Prominent enclosed mall with 190 stores on 2 levels, plus a movie theater & food court.

Great mall with lots of stores, dining options. Fun place to visit with family and friends. Clean bathrooms. LOVED the Lego store that was offering a make and take event at time of visit, and a free gift set with a purchase. Auntie Annie's served up some delicious pretzel bites that I couldn't get enough of. Five below has something for everyone at great prices.
An excellent way to spend an afternoon in the Buffalo area! This mall is huge, one of the largest I've been to, and has stores and restaurants for just about everyone. The food count is large and full of tenants, some even offering free samples while I walked around. This mall doesn't show any signs of decline and is what you expect from a mall. The only things I noticed were the parking lot isn't very nice, and there's a lack of high end stores. This seems to be the only thriving mall in the greater Buffalo area so I had some expectations for a more luxury feel, but despite that it still has every mall store the average person is looking to go to.
Walden Galleria is one of the best shopping destinations in the Buffalo-Niagara region. Whether you’re visiting from nearby or crossing the border from Canada, it’s worth the trip. The mall offers a great mix of popular retailers like Apple, Zara, H&M, and Sephora, as well as unique finds like Primark — which is a huge plus for shoppers looking for deals. The atmosphere is vibrant but not overwhelming. You can easily spend an entire day here between shopping, dining, and entertainment. There are plenty of food options, from quick bites in the food court to sit-down favorites like The Cheesecake Factory and Texas de Brazil. It’s convenient for both casual meals and special outings. What really sets Walden Galleria apart is the extra entertainment. The Regal Cinemas with 4DX is impressive, and there are fun activities like indoor go-karts and other family-friendly attractions. It’s more than just a mall — it’s an experience. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Parking is usually available, but weekends can get busy. Overall, Walden Galleria is a great spot for shopping, dining, and relaxing all in one place.
Good selection of stores and you can find some real deals, but be prepared for massive crowds and long checkout lines. The discounts are decent, but not everything is a true bargain. It's a classic tourist outlet—convenient for a visit after the falls, but more chaotic than a relaxing shopping trip.
When was this rule you have to be 18 or be with someone 21 if your under age it says it starts December 19 so why am I getting kicked out now. And the lady that had answered my call was very disrespectful.
We spent the day looking for a a gift for my son's birthday. Buckel was a great store with amazing customer service. We did not find exactly what he was looking for but considering how busy and packed the stores were we did enjoy our time. Even enjoyed an amazing Birthday meal at The Cheesecake Factory and got to shop while we waited for our table. Parking was a little difficult, we had to park far.
The only mall left standing with good stores I like. Macys..Primark.. JC Penney...5 below(which is convenient) Senor Leon resturant is delicious! Theatre has 4DX .. Urban Air is so fun for all ages! Weekdays are quiet for a peaceful shopping experience.
Spanish Food there, outside of the food court, is remarkable!! They have all the traditional dishes from various South American countries. Five star highly recommend Latinos Cuisine!! Muchas Gracias!!

Fun & Games
Slide 1 of 8
We are a roller derby team from Los Angeles, CA that visited Buffalo, NY in November for a few games we were playing in & in between we wanted to do something fun, we ran into this place after some online searching & boy are we glad we went! They went above & beyond to accommodate our group of 14 & we had a blast!!! Chris was our game master & he was really helpful. The entire staff there was friendly! It's was so fun & scary! We split into groups of 7 & did the Zombie room & Serial Killer room! Lots of scares & laughter was had & we definitely recommend this to Buffalo residents who haven't been & out of state visitors! The quality of the rooms are tip top! It was like being on a movie set. You can tell lots of time, creativity went into these rooms! Absolutely amazing stuff!
This was an amazing experience, great design and amazing puzzles. Very interactive. Our guide was absolutely fantastic and really set the mood for the fun that was ahead. The employees who are there truly love their job and are passionate about the customers having a wonderful experience from the moment you step through the door. It is also in a really neat setting. We did the Tomb escape room and it was really amazing and full of detail we were able to escape with many laughs and sand in our shoes so choose footwear wisely.
We have done a few rooms here now and each one is extremely well put together, great clues, and the staff has always been incredibly friendly and make the experience that much better. In 2018 I actually worked with the team to use the Zombie Room as a pregnancy announcement to friends and not only were they willing to help, they were as excited as we were to help announce the news! We are already planning on going to do another room soon and never hesitate to recommend you guys to our friends.
Awesome games and fantastic staff. We've been there twice and both times the rooms were fun, the puzzles challenging and the staff helpful. The second time was for my son's 10th birthday, and the room he chose was too scary for my daughter (8), and the workers took her around to show her how the rooms look on their end. She LOVED it and forgot about her fears entirely. (The son and friends didn't finish in time, but they're still talking about how much fun they had!) We'll definitely be back.
We had a great time!! We went as a group of four and did all three rooms. They had by far the best atmosphere of any escape room we have been to before. The decor was awesome it was like entering a movie set (especially Pharoah's Tomb). In the Zombie room there were some glitches with some locks but overall it was well done. Rob Zombie was a good mix of creepy and helpful. Would highly suggest checking it out! Thanks to Jess for being an awesome games master! We will be back for the haunted houses for sure.
I went with three others and did the Serial killer escape room. We had so much fun! There are multiple rooms and some of the challenges are really tough. They give you three clues which came in handy at some points, that helped keep it fun and not too frustrating. This was the third escape room I’ve ever done and I must say it was definitely the best so far! Staff were friendly. The rooms themselves were interesting and well done. Definitely recommend it!
We had the BEST TIME EVER!! The friendly staff and the awesome escape rooms made our night truly one of the best nights ever. We did the Zombie Room and the Serial Killer Room! Both were tremendously fun and scary at the same time!! We also had the privilege of doing 5 different haunted houses! The haunted houses alone are worth the trip. I came all the way out from Rhode Island to Buffalo to experience Locked Up Escape Games and I am looking forward to going back out soon to experience the new rooms they have available!!! I highly encourage the NY locals to go and even encourage those who need to travel a long distance to get there, because it was well worth the trip!!! Thank you so much for making our time there AWESOME!!!! Best Escape Rooms Ever!!!
Fantastic experience! Most fun I’ve had in a long time. Very challenging and entertaining. The staff was great. The decorations and puzzles were outstanding. A little sad we didn’t get to do the mazes or the last escape room. We did serial killer and the Egyptian one and they were both great.

Great park with such beautiful nature trails, I always love coming here! I find it so peaceful, and you're able to observe a variety of birds and animals. Just as good anytime of year in my opinion, and although there's a lot to walk through, you don't have to go far to see something cool!
I always enjoy coming to this park. The paths are clearly marked, and the bathrooms are plentiful and clean. Lots of picnic areas and baseball fields. There's also a nice little playground right across from a set of bathrooms.
Lovely grounds, well maintained. Bathrooms close to the playground and plenty of elements to handle a wide range of kids ages/activities. Nature trails are nearby and offer a quick stroll through the woods on an elevated platform. Dirt trails are connected for those so inclined to explore further. All in all great park
Has many trails to follow, up to 17. We only got up to trail # 5 and then had to leave because it started to rain and wouldn't let up.
We absolutely adore this park. From the amazing trails to the multiple playgrounds and picnic areas. I'm sad I slept on this park for so long! The main playground is huge and great for older kids with a small one off to the side that's good for tots. There's also a more secluded park near the picnic area if you're not a super outgoing parent like myself.
Very quiet and serene. Great maintained paths and playgrounds and ample wildlife
Trails are absolutely beautiful. If you're into nature photography, this is the place for you. I had fun shooting pics of the wildlife. Was upset that as we were leaving someone was bringing their pitbull in to the nature walk. Felt as though it really scared off the wildlife, so wasn't able to get pics as we were coming out
We were here visiting family and wanted to get out for some fun in a park. The trails were peaceful and not difficult at all, and the fresh snow on the ground made for a great snowman. Lots of fields and the playground was fun for the kids. Near the back fields is a small sledding hill that was perfect for some sledding fun!

I would definitely say you should check out skyzone! Ita a great place. We went to the toddlertime at skyzone and it was really fun its 10 dollars an hr per kid and parents are free! Which is amazing. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. Tips for if you haven't been to skyzone for toddertime you should be aware: 1: You have to fill out a consent form. To make easier on yourself you can fill out form online before going. 2: Everyone has to wear grippy socks including parents. 3: Parents are not allowed to go jumping with kids. 4. There is eating area and a place to get food. 5. If you have a younger kid around 15months like I do just be aware that though they say there are assigned supervisors to help they more observe. I had to be really careful with letting my 15month old go even though they say over year is good. I think it's better for those 2 & up. Below is a picture of my two children having a blast.
Really liked this place, much more to do than at Get Air, a like more caotic though, especially during holiday break. It's a little hard to see from the road but just know it's way in the back of the Airport Commerce Park. Lots of fun things to do but need to be careful with younger kids. The staff sometimes let's the older and younger kids play dodgeball together which is a recipe for disaster. Definitely needs more lockers or places to put your items. The locker cost for $1 an hour is perfect, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Although the drinks were $2.50 each, which is just price gauging. Definitely bring your pen snacks and drinks! Video have selection is small, but you aren't there to play games. Overall great time, and the manager/owner that was on sure was really friendly and helpful! If they had more places to change clothes, more lockers, and were a little more strict with the age limits in certain areas it would be 5 stars.
Great place to let the kids burn off some energy. The bounce areas were sectioned off for kids in certain age groups which is great but they get a bit worried if an adult is in the bouncing areas with their children
This was our 2nd time visiting and we enjoyed every moment. Our host Mary Kate was very helpful, customer service friendly, fun and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.
One of our favorite places to visit in Buffalo! It’s a win-win as the kids get energy out and exercise while having fun! We visit a few times during our long cold winters!
So great to have placed to go where my autistic son feels comfortable and is able to be himself without getting overwhelmed or bombarded by tons of children who aren't being watched. This was NOT the case here. They went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and both my son's loved our time here. We will be returning. The staff was friendly, prices are reasonable, the music was not obnoxiously loud and everything was very clean (given that they were busy, it was summer school time). As a whole, we had a fantastic time and I would recommend this facility for children and adults 😄
Fun place for everyone! Should add more space and activity zones!
A great place for kids of all ages! Family had a great time.

Wonderful golf course. Fairways and greens well maintained Club house is really nice. Great selection at bar. We had wings. They compete with any of the popular wing joints in Buffalo. Highly recommend.
Great course. A little difficult but we teed forward. Greens were incredibly fast especially for November. Would give 5 stars but too difficult to book a Saturday as they load up with tournaments.
We have seen lots of ads and heard good things about the outdoor concerts at Diamond Hawk. The opportunity arose and there was a band that was worthwhile checking out, so we stopped in to see them. We were greeted promptly by the pleasant staff at the front door. There was a $5 cover for the live music event (common on weekends). We made our way to the patio area and were able to grab a reasonably priced drink outside. They also do have a nice indoor bar as well. Seating seem to all be reserved. We did inquire at the front desk about getting a table and they said they were all booked. However the young man working up front did find me later and said they had a spot which was cool. It's a smaller venue but pretty nice. We did not order food but did see a lot go by that looked pretty tasty! Next time we stop we will have to try some menu items.
Course was fine for the price, decent value. But the starter completely ruined the experience. I called ahead, made a tee time with him directly, and when we showed up he was rude and said no tee time was made. He held us up for 30 minutes and then stacked four groups on the first tee at once. Poor management — won’t be back unless they fix this.
We played the golf course and can't wait to get back there!! The range is located on the way to the first tee box. The grass teeing area was very well maintained and even had seeded divot-fill to use. There were plenty of target areas to use for warming up. The practice green had a huge hump that really did not add much value to what I was used to for getting familiar with the speed of the green. However, on the course, the greens were excellent, with some undulation but I didn't quite see any greens like the one in the practice area. The speed of the greens was consistent from hole to hole. The layout on the front side is cut through trees and shrubbery, thus reducing the visibility of seeing any of the other golf holes, which is a very nicely crafted layout feature. The back-nine is much more open, but don't let this fool you for being able to hit the ball without accuracy. The greens and fairways had been watered well and the rough area was dry, firm and in some areas, brown from lack of water. This is certainly understandable for the dry, hot conditions in the area for the past several weeks.
Course is well maintained which makes it stand out. Greens were excellent, and the fairways were excellent as well. I personally didn’t care for the course, I can’t put my finger on what it was. The staff in the clubhouse were pretty dry. I probably won’t be coming back, but I’m not gonna give the course a bad review all because it wouldn’t be a course I’d go to regularly.
I went mainly for the music but the food was good. I had the quesadillas with chicken. Double Shot was playing. Not really my kind of music. Some I didn't know, most I did. Place is nice. I will go back.
Great course with some challenging holes as well as some shorter par 4s. The course is always in great shape and the greens run fast and smooth. You get a little bit of everything on this course! Two thumbs up

I just began going back to this business after several years away and was pleasantly surprised. When you walk in you are immediate greeted by multiple staffers. Then you begin seeing the wide selection of paints and various games, as well as a great selection of other hobby supplies. I see that people who posted here said they were upset with the selection of gaming supplies. I have been there a few times in the past month and it looks as if they are stocking up and maintaining a larger inventory in gaming/painting supplies. Another great factor for me is that they are working on creating a ton of new terrain/tables for people to use their products on open days. Also the leagues that they are creating seem to be building up a community very nicely. The last part of this store that I enjoy is their pricing. They understand that you can go online and order products, but they price competitively and understand the customers point of view. This on top of providing a nice environment to compete makes me want to spend there rather than waiting online. TLDNR: Pricing and Community are Great, Buy and Play games there.
I love Niagara Hobby! My first experience there was amazing! They have nearly everything you need to start a model railroad and a huge selection of train cars. Also, they have many exhibits within the store that are fun and interesting. Also, most of the staff are polite and are more than happy to help with problems.
I'm sorry to say that Niagara closed its doors in September 2017 after 31 years in business. The last of their inventory and fixtures, including the iconic restored full size caboose in the parking lot, is now for sale. I used to visit when in the area and frequently bought model train items there. Unfortunately, the ever declining inventory over the past year or so was an unmistakable sign that they would be going out of business. The four stars are for their past performance. They'll be missed.
I have been shopping at this store since i was very young and since i was little the only negative about this wonderful place is no parking. All their prices are extremely reasonable if not cheaper than going to a big store. Ive never meet an employee that was rude, they all, always have a chipper attitude and are just all around great people. I will keep shopping here forever. No matter what age you are you feel like a kid in a candy store in this wonderful place!
I am from out of town and everytime i go to Niagara Hobby & Craft Mart. The first few times i went there it was great. As an avid ship model builder they had kits there i would struggle to locate anywhere it was great! But the last few times it seems like thy have had less and less and now maybe 4 ship models......kinda disappointed
I have been visiting this store on and off since I was 10 years old. My kids have started getting into the Thomas & Friends Trains, and they have quite a bit of stuff for them to look at and play with. They have the Thomas Plastic and Wooden sets, as well as the Chuggington Wooden sets. Since the last time I was there, they have made a huge slot car racetrack and hold events there. It looked pretty cool.
My daughter was given a remote controlled helicopter as a gift for Christmas from her Uncle. We opened it up Christmas morning and the thing didn't work. This was not a cheap gift so he took it back to the store to return the defective toy. They REFUSED to take back the item because the package had been opened!? How would we have known it didn't work without opening it up? This makes no sense to me at all. I am all for supporting local businesses but I will NEVER buy anything from this store ever again. Buyer beware!!! UPDATE: After seeing my review, Niagara Hobby contacted me and was eager to assist with this matter. My sister and brother-in-law visited the store and received a refund. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic.
Selection has gone WAY down. Customer service is practically non existent. Took my nephew here on his 5th birthday to run his new slot car. Employees asked us to leave after 15 minutes so the club could use the tracks an hour early. Hardly and trains here anymore, what used to be several isles of plastic models is now one Isle.

Mike's is the best. My family & I have been customers for many years, even since living in MI since 2000. Their customer service is great. their wesite had a glitch, ordered 2 gift boxes but only charged for 1 and they resolved it by sending the second gift box free of charge. AWESOME THANK YOU!!!!
The BEST chocolate shop ever. Amazing staff and even more amazing chocolates. Everything is handmade to perfection. Sponge candy and truffles are the best thing ever. Mikes Candies is the only place I will ever get chocolate. Even if I move - they ship so im covered for life!!
I was really happy to find out about this place right in my neighborhood of Kaisertown after browsing r/Buffalo on Reddit. Mike's Homemade Candies on Clinton came highly reviewed. The woman serving us was so nice and let me try the to-die-for peanut butter sponge candy. The chocolate was so much better than the sponge candy from Wegman's which I had been buying for years. Mike's is going to run you a little more. Wegmans is about $7 for a 1/2 lb container while Mike's is about $11-12 for a 1/2 lb but there is a night and day difference in texture and flavor. Great gift ideas in this store as many people won't treat themselves to these sorts of things but would appreciate the little luxuries as a gift. Nice and attentive people inside. Lots of other homemade chocolates and such I'm looking forward to trying.
Our favorite chocolate shop by far! Every single chocolate I've tried has been delicious. Lovely proprietor and staff. Must try: -dark coconut truffle -milk chocolate marshmallow -milk coffee sponge -peanut butter sponge
Mike's homemade candies is on my list of places to go every time I'm in Buffalo, NY. I don't think my friends would allow me back in Arizona if I didn't bring some sponge candy for them.
This place has the best chocolate! You should go if you haven’t yet
Been coming here since I was a kid..and my dad took me :) now my dad takes my nieces here and spends $ for them to enjoy the chocolate. I still come here once in awhile to get chocolates, sponge candy, and the chocolate covered pretzels!!! Which I just ate!!! My goodness are they good! :) the owner will give u samples to try, and enjoy as well. Thanks mikes

10/10 would recommend this venue for a birthday party!!! My daughter had her 7th birthday here today 10/25 and from check-in until check out we had no issues. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Malaya (sorry for the spelling) at the front desk was super nice and got us whatever we needed. Always checking in on us. We also had the pleasure of working with Joshua and it was only his 2nd day and what a great guy!! He delivered our pizza to us and was super pleasant. I can’t say enough great things about the owner! He allowed us to use a promo code when we were unsure if they would let us use them. I literally can’t say enough great things! The area was spacious and separated perfectly. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely recommend this location!!! We got party bags and ice cream for every kid too!!!! Thank you for making my daughters birthday special!!!
Took the kids to play here, and both of them had fun. There is a lot to do here, and endless bouncing around. They also have places to climb, which was pretty neat. Price seems reasonable and purchased 2 hours.
Came here for toddler time on a tuesday. It was very nice and my 2 year old had a good time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there were definitely some older kids here as well. Like at least 8 to 10 years old. A few of them. They didn't bother me so it wasn't a huge deal but I thought they weren't admitting any kids that weren't toddlers.
Fantastic Family Fun at GetAir Trampoline Park! We had such a great time at GetAir! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish — they made sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids were safe and having fun. The place is super spacious, clean, and packed with tons of different activities to keep everyone entertained The prices are very reasonable for everything you get, and it’s definitely worth every penny. We’ll absolutely be coming back — highly recommend GetAir for anyone looking for a fun, active outing with the family! Tracey C
Nice facility. Could use a good cleaning. Kids had a great time.
My son enjoyed his party very much. But they need more workers to ensure safety on the platforms. My party hosts were overworked running the front desk and the many parties going on. 10/25/25
Took my Grandaughter to a birthday party, well organized, clean with courteous staff
We had a terrible experience Saturday night for my son's birthday party. The place was under major renovations (over 50% of the place was not usable). There was garbage everywhere and it was way overcrowded. There was supposed to be fun lights and music to which there was not. I was NOT notified of this in advance and spent over $300 on this party. Hopefully they will reimburse me and I can update this review.

We have always loved it there! They are so nice and helpful. Try samples and then buy because everything there is just so delicious! Well made chocolate and whatever it coats becomes mouthwatering magic! Had to stop in with my family and get a Mother’s Day treat!
I ordered candy to be shipped, they do not offer any little card to send a message nor does The shipment show the senders name and address.... Which is really stupid so how will they know who sent the package??? I will never do that again at the store there are way too many other good stores that sell chocolate
While I have grown up on their candy, their sponge candy sine they were over on Harlem rd, today was a horrible experience. While cashing out the woman who was clearly from the back of the house was annoyed that she had to help apparently. She huffed and puffed when I asked if there was a box for my bunnies , then grabbed a random cardboard box, and I thought she misunderstood what I had asked so I then asked if there were boxes for the big bunnies , to which she told me after I cashed out that there weren’t. I had asked about the rewards that all the other customers and cashiers were talking about and she huffed at me again like I was annoying her! Pointed at the screen and told me “phone number”. She was completely Miserable. Didn’t say anything to me throughout the whole transaction. Once she told me there weren’t boxes big enough I asked for a refund for all of my purchase ( and while I realize more than $100 isn’t a lot for this time of year but that’s a lot for me. And after being treated like that I wasn’t giving them a penny. I am shaken still and upset that my kids Easter won’t come from wahls like every other year. People shouldn’t be treated so poorly let alone paying customers
Candy was good, but was disappointed to find out the sponge candy ornament wasn't available I was credited on the purchase but to me it was a highlight of my gift to my teenage granddaughter. We vacation in the area and she fell in love with sponge candy. Ornament was for memories on her tree.
Been coming here since I was lil. Great candy reasonable prices. I'm not sure if they were too gay friendly as they created the 2 customers after me but not myself....
They honestly have the best chocolate. Have been going here for years. Highly recommend!
It has been a while since I been here, but since it's Easter I had to make sure I stop in for the cream eggs. My mother was a long time customer and they were her favorite.

Buffalo Super Shuttle was very punctual and answered my calls when I had questions or needed to make changes. The drivers were very good and were friendly and helpful. There were delays in my trip and they were very kind and considerate with my changes. A good experience.
This shuttle never showed up after an hour of waiting at the Buffalo airport & all 3 of their phone numbers have a message that says the number hasn’t been setup yet. If it wasn’t for some of the reviews on Google referring to drivers, I would think this was a scam company. There is no way to contact them after payment. Strongly consider using another company for transportation.
Horrible experience as a shuttle service!!! Called them the week of arrival and confirmed that we have a wheelchair and several large pieces of Luggage . They assured us they’d have a big enough vehicle. First bad experience was when the driver was LATE to the airport to pickup, and then they had a SMALL vehicle that wasn’t big enough after confirming with them!! 4 people had to squeeze into the back seat.. We got reprimanded at customs because we weren’t wearing seatbelts since we were on top of each other! Called them several times and spoke with Tony who was extremely nice but the owner GILL was absolutely horrific. He didnt do anything about it. Said he had to get a different driver and had to pay him more so he barely made any money. NOT OUR PROBLEM. Gill, you overpromised and UNDERDELIVERED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . Don’t book with them!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not sure why zero stars isn't an option. I booked with this company to take me to Toronto airport. My first call was placed to them 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I was told that the driver had been held up and would be with me in 20 minutes. My second call to them was 25 minutes later (so now 40-45 minutes late) ... I was given the driver's telephone number to track down myself!! The "driver" ended up arriving 1.5 hours late. I was in a real panic about making my flight and did not initially realize that I was actually sitting in a TAXI !!!! Yes, thats right a TAXI!!! This company farmed out the job to a taxi firm, so, I was told a pack of lies "the driver is held up". My belief is that if I had not have called them when I initially did, they would not have sent anyone and I would have missed my flight because of these people. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Pros: Driver was nice and I made it home safely. Cons: Driver was 20 minutes late, the company is impossible to get a hold of in advance, and the driver / company wanted to charge me an additional $70 when picking me up since the driver / company didn't like my provided Toronto address that I booked with. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the company in advance to ask a few questions, and knowing that they wanted to charge me an additional $70 would have been very helpful to know in advance at the time of booking instead of the moment I was picked up.
The price and web booking is very good (Buffalo Airport - Niagara Falls + return) Unfortunately both pick ups were late! Although I was not that inconvenienced by their lateness it is disappointing to have to phone to see if a driver is on their way! Especially when returning to the airport for a connecting flight. The vehicles were neat & clean but the standard of the driving was less than desirable!
AWESOME COMPANY! They totally went above and beyond to save me from a bad situation and didn't gauge me for more money when many other companies might have.... I had a shuttle booked to go in to Canada from Buffalo. My COVID test didn't come in in time, and they waited HOURS for me to get my results. When the results still didn't come in, they rebooked me in the following day without any additional charges. That right there is GREAT management. Thanks so much for getting me home safely!
Very satisfied with this service! The booking process was quick and easy (I used both the online and phone service), my driver arrived early for pickup and was kind and courteous, and transportation overall went smoothly. I would highly recommend Buffalo Super Shuttle.

Very cool! It's amazing that they fit this entire track and entertainment centre into the Walden Galleria Mall! A great experience for kids and adults alike. The prices are up there, but fair for what you get. The staff are friendly and helpful. Doesn't seem to busy on a Saturday afternoon, so got then! Thanks!
Great place to take the kids. Great for adults and parties. Three different race levels depending on age. Usually not too long of a wait. Games to play while you wait. Other than young kids races, the card go pretty fast.
I naturally consider myself a kid at heart but this place truly makes you feel like a kid again! No matter your age, you can never not have fun go kart racing unless you're a sore loser haha. When you are on the track, they equip you with safety gear and let you know all about the kart. They generally let you ride free and will come help you out if you crash but be warned, they will kick you off the track if you continuously bump other riders. The karts are surprisingly fast so be prepared to have fun!
Good times. Staff is great. Go karts get up faster than you'd expect. Things to do while you wait. My only complaint is the wait. That's not a deal beaker.
We've walked in before but this was our first time driving. The kids had a lot of fun and the employees are really friendly and helpful! The cars go very fast though and we had one little girl in the group with us who was about 12 who didn't get how to drive, she kept hitting the edge and going really slow so they kept putting us under caution to talk to her. After the 8th or 9th time it would have been nice to remove her so everyone could try to make it around once full speed, but that didn't happen. Maybe she wanted to keep going, but she was crying when it ended. No discount on a future race... our tough luck I guess for showing up when we did. Probably won't be back!
Great track friendly staff good price to race
These are BAD@$$!!!! You've gotta go do it and the more people the more intense it gets. They're fast and have instant throttle response too!
Ha! We had to wait a bit to ride. Staff was cool. Costs $25 per session. Good place to take the grads for a quick ride. If you dont know what you're doing be prepared for them to CONSTANTLY stop you..for safety. I wouldn't mind going back for a few laps.

Dave & Buster’s is a fun and energetic spot that combines dining, drinking, and gaming all under one roof. Whether you’re there with friends, family, or on a date, it’s easy to spend hours playing arcade games, grabbing food, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. The game area is definitely the main attraction. From classics like skee-ball and basketball hoops to modern VR and racing games, there’s something for every age and interest. You collect tickets as you play, which adds a nostalgic Chuck E. Cheese-style twist — but for adults. As for the food and drinks, they’re solid but not necessarily the main draw. The menu offers a decent range of bar-style food — burgers, wings, nachos, and some seasonal items. Portions are generous, and the drinks are fun, especially during happy hour. Service can vary depending on the time and crowd, especially on weekends when it gets busy. Still, if you’re looking for a place to eat, drink, and play in one spot, Dave & Buster’s is hard to beat.
It is A very nice place however, I feel like it could be a little more organized because when we arrive, we walked in and stood there, it wasn’t too long of a wait before someone addressed us and when someone finally addressed us and asked us how many they never introduced themselves and the person that service us did not introduce themselves at all either the food however was very nice It wasn’t as hot as I like it freshly off the stove, but it was warm enough. The space is very spacious. It has arcades available for kids and adults. It’s an has plenty of TVs in there. It’s a nice place for a decent dinner date. We enjoyed ourselves.
We have been to this Dave and Busters many times. They now just have large machines to add funds to your card. I tried to use my previous card but it wasn’t working. There was a spot for an attendant but none could be found. So, I was forced to pay another $3 fee to get a new card, not cool. We decided to have some drinks while the kids’ played games. They were out of two beers we wanted on tap, cold snap and Yuengling. I had the Stella and you could taste the lines needed to be cleaned. Yasmin at the bar was a decent bartender. We put in our name for a table to eat. After about an hour and 20 minutes I went to check on it. The rudest hostess I’ve dealt with in all my years, Chelsea was both rude and disrespectful. When I asked her what her name was, she ran away. Then the manager Dion came over and also refused to give me her name saying it was company policy. I don’t believe that because they wear name tags. I was able to get her name from a worker who was walking the gaming floor. Dion was a little bit more professional but not much. Luckily one of the other guests in our party was able to have an amazing server seat us. Her name was Celina and she saved the day. She was bright, funny and courteous. Mind you during this time Chelsea was walking past our table with her shirt inside out so I couldn’t see her name tag. I assume that would be against company policy. Almost taunting me, you literally can’t make this stuff up. If it wasn’t for how incredible Celina was this whole experience would have been a total loss. This is your best worker and she is the most front of house there is. The other was the hostess Chelsea who blew it from the onset. Also, I had a reward to redeem for the meal but the tablet wouldn’t let me redeem it, the printed receipt wasn’t working as well. Bathroom messy and without hand towels.
Horrible service. I made a reservation for 7:00 pm. I arrived at 6:50 and the guy who was seating said it would be about 2 minutes. We waited while others walked in and were seated immediately. After 15 minutes the same guy walked out the door. Another 20 minutes went by before a girl came up and asked if we were waiting to be seated. When we sat down our waitress took our orders and threw our forks on the table saying sorry we don’t have any rolled up. We were a group of 6, about 10 minutes goes past and 1 main comes out. 45 minutes later the rest of the food arrived including the sides for that 1 main that came out. Our waitress asked if we needed refills and we all said yes she refilled 2 drinks and I had to take our own drinks up to be refilled. I had to get up and get napkins and straws for our table because our waitress was busy talking with other staff. I have been to the other Dave and busters in Pittsburgh and it was way better than this one. I would never recommend this location. Dirty seats and floors just poor service. And when we didn’t tip the waitress got an attitude I’m sorry but we spent $400 in game cards and another $150 in food and the service was completely unacceptable. The photo is of our waitress
The awesome worker named Jay at the “Human Claw” was SOOOO MUCH FUN! He made the experience such a great time! We watched several videos of others on you tube and but Jay was absolutely amazing and enjoyed seeing the kids loving it! He is top notch! Thank you Jay @ D&B Galleria!
I went with my son and his friends. It was a decent spot. I felt it was a bit pricey for the food. My food was way overcooked to the point that it was difficult to chew. The pasta was very sticky. The staff seemed preoccupied even though it was not really busy. They did have a cheeky gimmick here and there like the joke of the day. I can see small children and teens alike enjoying this place. As an adult I would never come here without a child. Seems pointless unless you like to spend money on arcades and ticket games to earn cheap prizes. Just not my cup of tea. It would be easy to spend over 100 dollars on two people especially if you have an adult beverage or two.
We bought the summer pass this year for our children. Does not disappoint! They updated games not that long ago. Jackpots aren't crazy hard to hit either. Enjoyable for the whole family
Returned for lunch and had a great experience. Our waitress was excellent, the perfect amount of friendliness, welcoming spirit and helpfulness. We had a rib special and the blackened salmon bowl. Both were excellent, very tasty. I've had similar salmon dishes elsewhere but here its awesome. Coupled with the house lemonade, the mel was delicious. Recommended for sure.

Very lively place. Great on tap choices. Definitely a stop if your in WNY. Darts and pool tables are also a great way to have a drink.
My first time stopping into this joint. They had a decent beer/mead selection. I tried a couple meads based on the bartenders suggestion. They were both delightful. I was told the place is in between owners (or Management) and that the kitchen was not operating. The bartender was great. I don't live in close proximity to this bar but if I did it would be a regular watering hole for me. I'll definitely check it out again once food is being served.
Taps galore! They have tons of microbrews! Huge selection on tap. The bar staff is very knowledgeable and can help you decide what beer you are looking for. They also have bottled beers, liquor, mixed drinks, and wine. There are dart boards, a pool table, juke box and friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend this place.
Always a good time. Wednesday nights its free pool til 10pm. Drinks are always on point. The people who work there are great!
Stacie is the best bartender!! New ownership and they really are enhancing the bar. Def a place to watch out for!
The bartender was a very friendly young lady, fast and efficient as well.
Good place to do coke in the bathroom, bad place to go if you're trying to go after work and they say they're open at 4 am but they're closed by 12:45
Great beer selection... will definitely be back
