Update 9/14/23: Stopped back for a party in the outdoor space called "The Field". Was really awesome! The venue exceeded expectations. Newly completed and well thought out from the windscreens and fire pits, to the outdoor games like cornhole. The service was great and the Roast Beef was delicious. #Impressed! Cool bar right by the airport on Transit Rd. (near Holtz). A bunch of TVs to catch the games you are looking for. Large space with lots of seating. The drinks were nice and cold and the food was pretty good! We especially enjoyed the roast beef, pizza (thin) and the homemade chips. Locally owned and operated with many improvements underway at the adjacent hotel and hotel grounds. There were some pretty cool renderings in the hotel area of what things will look like in the future. Construction was underway. Great seeing positive improvements in the area!

I recently visited 365 Sports Bar and Grill and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. The portions were plentiful and the food was incredibly tasty. I ordered the Texas burger and they were some of the best I've ever had - perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The burger I had was also fantastic, with a generous patty and fresh toppings that really made it stand out. But what really made my experience at 365 Sports Bar and Grill so great was the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My server, John, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making recommendations and checking in on me throughout my meal. It's rare to find such great service these days, and it really made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend 365 Sports Bar and Grill to anyone looking for a great meal in a fun atmosphere. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. I can't wait to come back and try more items from the menu!

Awesome 🤩. Had the Poutine with pot roast, absolutely delish! I also had the White Zinfandel which was very nice if you like sweet wine. My server Rosa was amazing! Love you Rosa! 🥰❤️❤️❤️

Didn’t know what to expect from a sports bar at an airport hotel but it exceeded all expectations! Had really great Buffalo wings and a Buffalo wing pizza accompanied with a local beer. Add to that the great, personal and sincere service by Kristen and you have a great dining experience

This review is definitely a mixed review. The 3 stars is mostly because the service was not the greatest. We should’ve just ordered online because ordering over the phone totally failed us. The food was GREAT, but we wanted stuffed pepper and they gave a side of banana peppers with the burger instead. The burger was cooked and stacked to perfection, french fries also perfectly fried they didn’t stand a chance haha. The wings were also cooked to perfection, just the right amount of crispy and saucy. My only issue is they were supposed to be spicy bbq and they had the faintest taste of bbq, they were just straight up hot. But again everything we got tasted great just don’t feel like we got what we wanted and ordered. Also not a single napkin in the bag.

The wait staff is extremely friendly. It was hard to get their attention, don't know if they were understaffed, or too busy. Food is of good quality considering the price. Plenty of televisions in both the dining and bar area so you can watch any game. Go Bills!

I waited over 30 minutes for just 10 chicken wings and almost 20 minutes for this very dry, charred, too burnt burger. They were two separate orders. I’m not only disappointed with the timing of food and the quality but also the customer service. I’m not one to usually write bad reviews. But I really need to put it out there, not just because of this food that is not safe to consume but the person working in the bar was very cold to me. I don’t know if it’s because of my race as an Asian, but I definitely did not feel welcome there as I was waiting for my food.

The Yaki Udon is good and also the pineapple sushi. Sushi isn't the most authentic it's definitely some kind of fusion. I wouldn't recommend the tiramisu personally (too much green tea flavor that made the cake bitter)

Excellent Japanese Thai fusion food cooked and presented professionally. I would give it Michelin stars. Only problem is seating is a little small and they only except physical cards no tap other than that. They are perfect.

We love Teton Kitchen. Best sushi in Buffalo! The Thai food is amazing as well. I alternate between the Salmon Lover sushi meal, and their Thai Basil Fried rice. Pray that you run into the owners, Taka and Khin, as they are wonderful people as well.

I got the green mussels and the Thai pineapple fried rice. The food was very tasty, but the service was a little slow. The others in my party got the fried noodles and those were also good! I would recommend this place if you are in the area and are craving Thai food.

We've never been to this place, and it was great. Nothing in the area was open. We just left the movie theater. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice, and my girlfriend got the Thai basil rice. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends. If you're in the area, check it out. **UPDATE** Always a pleasure coming into this restaurant, service is always great, food is always fresh and hot. Sushi was perfect, some of the best I’ve had in the area!! **UPDATE** I still believe this is some of the best sushi that I’ve had in Western New York, you do not want to pass this place. The people here are absolutely wonderful!! You should try the Philadelphia roll, and the amigos roll!!

We ordered rainbow roll, kiss of a spider woman, Raptor roll, and crunchy shrimp tempura roll. They were all delicious and the pieces were all big. The service was great! We would definitely come back again.

I'm not from Buffalo, so my friend found this place on Google and we decided to check it out, and I'm glad we did. Reasonable prices, my food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I'm in love with the rocket shrimp and the sushi; the Pad Thai and beef salad were good too. Definitely coming back when I visit Buffalo! ❤️

Best Polish food ever. Just like grandma used to make! Polish Villa is good as or better than some restaurants I went to in Krakow Poland. I usually come in with my service dog 🐕‍🦺 and have never had any issues. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I drive 1 hour to eat here. It's definitely worth the drive.

It was an extremely busy lunch rush for the 2 Ladies running it. When I say busy I mean 95% of the tables were full and there was a large party of a mom that doesn't parent at all, a grandma obsessed only with the newest grand baby, and many extremely unruly badly behaved children running the poor waitress ragged. The manager and waitress still kept up with everything even with screaming running kids demanding a million things at a time. The kitchen kept up even though they were beyond slammed. The 2 women were seating, serving, and clearing tables very efficiently. The Polish sampler platter was absolutely amazing, the best he's ever had. He's still ranting and raving about it being mind blowing a week later. I have a mild onion allergy and the 2 Ladies worked with me on specially designing my own dish with the least onions. The gravy was so delicious we absolutely loved it. Their house made noodles were seriously perfect, like Grandma used to make. The kitchen made a little mess up on the roast beef on my dish because they were so busy. The Ladies fixed the situation for me and we're happy. The bread was so soft and flavorful, we could eat a whole loaf haha. We were so impressed and we'll make the drive from Chautauqua Lake again sometime soon!

Traditional Polish Comfort Food with Great Service Review: On a business trip in Buffalo, I was looking for something unique and stumbled upon Polish Villa, a traditional Polish mom-and-pop spot. The restaurant isn’t flashy, but it was bustling with locals even on a Thursday night, which felt like a good sign. The server was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for a first-timer like me. I went with her recommendation, the Polish platter, which included a hearty spread: one golabek, one kielbasa with onions and sauerkraut, two pierogi, a potato pancake, and a bowl of soup. The soup was a nice surprise—different but delicious. The meal came out simply plated, not fancy, but everything tasted fresh and comforting. The pierogi were my favorite, and the kielbasa was flavorful. The golabek was good, though I wasn’t a huge fan of their sauce. Overall, it was a solid, authentic Polish meal with attentive service. A good spot to try traditional dishes, though I probably wouldn’t go back again.

Hard to express how awesome and well done the food is here. First, the service was impeccable with the 2 sweet ladies giving their best hospitality! The perogies are lights out! So is the potato pancake. Had the Roast Chicken special. It was done perfect. Nice mild Kraut; full of flavor. Great ambiance with polka pleasantly playing in the background. FAIR prices also. If I lived here, I'd be eating at this place 5 days a week! Keep it up Polish Villa!

Took my parents for dinner recently. This was their first time at Polish Villa. What a great experience - great food and service! Dawn, our server, was fantastic and any of the staff we interacted with were great! We will be back again.

The entire staff was extremely friendly! They are clearly very busy and short on staff, but that didn’t stop them from providing great service with a smile. The food was delicious and the vibe inside was cool. They don’t serve alcohol, but that’s okay! The meat and mushroom sauce pierogis are a must! We were unsure if we’d like the soup (blood & beef base, cinnamon and raisin) and they offered to let us both taste test it. We ended up both loving it! Thanks for a fun experience 😊

The absolutely most fabulous traditional home made Polish food ever enjoyed. Each and every bite has you longing for more while served with attentive care. Defiinitely save room for the house made pies and you wont be disapointed. Definitely recommend!

Let’s start with the server, she was great super bubbly and able to spot our needs before we did, so she swooped in and helped. All the food we ate was great I loved the waffles. Nice big meal, We ate well and will definitely be going back.

We came to Cheesecake Factory on a Tuesday afternoon (12:30 pm ish) for lunch, our group was 6 people. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, we waited 5 minutes to be seated. Our waitress greeted us and took our drink orders and kids lunch order. The drinks came promptly and kids got their lunch within 20 minutes. Our waitress came back to take the adults lunch order, but for whatever reason the food took 45 minutes after we placed our order. The restaurant was not busy so I was very confused why the food took so long. My meat loaf and the sides were on the salty side. Overall, it was a terrible experience especially the wait time for the food when the restaurant wasn't that busy.

I cannot praise Kelly enough for how amazing her service was almost 2 weeks ago! When we came in, there were already problems with problematic customers and then during our meal a large group of TERRIBLY behaved teenagers were given to her. They were throwing bread and behaving like animals. The ENTIRE time Kelly never lost her cool, she handled everything with grace and politeness. Although we were told I’m sorry I’ll be right with you - understandably so, she managed to juggle everyone and was such a lovely person to chat with. The food tasted great as well, as did the drinks. I sadly lost the receipt with the survey code and live in Canada, but I cannot sing her praises enough. I would go back just for her service and I don’t even eat cheesecake! Kelly was amazing.

My friend and I stopped in after a day at the mall. Food was great and our waiter made our time even better. Our waiter Mark (Roundtree)was AMAZING. He was so kind and even made a little plate for my friends birthday cheesecake she got…lit the candle and wrote happy birthday around the plate…SO SWEET. My birthday was last month so he gave me a sundae too. If you ever come in, ask to be seated with Mark!

The Gumbo was flavorful, with a balance of spices and a tomato base. The meat was tender and flavorful , was expecting salmon and the salad but they put shrimp instead , the meal was good and delicious and overall the experience was good. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the decor added to the overall cultural atmosphere.

We went to dinner and I was going to order eggs and bacon. The waitress told my friend the Tuscan Chicken was her favorite when he asked what was good. So at that time I changed my mind and had the same. It was very good. Will definitely order that again. Appetizer was chicken pot stickers. Over all wait was about 15 minutes and everyone was pleasant.

Went with my 2 Sisters for our monthly lunch/dinner. $200+ spent butbwe had appetizers(spinach/artichoke dip). 3 separate entrees and 3 desserts. WELL WORTH IT. AND DOGGIE BAGS FOR THE NEXT DAY!!!

I did a pickup order. The order took FOREVER to even come out, there were 2 cars that came AFTER me and got their orders almost immediately. I ordered chicken parm and chicken gnocchi soup and salad. I have absolutely had way better soup from a can and that has ALWAYS been my fave soup from OG. There's a pic of what was in my salad and the chicken parm tasted like it sat all day. The pasta was hard and all clumped together. Olive garden is getting just like all these other places that USED TO BE great but now are garbage. I was very disappointed and I'm sure I will not be back.

My husband and I (Canadians) went here a few nights ago, we had the most wonderful server Betsy, she was so sweet and overall we had a really nice experience. The food was great! Endless soups and salads totally filled us up so next time we would probably share something because portions were decent on the pasta dishes we got! Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because to be honest when converted to CAD that was a very expensive meal for just 2 pastas. Overall though quite good, and Betsy was great.

pro: - great service from Hunter, very attentive and clearly is very good at what he does - offer lunch size portions for people with smaller appetite, comes with complimentary break sticks, salad or soup - very good prices con: - angel hair was wayyyyyy overcooked - got charged $3 table game fee without any notice or warning on the tablet, the server did offer to refund it after we've paid but we were in a rush so we just left it it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back

So my friend Brian and I went to the Olive Garden on Walden for dinner tonight. Everything was great in the beginning. Our server was absolutely amazing and has no fault in this situation whatsoever. Brian ordered some seafood pasta thing and I ordered the tour of Italy. When I got my plate and I saw the size of the chicken parm on my plate I was appalled. It was so tiny. And usually it's like a whole chicken breast. It literally looked like a tiny hockey puck. I'm never one to complain. Working in the restaurant industry as long as I have I try not to complain. But Brian asked to speak with the manager and this woman whose name is Elise, said well you get what you get when you order from here... She was very rude. When you work in the restaurant industry any kind of management would try to correct the situation instead of making you feel like the problem. We waited to speak with another manager named Danielle after Elise asked us if we wanted an "ETA" on the other manager... Danielle did offer to rectify the situation but we did sit there for well over a half an hour waiting for her to come over. So we chose to just leave. I will never go back there again. So I guess Olive Gardens new logo is "You Get What You Get!" And you get an "ETA"! 🤣

For my Canadians - 2 sirloin 6oz steaks with the Alfredo pasta and a 15% tip was about $75 CAD. Food was mid, nothing spectacular but the portions were huge. Keep in mind the bread sticks (amazing btw) and soup are endless :) Staff were so kind and accommodative :)

I have to say Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants to go. I love eating as much salad as I want. For those who love salad like me, that's the place to go. Their salad dressing is so delicious! The bread is so good and warm. I love lasagna, and most of the time, that's what I have. Service was pretty good and quite fast. I can go back any day and any time.

I placed an online delivery order through Olive Garden’s website today (Friday, October 3, 2025) at 3:40 PM ET, and it did not arrive until 4:43 PM—over an hour later—and the food was cold on arrival. Unfortunately, the quality was also far below Olive Garden’s usual standards: Breadsticks: extremely stale, as if they’d been sitting for hours. Salad: warm and mostly brown leaves. Entrée (ravioli): I ordered it with meat sauce, but received a thin, watery red sauce with a few sprinkles of cheese on top that was never melted. I’ve never had a bad experience with Olive Garden before, which makes this especially disappointing. Given the long delay and the poor quality across every item, I’m requesting a full refund (or a comparable replacement/credit) and for this feedback to be shared with the location that prepared the order.

So we decided to try this place. The wait was about 20 minutes to be seated but they were busy and there is 5 of us. One we got seated our waitress was right there to get our order. The food took a little bit but was good. All an all we will be back

Alton’s is a classic great place for breakfast or brunch. Their Elma location we ate at is great for larger groups and has some flexible seating. I had the country omelet with home fries and toast. It was super good and had great value and food came out fast. Big fan of Alton’s will definitely be going back

Love going to this restaurant. It's a typical Greek family restaurant. Lots of options. Really like the gyro warp. Service is always fast. Breakfast all day.

Went here for our first time to have lunch. Seated promptly and waitress was very attentive. Brought over another drink when mine was getting low which I thought was great. Had the sampler platter for an appetizer. Nice spread but would have thought hot sauce for the fingers but I could have asked for that. Wife had the chicken supreme sandwich. She said it was very good. I ordered the patty melt. The meat was very tender and cooked properly. My complaint is any time I have ordered one there was ample amount of onions on the sandwich. Not sure if they forgot them but there weren't any onions on it. Overall we were happy with our meal.

This place is always hopping and it's easy to understand why. The place itself is in a great location with great parking, it's well-designed and put together for functionality, seating, and movement throughout. The cleanliness is superb. We watch them move tables and chairs to ensure the floors are clean as well as, clean as things should be cleaned; if not better. The bathroom is clean and not caked in dust or dirt; well-maintained. The staff from top to bottom is very well-mannered, kind, and helpful. The food never disappoints, ever! At least it hasn't for me anyway, or any family and friends I have brought to Alton's who have made it a staple on their menu of choices. We've been going here for years, upon years. Today we ordered the spinach feta omelet with crispy home fries with onion and rye toast and Alton's Special breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon). We will continue enjoying Alton's to say the least.

First time Here, and the last time First let me say, that the visual display of the food may look appealing and look like it was a well- cooked dinner. But clearly from the looks ,don't be deceived it was disgusting. I haven't had a terrible off dinner in wny since 2021, yet this is exactly what happened. I feel sorry for the waitress, seeing her tips may be effected from the disoray of lack of fresh food. I tipped her anyway seeing our bill was way over a $100.00 First dinner , NY strip steak, gasked for medium well, I received over cooked super dry, over salted and unfortunately disgusting, sides sweet potato just barley cooked. And. Wow. Super uncooked hard as nails brussel sprouts, with a chard outside, and on top of they were completely Spoiled, spoiled you hear me , the smell and taste of fishy mold wash to knock me out. The bread was under cooked and raw in the middle, The second dinner was a Ribeye Ordered medium it was far from medium, just barley pink. This too was over cooked and heavily salted asparagus was undercooked hard and potato was just a small potato. Third dinner, T bone steak , was ordered as medium as well it was completely cooked, and over salted and the asparagus was hard, had to ask for a new side was told this time it was double steamed ??? Wth does that mean. Microwaved ? All three of our dinners were unpleasant,all three of us. Nope not going back No excuse sorry, Friday night 5 pm only a 1/3 rd of the restaurant was filled and most of the workers were young, and three were under 21 Dose it enough seating yes. Did it have enough booths no Does it have highchairs, not that I saw I did hear one toddler! Dose it have a vegetarian option NO Can they cook a vegetable correctly nope Was this a serious question, yes because all could smell was spilled rotten brussel sprouts through out the restaurant that clearly saw no one eating

Longhorn Steakhouse is a great place to get an affordable steak. My favorite is the Flo's Filet. On my last visit, I sat in the bar area and had a burger with the chicken bites as an appetizer. The server was polite and efficient.

My first time at this restaurant. I loved it. The spinach dip and flat bread...to die for. Chicken was perfect. The salad was the first for me. Very good

I go here quite a bit but usually sit at the bar around dinner time to grab a bite. I was very surprised and happy with the lunch special!! Great food!! Great price!!

It brings me no joy giving this place 3 stars. The good: food and service. The bad: atmosphere and cleanliness. Food and service was nothing spectacular but also not terrible. We ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. Char was good and flavors were there but there were some burnt pieces and the meat by the bone was rarer than hoped. Service was also not terrible but also nothing to brag about. What really gave this place 3 stars was the cleanliness. Again not the worst but you could tell that the booth walls haven't been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was also dirty and the place had a musky smell. The booth that we sat on rocked a bit and the cushion was not comfortable. It was clear that the booth cushions had to be replaced. This is not an indictment on LongHorn as we frequent other locations. Again not a terrible place to eat, just not better than average.

I realize you're not supposed to say "always" or "never," however, in this case, I must. I love Longhorn because it's always a relaxing atmosphere, service is always top-notch and the food, I typically order one of the many different steak options, is nothing less than perfection, always. The only thing I can say negative, they are pricey, but who isn't? And they are worth every penny!

I mean. It's airport food. Price will be higher and quality will be lower just the fact. However. The quality of the food ain't so bad given its an airport joint. Beer selection is good and staff is friendly. It's good. Not spectacular But good. I will visit here again if my choice is to eat in the airport

First, I'll start by stating that the low review is solely due to not having fresh chicken for orders and substituting with frozen chicken, which was a bad option. The establishment is picturesque with good energy carried by staff. Also, it's a good environment for socializing and enjoying some drinks. The bartender was really cool and easygoing. In addition, he was attentive to customers and staff with their drink orders. I would recommend less sodium in the food and use real chicken; this is your staple and what customers come to experience. Sadly, my experience was not as expected, but I survived and would hope to return with a better quality of chicken. Thanks!

A Buffalo staple! Went here for lunch before my flight and was able to watch the Bills game too. Boneless wings were excellent. Ordered the mild but still had a kick to it.

Wow, came for the wings (had to compare against Duff's) so much better. Really jucy made to perfection wings on top of that blue cheese souce was so good and service by Magen was quick and professional, nice relaxed atmosphere. I hope to be back soon

I lived in Kenmore for 40 years and moved away 5 years ago. But every time I visit I MUST stop here and get the buffalo chicken omelette. It's amazing and the staff are so friendly. I definitely feel like I'm home when I visit.

This place does seem to be a popular breakfast spot as it was quite crowded. Unfortunately we were not very satisfied. The prices were quite high. .75 for a small bit of chopped onion on the home fries seems inappropriatly expensive. A milkshake costs 7.99. One side of my toast was not toasted. The room was quite loud and it was hard to hear one another.

Always an excellent meal and service. Hubby and I drive the 40 minutes from Clarence to eat here. Prices for what you get is very reasonable. Food is consistent and so is the service. We've been coming here for a decade or more. The owner is always around and seats everyone. He is a very pleasant man. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Two thumbs up.

I decided to stop by after seeing all the positive reviews. The old-school diner vibe was charming. The waitress was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. My food came out quickly, and it was delicious. Definitely a place I’d visit again! Great prices too!

Food was great. One of the best omelets I've had in quite some. French toast was cooked pretty close to perfect in my opinion of how I like it. Server was friendly and outgoing.

Normally don’t do this, but was very disappointed. Wish the service was as good as the food. Was busy and the waitress forgot to send our order. Also never really check in on us, we had to grab her attention. When we finally got food, about hour later it tasted amazing. Thought maybe she’d offer something to make up for it, but no discount no comped meal.

We don't get a chance to come here to often since we live in Niagara Falls but the rack of ribs don't disappoint. I tried the pulled pork soup not sure what they called it but it was amazing.The best thing is not that f he kids eat free on Wednesday but the service that night from our waitress Jerry was outstanding.We ate at the Smokey bones in cheektawaga NY next to the Galleria Mall.

Just had an amazing meal from SmokeyBones! The rack of ribs was meaty and full of flavor, baked potato was the perfect size, and those baked beans…delicious! I let the banana pudding chill in the fridge, and OMG it was incredible. Shoutout to my delivery driver who was right on time…definitely earned that generous tip. 🔥🍖

We had the Bone Fire with a side of mac and cheese. It was delicious! Our server was lovely. There was a grumpy customer that the manager had to deal with and I felt she handled the situation very well. I have read a few reviews about the employees being on their phones. Yes, they were on their phones and chatting with each other but my service was still 10/10. We went on a Saturday around 7pm-8pm and it was not busy at all.

Edit: Since this review had two more awful experiences. This location has a habit of running out of items and giving you “whatever” without checking if you’re okay with it or you can even eat it. Or mixing a side that was for another person in your other entree’s container meant for another person and covering it with barbecue sauce and meat. Also If you can’t eat what they choose to substitute- oh well. This picture was from 8/11 and apparently the chicken dinner. It is my fault for giving this place another chance. I don’t know what has happened to it but its gone way downhill between food quality and customer service (who accuses a customer of calling a “scam number” that identified themselves as the restaurant and took your order when being directed from the website ordering system?) ——- I've reviewed here before a while back but wanted to update my review and it wouldn't let me edit. This location seems to have a bizarre range of experiences... from great to awful. Last night, 7/28, I tried to place an online pickup order through the website. It wouldn't let me and said I had to call it in, and the submission button turned to a button to call, including the number, which was the restaurants. I call and am on hold a while, which is fine. Someone answers and it sounds more like a call center, again, that's find. I place my order, the $14.99 special that includes and appetizer and meal. It's set for pickup at 10:35PM. When I arrive, there is confusion. My order isn't ready. Actually, there is no order. I don't want to blame initial staff because she was new and trying. She said it didn't exist. I explained to her and showed her (I had the windows open on my browser) and she suggested I called a "scam number." So I pull up your google information and show it's the restaurant phone. She says she'll go check with a manager and disappears in the kitchen. When she returns she tells me that the call center messed up and this is the second time today this happened. That the special no longer exists according to the manager. I ask why my order was taken by the main restaurant call center then and I wasn't told the promotion ended, I asked why it was still on the website then and listed to running through 7/31. She didn't know and that they "mess up." I'm told I can order something else though. A server comes over and helps, she hears me mention the special and says "that's still running." She helps place the order, assures me it'll be "right up" and also mentions a discount or something extra for the inconvenience. I get the order. It's fine. I'm not given a discount or anything extra. I'm not saying mistakes don't happen but it was a really awkward situation. The manager was nowhere to be seen, yet making new employees engage in situations like this and passing wrong information to them, potential escalating the situation, instead of handling it.... like a manager. I've been in customer service, including management for over 20 years and this is not how you diffuse or handle a situation like this when it's on the restaurant or company's end. Also to promise a discount or item for the situation then just not include it.... it would be better not to say anything. There was another guy there waiting and had some kind of issue I overheard. Staff came out with an item stating whatever he ordered was out so they replaced it with something else.... without asking him if that was okay. It was pretty odd and he was equally confused about his experience, making a comment to me when we were both waiting. Also, just a thought. When packaging meals, it would be nice not to throw things like cornbread in a container mixed with a bunch of other items and sauces. Some people don't mind the mix but others don't, or can't, or it might be meant for later. It was pretty gross and inedible as it absorbed a bunch of liquid and got soggy gross.

Really enjoyed the food. The smoked wings and smoked turkey was amazing. Mac and cheese was super cheesy and delicious. Our server Camara was Awesome, very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Finally, I decided to try this place. The food and service were good. The mango habanero wings were absolutely delicious. I would definitely come again.

We had a larger group and it took over an hour and a half to get our food. The server was good at keeping our drinks filled, but the food took forever and clearly a lot of it had been sitting in a warming oven for over an hour. Prices were pretty high too. Out of our large group the only person who didn't have any complaints about the food got the brisket chili and it's not hard to mess up a chili, especially from it sitting out too long. I got the appetizer nachos and the chips were soggy and the cheese was one hard chunk from being heated too long. Nachos would have been good if they were fresh. People in our group said they asked for medium on their steak, but it had clearly been in a warming oven so long that it turned well done and the sides were hard and had to be stirred well. Brisket was also not very good according to multiple people who got it. It was overall a disappointing experience, especially having to wait so long when the restaurant wasn't even busy. We were even there on a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty empty, which I guess tells you a lot about the food quality. I've heard good things about smokey bones other locations, including from those in our group who decided to go here. Unfortunately I won't be back to this location.

Really wanted a calzone. I had just seen a post on facebook about this place, and every single comment recommended it for a calzone. I ordered one, it said mozzarella and ricotta. So I asked for a calzone, light ricotta and pepperoni. Got home and was so disappointed. The box was cold when I picked it up. So I knew we were off to a bad start. There was only ricotta and pepperoni in it. And it seemed to be barely cooked. It’s like cold flatbread with ricotta in it. I loaded up my 3 week old baby to treat myself, only to be extremely disappointed.

Good food and lots of it! We ordered takeout and a variety of dishes while visiting. The food was really good. I had the linguine and clams. One plate could have fed three people, so you get your money's worth, even with takeout!

I ordered the Veal Margherita cutlets while my girlfriend had the Pasta Alfredo. Unfortunately, the Veal Margherita was extremely disappointing — it was completely overwhelmed by the so-called “wine butter sauce,” which made the dish unpleasant to eat. Our server, a young woman, was polite but unprofessional; she never once checked on our table during the meal. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and she initially offered to remove the dish from the bill, I appreciated the gesture — however, she later returned from the kitchen and refused to honour that offer. While my girlfriend’s Pasta Alfredo was quite good, the overall experience left a poor impression. I won’t be returning, mainly due to the lack of accountability and inconsistency in customer service.

Delicious, simple antipasto salad. Iceberg lettuce, tomato, green olives, chi-chi beans, banana peppers, ham, salami and shredded cheese. Delicious. The pasta dinners are huge portions. I got the combo platter and after I ate soup, salad and bread, I was too full to sample much of my main course! I'll get 3 or 4 meals out of my leftovers! The combo platter comes with veal or chicken, stuffed shells and a piece of lasagna. Service is good. So is the Sangria!!

I was driving from Boston to Detroit and this is the halfway spot, so I stopped to eat, not expecting much, but my expectations were totally exceeded. I got there around 4 pm on a Sunday and there were a lot of tables filled with happy diners. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and their famous Ziti La Bella, which is baked ziti with green and red peppers and mushrooms. My kind and friendly server brought me a small loaf of the softest white bread, and there was real butter to put on it. When the ziti came it was bubbly and the cheese was brown and crispy around the edges of the ramekin. Just an all-around great dish, from taste to texture. The leftovers were fantastic the next day, too. The other customers were funny and nice, and I just had a good feeling being inside the restaurant. This place is a couple minutes off I-90 so I know I'll stop more often on my way through. What a wonderful discovery. Update 5/14/2025: Stopped again while driving across I-90 and everything was excellent again. Great food, friendly service, packed full of happy customers.

First time here. Made reservation for 4. Food very good and plentiful. Broad menu of Italian fare including veal, chicken and pasta dishes plus subs and pizza Service also very good. Large portions. Will be back for sure!

I originally wanted to go to Carrabba’s or Olive Garden, but my coworker suggested we find somewhere local since we are in from out of town. I’m so happy he made that suggestion and we found this place. The food was amazing. way better than any of the chain restaurants, delicious Italian food, good portions, average prices.

Great great and great again. Nice place but filled with great hospitality. My server was very very nice and the steak sub that I got was SOOOOO good so flavorful. It was on toasted bread. It was good to the last bite. I was really surprised at how good the food was. I would definitely go back here again and try something different the way the first impression was.

Food was SO GOOD and our server Carly was extremely nice and helpful! Have lived in the area for years and am so mad at myself for taking this long to eat here. Portions are so generous and prices are super fair! Will definitely be back, repeatedly!

Stopped in on a Friday night at 5, very busy, but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were sat down and immediately approached by our waitress. The food was good and served hot. Staff was very attentive. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely return to patronize them again.

But nothing — and I mean nothing — prepared me for the holy experience I had at Otto’s. If Notre Dame had an offensive line made of lasagna, stuffed shells, and veal parm, we’d never lose another game again. I ordered the holy trinity of comfort carbs: lasagna, stuffed shells, and veal parm — all for 24 clams. That’s not a meal. That’s a bargain bowl victory. The lasagna was stacked higher than Notre Dame’s preseason expectations. Every layer was a cheesy, saucy miracle, like Rudy finally getting on the field — if Rudy was made of ricotta and dreams. Stuffed shells? Absolute unit. Filled to the brim like a stadium on a Saturday night in South Bend. I bit into one and heard the faint echo of the fight song in my soul. And the veal parm? Oh, baby. Crispy outside, tender inside — like a 5-star recruit raised on Nonna’s gravy. If Manti Te’o had a real girlfriend, this is the dish he’d bring home to impress her. By the end, I was so full I needed a timeout, a two-minute warning, and maybe a defibrillator. Final score: Otto’s 42, My Waistline 0. Would I come back? Like Lou Holtz to a motivational speech — absolutely. Otto’s is the real deal. No gimmicks, no NIL deals, just top-tier Italian food that'll have you doing touchdown dances in the parking lot.

We are foodies and my husband is Italian so we were very excited to come here! Unfortunately we wernt a fan of the food. My husbands mushroom chicken dish was canned mushrooms and was fairly bland. I ordered chicken parm and it felt like a lot of the food was either frozen or canned? The portions are huge which is nice but we would have rather had a smaller portion and it be fresh food. The red sauce tasted very sweet so if you like that then this might be the place for you. We were seated very quickly and our waitress was incredibly nice and frequently stopped to check in on us. If the food was better we would be back but unfortunately we couldnt even finish the food. We didn't say anything because we felt like if theyre using canned mushrooms in a mushroom dish where its supposed to be the star then our comments probably wouldn't mean anything anyways.

Food was good not great. Walked in 30 minutes before close. They did service but they had already had all the tables shut down in the actual had to turn the lights back on for us. Waitress was amazing. The cannolis were not completely filled. Both myself and my wife found the spaghetti sauce too sweet.

Otto's is a nice family style restaurant. They have a nice patio for outdoor seating and 2 rooms for indoor seating. I had stuffed shells. The food was good. The waitress was friendly, even though we arrived 45 minutes before they closed. This would be a good place to stop if traveling on I-90 as it's close and easy to get back to the thruway.

LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ Went there today with my 12-year-old niece and 6-year-old daughter. First off, they charged my 12-year-old niece an adult price because she was taller than the height line on their wall. I found that kind of weird, but okay — I still decided to stay. I went to use the bathroom to wash my hands, and the toilets were disgusting — they did not look sanitized at all. I brought the issue up right away to one of the servers, who seemed to speak little English. She rudely told me to “speak to someone else.” (First red flag.) For some reason, I still decided to stay… kids were hungry 🤦🏾‍♀️. We got our food, and when I went to set a plate down at the table, my niece and daughter were still choosing from the buffet. Suddenly, my niece ran over to tell me that the same woman I had spoken to earlier had rudely yelled at my 6-year-old daughter to move, shooing her away as they were replacing food at the buffet. I went to ask what happened, and once again, she told me to speak with someone else. This time, I did. I explained the situation to another lady, who then walked over with me and spoke to the server in their language. They began yelling back and forth so loudly that everyone turned to look. I became uncomfortable and walked away — the yelling went on for at least a minute. At that point, we really should’ve left, but I still stayed 🤦🏾‍♀️. I will say, I give the food a 7/10. Everything was fresh, but my corn on the cob was extremely overcooked, and my niece’s mussels were so filthy (as you can see in the picture) — they still had the beard inside. Overall, I will never go to this buffet again. We ate because we had already paid, but I truly wish I had never patronized this establishment.

Plety choices but most of them were cold so really killed the review. The one thing was nice was the lobster. The lobster roll tho was so oily..kinda disguisting. Service was great tho.

The service here is horrible.The price is even worse..They act like they don’t know what your saying when you complain…The food is terrible I feel some years ago it used to taste better..The food is always cold &hard..everytime I come here I feel sick …It’s terrible to top it off the ice cream they had in there since 2000…Very hard&its very hard to scrap it out.freezer burn ..I don’t understand how are you supposed to make a salad with big pieces of lettuce..no options for that either…croutons were stale,they only have cucumbers&tomato.. $50 wasted ..My dad&I .my 6 yr old daughter $8.40 for a few pieces of chicken &noodles..I feel they charge different prices whatever they make up..

Horrendous!! Went here because of the reviews and we were so disappointed. The beef was rancid, the fried shrimp was stale, most if the food was either salty, stale, cold, tasted like a can.... There was a FLY stuck in the marshmallows. Wasted $40 here. Worst experience and terrible food. Also, it smelled like a dirty bathroom when entering. Proceed with caution, I truly hated this place.

We came here because the restaurant we wanted to eat was closed. Been driving past this place for years and never gone in. When we got there we immediately got seated and our drink order was taken. The food had a good selection and tasted good. It's been awhile since we've eaten at a Chinese buffet so we walked out pretty full. Some of the foods temperature could've been better.

It stank like funk right when I walked in. I should have know to walk away. I paid $20, when the sigh posted $14.99. Scam! I paid a dinner price when it was 3:30pm. Dinner includes snow crab legs. I was excited to see that! There was 10 pieces of snow crab legs the entire time I was there. The small pieces I hardly got any meat. I asked them if they could put more crab legs out. They did not the entire 45 minutes I was there. I asked if they could, she just pointed to the few crab legs. The little signs for each entree where really dirty. Does it cost that much to replace them! Gross! I would never return!

Good service by very busy wait-staff in a clean and pleasant environment. Food on the other hand was not so good. Ceasar salads were pretty good but the mains were not. A steak main was way over-cooked to well done despite being requested to be medium rare. The lime chicken main was far to salty and the rice was just too dry and over-seasoned. Perhaps other menu choices might have been better. They have some new chicken sandwiches that looked interesting.

I wasn’t even going to do this, but they are so unorganized and unprofessional that here I am. I ordered online Applebee’s on Walden pick up 735pm. I arrived employees were playing at the bar. There is construction underway at the pick up so you have to go in the main entrance to pickup food. I got home bit into it chicken was completely raw with hot sauce on it. I Called them right away. The manager said well, what would you like me to do?🙄 I said I would like a full refund. She offered me a gift card. Why would I want to come back to the place that tried to poison me. The next day someone else called me and I told her all they did was offer me a gift card and I do not want a gift card. I want a full refund to my card. She said OK I was satisfied. THEN I received another call from corporate so they can issue my gift card that I did not want and get my full name. I said ma’am, I don’t want a gift card. I want my full refund. I just spoke with someone at the store, She said oh I’m from corporate. We don’t usually give full refunds. We shouldn’t be doing that. I said why would I want to come back to the restaurant and spend more money. She said oh OK and hung up.

Chained restaurant, good for travelers, a place to have a quick bite to eat, a beer to wash the food down. We ordered dinner for two that was advertised for 25 dollars. But, an upgrade would cost 32 dollars, we ended up elected the upgrade. Food was average at best. Service was awful. There was a long wait from salad to main course. Everything is edible, but nothing worth writing home about. They had shortage of silverware, we had to share a knife to cut our meats. Would be a long time for us to eat at any Applebees again.

Our server was Mary, she had a rude tone from the start and when we asked for some of our change back (we still tipped) she rolled her eyes at us and walked away

Worst waiter I have ever had. He didn’t look at us or let us finish a sentence walked off took an excessive amount of time to get our food and our check when finished had to hunt someone down to pay our bill. Terrible service!!!

To start we were told it was a 25 minute wait. The host said it was because her manager told her to “hold the door” because he was “expoing” - like we were supposed to know what that meant. Thanks to google I figured it out. Fine, they were slammed. Understandable. But as we waited the manager pranced around the whole restaurant laughing, playing and not being a bit of professional. I will not judge someone for a chosen sexuality but he was just completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Once we were finally seated, my husband and I ordered our food. I ordered chicken wontons with extra coleslaw and they literally had the least amount of coleslaw on them lol. It was a complete joke the whole time. I’m Giving this 2 stars ONLY because of our server Terrell. Although he never asked how our food was- it was not his fault for the foolery.

Food came decently fast, but my girlfriends salmon was still raw that it was cold, the mashed potatoes weren't even room temperature. My waffle fries weren't fresh at all. Like they were sitting already before being plated. First and last time going here.

Our first time here. We got to sit outside and eat. The service was excellent, and so was the food. We had the Spicy Hawaiian pizza and the lemon pie.

Had a great dinner at this place tonight. Our first time here but we had heard about some of their dishes from friends. We started with their pepper dip appetizer and then shared the short rib entree and a mushroom pizza. Together it was too much for the two of us and we have 3 boxes of leftovers. The food was great, seriously. The short rib melts in the mouth. The pepper dip was spicy but not crazy, very tasty. The thin crust pizza was also excellent, maybe a bit more goat cheese than it needed but easy to knock off the extra. Great selection of draft beers too. Our server was very friendly and our food came out much quicker than I expected. Overall, a great time and we’ll be back there soon to try some of their other food. 👌🏽

We went to Niagara Falls for the weekend and were on our way back home when we decided that we wanted to see if we could get "New York Pizza" in Buffalo. We don't have NY pizza where we live so it was something we were hoping to do before we passed the NY border. Brick Oven Bistro hands down has some of the best pizza we have EVER had. Also, I am gluten free so I had a separate pizza apart from my family. It's also so hard to find gf food at restaurants, let alone some that taste really good. Again, hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had since learning about my gluten allergy. Highly recommend! From the pizza to the service to the beer, this is a great place. We ordered pizza and calzones and both were excellent. Would definitely return if not “out of towners”. The service was also incredible with a couple of different people asking us how the food was. It’s obvious they take a ton of pride in their food and the experience of their patrons. Well done! Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This place had really good,authentic New York pizza! We had the stuffed banana peppers and they were outta this world. The selection of beer and wine was exponentially excellent. Definitely worth stopping in for a pie.

First time trying this place, and let me tell you they did not disappoint at alll. The waitress was so good and nice. The food was top tier, the Philly cheesesteak pizza was the best I’ve ever had and I am for sure gonna be ordering from here a lot! So happy I found this place

Visited Brick Oven Bistro for the first time recently. My husband and I ordered 1 French onion soup, 1 house salad, and 1 pizza special to share for dinner. We enjoyed our food a lot but we thought the atmosphere could use some improvement. The French onion soup was classic and very good, and we loved the white balsamic dressing on the house salad (it had hints of garlic). The pizza special (chicken fajita) was flavorful and we liked the medium-thin crust. However, we were seated towards the back of the restaurant near the side-door (close to the bar) and our meal was continuously disrupted by the freezing winter air that blew in as guests entered/exited the restaurant. This occurred nearly every 10 minutes and was very uncomfortable. Also, our server did not stop over to ask how we liked our meals and it was tough to get our waters refilled. The lighting in this half of the restaurant seemed too dark compared to the front half. Overall I would return for the food and reasonable prices, but I would not have high expectations in regards to service/atmosphere.

Yummy blooming onion. It's a loud place in case you plan on wanting a quiet meal, know this is not the place. Our waitress was great. The hostess never looked up when she talked to anyone. Plus told my daughter and myself 2 different things.

I can't give TR anything less than 5 stars because I love it too much but this trip didn't go as well as usual. Both guys got the big bone in steaks, both ordered med/rare and both came out blue. They sent them back and one was eh ok, still pretty rare and the other was still very rare. Sorry TR but yeah that wasn't a little oopsie, sent back and STILL came back wrong, arghhhhh. Sucks to give a bad review because I rarely do but I have to be honest on my reviews. Doesn't mean we won't be back, and we drive all the way from Toronto Canada because I love TR that much. Hopefully next trip over the border will be better. Ps, the manager took one glance at the steak and said, nothing more needs said, i see it and he took 1 steak off the bill, eh that big a mistake it should have been more but we didn't want to make a fuss and didn't make a big deal about the other steak, that's on us. Oh and yes everything else was delicious.

We came in on a Wednesday evening before heading up to the hospital to visit a family member. We had awful service…. I have worked in the industry for years so I give a lot of grace when it’s busy. We did online check in and we were sat after slightly longer than the quoted wait. No biggie. After 10 minutes a girl approached saying our server was busy… we gave her our drink and food orders. She was slightly argumentative about the kids drinks… Another 10 minutes goes by and we still don’t have drinks but then the server approached. I explained that our order was taken by the first girl. Then we get our drinks finally. I placed a to go order at this time for the family member at the hospital… after another 15 minutes someone brings my husband his chili then 10 minutes after that my daughter gets her salad. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. And almost an hour for the to go order which was given to us not bagged and missing sides… so it then took even longer… This location has gone down hill dramatically. The newer wait staff seems untrained & the service from start to finish was awful. Plus i noticed several workers on their phones on the floor when I went to the bathroom... I was so disappointed. When we got the food to the hospital my family member bit into it and it was cooked completely wrong… I am so disappointed in this location. This type of service never happens at the Greece Location..

Overall had a good experience here the staff was very nice and service was good. The food was all very good and since it was the first time we’ve been to Texas Roadhouse they gave us a free appetizer sampler plate. The bread was excellent but don’t fill up on that because the portions for the meals were very generous. There were very long wait times so be prepared for that before you go.

We made a reservation and waited until we received the text we were up and to come inside. We waited about ten min for the hostess to come seat us. When we got to our table the bus boy was still cleaning off the table. Under the table was a ton of food and garbage and I told the hostess it needed to be cleaned up. She said ok and never came back. About 4-5 min later and no one addressing the fact we are all standing around waiting for our area to be cleaned I seen a bus boy and asked him to please clean it. Our waitress seemed nice enough once she came over and brought our drinks and one appetizer quickly. We waited about 45 minutes and asked how much longer our order was going to be and was told soon. Another 25-30 minutes go by and we ask again and also our drinks were gone. She said it has only been 25 minutes since the ticket was put in so we had about 10-15 minutes left of wait time. We said no we have been here for an hour. The people who came in at least 15 minutes after us has already gotten their meals and they had two more people then we did. Once our food came 4 out of five meals were Luke warm at best and none of our meat was cooked properly as we all wanted med to well done and the steaks all were very pink and again luke warm at best. We didn’t want it and asked to speak to a manager and Tori came over and was useless. Her response was she won’t charge us for any of the food we sent back! Obviously not since we explained our experience from the door to speaking to her and she only charged us for the one meal which was salmon that one of said was actually cooked right. We paid for the appetizer and one of the drinks to go along with the one out of five meals. Tori had a little attitude and said well what are you looking for then? I said dinner would have been great! She only apologized as we were leaving . This is the 2nd time visiting this location and the first time wasn’t much better. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us as well and the long wait times was ridiculous. We sent our food back and sis not want to wait around for them to remake our food again so after waiting for Almost two hours we left hungry!!!!

Me and some girlfriends came here for the first time from Canada, when we told them we’ve never been here they brought us a sampler of their sides which we thought was great, they all tasted so good!! The drinks and food were top notch! Very generous portions and fairly priced. Trish our server was so sweet and attentive. Overall this was a great experience and we will definitely be back next time we’re in the states :)

Returned to this awesome restaurant for dinner, which was as good as my previous visits a few years ago. We had shrimp and steak, both excellent. I enjoyed the 'peanut' experience they had before, but I perfectly understand the reasons for scaling it down to packaged nuts at the moment. The atmosphere is awesome, matching the food. The rolls are really good, so fresh and soft. I did appreciate being able to see the fresh cuts of meat, and seeing into the kitchen. Worth a visit.

Disappointing Service and Long Wait Times I visited Salsarita’s today (Saturday) and was extremely disappointed with the service. The workers were moving at an incredibly slow pace, causing the line to back up significantly. I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to place my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-casual restaurant. The biggest issue seemed to be the lack of staffing. There were only two employees handling everything, and it was clear that a third worker was needed to help delegate tasks and improve efficiency. With better coordination and quicker service, customers wouldn’t have to wait nearly an hour for their food. In addition to the slow service, I also experienced poor communication from the staff. When I asked for hot sauce, the worker stared at me as if I had said something confusing and proceeded to grab hot salsa instead. This lack of attention to customer requests made the experience even more frustrating. Suggestions for Improvement: Increase Staffing During Peak Hours – Having an additional worker would allow for better task management and significantly reduce wait times. Improve Employee Efficiency – Training staff to work faster and more effectively under pressure would help keep lines moving. Better Customer Service Training – Ensuring employees listen carefully and accurately fulfill orders would enhance the customer experience. Until these issues are addressed, I can’t see myself returning anytime soon. I hope Salsarita’s takes these concerns seriously and works on improving their service.

The Food Here Is Amazing!! Staff Is Very Attentive When We Go, We Often Pick This Location Over Rachels. Only Thing I'd Request Is Staying Open A Little Longer. Thanks For Dinner Guys!

It’s food. Maybe I’m spoiled by the quality of Chipotle in California, but everything was really bland and under seasoned. For $15 a burrito you might as well go to Taqueria Ranchos Dos on Delaware. It’s authentic and much better

We stopped by for a quick take out lunch. It was my first time at this location. This is your standard make your own taco/ burrito/ salad spot. We chose burrito and a burrito bowl. There are some great lunch specials here everyday if you are looking for a bargain. Large portion sizes. Lots of indoor seating. First of all the chips, salsa and queso here are awesome! If you get the combo meal you get a huge bag of chips for each meal with your choice of guacamole or queso and salsa. The chips are super light, fresh and addicting. Definitely a highlight of coming to eat here. The queso is creamy and not too spicy, probably some of the best for a take out chain. Salsa was fresh with a little kick. Great to eat alone or as a topping. The guacamole was just ok. Edible but not super fresh and no overwhelming flavor of avocado after eating. The steak and chicken in the meals was just ok. We weren’t overly impressed. The quality was mediocre at best. It was palatable with the fresh ingredients and toppings. I have been to other locations of Salsaritas and the meat seemed to be better, as in maybe more fresh and better prepared. The staff was wearing masks and following covid protocols.

Chips and salsa are good, service is decent/good but apparently even though the waitress puts the food orders in right don’t expect to get what your order the way you order it. Ordered a beef taco salad but got a chicken salad, not quite sure how you mess that up. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. Others were also complaining that they did not get what they ordered. Strange.

Great place! Very flavorful and you get a lot of food for a fair price. The adult drinks are great and great priced. Thought the bill would be expensive but when it came it was a lot cheaper than I had thought! Would recommend this place to friends ♡

The food was okay. Our waiter forgot our appetizer (chorizo queso) and brought it out after our entrees were finished being consumed and most of our chips were gone. Despite it being ordered just after our drink orders were first placed. At the end of our meal our waiter over charged me by double. Look at your receipt when you pay otherwise your $28 meal will turn into a $54 one. Not sure where the mix up happened but you’d think our waiter would have thought it odd that a lunch meal and a kids meal be $54.

I had Fajitas El Agave and I thought they were delicious. My friends had the combo platters and hated them. The restaurant was super busy and Our server was slow/confused, maybe he was new, but regardless he forgot our chips, drinks, straw, refills more than once and had to be reminded multiple times to bring them. Food was delicious for me.

This was our first time trying And both my husband and I thought it was pretty good. The onion rings were a bit soggy and maybe cooked in old grease but overall the hotdogs were good and the staff is on point getting everyone helped and dealing with the long line.

Lately I’ve not had a good experience. Today my fries were over cooked and hard, they gave me like the end of the bag. And when I tried to use my rewards points the cashier said they applied and I still paid full price. Just go get help if you don’t know. The place is way to expensive for food not to be made correctly manager needs to supervise in monitor material a lot better.

We heard of Ted’s from Instagram and decided to give it a try on our trip to Buffalo. We’re glad we did. We beat the lunch rush. Kids meals had great portion sizes. As did the chili cheese fries and onion rings. Very shareable. Hot dogs were great. All kinds of options to customize to your taste. My wife loved the grilled onions. I went with the footlong chili cheese dog. Would definitely stop in again.

Really happy that they have kiosk now. You can place your order with ease and without feeling rushed.

Food: Delicious American cuisine. I had a double bacon cheeseburger, a chili cheese dog and a regular hot dog. Everything tasted great, especially because they cook over charcoal and it is prepared right in front of you. I love being able to customize each item as uniquely as I want. Plus, between 3:00pm and 4:00pm, regular hot dogs are half off. Service: The employees were extremely friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Overall I had a great experience and I definitely recommend.

Came there for lunch today, used one of the kiosks. They forgot a hot dog in the bag. I ordered and paid for 2 but only got 1. NOT A FAN OF THE NEW SYSTEM. I LIKED THE OLD SYSTEM BETTER. THESE KIOSKS ARE A MESS. However called and getting a refund. Technology stinks.

Several of us went out to dinner for dinner theatre. The food was excellent and our server was very good. They were short on people who called in, but you would never have known. She was excellent and kept up with everything. Tomato bisque was outstanding as well as the oso buko and veal parmesan. Spumoni was a nice touch for dessert. The play was good. Enjoyable evening all the way around. It ends up being about $100 or so per person.

We had Danielle as our server, she was very sweet, was able to explain and describe every dish we asked about in detail. She was attentive, and quick with everything. We'd go back just based on her service alone. The food was well worth as well. We tried the French onion soup, calamari, stuffed artichoke and the meatballs. Zero complaints, the food came out very quickly, was still very hot, flavor and quantity we're also great. If you haven't been here, I'd recommend you try it out and try to get that Danielle if you can (no disrespect to the other servers). We will for sure be back again.

We have found our new go to for Italian cuisine. The food was authentic, delicious and very fresh. There is a large variety of appetizer and entree options. All servers were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and we looking forward to trying the dinner theater.

I went to Dinner at Bobby Js tonight for the first time. We were in town for my moms birthday. We arrived at 6:15pm. The host was nice and friendly, took us to our table. From the start our server was impatient and made us feel rushed. We ordered, our apps and salad came, Caesar salad is great, just a bit peppery. Table maintenance was not very good, empty dishes left on table, and we had to ask for Soda refills. No proactive service whatsoever. There were five of us, our server brought out the main courses herself, and didn’t even notice that one of us were not served our meal. I waited patiently and finally called her over to tell her, she was clueless to the fact that the rest of the table was half done, also showing that there was no quality check done, or she would have realized I wasn’t eating. Nothing was done to compensate this. It was my moms birthday, they were fully aware. She ordered a dessert and there was no attempt to acknowledge with even a candle. Despite the crappy service, the food was good, but it didn’t make up for the bad service. We will most likely not return.

It was my first time at Bobby J's. The asthetics and atmosphere of the resturaunt was great. Our server Danielle went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding gluten free options available. The food was out of this world. I highly recommend the ribeye steak dinner. It was cooked to perfection. If your looking for a place where they make you feel at home with exemplary atmosphere, food, and service, then Bobby J's is for you.

I was invited in to see a band last eve and have a meal along with drinks. We all had a fantastic time, and everyone was so friendly. The servers' environment, food, as well as the owner of the establishment, all fantastic! I will definitely be going back:) especially when there is a great band again. 😉

The food was terrible, look at the eggs are you serious right now? Look at the steak I couldn’t even eat it. It was deep-fried hard too salty and a hashbrowns cold. Everything was cold. I took my daughter here for dinner during peak dinner hours. We were sat very quickly. The food came out fast and the waiter was nice. My criticisms: IF YOU’RE A VEGETARIAN: There could definitely be more options. Fake meat is a great alternative that many Mexican restaurants offer, but they don’t. You can choose from a vegetable fajita’s or a quesadilla for dinner if you don’t eat meat. I personally wish there were different vegetables in the grilled veggie quesadilla (includes zucchini, mushrooms, and corn). Perhaps onions, jalapeños, peppers and cheese would make it better and more filling — instead of mushrooms and zucchini. They’re not my favorite, mushrooms make everything wet. You’ll also feel full within the hour of eating it as you’re not getting protein. OTHER CRITICISMS: • CHIP BOWL REFILLS COSTS EXTRA • Rice and beans don’t come with your dinner. It’s extra. • Sour cream is extra. Kind of feels like nickel and diming. • It’s expensive, roughly $20 for each dinner, not including drink or tip. Dinner includes lettuce, small dollop of sour cream, not rice or beans. You’ll spend about $70 for two without alcohol. • It was also very loud and I am never a fan of being in the center aisle, all squeezed in for seating. My daughter, ordered a pork burrito and mango Margarita, she loved everything about it. But all around I would definitely go here again, and I would recommend it. Though I don’t like the extra charges.

I tried the fajitas from their lunch menu and thought it was decent! The mixed fajitas came with more veggies than meat. Still, everything was tasty and well-seasoned. The horchata was definitely the highlight- so refreshing on a hot summer day. Fast service.

We ordered the Al pastor , Barbacoa tacos & cheese quesadilla with French fries (kid portion) . I rate this place overall 1 million out of 10. From the moment we walked in it is a Very clean and warm atmosphere. Even the temperature in here is great not too hot not too cold . The bathroom is a private bathroom that was also very clean as well . The music they have playing is great and upbeat it’s definitely has a vibe going on . Many different diversities of people dining in which is great It Has that family Feel kind of restaurant. The First serving of Chips and salsa was on the house . They were tasty and fresh . Our server Juan was very nice ! When the food came out it had a cute Mexican toothpick flag, i thought that was a nice touch . The tacos we had were hot fresh and delicious , then you can choose your toppings from a cart in the back which was also very clean and well maintained . The pickled onions are mixed with habanero peppers so it is spicy be warned !!! But i love spice so i didn’t mind the extra kick . honestly These are the best tacos in buffalo and I’ve tried a bunch of places . Do yourself a favor and come here! You will have a great time and enjoy great food with great company surrounding you!

I love the food here but when it comes to the check, it’s borderline criminal. First they tack on a Credit Card fee no matter how high you spend. I can’t believe how absurd it was that the bartender ignored happy hour pricing and then brought over a check with prices that did not match what they advertise on pictures on the wall in front of people at the bar and in booths. “oh, if you want the happy hour price, you have to tell me” I responded “yes I want the price advertised on the wall in front of me” “Do you want me to update the check” Seriously Griselda?! Like I stated, the food is great. But I’ll watch my check like a hawk every time I’m here. do better

Restaurant was a good place to stop for some lunch in the Galleria. Went with some coworkers and ordered two flights of beer to try them out. There were good and diverse. Inside looked decorative and nice theme. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with tater tots. Food was tasty and came out pretty fast. Overall it was a good restaurant to try out in the galleria.

Very cool establishment. Bartender was pretty awesome. They have a huge selection of beer and decent food menu. They have a small sitting area with a couch and chairs. A small game section with darts and cornhole. Totally worth a stop in specially if you're waiting for the wife to finish her 5 hour shopping spree!

Had a great time here the other night, there was some trivia going on. We tried to play along ourselves for fun but it was too difficult for us! It was also hard to understand the trivia host. They were more than loud enough but hard to understand. Anyway, we came for the great selection of beers. And they did not disappoint! Prices seemed high for anything except beers. But beer prices were average or below average! A great deal! Each day they also have a select beer that is $3 so there's that too. We ordered a giant pretzel to share, it came on a giant hanging rack and was very good. I didn't like that there was an extra charge for cheese, that seemed stingy. But both were delicious. Will definitely come back here. If alone just for the pretzel. Could give Auntie Anne a run for her money!

Friendly staff. Average pricing. Huge selection of draft and bottled beer. Menu is somewhat limited but something for all. The pretzel you see was close to 18 inches at its widest point. Sad they charge $2.50 extra for about 2.5 oz of beer cheese. Stone ground mustard is paired with it at no additional charge.

This place is the best. The sushi menu has very interesting mixture of flavors and the raw fish is always very fresh and tender. my friends are not into raw fish so they can also enjoy Kumo's nice sushi with variety of cooked options. I've had many items of they're menu and non of them had let me down! the hot and sour soup is good too.

Fantastic options on sushi with tons to choose from. They have special daily made rolls and also their regular menu options. Absolutely give the spicy, tuna, avocado appetizer a try. They are crispy little bites that you and your table mates will be fighting over. They also have hibachi and regular dinners, but just a few. Not tons of seating, so if you don’t feel like waiting, come at an off time. We went at dinner time and we waited maybe five to ten minutes.

I discovered this Japanese restaurant on a business trip. They have an outstanding selection of Sashimi and Sushi rolls. Service is excellent and quick. Some nights are very busy, and a reservation is recommended.

Authentic and fresh sushi. Honestly if you want sushi for the food and homey environs to enjoy it in (vs a flashy restaurant), you can find that right here in Buffalo vs going all the way to Toronto. Good service as well- no complaints. Will come back to this quaint sushi place

$10.95 for instant Ramen and broth w 2 dumplings seems like a rip off. the veggies were thin straps of red pepper and onion and 1 broccoli floret. the broth had a burnt flavor to it. would not order again.

This place is so damn cute!!! Loved the sushi, the atmosphere was absolutely cozy and the staff was INCREDIBLE. They were so polite, nice, fast service with so much quality. I would recommend you stop in! We're so happy we stopped by before heading back to Canada.

Clean and friendly service. Sashimi Regular should be called Sashimi Lite. Twelve extremely small and thinly sliced pieces for over $20 leave me unsatisfied.

On our visit they were out of a lot of the beer varieties and the wine selection was limited.

I was craving a good burger and steak fries. I ordered the cheeseburger, done medium, with onions. It was delivered 30 minutes sooner than originally anticipated. That was a plus. Unfortunately neither food item satisfied. The burger didn't taste like beef. I doctored it up with onion and garlic powder, so it was more tolerable. It was well done, no juice whatsoever in that patty. Maybe it was loaded with fillers. Never got the onion. The fries were ok, they were coated. Disappointed.

We LOVE Jocko's. We've ordered pizzas, wings & subs from here. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered a sub it wasn't toasted at all. I have never received a sub from a pizza place without at least the bread being toasted. I felt like I was eating a plain, average sandwich. The bacon on my turkey club was crispy but that is all that shined from this order. I will go back, but not quite aure if we'll order subs again.

Order fried mushrooms took a bite and they were completely frozen inside then they just reheated the same ones tasted horrible! Fish fry was horrible and cold! Wife got ham sub said it was good. Kid had a cheeseburger and he had no complaints. Waitresses were excellent, but will definitely not be going back

It is A very nice place however, I feel like it could be a little more organized because when we arrive, we walked in and stood there, it wasn’t too long of a wait before someone addressed us and when someone finally addressed us and asked us how many they never introduced themselves and the person that service us did not introduce themselves at all either the food however was very nice It wasn’t as hot as I like it freshly off the stove, but it was warm enough. The space is very spacious. It has arcades available for kids and adults. It’s an has plenty of TVs in there. It’s a nice place for a decent dinner date. We enjoyed ourselves.

We have been to this Dave and Busters many times. They now just have large machines to add funds to your card. I tried to use my previous card but it wasn’t working. There was a spot for an attendant but none could be found. So, I was forced to pay another $3 fee to get a new card, not cool. We decided to have some drinks while the kids’ played games. They were out of two beers we wanted on tap, cold snap and Yuengling. I had the Stella and you could taste the lines needed to be cleaned. Yasmin at the bar was a decent bartender. We put in our name for a table to eat. After about an hour and 20 minutes I went to check on it. The rudest hostess I’ve dealt with in all my years, Chelsea was both rude and disrespectful. When I asked her what her name was, she ran away. Then the manager Dion came over and also refused to give me her name saying it was company policy. I don’t believe that because they wear name tags. I was able to get her name from a worker who was walking the gaming floor. Dion was a little bit more professional but not much. Luckily one of the other guests in our party was able to have an amazing server seat us. Her name was Celina and she saved the day. She was bright, funny and courteous. Mind you during this time Chelsea was walking past our table with her shirt inside out so I couldn’t see her name tag. I assume that would be against company policy. Almost taunting me, you literally can’t make this stuff up. If it wasn’t for how incredible Celina was this whole experience would have been a total loss. This is your best worker and she is the most front of house there is. The other was the hostess Chelsea who blew it from the onset. Also, I had a reward to redeem for the meal but the tablet wouldn’t let me redeem it, the printed receipt wasn’t working as well. Bathroom messy and without hand towels.

Horrible service. I made a reservation for 7:00 pm. I arrived at 6:50 and the guy who was seating said it would be about 2 minutes. We waited while others walked in and were seated immediately. After 15 minutes the same guy walked out the door. Another 20 minutes went by before a girl came up and asked if we were waiting to be seated. When we sat down our waitress took our orders and threw our forks on the table saying sorry we don’t have any rolled up. We were a group of 6, about 10 minutes goes past and 1 main comes out. 45 minutes later the rest of the food arrived including the sides for that 1 main that came out. Our waitress asked if we needed refills and we all said yes she refilled 2 drinks and I had to take our own drinks up to be refilled. I had to get up and get napkins and straws for our table because our waitress was busy talking with other staff. I have been to the other Dave and busters in Pittsburgh and it was way better than this one. I would never recommend this location. Dirty seats and floors just poor service. And when we didn’t tip the waitress got an attitude I’m sorry but we spent $400 in game cards and another $150 in food and the service was completely unacceptable. The photo is of our waitress

The awesome worker named Jay at the “Human Claw” was SOOOO MUCH FUN! He made the experience such a great time! We watched several videos of others on you tube and but Jay was absolutely amazing and enjoyed seeing the kids loving it! He is top notch! Thank you Jay @ D&B Galleria!

I went with my son and his friends. It was a decent spot. I felt it was a bit pricey for the food. My food was way overcooked to the point that it was difficult to chew. The pasta was very sticky. The staff seemed preoccupied even though it was not really busy. They did have a cheeky gimmick here and there like the joke of the day. I can see small children and teens alike enjoying this place. As an adult I would never come here without a child. Seems pointless unless you like to spend money on arcades and ticket games to earn cheap prizes. Just not my cup of tea. It would be easy to spend over 100 dollars on two people especially if you have an adult beverage or two.

We bought the summer pass this year for our children. Does not disappoint! They updated games not that long ago. Jackpots aren't crazy hard to hit either. Enjoyable for the whole family

Returned for lunch and had a great experience. Our waitress was excellent, the perfect amount of friendliness, welcoming spirit and helpfulness. We had a rib special and the blackened salmon bowl. Both were excellent, very tasty. I've had similar salmon dishes elsewhere but here its awesome. Coupled with the house lemonade, the mel was delicious. Recommended for sure.

Terrible service and uncomfortable experience I came to The 33 Speakeasy Grill to pick up a takeout order and left feeling humiliated, ignored, and deeply uncomfortable. I stood at the bar for over 10 minutes trying to get the attention of either bartender—making eye contact, raising my hand subtly, and waiting patiently. The female bartender acknowledged me briefly and said she’d be right with me, but then disappeared to the other side of the bar and continued serving others. I tried to get the male bartender’s attention, and not only did he ignore me, but he gave me a strange look and proceeded to help others instead. After about 15 minutes of being passed over, I walked to the other side of the bar to try again, and the male bartender made a sarcastic and unnecessary remark about how I could “go back to the other side to wait my turn (for drinks)”—even though I was clearly just there to pick up food. At this point, I felt like I was being mocked, not helped. It felt personal. It felt discriminatory. And I felt extremely out of place. Eventually, the female bartender helped me—but only after about 20 minutes of waiting and being made to feel like an inconvenience. As one of the only Black women in the bar, I couldn’t help but wonder if that played a role in how I was treated. Regardless, no one deserves to feel ignored, embarrassed, or unwelcome while simply trying to pick up dinner. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism.

We ordered take out because the food at the Marriott was not a good option. We ordered the garlic cheese toast, wings with medium sauce and quesadillas. Everything was excellent. Our food was delivered timely and the delivery guy brought it to our hotel door. We enjoyed our food while watching football

I Personally Enjoyed the Hospitality & Atmosphere. We had Family in from out of town that was looking for a Fish Fry. They All had Panko( lots of Breading) & I did Beer Batter & requested Fried Hard( they didn't listen) but other than that We had a Good time watching a Band called 45 RPM Which were AWESOME! I think that they should offer a Green Leafy Salad as an Option w/ Fish Fry ( to Many Starches for me= 2 types potato salads, fries, pasta salad, Bread . I'd return because I heard the Wings are Good 😊

Good food, nice ambiance. Patio is quiet and comfy, it was very pleasant at dinner time or for lunch with friends. Roomy! On Monday nights, they have blues bands to entertain you.

Our party of 20 were taken care of like kings and queens. Our waitress was top notch professional. Even "Mr. Hangry" agrees Our food came out faster than expected considering the restaurant was relatively busy. Everything we ordered was delicious. Not a single complaint.

The food was great. I got the Cajun Alfredo with chicken and a cup of meck beef soup. My wife got the soup flight, with meck beef, French onion, and broccoli cheese. Everything was great but the French onion was next level. Local dive bar vibe, which I don't mind.

No one bothered to acknowledge us at the door. So we awkwardly sat down at a table. We were still ignored for 5 more min so we left. So glad, we found a better restaurant named 40 Thieves! WAY BETTER ✌️

Small rundown restaurant, odd smell, and they had plywood over a broken window. The bartender seemed nice, but I didn't want to eat here because of the above.

1st time visiting with friends. Started off with the bloomin' onion. The onion was sweet, nicely seasoned breading, and not as greasy as the one from the down under restaurant. The burgers and fries were very good and all were done to order. Service was friendly and timely. Definitely worth a return trip.

Ordered from Doordash tonight, this was supposed to be a meatloaf dinner? Absolutely awful experience and never again. Obviously they take zero pride in what they send people.

5 stars isn't enough. I have yet to have a disappointing meal. It's always superb. Today I went with 10 of my colleagues and Heather was one of the best waitresses I've had. So attentive, pleasant, and right on top of everything. The burgers we all ate were made to perfection (kudos to the chef!). This place gained new customers in my colleagues and I will continue to frequent this place!

Stopped for a quick bite. I had the chicken in garlic sauce. It was great. Ordered hot tea with lemon and the water was actually hot. Most places it is only warm. The waitress was the only one to take care of us and the bar. She was awesome.

Not the best sandwich I have ever had. Ham bacon and cheese on sourdough bread grilled. Ham had a funny taste. Barely had any cheese. The soup chicken wing was good but could have been warmer.. The waitress was great but she was tending bar and people in back. Overall quality not there. Won't be going back. This was not my first time at this place. Can't go in the back door either. I am disappointed.

Our waitress was amazing! I ordered the Shrimp Scampi but wasn't impressed. Salad bar was worth the price. Needs updates to the actual SALAD BAR. I was too short to see the ingredients. Everyone on staff was very friendly. Going again next month.

Don’t go here if you want to eat in! Yikes! So I’ll keep this short and simple because the pictures explain the environment. There was not one clean table in the entire restaurant, the floor was disgusting And even the tables that were supposedly “wiped” down were disgusting (see pic). The staff was far from pleasant. They weren’t “mean” But no one said hello, no one said, thank you, and no one barely talked. The food of course is great Minus the bay leaf in my bowl, The environment was so disgusting and even the bathroom was disgusting with toilet paper all over the floor, the garbage was overflowing.

I have never seen anything like this before, I walk in and was ignored for 5 minutes while there were 5 staff members infront of me, they let us know it was online orders only. We placed our order, as we waited we continued to watch your staff ignore multiple people, causing people to walk out and get frustrated. There are multiple others sitting in here waiting for orders. They start taking walk ins while there are 10 others sitting waiting for there orders for 30plus minutes. This is absolutely horrible customer service and service. Would be a lot different if staff were communicating and understanding but when I asked where our bowls were I got attitude from your cashier. This location needs severe help and a manager.

Came here to leave a bad review only to see a couple of reviews from a few hours ago saying the same thing- employees ignored me at the counter for upwards of 10 minutes. I waited and got my burritos made and they looked DISGUSTING. All of the ingredients looked old, the counters were covered in mess, which then got all over the outside tinfoil of my burritos… I ended up not buying them and leaving because there’s absolutely no way that food was worth anyone’s money. This location needs serious help. One girl in particular with glasses and curly hair straight up ignored me when I said hello multiple times. I ended up going to a different location, and I recommend avoiding this one at all costs.

Absolutely the messiest Chipotle I have ever been to in my travels. I went three times in four days at different times of the days- messy every time. It’s a franchise issue and not individuals.

I arrived around 10:20 ish pm. the staff was cleaning up. The young lady gave great service even though it was closing time, addressed not only me giving order but included my child too. I ate inside at my pace. It was really nice. Thank you for your service.

Went in for dinner, and while there was a line of people almost to the door, the employees were walking around as though the place was empty. As more people walked in, the servers didn’t even pay attention. The preparation counter was horribly dirty. The ambience was so terribly yucky. I could only bear to order a small item and walk out the door, thoroughly disgusted. Note that the recent response below is one of the least sensitive and inappropriate that I have seen in a long time. Would you like me to reiterate the comments I have already written, just so that you have them on another site? My preference would be for you to take these comments and ensure that this restaurant meets the needs of its clients, regardless of where the feedback has been provided.

I ordered a mobile order at 6:00pm it said it would be ready by 6:30. What this led to was waiting patiently for an hour while they still did not make my order along with a dozen other people waiting for our mobile orders. Only one person was preparing mobile orders because we already paid so people that came in (non-mobile) had 3 people to make orders and had great service. All in all the manager announced that they were cancelling all 6:30 mobile orders. So not only was it a waste of time, I didn’t even get any food.

Heard good things about this place and decided to give it a try. The food here is so delicious. The waiters are very attentive. If you love Cajun/New Orleans type of food, then you will love it here. I will definitely come back soon.

Amazing experience in a cool atmosphere with uplifting music! Greeted and sat right away for dinner on a weeknight at 7pm. We enjoyed some cold craft beers and shared a zippy blackened shrimp and rice appetizer and some stuffed to the brim clams casino packed with flavor. Our server, Ruby, had some wonderful recommendations and took the time to give us her opinion based on customer feedback. Our main dishes were the Pigpen Platter and the St. Louis Style Ribs Dinner. Everything came out quickly, hot, and delicious. Ribs were fall off the bone and charred to perfection in a pleasant BBQ sauce. As people who do not like Mac and Cheese, we wanted to at least try it. Oh my goodness was it rich and creamy with a true homemade presentation and flavor. Cannot wait to return!

The place felt very homey and comfortable like a mom and pop shop in a good way. Overall it does look dated and the service was decent. Our waitress didn't seem the friendliest and whenever we asked questions about the menu it seemed like it annoyed her. For instance when we asked what is popular menu items. She said everything..... The food for me wasn't good but that's my own opinion I didn't eat any of my seafood pasta after the first couple bites the noodles tasted hard and the cheese was hard. But my kids and husband loved their food! My husband had the nola jambalaya and really liked it. My daughters had po boy, ribs, and mac and chz bake. We had clam casino and crab cake for appetizer and those were pretty decent. The soda tasted like straight syrup it had absolutely no fizzle to it I chose to try it out because of the great reviews and because I just came from new orleans a few months ago but this food tasted nothing like new orleans. Sorry it was decent but I wouldn't go back.

Excellent food, very casual neighborhood place for a large variety of home style plates and sides for lunch or dinner...great prices and large portions very well presented. Bar is comfortable and drink prices are a win! Saturday is Prime Rib Day...not on the menu, 4 different size cuts from 8oz, 12oz, 16oz and 32oz !!! WOW

Saturday prime rib special was amazing. My wife ordered fried catfish and it was tender. Beers were diverse and reasonable.

This was a wonderful find for us while in the area and if I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. Fun place, unique menu with tons of choices. The server was friendly & fast, food came out fresh and hot... Portions were generous and the bill was beyond reasonable. I'm sure we will stop in a few more times before we leave the area.

Finally stopped by after riding past for a while and wondering about the food. I ordered the grilled chicken breast dinner with baked Mac n Cheesy and smashed potatoes and a side of hush puppies. My daughter ordered the 1/4 lb cheeseburger with gravy and mash. Everything was just okay. I wanted the mac to be delicious but underneath the crusty cheesy top it was pretty bland. The chicken was well cooked, not dry. I mixed it with my potatoes and it was good. I was not impressed by the seasoned rice. The ambience was decent, decor could be better. Overall it was good, but I probably would go elsewhere next time.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location. I have been coming to this location multiple times a week for the past couple years. Everyone has been so nice and professional, the food and drinks are delicious. Even if I'm out and about and there's a closer location I prefer to go to this one. The baristas, Jasmine, Alex, Cody, Patty, Desiree, and Cindy are my usuals and always make my day so much brighter and happier. There are others as well that are also so amazing, but I didn't catch their names. Kudos to the manager and owner for hiring these amazing people!

Very nice Starbucks and decent size on the inside! I’ve never had an issue with my order, but have had problems with the staff. There is one lady that I would see frequently who was always passive aggressive in the drive thru window. Even when going inside the store, she always seemed to have an annoyed demeanor. I also had issues with this same employee multiple times when trying to use a mobile coupon. However, every other employee at this store is kind and I have never had a problem with anyone else! Overall, the quality at this store is consistent and the baristas seem well trained.

I went through a drive through and asked for spicy falafel pocket. I was given Jalapeño chicken wrap although the order sticker looks correct. Worst service.

We drove through and just asked for hot water in our Starbucks cup that we got water from earlier in Toronto. I have a sore throat and can't drink cold water and only needed hot water, not even a cup or a top. The drive thru attendant said she couldn't give us hot water, we needed to buy something to get it, and it was the new Starbucks policy. Come on Starbucks people, seriously, you can't give water for free to your loyal customer??!

I always come here whenever I am staying at the Marriott across the street. Nice beverages and service. Sadly no seating indoors available due to COVID but it is generally a great clean place.

I enjoy Macy’s Place occasionally - my problem is their consistency with their food. The price I just paid for mediocre food is beyond me. I ordered extra cheese (double cheese) and pepperoni, wings medium extra crispy - what I received was a cheese and pepperoni pizza (barely any cheese on the outer slices and pepperoni barely there, center of pizza WET because it was barely done, medium wings wet barely crispy. My suggestion is if you order today and it’s good, don’t go back for at least 3 month because if you go the next day or the next week, THEY WILL MISS - I promise you they will. They have all these amazing sounding items, but what good is it if it’s not cooked consistently every time it’s ordered!

Cauliflower crust pizza spotlight 🚨🚨🚨 @macysplacepizzeria is doing their thing with this gluten cauliflower crust pizza! We got the Blue Velvet pizza which is mozzarella, gorgonzola, shaved steak, arugula, and balsamic vinegar and it is hands down the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! Wow!

I've ordered from here a few times now for myself and my coworkers since I work nearby, and every single time, the food has been absolutely amazing. The quality and flavor are consistently top-notch. We did one pickup order, and the staff was super polite and friendly. Walking in was a whole vibe — they were playing music from my generation, which definitely added to the great experience. If they keep hitting on all cylinders like this, they’ll be getting plenty more business from me. Highly recommend!

I ordered 3 sheet pizzas and 50 wings for a party & 2 boxes of pizza were completely burned. Half of the wings were burned as well. Very disappointing.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve been all around the country. The sauce is on the sweeter end which I really enjoyed. I will be sure to stop by again next time I’m here for work!

This Macy Place Pizzeria, I unfortunately can't rate a perfect. The staff is pretty vibrant, cool and diverse, the atomsphere is fine, like that of most pizzeria's they have a tv on, on the side to watch if you pick up your order. In today's day in age most people arent eating in pizza places like we use too. Where points get deducted from me personally is the actual Pizza. It seems as if quality highly depends on who's there. This place literally is my favorite pizza in buffalo 80 percent of the time. But out of all the times I've ordered from this place and This is where I deduct points I've had a few handful of times where I ordered expecting the same great pizza and either the crust is super hard, super mushy or the pizza got out right overcooked. It's only been a few times that happened. Typically Im so excited when I order pizza from here, but like today 10/21/25 I ordered and the pizza was like cardboard. It really is a bummer, then I feel like I need to take a break from ordering from them for awhile. Like I said if I estimated. I maybe ordered from them 90 times since I moved to buffalo 3 years ago. Of those 90 times 6 of the times I was disappointed. I still would highly recommend them to anyone, just beware you may have 1 of those days.

I ordered chicken wings online from Macy Pizzeria at 4:00 PM for a 5:30 pickup. I arrived at 5:28 and was told it would be another 5-7 minutes - my order wasn't actually ready until 5:50. The wings themselves were decent, but the salt & vinegar ones had an extreme amount of salt. On top of that, the place seemed to be run by very young staff who were blasting inappropriate music while customers were waiting. Overall, the food was okay, but not worth the inconvenience or the unprofessional atmosphere. I would never order there again.

The black woman who works there…seems to be a shift manager or something is very rude. Some food I ordered online was not available…a chicken wrap that had Nashville sauce, coleslaw and pickle. She offered a substitute thar was the tiny chicken sandwich. I accepted it. She asked if I wanted coleslaw on it, I said yes. Asked her to make it the way the wrap would have been made. She got an attitude and said “that’s what I said”. Very unnecessary. Had an attitude the whole time I was in there. I see why they have no customers there. She was rude to the workers there too.

I ordered 6pc chicken + 12pc nuggets with fries and mac cheese The mac and cheese was dry the nuggets were definitely old. The fried chicken wasn't fresh.

Can someone PLEASE change that flickering lightbulb in the parking lot outside of the building? It's been a literal bright strobe light for MONTHS all night long. I can see it outside of my window every single night, and so can the neighbors and so can ALL of Dick Road and anyone living near by. Please take care of your property. Waited over 30 minutes for my order as the 4 workers didn’t seem to know what they were doing . Had one worker going in and out to the parking lot and coming back in with the food she took out several times as the orders were wrong . Finally got my order I checked it before leaving to make sure it was correct, well it was wrong . Waited again as they fixed it looked quickly again only to get home to find 8 dried out pieces of crispy chicken when I ordered original and 2 super crispy sandwiches which were also supposed to be original . One customer who had also been waiting was offered crispy chicken instead of the original and told if he waited it would be another 20 minutes when he asked for a refund he was directed to look at a sign on the wall that said no refunds .. I was never offered an option they just took it upon themselves to substitute my chicken!!! Worst KFC ever !!!!

For fast food chicken, we are KFC fans and after trying the others, are still KFC fans. The others tend to taste oily to me, and that upsets my stomach. Deals are great, Always a good special. We order delivery and they are the fastest as far as receiving food. That's a big plus. Prices are reasonable compared to the other options. My only complaint is the little sauce tubs!! Why so tiny?? This is chicken!! Not French Fries. And just 2 or 3 per dinner order?? C'mon!! Either get bigger sizes or toss those babies into the sack!! By the way - still love the packaging for the KFC Dinner Packs!! Yum!!

Mom asked for KFC for take out. Arrived at 4:30pm for an 8n pc chicken take out after driving 20 miles out of my way. Depew location was empty. Young man taking my order said it would take 45 minutes.He said he was cleaning the fryer. Why would they be cleaning the fryers at dinner time on the busiest day of the year - Mothers Day. I know they have multiple fryers. It was obvious they didn't want to work and didn't care, Don't go here as service and management is very poor. I know I will never go to KFC again.

Disappointed in the size of the chicken pieces and the taste seemed off. It was lacking in that classic KFC flavour and the oil tasted old. The Nashville chicken strips could have used more sauce but tasted good. The mac and cheese bowl with Nashville popcorn chicken on top was delicious.

I ordered takeout here for the first time yesterday. Very weird; you can't walk-in, you have to call upon arrival, they bring the food outside and you pay outside. Not sure how well that's gonna work in Buffalo winter! Egg rolls and veggie lomein were good. Cashew chicken was sour (and not in a good way). wonton/eggdrop soup was ok, but only 3 wontons in a quart. I will not order from here again.

They have good portion sizes and moderate prices. They prepare tasty dishes.

The sauce wasn't bad, but not an overall impactful flavor. The broccoli in my general tsu chicken tasted fresh as it still retained some of the crunch versus places that get broccoli in bulk and it starts to soften. The containers are circular instead of the rectangle sized ones and I actually prefer it, fair portion for the price. The thing that really stood out for me was the quality of the steamed rice. It wasn't soft from sitting in a cooker for to long and for some reason places seem to mess this up and mask it in fried rice so it's not as noticeable. Overall close to my employment and worth the drive during a short lunch period, just order ahead of time!

The wait for the food was long. The food was expensive and subpar. That is being generous. My fried rice was entirely flavorless and the veggie egg rolls were DRIPPING with grease. The girl working in the kitchen has hair down to her waist and didn't even have it in a hair tie let alone a hat or hair net. The place looks kind of dirty, too.

DISGUSTING. Very plain. I ordered a few different things and they all tasted greasy with very little flavor. If you want a good Chinese meal, go to the tops plaza on French and transit, it’s called great wok... they are amazing, tons of flavor and excellent service.

Awful food!!! Ordered S26 which is sesame chicken, and two veggie egg rolls. The chicken was very mushy, tasted like it was several years old. The egg roll was ancient! Wegmans veggie egg rolls are much better. The entire place was very dirty. Entrance windows looked as though they hadn't been washed in forever. The mirrors which cover an entire half of a wall were covered in fingerprints and dust, not a clean reflection for them.

I'm sure we can all agree that it's difficult to find a Chinese food place that makes food to our own specific likings. This is an order and go type of place, not a buffet, although there are a few tables to sit down and eat at. What we love is they are awesome at cooking food fast and special orders are always welcome. If you order from them often enough, they'll treat you like VIP. As soon as they answer the phone, they know what our order is.

Food is good from what I remember. But the last 2 times I’ve gone, they’re closed early. I went on 8/23, walked in at 8:15pm, I wasn’t even through the door when the lady at the counter yelled “we’re closed”. I asked about them closing at 9pm and she replied that she’s been there since 10am, she’s tired and alone so she’s going home. Maybe y’all should consider closing earlier since closing whenever the employees feel like it seems to be the norm, based on other’s reviews.

For me this place had a very average chicken finger sub though I guess this place is known for them. I had that and ordered a stinger sub as well and was overall disappointed by my meal. The fries were also just okay and I saw them simply reheat my fries in fryer as I walked over to counter vs a fresh order since they say out for awhile. There's pretty sandwiches in area to try. Don't get caught up in the hype.

I have been a customer since the 1950’s when John sponsored our little league teams. A- Bombs cost 30 cents in those days. It is still the best sub shop in Buffalo. We patronize this place regularly and I can attest that the A-Bomb and sausage hoagie are the same quality and recipe as they were in 1960. Same sauce, same roll. The owner has carried on the same tradition as it had when it was known as “Johnny’s Snack Bar” way back in time. Keep it up. It is the gold standard. The owner makes everyone feel welcome, and should have continued success.

John & Mary's is the best! I live on the West Coast and every time I'm in Buffalo, I make sure i swing by and order a chicken fingers & steak sub. Planning on bringing sandwiches back for my family to enjoy!

They still make the A-Bomb the same way I remember it from after football practice at Cleve Hill. All the other John and Mary restaraunts suck. Go here. Friendly owner and staff, too. Same interior and arcade games. The cigarette machine has been replaced with a duck crane game.

Do yourself a favor and visit this John & Mary's. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal and service in Buffalo, just like the good old days 😉 Highly recommend!

Our lunch at The Edge it Town Restaurant could not have been better . The Restaurant was Cheerful, clean, and decorated very nicely. The service was wonderful. We were treated like friends. The salad bar was fresh and the broccoli/cheddar soup was delicious! The Beer battered Haddock Fish Fry was absolutely wonderful! The price was very affordable. Overall the Casual atmosphere, the service , the food and the prices make this restaurant top notch! I am looking forward to my next visit.

Very good fish fry with soup and salad bar included for about 10 dollars. Probably best fish fry for the money in Buffalo. Very inexpensive lunch specials and a card that lets you get the 10th meal at a discount but not really free like they used to. Just changed my review. I went there last week and ordered two fish fry’s. My girl friend got hers broiled. It was a little bland so she asked for some seasoning. Both fish came out just warm and so were the mashed potatoes. We did not complain anyone can have a off day. I went to pay the bill at the bar. Some guys just ordered the mashed potatoes so I told the waitress to tell the cook ours were cold. She said “ You complained about the fish (we did not) you complained about the mashed potatoes. Why don’t you go home and fix your own meal next time.” Plus my girlfriend said the bathroom was filthy. I won’t go there again because I’m afraid she will spit on my food. Just want the owner to know you lost a 15 year customer. Get rid of Rochelle. Update I went back to try again. It’s supposed to be open again as the NEW Edge of town. It’s Friday after 12 and opens at 11:30. It was closed and their phone number has been disconnected. Fish fry on line was $18. Way to much for this sleazy neighborhood. We stopped by for lunch today and had a great experience. The food was exceptional, very reasonably priced. The waitress seemed to know all the regulars and greeted them by name. Being our first time we were treated with the same gracious experience as the regulars. For the price of the meal there was a homemade soup, a salad bar. I had ravioli, which was a large portion, with two of the best meatballs I have ever had. We eat out in Buffalo almost every Thursday as we visit my mother in law in a nursing home. We will be going back to the Edge of Town often. Not only was the food good the dining room was neat and clean. When we pulled up the place looked like your average community watering hole. But you can't judge a book by its cover. I highly recomend this hidden gem.

My husband and I were recommended this restaurant. I am so glad we made the trip. The haddock fish fry was fantastic! They had an all you can eat salad, soup, and sides (coleslaw, macaroni salad, and German potato salad). The fish was served with French fries. All for $9.99. FANTASTIC! The service was wonderful.

Edge of Town Restaurant was a very interesting place. Sex of us from my church went there for our Tuesday afternoon lunch. The waitress was a real hoot. The food was really good and it was more than a reasonably priced. They also have a soup and salad bar that comes with most meals. The place was crowded and it was quiet so we were able to talk. Give them a try I think you'll like it. They are on Genesee Street just passed Harlem.

Never been dissatisfied with anything that I ordered. Salad bar is always fresh,soup is always delicious, Waitresses are always nice, price is better than reasonable, although the bathroom could use some remodeling, I have been coming for many years. I would definetly recommend the edge of town to anyone.

I went with some friends for lunch and we had a great time! Peter was very nice, super personable, and very attentive. He brought crayons so we could have a fun lunch and draw on the table! I will highly recommend Aloha Crab to all my friends when they're in the area

The food's pretty good. When I first dined here the guy named Kevin was really accommodating. Dined in for lunch on the 21st of April and the server wearing the black align jacket and has eyeglasses was truly disappointing and meh. We're halfway through with the aloha bucket when my friend was trying to approach her and completely snubbed her. Then, she was checking all other tables except for ours. Had to follow-up a rice then never checked on the table and then when asked to have a drink refill she then said for sure but never went back again. My friend had to approach her talking by the bar with one of her colleagues. Had to approach the hostess I believe, she was nice and apologetic and took over our table. The receipt says Lexus on the upper right corner too for y'alls reference.

[31MAR25] We had our final group meal before travelling separately. Ordered cajun, aloha, butter garlic sauces. I am dissappointed with the butter garlic as it was VERY SALTY. Normally you dip the shrimp or even top it over a hot rice but this time i had to skip all that. If it werent for the saltineas i would give a five star because the size of the catch is great. And because it was salty you will have to eat the catch avoiding the sauce. T_T I love how big the shrimps are! Chef, please adjust the saltiness if this is normal or there was an error on the food prep. I reported it to taylor but she cant do anything about it. Sad. Thanks taylor for your overall service it was amazing, you are very friendly and patient to first timer customers :)

One of our favorite Buffalo restaurants to stop. Between the service and the food, you can’t beat it! The seafood always tastes amazing and we always have enough leftovers for another meal!

Our server Miana was absolutely amazing! Her service was a true 11/10 — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive energy and perfect attitude made our whole experience even better! The food was delicious and the vibe at Aloha Krab was so fun and lively. If you come here, definitely ask for Miana — she’ll make your visit unforgettable!

The food is always great I love the shrimp and snow crab legs with the aloha special sauce. The service is hit or miss, last time we went three tables that were seated after us were visited and orders were taken before the same server came to our table, and he only came to our table because we told the hostess tables seated after us were visited for drink and food orders and the server hadn't stopped at our table yet. We waited 30 minutes before the server actually stopped at our table for the first time.

Visited on a Monday afternoon, not busy at all. Had to wait a bit to order while staff was cooking but no big deal. Our food was fresh and hot and tasted pretty good. We ordered a brown rice bowl with chicken and a kids nachos with chicken. Good portions, we had enough to take home. The restaurant was clean, no complaints there.

The weekend manager and staff here are great. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. He also treated his staff very well. You could tell the staff enjoyed working with him. And the food is good too 😃

I found a nail in my food! To make matters worse it was in my mouth! I called the store to report what had happened and the manager told me that they don't make the meat there and that it usually doesn't happen, that they are good about that. My nails are real short always have been. I felt like he thinks I was lying. I ended up getting a refund but had a hard time doing so. While trying to do the refund over the phone, he acted like he couldn't hear the card numbers. Over and over I repeated them.

Restaurant was clean, employees were friendly, and the portions were good! Usually, when you go to a place like Chipotle, or Moe’s, they give you next to no protein, but here, I felt like the ratio of meat to toppings was perfect! It is pricey, but on par for what the competition charges.

I went in yesterday after driving a half hour to get there. Just to see every meat on the line VERY dry, not sure why anyone thought it was okay to serve this to paying customers. The manager of this store should be ashamed! Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Great food, friendly service! A must go to! The food is absolutely fresh and delicious! I was greeted by Miranda at the counter. She was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back!

The food tastes great, but I felt that my server was stingy with the meat. She scooped up my meat fast, and it looked like I didn't get a full scoop. When I asked if a could get a little more, she told me that would be extra. I did not want to argue with her, but I wish she would have given me a little more.

The food here was delicious! Staff was fast and very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed at what you receive for the price. Unlimited sushi, meat, noodles, and soup! Just make sure you order what you will eat-because they will charge you if you dispose of too much food (did not happen to me, but seen it happen to someone). Give it a try!

This is by far the BEST SUSHI PLACE IN WNY, it’s ALL YOU CAN EAT, but not buffet style, you order off the menu what you would like. I totally recommend the pepper tuna for an appetizer and the shrimp tempura roll, New York roll for sushi. It’s great too if you are not into sushi they have other options.. fried rice, hibachi steak, chicken, shrimp or veggie and they also have lo mein with the same meat choices.

Had their dinner buffet 2 years ago and we loved it… So, we were so excited to try it again… Now this time, everything was as good as always, apart from the Special Rolls… For some reason the rolls seemed a bit dry (reduced a star for that)… However, everything else was soo goood, specially the appetizers… We loved their Yellowtail Jalapeño… Such a unique flavor…

I've been coming here for years, and the food + service has always been top notch! By far the best sushi you can get in all of Buffalo. However, I am primarily writing this to apologize for the incredibly rude person who sat behind us, who decided it was appropriate to berate their waitress for at least 10 straight minutes for having to pay the additional fee for leftovers, which was $2. Something clearly stated on the menu in its very, very second bulletin about how it works. No one deserves the treatment that waitress got from her and she should feel ashamed for her completely childish behavior. I think an adult literacy class would greatly benefit her. I'm not sure how many times one can hear "it's all you can eat, this is all I can eat!" This place is incredible and I hope this doesn't stick with anyone working that day. Keep it up, I know I'll always be coming back!

It was a bit much at first, so crowded and crazy busy. But once I got the hang of it, it was awesome! Such a cool way to sample new stuff. I couldn't believe how fast the food kept coming! They really know what they're doing. I'm totally going back.

Came here with my girlfriend for a date night. Ordered the hibachi steak and the shrimp yakisoba noodles and some sushi. The sushi absolutely disgusting! The steak amazing! The noodles were good; but after eating the portion size of the steak I was stuffed haha. When we went to pay the bill, the lady said that her manager said we had to pay additional charges due to not finishing the noodles. Now mind you this is an all you can eat place. In my opinion when owing or running an all you can eat place sometimes that’s a sacrifice you may have to take - people not finishing portion sizes. My girlfriend and I will not be returning to this place & I wouldn’t recommend! Oh & the bathrooms terribly disgusting!

Best sushi place in WNY. I love their hibachi steak and shrimp. Lots of varieties in sushi and appetizers. Definitely try their dinner menu.

I stopped by and grabbed a personal pizza of cheese and peperoni. They had it ready in 10 minutes. It's tasty and perfectly cooked. I will be trying them again!

I ordered 5 BBQ wings .. told 10-15mins wait instead waited 30 mins to get them. In that time they made a large cheese pizza for someone that came in and ordered after me and started cooking another order that also came in and ordered after me. Not only were they not BBQ, they were Buffalo and spicy which I can’t eat. Tried to give them to my boyfriend and when he started to eat them they were pink inside. I’m new to the city but customer service lately makes it feel like my kind isn’t welcome in this area.

Okay I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the tastiest pizza I’ve had in a while. The wings are great too. I was a little apprehensive because I saw some bad reviews but now I have my own opinion. I think the staff are friendly and the food was ready fast. The sauce is really good it’s not too acidic and not sweet either. This is also the only place to provide a decent portion of carrots and celery with the order and not a dry dehydrated crusty bag of baby carrots. Nothing but good things tbh.

Roz’s has quickly become our favorite pizza place in Buffalo for a combo of reasons. It took us a while to try it because it’s hidden back in a small plaza out of the way (albeit right off French Rd), but man I am happy we tried it. It’s become a weekly dinner - subs are awesome, as are wings and pizza. Not only is it all great, it is UNBELIEVABLY consistent. There has been literally 0 variation, always top notch, and our order is always perfectly prepped and accurate vs what we ordered. Not to mention the prices are slightly lower than every other area pizzeria. It’s take out only and an unassuming building, but I can’t recommend it highly enough. The workers are all crazy hard working and clearly take pride in what they do. There’s a reason this place has been open for almost 50 years.

Great selection of subs, available on 12 or 8 inch rolls; lots of meat and cheese selections. Well-established business (here for 47 years), we'll have to try the pizza next time.

This place is local family owned and has been in business 48 years! Each time we order the food is constantly yummy!! Subs are perfectly neat- pizza is perfectly cooked, wings mmmmm. Many menu items to choose from. I’ve worked in restaurants many years- this is my first choice for pizza/subs. This is take out only and NOT open on Sundays.

By far the best pizza I've ever had before.

My daughter and I had dinner here.. Owner (I'm assuming that was the guy that greeted us) was very friendly. Due to staffing shortage, orders were placed at the bar but food was prepared quickly and efficiently. The small pepperoni pizza would have been enough for us but we added an order of fries that was very generous. If we ever get back to Buffalo for a hockey tournament, we will certainly stop again.

Stopped in after a work shift for some food. Apparently the kitchen was closed so the owner ordered love joy's pizza and wings for the bar. Awesome hospitality, friendly staff and patrons, will be by again. Come join me!

New place ( name/owners) first live music in a long time. They social distanced well and service was good. No cover which was appreciated. Prices were as expected with live music. I didn't mind it because of the entertainment they were offering. I would go again.

I've been in the hotel next door for over a week and a half because of truck in the shop. But when I'm hungry I have came here about three times. Pizza logs was really good. The white Buffalo pizza was amazing. Also people need to understand they do have lack of staff, please be patient, most of the time there's one person up front. Unless you sit at the bar, you might wait a little. Please be patient.

Just ordered a large inches of pepperoni pizza for the 1st time from Buffalo grill. The pizza was excellent dollar food was great it's great also met one the owner's he was real polite. All I can say I will definitely be coming back for more food and hopefully for drinks next time.

Went for a bachelorette party there first ordered a southern comfort and coke they only had canned pepsi which was ok, but then my drink had fruit flies in it I counted at least 8 took it back to the bar which he offered to remake it but it still had fruit flies in the southern comfort so changed my entire drink order then went to use the ladies room which was the absolute most disgusting thing I've ever encountered there was feces on the toilets, walls and one stall was plugged with tp and water was running. Worst experience and I can't believe they are allowed to even serve food..

Bar staff was very friendly and outgoing. I had the Wyatt Earp cheeseburger with fries. I don’t remember the last time I had just a great burger. I highly recommend it! I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve eaten at other Moe’s outlets but this one felt very different. Extremely salty beans, uncut chicken chunks and barely any lettuce in the salad bowl whereas that should’ve been the major ingredient! I’d say don’t hate Moe’s based on food you eat here, other locations do serve better. They also messed up my take out order by adding the salsa that I didn’t ask for. Overall, bad experience.

Usually go here once a week with my girlfriend to get lunch, and everytime our bowls are packed to the brim to what I would call a fair amount for the cost. But this week was abhorrently disrespectful. Hopefully this is just a fluke but we will think twice to where our Tuesday taco comes from

I ordered 3 rice bowls from Moe’s Grill yesterday and I have to say, it was a huge disappointment. The food tasted like absolute garbage. I spent $50, and honestly, I feel like I completely wasted my money. On top of that, I specifically asked for double portions and paid extra for it, but the portions were far from doubled. It was honestly embarrassing how bad the quality was. If the CEO of Moe’s visited this location, I’m sure they would close it down immediately because the taste was nowhere near what I expected from Moe's. Definitely not returning. Sincerely, an unhappy Moe’s customer.

Came in for two quesadillas, was ignored for 5 minutes, then while ordering I wasn’t told options, I also asked for lite onion and got a handful of peppers instead. Closing staff needs better customer service training!!

Good food but the drive-thru doesn't have all the options that ordering inside does. Also, there is never anyone actually working the drive-thru. I have had to call the store multiple times from my car sitting in the drive-thru.

Time - 9pm Date - June 12/2025 This was a very terrible place. The person making the chipotle bowl extremely very bad. (The one with curly hair) I was hungry but the attitude of this person killed my hunger. Had it been in this person’s hands then I would have been handed an empty bowl. They / them just had one veggie, or sauce and kept on saying are you done are you done… Just avoid going to this place

I love the taste of Moe’s but for the 3rd time in a month at this location, all I wanted was a burrito! First two time tall charged me extra for stuff I didn’t get but I let it slide. Today 10/26/2023 I didn’t even get the right burrito and there were two burritos on the counter with 5 of you working! How do you possibly mess up this bad? I got white chicken, white rice, cheese, lettuce, and jalapeño. This sure doesn’t taste or look like chicken!

Ordered a Caesar salad and wings from here. Got the garlic Parm and they were delicious. Good sized salad too. The blue cheese dressing is wonderful. The wings were good sized. Prices are very fair here. The staff were all friendly. It's not much to look at for eating on-site, but most everyone gets their food to go. I think this place is a hidden treasure.

I found this hidden gem of a place quite by accident. I went in for a few slices of pizza and then changed my order to a baked cheese sub. The sub was loaded, filled me up, and was delicious. The staff (owner possibly?) was wonderful. Very personable and accommodating. This really is a hidden gem and I’m glad I found it!

Omg I used to love this pizzeria the pizza tonight omg gross is an understatement the cheese on the pizza doesn’t even melt the chicken wings were terrible no flavor to them seems like they water down there sauces to make them go farther I will not order from them again we spent 45 dollars and no one ate it it all went in the garbage

Good pizza, it was a bit undercooked but they were very busy so I'd forgive that. BBQ wings were ok but I'd rather have their hot wings. They were cooking some when I came in to pickup and smelled heavenly. They give you tons of celery which was a nice surprise! They apparently make their own blue cheese so it's perfect to go along with the celery. The fingers were great but kind of small compared to most places. Staff was very friendly, which is always a plus. And they deliver, which is surprising hard to find in this area. Definitely going back to Gandy's!

Old school Buffalo pizzeria with great pizza, wings, and homemade dinners. Food is excellent and a very good bargain. Typically large portion sizes. Accepts cash and credit cards.

Atrocious customer service. I was told 35 minutes for a pizza and wings and waited over an hour. I asked for extra extra saucy wings and received wings that were dry and barely covered in sauce. Instead of making it right and delivering the wings after they had made them wrong, I was told to go elsewhere, which I will. Plenty of pizza joints in this town. The female owner was exceptionally rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Plenty of other pizza places. Take your business to kind people.

First of all, I have no idea why everyone in the kitchen and behind register were staring at me nonstop?!?! Not even blinking !!!They never toss the leftovers from the day before, and just reheat it!! Nothing is fresh, i got 1/4 shrimp meal, as soon as I stepped in my car, the smell was disgustingly horrible. I opened the box, it was so obvious that they were fried long time ago, BTW, they open at 10:30 , i was there right after they opened, I tried to see what is inside the small crumbled bread, the total amount of shrimps were 5 smallest size shrimp, the rest was all fried prices bread!!! And that’s not the only issue, I found the shrimps not cleaned, with the black vine on them, i tossed them into garbage, i have the video and going to post it everywhere

I'm not normally someone to leave negative reviews, but I just had the worst experience with a Popeyes I've ever had. The guy taking orders was incredibly impatient, rude, and very disinterested/distracted. Onto the food: the chicken is great, like always. But Popeyes mac and cheese is some of my FAVORITE of all time, so I dont usually mind paying a $2 upcharge for it. But the mac and cheese I received was first of all, about half of a container, second of all, mushy, curdled, burnt, and greasy. I couldn't even stomach to eat it. Picture attached. My friend also said the amount of fries she received was very small. And, my "frozen" lemonade was just juice. There was nothing frozen or icy about it. Very unhappy.

I chose Sprite for the order, but what was delivered was iced tea... If the result is like this, it would be better not to make a choice and just deliver the drinks according to the clerk's idea... Let a person who hates iced tea drink iced tea, this is why this store gets one star.

First the cashier flat out refused to let us get a large combo with my husband's sandwich which was just weird. Then my breast on my 2 piece combo was fully raw in the center. The cashier just threw it out and handed me another one. I shouldn't have eaten it, but it was already so awkward. I got food poisoning and was sick all evening and the next day. The other Popeyes in the area are fine and the one on elmwood is great! But we won't be back to this location.

Food was good, but ordering was kind of a nightmare. Woman taking her order kept on trying to get me to upgrade to a large size meal, and I had to say that I wanted a normal combo about six times. Then they gave us the normal sized combo, and still tried to charge us for the large combo. I had to walk in the restaurant after going through the drive-thru to get it corrected.

Finding little hairs on my chicken wings is a good way to lose customers forever. Can yall please put on your hair nets and start serving edible food? What a waste of money.

I give a 5 stars to the lady at the register! Such a sweet pea. Even came over to ask me how my food is. The store itself can definitely use a deep clean. I ordered half sandwich, half soup with a regular sized green tea passion fruit which is self pour. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food. The soup was good, the sandwhich could have been a bit hotter. Broccoli cheddar soup Spicy fiesta chicken sandwich Bag of chips on the side For a chain it's fine Paid $ 17 and change for this lunch

It’s an ok chain. I call it semi healthy. My chicken almond salad sandwich was ok. My wife’s 10 veggies soup was bland but my daughter in law’s tomato soup was tasty. Toasted cheese was nothing special. The workers all were helpful and friendly. The baked goods looked awesome

This was the absolute worst experience at a Panera that we have ever had. It is typically our go-to restaurant for our family, but we will never come back to this one in particular. Not only were they out of all soups but two, Mac n cheese, & avocado, but the bread was very stale, the dining area (tables & floors) and bathrooms were disgusting, and it was a Monday, of all days. If it were a busy weekend day I could maybe understand the disaster, but especially on a lower volume day, it certainly seemed like they had enough staff to keep up with basic cleaning & dishes. My husband said the men's restroom was unusable to take the kids into, so I brought them in the women's, but it wasn't much better! We are a pretty easy to please kind of crowd, but for a Panera- we were just shocked. I hope they can turn things around & do better- but they certainly have lost our business after that experience.

Stiff & Tough sandwich, almost stale, for only a half it costs $10+ didn't come with any sauce, but a plain bag of chips. Price point too high for that disaster of quality and small quantity. Do not recommend.

We went in soup half sandwich salad option program. Once we knew what we were ordering. The location of register is poorly located. With constant accicioates passing by with carts. It made impossible to hear cashier. I understand the QSR industry is trying to grow sales to help control COGS and labor.

They turned the lights off while we were finishing up our food. I know a business closes at 9...but I'm in my 40s and no one has ever shut off the lights before. Very rude. This other couple just sat down to eat and they were eating their food entirely in the dark. Maybe flash the lights or have the courtesy to tell your patrons that you are strickly closing at 9?

We really like paneras but each restaurant seems to have its own level of cleanliness. This one misses the mark imo... But we did enjoy our food.
