We had a wonderful time at Grayton Beach State Park. We were able to find a great spot on the beach and enjoy time to relax as well a wonderful time in the water. The sand is very fine and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting there mid morning to get the best parking and location on the beach. The restrooms were clean and nearby. Bring something to provide shade, as it gets hot in the direct sun. Enjoy your time in Florida on the beach.
Grayton Beach State Park is an exceptional location! It costs $5 per car for admission. However, be sure to get there early. Once the park reaches capacity, they will close the entrance for a while. We arrived mid-afternoon to take the one mile hike through the white sand dunes. It was an easy walk with amazing views. The sand can get hot though. So, be sure to have appropriate footwear. After the hike, we went to the beach for a quick swim. The water was clear, blue, and cool. We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend exploring nature at this location.
Another beautiful Florida Beach State Park. Gate staff were friendly and helpful. Nice paved roads and parking lots throughout. Nice restroom facilities near the beach. Beaches were beautiful and as untouched as you can find. The sand dunes are roped off and very cool. Great place for family photos. Lots of photographers utilize this location.
Excellent state park with fantastic camping. Each site is large and has a nice large area with a picnic table and fire pit. Most sites are shaded. All sites have 30/50amp, water, and sewer. The bathrooms are nice and air conditioned and air to be well kept. The staff is extremely nice. The park is approximately 1.5-2 miles from Watercolor and Seaside. Will definitely be staying here whenever we’re lucky enough to obtain a spot. The campground is just under a mile from the beach access.
Grayton Beach State Park is an absolute gem along the Emerald Coast. Not only do you get the gorgeous sugar-white sand and emerald waters, but there’s so much more. You can have a lovely picnic, take a relaxing nature walk on the trails, and even rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the coastal dune lake. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a little piece of Florida’s natural beauty
This is a great State Beach. There is a Turtle Reef you can swim out to and snorkeling to see all of the marine life. There is also an RV camp ground. There is some construction taking place so when you visit, follow the ling mat and don't go on the boardwalk because it's closed off. It's laid back and most of the people are family, boomers and Gen X.
Grayton Beach State Park is truly one of Florida’s finest treasures—and we feel lucky to have it right in our backyard. As longtime locals, we’ve done it all here over the years: hiked the scenic trails, paddled across Western Lake, camped under the stars, and stayed in the cozy cabins during the 30A Songwriters Festival in January. The cabins are one of our favorite ways to enjoy the park—perfectly positioned along 30A, simple but comfortable, and a short walk to the beach. You get everything you need without the high price tag of nearby rentals, making it a fantastic and affordable way to enjoy the area. The beach itself is world-class—literally. With its powdery white sand and emerald waters, Grayton Beach has been ranked among the top beaches in the U.S. by Dr. Beach and others multiple times. It’s the kind of place that takes your breath away, whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth. We’ve brought family from out of state here just to experience it—it’s that special. On calm days, we love to paddleboard along the shoreline, and for those into diving, the Underwater Museum of Art (UMA) just offshore adds a truly unique experience you won’t find at most state parks. Sculptures become reef habitat, and diving there combines art, conservation, and adventure all in one. Whether you’re here for recreation or relaxation, Grayton Beach State Park offers a rare mix of natural beauty, peace, and accessibility. It’s one of the most unforgettable spots on the Gulf Coast—and a place we’ll keep coming back to for years to come.
We came to Grayton Beach State Park for Beach access on this trip. It is perfect for that. We had to wait a little while for parking one of the days but were lucky to get in not long after we got there. The beaches are close to the parking area, clean, and aren't as crowded as most other public beach areas. Even though we didn't go on any trails this year, some of the trails at this park are awesome. Western Lake is beautiful. My only complaint is with the online reservation system for Florida State Parks. I purchased a day pass, but that did NOT guarantee us entry into the park (unlike with Texas State Parks.... day passes are like gold on busy or holiday weekends!). I wasted $5 buying it, thinking it was truly like a reservation.

This was one of the best National Parks I have stayed at. The facilities are very good, everything is kept clean and nice. We stayed for 10 days at site 51. The only concern was the pavement in the site which was all broken, it was a bit difficult to stabilize our pop-up tent trailler and almost at the end I had the unfortunate event of falling and twisting my left ankle because of the uneven and broken pavement. During our stay, we also had the unfortunate event of having a big tree branch falling on top of our trailer which damaged the waning.. I guess there is no much the rangers could do about that as the campsites are under big trees... however it could have been very dangerous if instead of the trailler it fell on someone (we came with 3 children). We went to the office to inform but a ranger was not available, I just hope someone will rely the message so they can change the pavement of the site and look for other tree branches that might fall? Other than that our experience was amazing... the beach is absolutely beautiful and the nature around the park is breathtaking. I went with my children early morning to the beach and we were lucky to see dears, many different birds and the alligator track from the pond to the beach and back... pretty amazing! I hope we can be back again!
This place offers a stunning beach with a free tram service that takes you from the day-use parking/campground to the beach. There are multiple coastal dune lakes in the park, with great trails. Campground offers a variety of accomodations including tent sites, RV/camper trailer sites, & cabins. Beaches are clean with clear blue water and white sand that differs from the Florida Keys. Close to Destin, Florida which has multiple great places to visit. Recommend for any State Park enthusiasts out there and anyone looking for an amazing beach to spend their time off at!
One of the nicest beaches on the Gulf.. plenty of fine white sands and sun. The beach is a nice short trip via shuttle. Bike trails and Kayaks to rent. They don't have fire pits but you're able to bring a portable one. No Wifi was a mixed bag of positive and negative. Reception on cellular was great (5G Verizon). Will definitely come here again.
We’ve stayed here twice—once in a camper and then last week in a tent. Both are good, but the tent sites are exceptional: fine gravel pads, clothes lines for towels and such, beautiful natural feel, and close proximity to restrooms and showers. The beach, too, is great. Especially for kids, kayaks, and paddle boards. If you are into shelling you’ll want to visit some other beaches further to the east as SoWal beaches have next to know shells. While there we saw bald eagles, a gator, pods of dolphins, and a couple small sharks. The beach itself is pristine and separate from the glut of development that comprises much of 30A. .
We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were super friendly. The smoothie at the café was delicious and refreshing. The campground was clean. The beach was beautiful and the bike trails were perfect. We even made it to the dunes. The bathrooms were well maintained even with the busyness. Down sides: We stayed at site #51. The pad was broken up and was a tripping hazard for us and it was difficult to back the camper in due to the parking right in front. The pool water was not refreshing at all. We jumped in and jumped right out. There were more positives than negatives, so I didn't remove a star. We would definitely recommend it to our friends 🧡
We had a mobile home and it was a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped, it was a nice quiet place. The beach was beautiful, the café was awesome. Bikes were fun. An all around good time!
I love this beautiful park. The swimming pool was nice. Beach access was a couple min walk after the Tram ride that ran every 30mins. Level sites. Location was good with food options within mins of camp and also public beach access if Topsail boardwalk is too much to walk. I can't wait to come back!
This is the nicest park we’ve been to after two months, multiple states, national Parks, State Parks, city parks, you name it. This is the best so far! The sites are spacious, the foliage is beautiful. We enjoyed the walk to the ocean then a nice trolley ride back. We took a dip in the pool and noted lots of people riding bicycles and kids playing everywhere. The park has full hook up with fantastic water pressure, actually 70 psi so we had to regulate down from there. We only spent one night here in June 2025 and didn’t have time to rent the kayaks or other options they had. An air force base is nearby so don’t be surprised to hear early morning thunder in the sky. We look forward to coming back here and spending at least a week next time.

This place was absolutely hopping, and the wait times are long, but it's worth the wait. I had the manicotti, which was delicious. Another person at my table got the grouper, which was also fabulous. The live music was nice too. We took the free shuttle, since parking would be pretty impossible. They do have a nice outdoor patio with plenty of chairs for people who are waiting on a table. My only wish is that they fully covered it. The umbrellas are hit or miss, and many folks were sitting in the sun, in July.
The RedBar is legendary in the gulf. They have handled parking limitations with a free shuttle and long waits with a nice seating area outdoors. The wait is pretty long but it’s a great spot for live music and a good food. The menu is limited though they do everything extremely well. Lots of stories about this place.. for one, Sheryl Crow once popped in for an impromptu set.
We had the gumbo to start—amazing! The mains were good but nothing special. You really come here for the live band and the great vibes. Definitely worth a visit!
Awesome place, if it were not for our friend, we wouldn't have found this gem. We stopped here for lunch, the menu is small and simple but what we had was great. I had the fish & chips, this day it was grouper, I'm not sure if it changes depending on what's freshly available. It was one of the best fish & chips I've had, the fish had a very light crisp coating, maybe like a simple egg wash, not the typical heavy bread batter. Whatever they did was excellent. My wife had the fried fish sandwich, with mahimahi, wow that looked great and she enjoyed it. I definitely recommend both the fish & chips and fried fish sandwich. We also had our first taste of keylime pie, wow, I had no idea how good that was. I've always heard the Florida had great keylime pie, and now I believe it. I heard this place burned down a few years ago and was rebuilt like the Original. It's also near the beach, so we had a great walk down to the beach to enjoy the view and fresh air. I do recommend you make the trip out to Grayton Beach to try this gem. Also recommend using the free shuttle service to get down to the beach as there are only a few spots to park.
I have always loved the red bar. It burned down and they built it back just the same. We had 2 lunches there and bloody Mary's in the bar. Some of the same great people are keeping things going down there! Don't miss out on the shrimp and grits!!
We've been enjoying REDBAR on Greyton Beach for 30 years! It's a wonderful experience, fun and beachy casual! The decor is early bordello and unique in every way. Fabulous food! Hard working waitstaff. Music most evenings is fun, but means the line will be long so outdoor waiting is colorful, and hopefully you beat the rush if you need a large table. Can't resist coming back. Today is our first lunch and voila! NO WAIT! Can I get a hallelujah???? This is where you bring first timers to 30A....... it's exactly why we love REDNECK RIVIERA!!!!
Definitely loved it! Excellent food and Atmosphere. Enjoyed the whole experience, including the band. Definitely a must when in Grayton Beach.
Went this weekend for my little sister's rehearsal dinner. Food was and always is amazing. For the large size of the party, the food came out quick and drinks were served promptly. The servers were always friendly and smiling. The atmosphere is really what makes this place. It's too hard to describe it. Definitely check this one out for yourself! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're like me, you might feel intimidated by the idea of creating "real" art. That's exactly why I'm so grateful we discovered The Shard Shop's offsite workshop experience. From the moment they arrived, the team understood exactly what we needed. They didn't just bring supplies - they brought a proven process that transforms artistic uncertainty into creative confidence. Every step of the way, they guided us with patience and expertise, showing us how to turn simple pieces of glass into meaningful works of art that tell our own unique stories. Here's what made it magical: They didn't just teach us techniques - they helped us overcome our creative fears. As our guide through this artistic journey, The Shard Shop team created such a safe, supportive environment that even our most hesitant team members found themselves fully immersed in the creative process. They showed us that we ALL have an artist within. The transformation I witnessed was incredible. People who started the workshop saying "I'm not artistic" ended up creating stunning pieces that deeply reflected their personal journeys. The pride and joy in everyone's eyes when they completed their artwork was absolutely priceless. We didn't just make art - we discovered parts of ourselves we didn't know existed. If you're looking for an experience that will take your team beyond the ordinary and help them discover their creative potential, The Shard Shop's workshop is your answer. They've mastered the art of turning creative anxiety into artistic triumph, and I guarantee your team will walk away not just with beautiful artwork, but with renewed confidence and inspiration. Don't let fear of "not being artistic enough" hold you back. The Shard Shop team knows exactly how to guide you from uncertainty to creative success. Book them for your next team event - it's an investment in both art and personal growth that you won't regret. 🙌🙌🙌
We loved our visit to the Shard Shop. The employees were very helpful and the projects were fun. We had ages 9-45
What a fun and creative experience this place is. Either you’re traveling or live in the area you have to try this place at least once in your life. Create art with glass! It sounds crazy but the end result is mind blowing. It helps a lot that every person working there is super nice and will explain exactly how to create your piece of art in a safe way and you can get inspired by the art displayed on their walls. Will definitely go back and try again!
This is a fun and unique place to create beautiful art. We brought the kids in for an afternoon class. The ladies are so helpful and kind. They have stencils but creating it from hand and mind was just as good and easy. Great for kids and adults or even a peaceful solo experience. Can’t wait to go back!
Had a blast at the shard shop. It was fun creating artwork with my kids. The staff was very helpful in finding us pieces we needed. Unfortunately our pictures didn't get dried in time for us to leave the next day so they shipped them complimentary. What great customer service as well!
The Shard Shop is an absolute gem! We brought our kids here on vacation, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The hands-on art experience was fun, creative, and perfect for all ages. Our kids had a blast designing their own colorful glass art—and we loved that they could take home a special keepsake they made themselves. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain the process, offered great tips, and made sure each child felt confident and proud of their work. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is a must-do activity for families. Highly recommend!
Genius. Beautiful. Fun. Creative. Friendly. Encouraging. Keepsake. Treasures. I love this place. And the team members we so friendly and helpful. Beautiful pieces of art made by employees and YOU! Kid friendly. Thank you for a delightful time.
It was great fun! The shop is loaded with ideas and stock to use to make your perfect picture. The ladies that ran the class were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am not very "artsy" but was able to create a great picture! Definitely a must do!!!

Very clean multiple access points lots to do close to the beach here and I’ve been told is some of the best fishing around right there
Small Beach Access with limited parking, and private beach signs on either side. It's not the biggest or the best access, but it still has restrooms, and a shower station so that is nice!
Blue Mountain Beach is one of our favorite 30A beach accesses. I’m giving it 4 stars due to the sometimes inconvenient “private beach” signs that go up during peak seasons. This public beach access has restrooms, a parking lot and some off-street parking. It is within walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery and Back Door Eats if you get hungry or thirsty. There is no handicap access, just stairs only.
We love Blue Mountain beach! This summer was our 2nd time to vacation there. It is a wonderful small and somewhat secluded area. Close enough to places to shop and eat but far enough away to be quiet and not so busy. A great place to get away and the beach is absolutely beautiful! Even on the busiest day there was privacy at the beach and room to breathe! We rented our house from 360 Blue Properties and it was great!
Small parking area, clean shower/restroom. Lots of steps. Relaxing and beautiful. Great for surfing
Great beach access squeezed in between tons of private access houses and resorts. Only a few parking spots. Otherwise good facilities provided
You can’t find prettier water than here! Very peaceful and beautiful! I love this beach because there is a lot of public beach access, with plenty of parking. Which is really convenient compared to seaside!
Although it can get overcrowded, this is still our favorite beach spot in the southern US.

If you’re on 30a this is the ride for you. Got electric cruisers and went all over with them. Locks provided so you can stop anywhere and eat. Never used the car the 5 days we had bikes. Customer service is spot on too and communication was great.
This is a fantastic place to rent bikes! I would recommend them to anyone. I came yesterday to rent bikes for my family and they were so accommodating. They made sure my son had the right size bike and even called to try to get training wheels for my younger son. We will use them again on our next trip. We are looking forward to it!
We had a fantastic experience at the YOLO Board +Bike shop!!! Troy was AWESOME to work with. He was extremely helpful in giving us tips about the bike trails. He helped us get the right bikes for us. The bikes were super and we had an awesome time biking around the 30A beaches and towns. We would highly recommend the YOLO Board + Bike shop at Santa Rosa Beach.
The owners were very nice and professional. The process of renting the bikes was very easy and fast. They help set up the bikes for both of us and the bikes were in great shape and work awesome. I will be renting from them again when we come back. Pricing was great too!
I rode my YOLO bike all around Seaside while attending the fabulous Longleaf Writer’s Conference. Their bikes are in great shape and made it easy to get around town and even down the beach strip into other towns. Great service — hands down the best place to rent bikes in Seaside!
We came to Santa Rosa Beach for our family vacation. We decided one night that we wanted to rent some e-bikes. We arrived at YOLO the next morning and were immediately greeted by the owners. Both gentlemen were extreme friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We rented 3 bikes and put over 25 miles on them. This place was awesome! I’ll definitely come back and rent e-bikes for my next trip!
Loved the store atmosphere here. YOLO Board + Bike is my favorite lifestyle brand with everything in their store from paddle boards, bikes, clothing items, beach accessories and more. Great products and selection, awesome customer service, locally owned business, amazing coffee, SUP boards, and bikes/electric bikes, it’s got everything! I've been coming to YOLO's stores for years and will never stop, don't miss out on the opportunity to visit soon!
This is such a great shop. Unique apparel and the owner was nice. We came in looking for some rash guard shirts for our boys and left with much more. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place to try a lot of different beers. We played bags and had a flight.
Not a bad place to hang out. Beer flight with 5 beers was around $14 (but I do believe it varies based on what you select). Food truck with some eats, the quesadilla was delicious. Other small snacks such as popcorn also for sale. No a/c as others have stated but the fans kept it comfortable. Good service. Trivia offered on Thursday nights
What a great place to stop and have a beer or two! During our visit there were 23 selections on tap, so plenty of options, from lighter lagers, nice ales, to stouts. We ordered a flight of 4-ounce pours (5 selections) and all were very good. Our bartender was terrific and very knowledgeable. The facility was very comfortable, feeling very much like a pub in the bar area with a touch of industrial as you near the brewing area. I highly recommend!
We absolutely loved this place. Visited 4x during our short stay in FL. Not only are the beers high quality and tons of variety, TJ behind the bar was just a gem. Super friendly, welcoming, and a great face to have for the company. We hope he’s still there next trip!!
So glad we stopped in recently.. Sadly, it was one of the last days at this location! TJ behind the bar was absolutely phenomenal! Our pints were never dry & even gave us a souvenir glass with our to-go beer order! Can't wait to check out the new spot down the street in Freeport! Always will be patrons as long as these guys are making beer. Ten Stars!
We visited here in the off-season because we love beer and this was nearby to where we were staying. The space was wide open and inviting. Our bartender was friendly and chatty. The bathroom was clean and had a nice scent spritzer firing to make it smell fresh, which I appreciate. The beer isn’t to my or my wife’s taste, but that’s personal preference. Some of the beers were priced higher than I would have expected- paying $12 for a barrel aged porter in a world filled with $7 draft Founders KBS or Bell’s Expedition Stout feels steep. That said, I’m from Grand Rapids, MI and I’m spoiled when it comes to beer selection. Definitely check it out- beer is according to taste and you might find something you like. I can imagine the joint has a great energy during the busy season.
Fantastic atmosphere! Beer was fantastic & we enjoyed the tuna dip that they offered. Darts & corn hole along with board games are available for entertainment. Will absolutely visit next time we are in town.
Finally made it to Grayton Brewery! Last year (2022) when we stopped they were closed even though the posted hours stated they would be open. Tip - Call ahead. We chose a flight of various beers and decided the Big Talk and Baltic Oyster Cult were our favorites! Knowledgeable bartender, great atmosphere. Visited the last week of January 2023, after noon, Wednesday. Not too busy.

Don’t even waste your time reading the negative reviews, if you want to catch fish Mark is the man for the job. We had an awesome time with him taking in his steadfast knowledge and also his good company. His price was fair and we all left with a smile. Can’t recommend fishy booty enough!
My son and his family, showing off their catch! But this wasn’t all they caught or saw. My son had a blast fighting a rather large bull shark. Then they happened upon a group of dolphins, granddaughter got a great video of this up close encounter! Their Captain, Mark’s been doing charters for 30 years. Think he knows what he’s doing. They said they learned lots from him today and he kept em in stitches. He is an entertainer in the truest sense. Thanks Captain Mark for your enthusiasm, and knowledge, and your willingness to share it. You helped make some life long memories today. Will be back!
Booked and confirmed trip with Captain. No where on his website does it mention age limits for passengers and he failed to notify us when he called to confirm the trip. We got up at 5:45 to meet him on the beach with three excited boys aged 5, 7, and 11. These boys have been fishing since they could walk and been on numerous charters before. Mr Thompson turned his back to us and when approached said the trip was off. Refused to go out with kids, even the 11 year old. No apology, no explanation. If you have anyone other than expert adult fishermen I recommend you find someone else. Will never use him again and will advise others the same. Giving one star only because I have to in order to post the review.
Nothing but praise for this guy!! Great captain. Caught a lot of fish!! He coached us up. Great experience
Had a wonderful time! Caught our limit of selective Red Snapper in less than an hour. Captain Mark didn’t waste any time on slow spots. He did what it took to load the boat with as many other kinds of fish possible! His instruction was perfect. The most efficient, productive, educational and entertaining charter that I have ever been on😊.Oh and cleaned and filleted our enormous catch for us ,as well! Definitely going to rebook with Captain Mark next time!
This was the most amazing trip yet to Seaside area. Captain Mark couldn’t take us on our day, but he hooked us up with Captain Keith. Was VERY communicative through the change and I did book online and it was all fine. 2 men, 3 kids (11-13). They caught more fish than ever and....AND, since we weren’t keeping our fish (day before we left) and we couldn’t keep them to cook, he cooked us up some and brought it to our house the our last day. I’ve never had such a just genuinely nice gesture like that! Granted, our group invites everyone to get to know people, but we invited him after he asked when we could meet to deliver some tasty fish he cooked up. Our boys were estatic and Keith is definitely a great guy with so many great stories and patient with kids. Kids who LOVE to fish. Just an overall wonderful experience. Can’t say enough about Fishy Booty Charters and can’t wait to fish with Keith next time!
Went on a morning trip the weekend before the end of snapper season. We had a blast! Caught two big king mackerel and a cobia along with a bunch of red snapper. The only thing that was better than the fishing was how good Captain Mark was with my wife and daughter who had never been saltwater fishing. He was extremely patient and helped them a ton, especially with my 8 year old. Could not be happier and catching a boatload of fish was a bonus. Will be back again!! Thanks Captain Mark!!
Captain Mark is the best! We have gone on several trips per year with him since 2017. His experience is obvious and he takes every chance to teach those aboard. If you listen and learn, you will rake them in (and we have) every single trip. This will be our 5th year and we wouldn’t fish with anyone else on 30A. Just booked our 2021 trip and I expect it will be the highlight of our summer. Looking forward to it Capt. Mark!

Great staff very helpful with directions! Beautiful inside with lots of free maps, & things to do
We love visiting here with our kids. They get to buy a souvenir and it is much better priced then anywhere on 30A. Plus, your purchase is actually doing something good for the community. It's a nice, hidden gem for shirts and other stuff. Our kids also LOVE coming here because they get to feed the huge koi fish. Definitely check this place out if you've never been! The staff inside are so sweet, kind and knowledgeable.
This place is more than just a gift shop with locally labeled items (to prove you came here?); most of what they have a high-quality items, and you're helping support this town's endeavors to make a friendly welcome to visitors and potential residents. Staff is friendly and open to questions about the area. There are the expected pamphlets and local-business advertisements, but there are many other things to see. Go browse for 15-30 minutes. You'll be glad you did. My wife and I pleasantly surprised it was more than just an average experience.
We drove out of our way to visit this welcome center. We had heard such good things about it. The building was beautiful and the people there were so friendly and helpful. They gave us maps and all kinds of helpful information. Even free coloring books for the grandkids. They had a small gift shop. We bought a few things and they give us a free Walton Beach bag for free. They had a koi pond outside there too with turtles in it too. They had beautiful displays and maps on the wall inside. South Walton Beach Florida
Helpful staff and always friendly and they do have cheap shirts if you’re looking for some nice basic souvenirs.
Helpful, lots of info available, clean bathrooms, cheap souvenirs and extra freebies given when you make purchases. Worth the stop.
A must see this visitor center they have a beautiful huge goldfish pond under the walkway and the most friendly and helpful group of ladies working there I took my mother-in-law to get some shirts and I picked up a lot of pamphlets but when I got a fishing regulations guide that I couldn't find anywhere else not even bait shops the ladies went above and beyond to tell me about Pilcher Park a great fishing spot about 3 miles away and a few bait shops that were close by also even tho you can catch your bait at Pilcher Park also. THANK YOU VERY MUCH LADIES keep up the great work.
This is what you hope for in a visitor information center! The ladies that worked there were very friendly and super helpful. They answered all our questions and gave us some great recommendations. I wish we would have stopped a few days earlier - we probably would have adjusted our activities for the better.

Great photography and gifts. Saw this gent at the mall in Miramar Beach during the art festival and bought some really cool hats (sadly, I lost mine). Liked his work and took his business card. Several prints later we decided to leave a review. Very personable people and truly moving art. Best of luck!
This is, by far, the best men’s shop on 30A. Everything is one of a kind, inspired by creativity and true artwork. If you’re looking to support a true local artist who “gets it,” this is the place. Genuine authenticity. Great conversation. Time well spent even just for a visit. Highly recommend.
Love the photography! From scenery to portraits shot all across the globe, this artist is incredible. Saving for a large one in our home one day, but for now the merch and different options he has to bring home a wearable piece of art are so cool. Everyone there is friendly and eager to assist. Check them out!
We purchased a custom piece of artwork from Modus and it’s stunning in our home. Chandler Williams even came to our house to measure the space and help hang it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We looked long and hard for the perfect piece of art for a small modern styled space. This black and white photo was perfect. We were able to get the right size and framed fitting just right in our budget. Love supporting local artists.
Really cool place, nice art, great vibe and Grayton Beach- you can’t go wrong!!
Modus is the complete capture of the 30-A coastline. The Modus Gallery is adorned with photographer, Chandler Williams’, famous works of the 30-A area’s most picturesque photographs. My recent purchase from the exclusive, new “Modus Captured” clothing line, a vintage 1990 Grateful Dead tour shirt expertly sewn onto the back of a repurposed Jean jacket, has become my new staple jacket. Add Modus Gallery to your “must visit” sites while at the beach!!
Chandler was great to work with - I had a very large wall to cover and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful frame and photo.

Ginger is an incredible artist and person. My family spent the day learning to make art for a birthday and Ginger and her mom made the experience 10/10 from every detail. The music, the ambiance, the help/support…I cannot say enough good things.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ginger Leigh and this wonderful company she has created displaying and selling her artwork. I contacted Ginger Leigh in need of a specific painting and she went above and beyond to help accommodate. She also responded to me in a timely manner and had my order ready to ship sooner than I thought possible. She helped me pick out the perfect size and canvas for my dental hygiene operatory and I have already gotten many complements. If you are ever in need for a gift or something cute for yourself, Ginger Leigh Designs is the place to go!

We’re not exactly tennis pros, but the courts were really nice, well kept, and staff was very friendly! Private couples tennis lesson with Lexi was a highlight of our trip to Watercolor. Not much else in the clubhouse aside from racket sports (no food or drinks) but like everything in Watercolor, it’s all accessible at just a short bike ride away.
I had high hopes for the tennis drills. The staff in the office are very friendly and accommodating. The pros are decent. I did 2 1hr drills three days in a row. What I enjoyed the most was meeting and playing with other tennis players from other places.
Zero upkeep. Paid $50 to play on quicksand and fall for an hour. If you don’t want to get hurt, go to Rosemary or Seaside instead.
Specifically for pickleball there’s 0 open play it’s all reservations for 2 courts. All reservations for 15 dollars an hour for 2 sorry courts with cracks and broken low nets. Hardly anyone plays, and this might just be me but if you pay to rent an expensive house at the water color resort, I feel like you should be able to play on the terrible courts for free 🤷🏻‍♂️
I’ve been playing at Watercolor tennis for a long time; it’s always fun. Beautiful facility and soft courts. They’ve had terrific pros over the years and still do. Today, I was in a drill with Travis as our pro. He was participating in the game 105 and it was competitive…he got an overhead and crushed it. The ball was going to bounce over the back fence giving his team 20 points for a clean overhead winner…but I tossed my racket into the air and hit the ball saving the points, but sending my racket into the DMZ zone between Watercolor and Seaside tennis. Travis, with no hesitation and at risk of great personal harm quickly scaled the fence and returned with my racket. That is beyond the call of duty and what you can expect at Watercolor tennis! Btw, he said he believes my racket is the first one to ever go over the fence…
Wonderful pros who help you to fine-tune your form and function. It’s always a pleasure to play at Watercolor. Gabe, Brian, Shane & Travis are kind gentlemen and amazing pros. If you haven’t hit with them you are missing out.
Great place to play tennis and pretty affordable. My 6 year old daughter is taking group classes here and it's very nice and active, lots of tables for family or spectators to watch at.
It is poorly managed, and the courts are in need of repair.

Came to listen performance of BLKBOK from Fall Concert Series. Great musician. But theatre needs to add more speakers for better experience. Only one was working. Still rate 5 stars to support local businesses and for the great atmosphere.
On May 10th, my friend and I made the two hour drive from Dothan, Alabama to this terrific theatre, to see The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged). An amazing and gut-busting performance given by 3 high energy, hilarious fellas. The theatre is nice, clean, and comfortably cooled. They offer a wine and beverage bar before the show and at intermission. There is not a bad seat in the house, the risers the seats sit on are high enough to ensure a good view for all. Parking can be a challenge, but we were able to find a spot within a 5 minute walk of the venue. The restroom facilities are just outside the theatre and kept very neat and clean. This theatre is located within a heavily populated, heavy foot traffic area, with many shops, restaurants, and bars to enjoy. Come and see what The Rep has to offer. We are so glad we did.
Amazing staff and amazing shows. Brook, Aubrey, Paige, and the crew are beyond fantastic. Become members... this place never disappoints.
So much fun at the #bryankennedyshow tonight at the rep! Playing several more shows in July...highly recommended and highly entertaining too!
This is one of Seaside's best hidden gems. Tucked behind the Modica Market, many never realise it exists. For just $7, the Awkward Oxen Improv Hour is honestly a steal. Don't miss it, it's hilarious!
Intimate venue with theatre style seating, great acoustics, and a large stage. I'll be looking to catch more shows there!
It was wonderful. If you happen to get tickets on the balcony bring a seat pad. The stools provided are not so comfy.
Such a fun place, from plays to improv to magic to stand up comedy this place does it all! It compliments the class of Seaside very well!

This place is stunning! There is a lot of very unique art by local artists. Highly recommend.
One of my favorite shops in the Grayton Beach area! Found it when we vacationed here a few years ago and I was so happy to see it still here when we came back. They have a really nice collection of items from local artists - a good variety of paintings, prints, jewelry, gifts, etc. A great place to find unique treasures!
A wonderful store offering so many treasures from artists nearby. The store cat kept one kids attention, while I looked around with my oldest. There were so many items I wanted. I ended up purchasing these pretty stained glass earrings. I can't wait to wear them. Ps- the owners are beyond adorable. I'd go again just to chat with them.
My favorite art gallery in 30A!
The art was absolutely beautiful in this studio! I ended up purchasing 2 religious books for my classroom that I love and will cherish forever. Love this place!
One of the best family owned businesses in 30A and the most amazing gallery of beautiful art for sale. This is a hidden gem!!!!
Wonderful experience in a great art studio. Thank you for the visit.
A great place. They have my art work for sales
