a quarter

My only advice for Myrtle is try new things every time you're here

It might seem like much from the outside, but inside it has some delightful "hidden gems" involving food and entertainment that are sure to engage you, your family and friends! It's very manageable to walk, the bathrooms are kept pretty clean and the air conditioning works well throughout. And imagine: in a year's time, it should be revitalized for all!

My first time visiting this mall… it must have been grand in its beginning and middle parts of its existence. Now it is a ghost of its former self. There are signs saying exciting renovations coming soon. The jury is still out on how soon or if ever it will get those updates. The mall doesn’t smell musty or stale, but it does smell funny. There’s enough lights on for it to be dim. The rest are off. My guess is they rely heavily on natural light where possible. The food court had three restaurants open- pizza, Asian, and one option I wasn’t sure off. There are four big name brands I recognized- AMC Belk, Outdoor World, and books A Million. There are also a few miscellaneous stores, a gift shop, fitness place, two theaters, a game store (with attached arcade) and a church. I think the biggest draw to this this place is AMC, the game store (with attached arcade), the church, and the gym. If you need a temperature controlled place to walk this would be a good a place. When we come back to this area we’d come back.

Came here to go to Twin Peaks and was intrigued by the variety going on inside this mall. Other dying malls around the country should take heed, this is one of the most multi-functioning ones I've seen! Community colleges are becoming a norm inside malls nowadays but this one has a gym that offers daily sessions, a Christian church, a small theater, and there's a food hall opening very soon....WOW! I look forward to coming back and seeing what new services/entertainment they've added.

There is basically nothing here. And noone here, you can see by the photos. If I did not capture all of the stores in my photos, I only missed a couple. I am bewildered how this place is open. Food court offers less than a hotel mini fridge. I hope it fills up soon, I have no idea how it can stay open. Wanted to spend a couple hours before dinner but was in and out in like 10 minutes other than Bass Pro Shops which has to be keeping this afloat. There's a church there, so you can find pretzels and salvation...but they're all out of pretzels.

Huge blueberry muffin and small coffee with any flavored shot you want. I had French vanilla. Good spot.

The Main St. Cafe is a regular place for us. Delicious coffee and bagels, a helpful, friendly staff, and a wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommend over any "chain" coffee shop. We love to walk our puppy on the beach and then stop at the Main St. Cafe afterwards for breakfast.

Like other reviews, the bagel was not toasted when asked, not fresh. I requested scallion cream cheese and was given a chewy bagel with little cream cheese. Also got a sausageeggand cheese and had no love put to it. Honestly McDonalds might of been the better value

Walked a mile to get here for ice coffee with 2 shots of espresso and it was worth every step. Loved the coffee. If you like the taste of real roasted coffee beans and not all syrup this is the coffee place for you

Very misleading! Sign says bagels made fresh daily and bagels come out of a ziplock bag from freezer. Espresso premade. Americano was good.Will not return. Don’t waste your time

i got an iced caramel latte and an everything bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. they were quick to get my order out, even during a busy Sunday morning. i was dying to get an apple fritter but they sold out early, so if you want one make sure to get there before 11am!! i will absolutely be back

I am surprised to see the business took the opportunity to tell my story from their perspective. The reality is that I was sold a 20x24 canvas that was notably flawed. I was discounted and sold as is. However, the other part is that I was told they were providing the frame, wrapped it up and told me to bubble wrap it for known transport. In unwrapping the piece, the frame is notably discolored along the fabric matte, including where you can see where a plaque was removed leaving both discoloration and nail marks. The piece was known to be as is; however the frame was not. While I was not going to air my dissatisfaction publicly, since the company decided to tell their side, here's mine. I'll never go back.

Very nice selection of Art. The attendant was extremely informative and helpful. Prices are standard for embellished artwork. Definitely recommend people to visit. Numerous displays of art to admire.

We were there this weekend. Purchased a painting called Native Sun. The lady was very helpful amd even changed out frames for us at no extra charge. We will be back in the fall for the huge one I want. Thank you for all your help

This was a very interesting little art gallery right on the barefoot landing walk away. Prices Khan a high art a beautiful but bring a lot of money and while you're there have some food look around as a lot of things to say but the are gallery was nice

This was a huge Bass Pro Shops location with a lot of really good equipment. The aquarium was pretty cool too. The fish up on the walls were huge and good quality fish mounts. Lots of good fishing rods and lures to buy here

Great Bass Pro Shop. Tons of things to see and do. Great selection to choose from. Love the duck pond out front. We will definitely go back our next trip through Myrtle beach. There is a lot of things to do here and is located around a lot of other things. Great shopping and restaurants near by. We love going to bass pro every time we can and this location didn’t disappoint. Plenty of parking.

Cheaper ammo prices than 90% of the world’s small gun stores. Will be buying tons of ammo from bass pro, 250rds for 118$ is a very good deal.

Top tier sporting goods store with excellent prices, excellent selection of apparel, hunting, fishing, camping supplies and so much more! 10% military discount every day and a nice aquarium which my daughter's enjoyed.

I could get lost in here for days. Wow, what a place. I went in to get a duck call and was helped immediately when I walked in on where to find it. They have just about anything for an outdoorsman to enjoy. I'm all but certain you can find whatever you want to in this place. Best Bass Pro location that I have ever been to.

Publix consistently delivers a top-notch grocery shopping experience, earning a solid four stars from me. Their customer service is exceptional, with friendly, helpful staff always available. Stores are impeccably clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. I particularly love their fresh produce and fantastic bakery items, especially the subs. The BOGO deals are a huge plus for saving money. While the quality and service justify many prices, some items can be a little more expensive than competitors. Overall, if you value a clean store, great service, and high-quality fresh foods, Publix is a fantastic choice for your groceries.

The store is really nice, well-kept, and welcoming. The prices shocked me! I had to get another bag of tortilla chips (I missed them at Walmart), and they were almost eight bucks for a regular-sized bag. I also needed some sides for appetizers, but they didn't have much of a selection. If you're okay with spending eight dollars for chips, and don't need a variety of food choices then this is the store for you!

Always well stocked produce, meat and bakery depts. Great fish offerings. Friendly staff. Clean and well organized store. Shopped yesterday and had a full cart. As soon as I pulled my cart into the checkout lane, Miss Janice jumped right in and unloaded my items onto the belt. Never have I ever had such service. Miss Janice also bagged my items quickly and put like items together. Connie, the cashier, was equally as friendly. I mentioned I needed to get some reusable shopping bags. Connie pointed to where they were in the check lane and even told me where else I could get an insulated bag close to the service desk. Miss Janice and Connie made my shopping experience and the end of a somewhat stressful day pleasant! Thank you ladies and Publix for making my grocery shopping a happy experience.

Closes again at 9pm?!?! Insane. Milk generally goes sour only days after purchasing. Bananas usually always bruised or mushy. Poor offering of pasta dishes. Time to drive a few extra miles to another grocery store. You know you are back in time , or in an area with such an old population, that 9pm is grocery store closing hours. 9pm !

I wanted to order cupcakes a month in advance for my wedding. I was fine paying a deposit, but the lady at the bakery counter was so rude I just had to walk away. Kroger is going to do a great job making my cupcakes!

We usually dont shop here because of the prices. Buy someone said their bakery was great. We ordered a cookie birthday cake. Picked it up the next day when they said it would be ready. It was ready, and over cooked making it dry and crumbly. Messed the suprise all up. Want be using this place again. Your mistake is our learning experience. The price we paid for the cake was twice the amount of the ones on the store out in the cake aisle.

Store has friendly staff and most grocery items you would need, however its over priced significantly. Another negative is the pharmacy doesn't have a drive-thru. You must go inside and stand in line. The other side of this view is the pharmacy is very good, professional and highly rated .

I just bought a rotisserie chicken today at around 3:30 pm. I’m like most people, I buy them from time to time. I must say this time it’s the best one I’ve had in a while. Please let the staff know, great job. Most places don’t cook them enough for me this one was perfect

The BOGO deals are excellent. Price on a 12pak Arizona Tea $6.99 at 58cents each can't be beat anywhere. Cookies in the deli are sublime, my fav is the Pecan Coconut. Staff goes above & beyond to shine. The Bolthhouse Drinks selection & unit pricing is always offering some savings. Pink grapefruits I bought are the best I ever ate, so sweet. Happy place to grocery shop.

This one has a lot better selection of adult beverages than the other ones. The lines were extremely long though and there were few cashiers. But that's all right it didn't take too long and they were working their butts off so hats off to them. Poor checkout management: two open cashiers, no self checkout, lines back into food aisles. Had to leave the whole dang cart so I wouldn't be late for work, wasted trip. No respect for customers time or experience

Have always loved Kroger. They have a great deli with various cheeses & Boar's Head meats. Good variety of fresh fruits & quality butcher meats. Reasonable pricing compared to other national grocery chains.

Great little Kroger, right on your way to the beach 😊 Its not a "super" Kroger, but it has everything you need. It is clean and the staff is super friendly. Especially the girl who is usually working the self check out, she always has a good attitude and a smile. The produce seems fresh and I've never had to wait very long to check out. So if you need to pick up a few things on your way to the beach, some sunscreen, drinks or whatever. This is a good place to stop, pretty quick in and out and friendly 😊

Not only are their prices excellent for the area, but their produce section is always so amazing. I also went to Publix recently to get wedding cupcakes, and the employee there was so rude to me that I walked out. I went to this bakery at Kroger, and the employee was so nice I could have hugged her! I got my order ready in just a few minutes. I always feel well taken care of at this Kroger. Y’all do an amazing job here!

Very nice store! When I walked into the produce department, I heard some lightning and realized it was a sound effect to let people know that they were misting the produce😂! I then went to look for a specific item and I asked the guy working in that department. He couldn't find it, so I continued shopping but then as I was checking out, he came and found me because he had just opened a box with that item in it! I appreciated that!

Store pickup time told us it was delayed then notified that pickup was ready and an hour and a half later still waiting outside. Manager was not much help and the corporate office is just another hold center that will keep you on hold untill you hang up.

Clean well kept store front ... Helpful clerks... Big variety and more than non chain beach discount stores. Just prepare to pay full retail ... Look for coupons in local flyers at your hotel. Easy access walking or driving

I've visited a few different Ron Jon locations on my vacations and this one has always been my favorite and holds a special place in my heart. They always have a lot of different options of things and always stocked. Best store ever! :)

As always, the service here just as every other Ron Jons was top notch. Selections were great, employees were very helpful and courteous, and the store was clean, near, and well organized. Working on hitting every shop on the East Coast. Only a couple left to make it complete.

Great store to purchase surf type merchandise & surf boards. Wide selection of footwear, large selection of swimwear, t-shirts, knick-knacks and board shorts. The store was very clean and organized.

Wonderful selection of items! Tee-shirts, keychain, stickers, yeti cups, mugs, tumblers, hats, beach bags, water proof backpack and so much more. Very friendly staff. You can't go wrong visiting here.

Very poor customer service, at both locations in Myrtle Beach. If you plan on getting fitted, do not waste your time here. The fitters will not set clubs up with shafts other than the “shelf” offerings. In other words, what the club comes with is all you get to try, they won’t put another model shaft in. Their club/product selection is very low from what it was previously (formerly Martin’s Superstore). As a 10+ year customer of this store, I’ll be sticking with Golf Galaxy from now on. Service, selection, and sales are far greater.

Upon further review, this review is not near harsh enough. if you are a self respecting human being, dont go. you will be the only person who shows respect to yourself.. it wont be one of their none friendly human being that I interacted with. this store is HORRIBLE for their brand I had an hour scheduled on trackman bay. first timer. didn't know how to operate booth. so I had to track a guy down, hes as interested as most people are in getting the Clapp. he does a few things, doesnt explain anything. I ask him where the timer is before I had even hit one ball, it was already 10 minutes into my hour. noone there is helpful everyone acts like they are fulfilling probation or a jail sentence. top to bottom and ive been around golf and professional golf for over 50 years, these folks are a huge disappointment and HORRIBLE for the brand. ill not go back ever. lastly yesterday I call to confirm the time, I get Debra on the phone, tell her what I need. she 'routes' my call. a few minutes later I get Debra again, she doesnt try to help she tries to pass me off. 14 minutes in, I get 'routed' back to Debra for the 3rd or 4th time. and say gee I just want to confirm my time. 10 seconds later she does. why couldn't she do that the first time? she doesnt care. first impressions last a long time. go someplace else, order online or make other arraingments. As a brand new golfer, I was excited to visit the PGA Superstore in North Myrtle Beach while on vacation — thought it would be like Disneyland for golf lovers. Turns out, it was more like a retirement home talent show. The employees (mostly older men) were either busy practicing their putting form in the mirror or auditioning for ‘America’s Next Top Putter.’ No one greeted me, no one offered help, and no one seemed remotely interested in anything other than their own short game. I ended up picking out a club myself with zero guidance. The only saving grace was the kind, blonde woman at the service desk who helped me get my new club regripped. Honestly, I got way better service up the road at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Beautiful store, but if you actually need help, you might be better off talking to a mannequin.

I found out yesterday that Taylormadegolf.com offers a 15% military discount so I decided to go into my local PGA Superstore in NMB, SC. This store has always told me that receiving the discount is a hit and miss proposition and the customer has to bring their item to an associate and have it scanned to make sure it qualifies. I’ve been told they can only discount what the manufacturer says they can using the military discount. So today I find a TaylorMade putter thinking as a worse case scenario I would be able to receive the 10%. Nope! Wrong again. The store says it’s not on their list of allowed military discounts from the manufacturer, TaylorMade. I bought it anyway just because I needed a putter and didn’t have one since I had just sold my old one. But, when I got home I decided to ask TaylorMade why they would not allow the store to use the military discount when they, the manufacturer were willing to give me a 15% military discount. Imagine my surprise when I received a very quick response back from them with a different story. See included email picture below. For those that don’t want to click on it, it says “…Authorized TM Retailers are not required to offer the same discount, and it's at their discretion whether or not to offer a military discount…” so, it seems to me that the PGA TOUR Superstore, Inc has made the decision not to honor the military discount, not TaylorMade. Very disappointing to say the least and I’ve been using this store since it was the original Martins! Employees are all great but they can only do what management tells them. Veterans be aware that TaylorMade and Odyssey/Callaway offer a 15% discount for most online purchases. Ping also has a veterans discount. The PGA Superstore says they have a veterans discount but they are unable to show us what it entails! I myself will plan ahead to make major purchases online from manufacturers that offer a veteran discount rather than from a retailer that doesn’t have a viable veteran recognition program.

First time going. Loved it. Stumbled around for 20 minutes before I decided to just get a driver fitting. Moves my weights around and adjusted my hosel and added 30 yards on the machine. Also decided to regrip putter while I was there. 99 cents on top of grip to have installed. Everyone was super awesome.

Lady at customer service needs to find another job. Visited the store yesterday and saw a sign that says 2x trade-in value on Callaway Apex irons, so I inquired about it. Gentleman helped me look at the new apex irons it showed me what I would have to purchase to get double the rewards. He looked online and said he would give me $690.00 from my trade-in. I go back there today. And the lady tells me that she can only give me $280 and that the prices change every day. I explained to her. I was just here yesterday, and the irons had already been picked out. The gentleman was going to have someone get me c ustom fit me to get the iron set up correctly. This lady I had no patience and was not helpful at all. So I walked out of the store very disappointed. I will take my business somewhere else. Follow Up: Came home. Went online to Callaway.com. put in my trade-in information. Picked out my irons, loft, lie, TT Tour shafts, and grips. Got a $702 trade in allowance. Put in my military information and saved another $276. Free Shipping.

Lovely gift shop - has everything you’d want from a Myrtle merch shop, as well as very pretty jewelry.

We love Cherry Grove and have been coming yearly since 2011. This is the first year that I packed everyone’s swimsuits but my own. I was happy to see a sign stating that all ladies swimwear was 50% off… but of course, everything was ridiculously priced. I’m talking $50-$189. For a swimsuit. I grasp the concept of supply and demand and I get it, but come on. Even JUST a bathing suit top started at $50. We were only in town 2 nights so I opted for wearing shorts and a T-shirt because I cannot justify spending that. I believe the prices are entirely too high to try and take advantage of people who do not want to travel 30 minutes away to Walmart or a $5.99 store with a 2 year old in tow.

We’ve been coming to CG for 15 years and always stop by the Barnacle to browse and see what’s new. We purchase beach equipment if needed as well as anything else we need. Everyone is always friendly and the store is always clean. It may be like most of the surf shops, but it has more of the family friendly feel.

Prices were not like down the road. They wanted to much for shirts and hoodies.

Favorite shop in Cherry Grove. They have such wonderful decor. Love the crab traps! We have one in our tiki bar and turned another into a coffee table!

What a great store! They have Judy Blue jeans, a great selection of tops, dresses, shoes and accessories. Their prices are very reasonable. It was a treat to meet the owner. Robyn couldn’t have been any nicer. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Nice assortment of Bogg Bags and accessories, Swig line of cups, and Hey Dudes shoes. Would have bought something but decided against it because the lady behind the register never turned around from her back to us. Never greeted us upon entering or exiting. Being from further up North, you expect to receive that southern hospitality you hear about but not here at the beach! It seems to be more frequent than not where you aren’t greeted or acknowledged at places. It’s much more friendlier up in the city where I’m from! It’s strange to not speak to a patron entering your store. No one wants to purchase from a place they don’t feel welcome, so therefore I didn’t. No sale.

There is a jewler there who truly is a gem himself! I was so thankful he was still there because I had lost my favorite thumb ring and his still sold them! Love that guy! Especially since he sold my fella my claddagh ring without me knowing! I love surprises

Not very happy with this place. Most of the stalls, which are scattered around a dirt compound, are full of mainly overpriced used stuff. The prices for the "antiques," are unrealistic and way too expensive. Don't even try bargaining with the shop keepers. You can tell that people don't buy much because they have the same stuff out, time after time. The only gem is the silversmith shop; the shop owner is a very nice man, his prices are very reasonable, and he is very patient.

This is one of the least crowded flea markets I've been to. There are several vendors who have decent items for sale, as well as vendors that don't necessarily care much for the product, and in return it shows. We walked out with some unique items. Some shops are your very basic bulk flea market items, diabetic socks, silver jewelry, knock off purses, military depot, and your average back yard yard sale items and one large antique shop. The presentation of political display was overwhelming however I can understand the shops are looking to attacked customers, but perhaps if they weren't so heavy on one party the site would have been more appealing. Some areas looked like a run down town that had been abandoned after a storm. A few stores had overpriced items, but many were willing to make a deal. The reason most of us visit flea markets!

We found a lot of options and variety. All the vendors were so helpful and friendly. Great prices for what you need.

Most of the people here were selling absolute garbage. It literally looks like they rummage through trash cans around NMB and put a price tag on it, with basically none of them budging on those prices.

So disappointed! Saw great reviews and was near but they were gone. Realty business now there.

I went in the day after Thanksgiving and the staff was more than helpful. The loaded the tree on the top of my SUV and helped tie it down. Very friendly and I will be going back next year

Some of their Customer Service Associates need proper training on how to speak to their customers. I’ve been in plenty of Walmarts and this is the first time I have ever had an experience where I got attitude just for asking for help. Wow! Very sad. Do better gator hole.

Went here on Sunday August 24th 2025 with my parents to do some shopping. We chose this location because it was close to Seaside Furniture in North Myrtle. This was our first time in this location as well. Store was clean and organized, and easy to find items. We looked in the home section most of the time and brought a toaster oven, knives, a carpet, and a loofah that was $1.00. To pay, we went to self checkout, and paid for our items there. Checkout was easy, and hope to be back soon!

Literally impossible to checkout here. Their card readers/system needs updated or fixed. Every time I go I'm standing for 10 minutes swiping my card over and over again, the chip reader doesn't even work. The ones at Subway work just fine and go through on the first try. I had to put my things back and go somewhere else to get my stuff because I could not get it to charge my card, I buy my baby products here because it's the only place besides Target that has what he uses. Unfortunately I have to take my business to Target going forward because the time spent in checkout is about equal to the time it takes to drive to Target instead.

This store is really nice as far as Walmarts go. Very well lit and organized, they have tons and tons of inventory especially in outdoor and clothing, more than other Walmarts I have visited. Their bags are also recyclable yo to 125 uses which is so helpful. The check out lady was very helpful and friendly. Visited here more times than I care to admit last week and it’s so conveniently located.

They really do treat employees like trash. Just surprising they do it so openly now in the curbside pick up section where there are 10 customers around me.

My lower rating is not because of staff or the store. The store almost always has exactly what I need. There are plenty of employees around to help if you can’t find something. This store is just consistently overcrowded. Not a single resident of North Myrtle Beach knows how to move with a purpose. People just leave their carts in the middle of the aisle as if they’re the only person in the store. North Myrtle Beach needs another Walmart. On a normal basis, I drive 20 minutes out of the way to avoid this Walmart. Simply because no matter what time of day it seems like there’s 1000 people in the store. If you want to go to a nice clean Walmart where the employees are usually very nice this is your place. Just know that your intrusive thoughts of hurting other people will most likely come to mind.

We used pick up. It was accurate. Fast considering how many people were also picking up. Staff were polite and efficient. The bags this Walmart uses in the pick up are awesome. All Walmarts should use these inside the store as well at every single Walmart in the country.

The prices and variety of items are great. However, it doesn't matter what time of year or what time of day I visit, I always spend 30+ minutes to check out. I normally don't leave reviews but the wait to checkout is getting tiring. If staffing continues to be an issue, possibly self checkout stations may help?

It's a great store but the day I visited the store they had no plastic bags for you bought items, instead they offer me to buy reusable bags that weren't even Burlington bags,they had some Winnie the Pooh bags and saw several people walking out of the store with them shopping in the bare hands. As a plus they were asking me to round up my shopping total for some charity.

Store itself was decent, but they had a HUGE line and one cashier just walked away to take break! Several ppl went to ask for help and manager was SUPER rude!!! Crystal (cashier) was trying her best to keep up and was friendly with customers despite being stressed bc of huge line and no help! Need better service!

My fiancé went to return some shoes that were worn once and on carpet. When my mother bought them they were already dirty on the bottom from other customers walking around in them in the store. They were marked down from 29.99 to 19.99. But the employee that my fiancé went to the first time was very rude and got loud with my fiancé she was at register 3 at 5:13. But when we both went in we went to a different employee and he was more nice about why we couldn’t return them. But if they were already dirty from the store why still have them on the shelf for people to buy?

The clothing selection is great; however, the wait time to pay is ridiculously long.

This franchise clothing department is always very reliable for some great deals and clothing options. Upon arrival we noticed that they have a large parking lot. While entering the facility we were greeted by a friendly staff member. The facility was very clean and well maintained to the highest standard of cleanness.

This is a very nice store. They have a lot of great named products at low prices. You can save a lot of money on designer clothes here.

I got stabbed with a sensor pin that drew blood on my forearm and employees were nice but didn’t seem to have proper training with how to deal with it because I had to ask for alcohol pad and asked then for a manager to fill out an incident report. It’s not very nice to feel you are shopping on your day off to destress then get stabbed with a random dirty looking pin. I feel upset about this… picture after I wiped with alcohol swab

High prices for a discount store. Not alot of good deals on haircare.

Discount clothing, jewelry, and misc. Items. From mugs to home decor, it's easy to spend an hour milling around. You'll find they rarely have the same things for long.

The worst service of any big lots I have been too. Associates hanging out in breezeway. Good reason not to have sofas in that area. Registers not occupied. No wonder people ordering online. Waited over 20 minutes for help. Left and will not be back!

The comeback is not so great… FYI, they charge for each bag you need… the store has nice clothes but none of them have tags for the employees to scan and they are too lazy to look them up. I went on Monday 7/28 around 2pm. The girls working were slow and half asleep and didn’t know what they were doing. BIGLOTS missed out on a lot of money, I had to put alot of clothes back because they didn’t have tags on them to scan, and even though it had tags on the with the prices the girl working kept saying over and over that it would take a long time to look up the items …. Not sure why she couldn’t just type in the price. But she obviously didn’t feel like working that day. She looked half asleep. Wearing black pajamas and hair all over her head. This store is going to go out of business again because of lazy employees

We always stop at Big Lots no matter where we are. We always find something to buy here. Granted the center of the store is full of furniture and the shelving is limited. There is still a lot to check out.

Just disappointed in the merchandise. It appears Big Lots is now a Broyhill distributor. I remember shopping these stores years ago and finding a hodgepodge of different items by different makers. I bought an unusual shower curtain, a drink cooler I'd never seen before and many oddities not carried by other local stores. Now they carry mostly the Broyhill line of products which are okay, but usually more expensive and similar to all the other walmart and target offerings. Service was excellent and store was clean and I did see a few Must Have Christmas decorations.

My heat died this weekend and it will be a couple of days before it’s repaired. I found a beautiful electric fireplace here, but wasn’t sure it would fit in my car. The employee, I’m ashamed that i didn’t get his name, let me borrow his tape measure to check and helped me load it. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Great place to find designer names at a great price. Selection is always changing. From housewear, clothes, shoes, snacks at the counter it's definitely a better buy than spending alot more money down the street. Can be packed depending on time. Staff is helpful and courtious.

The selection of items were good. The store was clean. The customer service was awful. The woman that rang up my item placed in the bag as I proceeded to pay with my debit card. But then she turned around to do something behind the counter and did not even bother to hand me my bag or the receipt. I thought this was rude, but I grabbed my bag from behind the counter and my receipt off the machine and proceeded to walk out the door. All she said was next customer . Not a thank you have a nice day or anything that a customer should and want to hear. However, I love Ross stores and I will not allow this event to deter me from Shopping, but I probably will not shopping this store again on my next visit to Myrtle Beach. thank you for allowing me to voice my experience.

First time and last time coming to this location. The assistant manager doesn’t need to be in customer service at all. The young lady that waited on me went to go ask because I asked her if someone can help me carry a rather large item out of the decor merchandise I purchased. I spent $177 in the store so I was thinking it wouldn’t be a problem. I was listening to her ask him and he told her it’s a liability to help customers to put anything in there cars. I would have pulled up. I mean I had a 2 year old and several bags. I just needed help with the 3 tier bathroom rack I purchased. This is the first that I have ever heard anything like that from any location I have ever been to. I called back ask for the district manager office number and Kayla hung up the phone. I wasn’t mean or yelling I was simple asking for a number to let the district know what kinda employee they have in management. I called back no one answered the first 2 times I called and when I finally got thru Kayla said they have been having problems with the phone all day. I told her that was fine and that I would call another store to get the information. I did and the manager in mb was very apologetic and she said she would mention it to the manager there and she gave me the number to the district. I work in customer service and this location needs some major training on customer service.

I have shopped at Ross for years. You can't beat the prices. Especially if you need clothes.

Located off Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach across from Tanger Outlet. It has a wide variety of clothing for men, women and children. They have reduced price clothing year round. Friendly and helpful staff. They also have home decor items.

Came to the beach for Black Bike Week activities. I'm glad I stopped here. I had a wonderful shopping experience with my store rewards and coupons. Be sure to download the app. Total cost for my store trip $6.30. God is good!!

My sales person, Ann was wonderful. She introduced me to a new line of clothing which I will shop for again in the future. She also helped me find my proper size in jeans. I was trying plus sizes and they weren't fitting. She showed me the difference between a regular size 18 that didn't fit but a size 18 W (women's) that fit nicely. She was very patient and kind and told me how their rewards program worked.

Conveniently located on 17. Ample parking and good selections. The discounted items are available throughout the floor. Staff is courteous friendly.

We usually have no issues at this store. But we stopped in after dinner tonight. We were walking around the store, talked to a couple workers, some offered help. My gf had one item she was trying on and wanted my thought. So I stopped in to see which one fit better. While was in the middle of changing it came across the intercom saying they were closed. Less than five minutes before, no associate mentioned they were closing which I get it, they may have thought we knew. Well the one woman knocked on the dressing room and I came out and said we were leaving to go pay once she got done putting her shirt on. The woman strait up said we’re closed and had attitude. I said I get it. She said on the radio and said I’m letting them know you are here. But my gf and I were like one, none of the workers said they will be closing shortly or we didn’t hear any warning on intercom when we were there. But the thing that irked me was the woman’s attitude. You can check the cameras and see how many employees we chatted with and how quick we were in and out the dressing room with the items she was buying. All the other employees were nice as usual. I work 90 plus hour weeks, so her being like she was and when we went to cash out there were many others in the store still. If I was management, I would give her some more training.

I found store to be clean. All service providers were nice and friendly. I found great items at good prices. Only my second visit to a Kohls store. Gotta go back soon and spend my Kohls cash. Good deal

Low inventory of women's clothing everything that I wanted as only available in XS, S, or XXL. I need a med, also store full of winter clearance clothing in the women's section. Looks like they took the clothing from Myrtle Beach and shipped it to N. Myrtle to sell it. If your looking for tourist clothing then this is your store, the rest of us just drive to the one in Myrtle at least they carry all sizes. I asked once over a year ago if they were ever going to stock the store seems that answer is still a no.

I used to love this store but you got rid of all the good clothing lines. I don’t know who your buyers are but the clothes for woman are dowdy and are not fashionably at all. I don’t waste my time anymore.
