A very nice place to relax and reflect either alone or with the whole family. Also, you can get nice views of the bay along with the spacious greenery. Has a jogging/walking path which is best used during the beautiful sunset. All in all, primary amenities are available: modest playground for kids, accessible restrooms and a lot of picnic tables nearby. Lovely park!
This area is one of the best places in the Bay Area to run, jog, or walk. It has different kinds of exercises along the one-mile track and a mini outdoor gym. It gets crowded at times, especially on weekends and in the afternoon during weekdays. I recommend going early in the morning during the weekdays for a smaller crowd. You can play soccer, sand volleyball, and fish, etc. The sunset is a must-see. It is also dog-friendly!
I decided to come to this recreational park for Independence Day since I haven’t been here for a while. There’s so many people picnicking and barbecuing here. I could have came here earlier but I had breakfast in the morning. So I wanted to rest a bit and then go later. It’s really nice bringing your family, friends, and kids to celebrate Fourth of July here. I knew that it’s going to be a lot of people here anyways.
One of my favorite places. Clean, safe i watch the sunset here almost everyday. You can see SF city from here. It’s beautiful at sunset.
This was a super chill spot with free parking two nice playgrounds plenty of picnic tables beautiful sunset views and lots of grass. This park is well maintained so bring a ball. The bathroom was clean and the play areas are in great condition.
Marina Park is a great spot for families and friends. The beaches are clean, the kids playground is fun and safe, and the BBQ sites make it perfect for gatherings. The volleyball sand courts are well-maintained and great for a friendly game. A beautiful, enjoyable park for all ages!
Perfect place for our kids to practice biking! Great ocean views, a good playground, good parking spaces.
I love walking over there ! The views are epic!

When we went to this Ghiradelli outlet, we were surprised that we were able buy not only its chocolate treats but its ice cream desserts. Bonus: It’s not as busy like the San Francisco location. There is ample parking lot that within 10 minutes of getting here, we got our order.
This is my first time at this place. I’ve never heard of this location as it’s hidden among neighborhoods. A beautify and cozy place with plenty of chocolate collection and a cafe for dessert. Their service was good and they had unique gift collections. Resembled the main factory in San Francisco but this place was less crowded and similar.
Tucked between a quiet neighborhood and a commercial area, this Ghirardelli outlet is a quaint little gem. Not too crowded but always busy with people coming to grab some chocolate or to sit down to enjoy a sundae ice cream treat. Plenty of spaces in the parking lot when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Its fun to try all the ice cream flavors but I had the Strawberry Passion this time and I enjoyed every spoonful of it. The great thing is that its not sugar overkill even with the chocolate, caramel, and other sweet ingredients used, it hits the right combination. The prices of the sundaes have gone up and the amount you get have gone down over the years and that is always sad to see, but we come here as a family once in a while just to enjoy a nice time out together.
Quiet, hidden gem for a cold summer treat. They have ice cream treats of all kinds, with a particular focus on sundaes. The cones are very big for a kid. My scoop of ice cream was a bit frozen with ice crystals. The chocolate is different and you may want to get a taste first.
The best place to visit with family to eat mouth watering ice cream chocolate, fudge, brownies and hot chocolate with limited menu options for mocha and late. Non-dairy option is available and but the complete range of Ghirardelli chocolate products.
Hey guys, Definitely give these guys your business! Excellent customer service skills and I’ve never had an issue when I needed changes to my order. Make sure you guys let them know before you head home though!
Hi guys Do not give them your business. No customer service skills and didn’t make my expensive hot chocolate correctly! I mentioned I wanted whip cream they said it was added but it was not on top of my drink.
This place is hear and I had no clue this place existed. I'm glad we found it, though. They have really good drinks here. My daughter has got chocolate and I had a sea salt caramel drink that was delicious. Parking was plenty and they have a gift shop attached to the dining area. The place is near and well kept

Super chill atmosphere and excellent food. The Korean BBQ wings were awesome with a little spicy kick. The Buffalo chicken tater tots was fantastic and the burger was killer. Nice place to chill with friends and have a couple of beers on tap and good food.
Great beer selection, got the Amber. Their burger and fries were also very good. Burger reminded me of a Habit burger. Great place to hang for lunch or dinner and with friends and catch a game. Would definitely come back.
Aug 25 2024 Very enjoyable!! Please grind the pipe. Aug 24 2024 Great food and outstanding beers!!! Brian, please make sure they grind down the pipe under the table. Outstanding staff. Serve was perfect!! 2018 Great place to relax, get a quick bite, and enjoy some awesome beer. Great selection of beers from 4% to 12%. Degnogenizer is excellent, and I also love their Black Porter. Good selection of burgers, sandwiches, pita, tater tots, etc. The 1st Friday of the month they have a party that benefits a local organization, like a school. The beer served here is brewed here.
The service is outstanding. I will surely be back to buy more. Great products.
Located in the back of the Alameda Walmart, hidden between industrial buildings. This is a great brewery, which is a great place to host large groups, parties, and sporting events. Spacious interior seating and outdoor area. Great selection of draft beers, and delicious food, which is prepared outside in a food truck. I highly recommend their Cali cheeseburger: thick juicy patty with cheese, fried bacon, and avocado, stacked in a toasted artisan bun. The full order of tater tots, are topped with bacon, cheese, and sour cream.
I visited Drake’s on a hot Friday night. We had a great time! I’ve been to their other locations, including the one in West Sac and Oakland. Each location has its own unique charm. I especially like this spot because of its spacious parking lot and both indoor and outdoor seating. They also had the sports game on TV. The beer selection is fantastic.
I really like this microbrewery. They've got some solid food choices and a good drink selection. Love that you can order and pay by QR code. I regularly tip, but I do get mixed feelings on the tipping though since the only service you get now is for alcoholic beverages. You have to pick up your own food and water. You also have to bus after yourself, which kind of defeats the point of dining out and tipping for service. Overall, I still like this place and would recommend to others. Ambiance: 4.5/5 Food: 4/5 Drinks: 4.5/5 Price: 4.5/5 Service: N/A Overall: 4.4/5
Easy to find even if it is hidden behind a shopping center. Lots of free parking. Love the patio. Lots of beers on tap. Tried all their sours available. Most are promising. Great food selection. Must try their Jalopeño Burger, Garlic Nachitos, and Garlic Tots.

I swear it feels like everything you want or need is in this one shopping center or two blocks away so convenient
Nice spot, but parking is hard to find. Very crowded.
This is a nice little mini shopping outlet but it is nothing compared to Livermore outlets. I do suggest going to the Nike clearance store they good deals
The center is largely outlet stores. It's a small location. Stores, for the most part open at 10 a.m. lots of free parking. All stores have easy entrance for the mobility impaired. San Leandro's auto row is across the street. Great shopping while your car is being serviced.
Nice shopping mall, clean, lots of security And easy parking
It's declining in merchandise it seems like they're a hit or miss lately this visit was pretty bad allot of empty shelves and the staff on floor seemed stressed out not really receptive to people on sales floor they were more interested in their clothing racks.
Marina Square was fine. My business was at the FedEx store.
Always a fun experience. Nice little shopping center.

Park
Outdoor Activities
Waterfront park near the airport offers birdwatching, picnic areas, a loop trail & wide bay vistas.
Slide 1 of 8
A large park including fantastic vistas and amenities like cycling disc golf and dog walking is Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline. There are concrete and dirt paths which can get muddy. It's a pleasant place to have fun outside however some parts are still being developed.
Trail is not long but offers a wide variety of views. A new disc golf area is being built and you can find many things to do/enjoy here.
I really enjoy this short round with a bay view. There's disc golf in the center and it's a total vibe! It's great to bring a pup along, and the path is easy to walk on. There is no elevation gain, so it would be good for people who prefer mild walks without too much strenuous parts. Overall great place to chill and get some nature in. One thing: there are some weird industrial parts, but that's not the core feature.
Walking, bird watching, cycling, disc golf. Beautiful views. Both paved and dirt paths. Dirt paths can be muddy after rain. If you are cycling, be sure to let folks ahead know you are coming up - keeping in mind some folks have hearing loss.
This is a place to walk dogs off lead and temperatures are moderated by the Bay influence. However, much of the park is under construction and not particularly pretty. Earth dumping and moving has increased now that we are in the dry season. The disc golf course is operational. Construction has moved closer to street entrance. Dog off leash area still accessible through picnic area.
Great place to walk, take your dog out to play (well behaved dogs can go off leash), have a BBQ/picnic, fly a kite, play disc golf, and watch the planes fly by. The place is big enough that you can walk for an hour or longer, depending on the route you choose.
Great area to bring kids for a bike ride and picnic. There is a bathroom, which is always a bonus with kids in tow. There are many walking trails, some paved, which makes riding a bike fun. The unpaved ones are still pretty flat and easy to ride on. It's a bit smelly when you park on the street, but once you walk a little ways into the park, the smell dissipates. So, don't let the smell dissuade you. Not very busy, which is nice! Great view od the Oakland Aiport. My kids loved watching planes take off and land!
Nice place near the Oakland airport to watch planes take off and land with pleasant views. A few paved paths for bike riding, dog walking and easy strolls. We enjoyed the vistas and the micro view of flowers and fauna dotting the dry summer landscape.

I played 18 here today with friends. It always windy here so plan to be cold. The course was a treat and in great condition right now. Fairways good, green excellent…smoth and seem to roll true. I had lunch and it was good and served quickly. Thanks for having such a great track. Ill be back but better prepared for the cool breeze.
It's been more than 2 years since I've been back here. The golf course had some changes, not too many thick bushes to lose balls, the fairways are nice but the tee boxes are spotty. The Sand Bunkers have no sands at all. The views are still beautiful. It was a Friday morning, I walked in and had a Tee Time available, lucky me. Senior rate is $36 walking, but I forgot the golf course is so long, especially the walk from the 17th back to the 18th is a long one since the bridge in the middle no longer or ever finished building. Next time I would rent a cart. 6.5 miles walking in the 86F heat really drained me although the sea breezes were cooler. The green is quite slow because the grass is thicker than most golf course. The golf course is still under renovation, quite a few holes are under construction. The fairways are nice, although some are still being fixed with new grass. Regardless, it's still a very nice golf course for the price. The pace was quite slow, but not bad for a Friday, it's almost 5 hr, Tee Off at 9:36 and out at 2:20PM. I would come back again when I have a day off, not sure how slow it would be on the weekends.
Be ready for steady wind throughout the course! Unless you play super early morning, the wind out of the bay is relentless, and often quite annoying. The greens and fairways are quite nice and challenging in this links style course. We played 18 holes starting at 3pm and were quite comfortably done by around 8 pm. This was during peak summer. Pace of play is quite ok and there was a bit of waiting backup. The vistas and views are spectacular. One could see the stream of aircraft approach the Oakland airport and of course the San Francisco skyline. To fill the heart further, the sounds and shrieks of joy from the picnickers and the beach goers from nearby waterfront - keeps me coming back. Notwithstanding that pesky wind.
My god, Monarch golf club is surely a popular place to be, I rarely see people lining up at ProShop, almost every time slots were fully booked. Then I realized, by paying 50 bucks to play golf in a nice condition course, meanwhile you get the view of the bay ocean, seriously, why not ? They name each hole, and for Hole 18, it's called "Home", and funny thing is that you need to drive the cart all the way across the little bay to get to the tee box, it's kind of a long way home, hah. One thing noticeable is that you have play against the wind, 🍃🍃 aiming to the left of flag, cause you usually get headwind. Frankly speaking, there's not much design here but get to enjoy the bay view is really something different here at the valley area.
This review is for the bar only. The golf course is amazing. Unfortunately the bar is lacking. Weak expensive drinks, food is mediocre at best. Luke warm burger and onion rings for $14 is not worth $8. Zero energy, empty Saturday at 1pm
Course is nice and fun. Just watch your stuff and be careful with your belongings around there. I left my wallet on the cart after the round. Realised in the matter of minute, went back the cart return staff wasn’t able to locate it. I’m not sure who to blame here but this was quite disappointing. Clubhouse & range feel crowded in some weekends, bit like a farmer’s market. Sometimes I see large group of people just hang out there picnic & drinking, one time even brought their own microwave?
The course is great, and a great value. But this review is for Cameron in the pro shop. I've taken my clubs in for regripping a few times and EVERY time I do they're absolutely perfect. Alignment is right on, turnaround time is outstanding. If you need some grips done, this is your guy. Thanks!
Monarch is in decent condition. Few areas where fairway and rough need a little maintenance but not bad. Play was very slow (3hrs thru 10 holes) thru 13 holes until a marshal FINALLY came along and pushed the slow grp directly ahead of us.

I just wanted to give a good review to a young lady named Leilani because i went to watch the movie Together and was late to the show time , she was very patient with me when i was trying to figure out another movie. she was very sweet and definitely is the reason i will be back to watch more movies. we need more people out there with her great attitude and customer service!
Hello Management, your ATMs were offline today in the morning/afternoon and although I noted a few signs out after I was at the checkout. People don’t really carry cash anymore and this was my case today. Your staff that are helping customers at the concessions should be informing people that the ATMs are down and it’s cash only. Even your ticket person at the door could be informing people. Not everyone is seeing your small signage with that update. The cashier was condescending in her tone as she repeated several times we have signs didn’t you read them. Please do better with your staff on what “Customer Service “ is and how to be respectful, courteous and professional. I did enjoy 2 movies though, frequent movie customer.
Went to a movie that more people should see, "Dead By Rights". No complaints, pleant of easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable seats with plenty of room. The only complaint I have is the same for almost every theater, unhealthy concession items. It's 2025. How about some small bags of unsalted, no vegetable oil nuts? Or Healthy pastries, without all the additives and high fructose corn syrup? God knows healthy snacks are easily available these days! Movies are a creative venture, concessions should follow in suit!
My husband and children come to this theater often. I struggle with severe anxiety. I do not like crowded spaces. After years I finally had a movie I really wanted to see at the theater. I purchased my tickets online and ordered food as well to save myself from any problems. I also chose a day and time that the theater would be less crowded. I brought my son and we came in 30 minutes early. We were very excited and checked in everything went well. I went to get my food about 15 minutes before the movie was starting and of course there has to be a problem. The woman working who I believe was in charge said the system stated that I refunded the food. My app and email said it was purchased. She didn't really seem to care and gave me suggestions to work on my end that didn't work. She acted like I was trying to scam them. She never looked at my phone or scanned anything . I was in and out of her line trying to get help. I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She acted like I should shrug it off and there's nothing that can be done. I apologized multiple times while trying to get help. also the theater barely had anyone in it. It was far from busy. I am very non confrontational and almost gave up but my son was with me plus their food is not cheap that I purchased. She was NO help and didn't care to try. Finally I ask if I can speak to a manager. She was clearly irritated. She went looking for one and I seen her speak to the security guard. He came and stood where I was at the whole time. he was behind me but you can tell he waa there for me instead of walking around. I am so confused and embarrassed. Not ONCE did I raise my voice and was very respectful and overly nice. Finally a very nice man I believe his name was Kenze came. I showed him and he instantly helped me. He was very kind and saved our night. The only stars they receive is because he deserves 5. Everything went great after that.
The staff is great & the service they provide is very good for a movie theatre. The seats are pretty comfy even if they don't recline. The great thing about this theatre is the parking and close proximity to Bart, so its easy to get here. I saw Nope at 9:30am on Saturday so obviously it was pretty deserted but i kinda prefer it that way. That being said, the theatre was clean and easy to navigate. There aren't a lot of options as far as food but the popcorn is good. I would recommend this place if you aren't picky about seats and food options.
The popcorn is excellent (much better than at AMC to be honest) and the atmosphere is absolutely incredible, I love going to this theatre as much as I possibly can. I can't recommend it enough. The theaters are spacious and big, it's usually not too busy or crowded, and there is always a bunch of free parking. The commercials also don't go on as long as they do at AMC.
Not to my taste. The movie rooms have a musty foul smell. I couldn't wait for the movie to be over. I wish they could do like a deep cleaning to ward away strong odor from the rooms.
It was my first time there and there was plenty of parking available. Also the theater had a good variety of the more popular movies. I utilized the concession stand and saw a studio screening of the movie called The Valet, and got the opportunity to take a picture with the Director, Richard Wong. It was an EXCELLENT movie. And, the theater was quiet and pretty clean. #thevalet

Movie theaters in the U.S. are going downhill. This one’s just trying to survive—the seats need to be replaced, and cleanliness is definitely lacking. The service is good, and the staff really does their best. I only come here when I can’t find movie times at other theaters in cities like Hayward or Union City, where the theaters offer way more than just good service.
Umm not what I was expecting. Came here for the farmer’s market (that was great) and saw the centre. After getting a closer look, it looked decrepit like it needs a whole new makeover. If you look through the locked glass doors, it’s empty and shuttered inside. Yes there’s target and kohls, but old navy and party city will be gone in January.
After seeing so many shops go out of business I thought Bay Fair Mall was going to disappear but it's standing. Century Theater is still operating but I haven't been in there for years. The only restaurant open in the food court is Panda Express - kinda sad (Kabob Express is gone). And the only reason the mall is still standing is because of Target, which is the busiest section of the mall. It is also the closest point to BART. Don't despair if you are hungry. Grab a bite at Joy Sushi, Hawaiian Grill and Wing Stop which are right next to Target.
A little run down. Trash not always picked up. A few good stores but overall another example of people shopping online and avoiding going to actual stores
Sad a lot of the smaller stores have shut down and the only food in the food court was panda Express, only stores open are the big ones. Seemed like a deserted ghost town. Just learn bay fair land has been sold and will be more than.likey tore down and turned into shop and live space in about the next 5 or so years, you can Google it, no surprise though.
02.12.2022 (1pm) Bayfair Mall Yikes. This place is almost done, gone. Most store empty..sad
Nearly every store space was empty. Many of the surviving stores blocked off access from the inside. Bed Bath and Beyond (which is blocked off from the inside) was having a closing sale. The only stores solely accessible from the inside I saw were Sam's Jewelers and Panda Express (the only food court option). With no customers to attend to, every employee I saw was sitting/standing around bored out of their mind. The interior layout felt like a maze. Each path led to a dead end, and I had to go through Macy's just to get to the other side. Combined with the dim lighting and few passersby, it hardly felt comforting. I'd never been here prior, so I have no idea how this place used to operate. As of now, though, it's effectively defunct. With the possible exception of the exterior stores, I can't see it surviving longer than a few more years.
Use to shop here with my parent in the late 1980's as a child. They use to be so packed especially on holidays. Before you go into the food court they use to have two ponds with waters falls to greet you as you enter into the food court. Business was thriving and parent took their families here on the weekends. After 20 years I finally went to check it out walking down memory lane November 2023. Its now a shadow of its formal self. Place was so empty of people and stores. All the sores I've ever shopped in are long gone. It was dilapidated and eerie. Sad to see it this way but glad I finally got to see it one more time after 20 long years since then.

As another Scare actor, this was a really fun experience! Well created mazes, lots of small hidden spots where actors were able to crawl and creep and generally be creepy. The lights were low, but not completely blackout, especially with the tiny little flashlight you gave, so you got to enjoy the detail work that they put into creating the mazes. Lots of actors with neat costumes and keeping in character. Only detractor - while the ankle-level air cannons were effective for a couple of jump scares, they were VERY loud, and drowned out some of the actors trying to speak in the maze, which was a big disappointment. Otherwise, no lines, no rush, no regrets.
I was really excited about this but it cost too much for what it is. The actors' effort was not a problem, the staff was fine, but the experience didn't match what I saw in the trailer. Of course the trailer will always look better, but the lighting was so much different, we used a flashlight and it was too dark to appreciate anything. The experience ended extremely quickly. Just not worth the price tag.
I bought the pass that lets you skip the line by an hour. Had a hard time finding exactly where the entrance was. Bathrooms were porta potty’s outside in the parking lot since mall was closed. Line wasn’t bad, glad we got to skip the longer line. In the haunted house, I was confused where one ended and the other started. Whole experience is about 15 minutes. It was a decent haunted house. We didn’t seem to have a ton of scares but the party behind us that caught up to our party was getting more scares. We had fun and the little souvenir shop was cool. I got a bat spatula for $3-, and an adorable ghost pillow for $25, along with a spooky ducky for $10.
Fun experience. Went for the 730-8pm time slot on a Sunday and didn't need to buy the fast pass. Line wasn't bad at all in any of the lines. Pretty scary and fun. Only complaint is it's pretty dark so you can't really see any of the decorations or props inside. The flashlights they give you aren't good for much. Needs more ambient lighting and maybe some strobes. Actors did a good job though. All of the lying dead bodies in the bunk beds would have been a good opportunity to integrate a jump scare too. Wish it wasn't in a mall, but still fun.
I love Halloween haunts, and will happily spend money on them when they're good. This one was not good. First of all, promising 2 haunts on the website and delivering 1 is not ok. I felt ripped off. The girl I asked where the other haunt was said "they're combined into one". False advertising on their website claiming there's two haunts. The production design. I love getting to step into a world where someone has put effort into making you feel like you left the place you came from, that was not the case here. I left one part of the mall, and walked into a dark part of the mall with a sparsely dressed maze full of scare actors. Who all did a great job of scaring us, but the whole haunt I felt like I was mostly walking through sparsely dressed rooms where it was obvious that a piece of furniture or prop was placed to hide a scare actor. The black curtains were left slightly open and I could see the actors scurrying about making it hard to lean into the illusion of this world they've constructed. The lighting. I initially liked getting to walk around with a flashlight and appreciated the idea, but realizing that it was going to be the lighting concept through the whole maze and that it allowed you to skimp on the lighting and the atmosphere of the haunt left me disappointed. My frame of reference for Haunts is Queen Mary's dark harbor in LA and House of Torment in Austin. Which both had great production designs and amazing lighting, atmosphere and even sound design. Which I realize sets my bar high, but fear overload was way too far below it for me not to tell you all about it. What they did well was that there was a ton of scare actors and they all did a good job and put in a great effort to scare you which I was and made the experience worth bumping up from one star to two. Some of the actors had quite cool costumes as well. I was so excited to see what they had put together, and ended up feeling like the 1hr drive from SF was a total waste of time, and a waste of money. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but I think it's important for people to know what they'll spend their money on as I felt like it was not worth it.
I’m giving two stars to be generous. It’s really just a maze made of plywood and the actors scream at you and make loud noises. This is great for a group of young kids but not so much for adults 18+. The experience lasted like 10-15 minutes. I hated I bought a fast pass for this but I’m also glad I didn’t wait an hour or more for this somewhat dismal experience.
As some one in the age range 15-20 this is not scary the actors try at least but it is so short the lines aren't spaced out there were people ahead of us and people behind us. That was the scariest part. The ad is fake and i beg you to go spend your money in a better place. Theres nothing to do after. It'll make kids under 10 scared sure, and 30 year old women. More actors outside than inside. Ridiculous cash grab. It might be worth max 15. #1 haunted house in the bay area my ass. Genuinely worth a refund.
this was great! We went early (7:00 on a Friday early in Oct) and there was no line. Awesome actors in line beforehand and in the maze; my whole group loved it

Was a great very personal cozy venue! The sound was great, good seats. Amazingly restored, classic interior. Clean bathrooms. Good snack and bar selection. I really liked the lighting inside. Very easy to get into and out of. I'll be going back for more shows!!
Fantastic, intimate, retro venue after fine, new renovation, including good sound system and some good groups, eg Traveling wilburys review. Love those oldies. Oh, and great prices! Keep up good work! Not many places like this
My band, Rondstat Revolution played there. The theater is absolutely beautiful. The sound, staff, and ambiance are top of the line.
This is a great place to see your favorites from the past. It's an older theater but it is well kept. We recently saw Howard Hewett, Klymaxx, and Lionel Burns Sr. We will definitely be back!
It's a rather small theater. The staff is nice, the snack bar doesn't have much and the bathrooms only has 3 stalls with curtains for doors. But they do have lots of shows featuring artist of the 80s.
Cute place but also a fun atmosphere. It's family owned! I went with friends to see the Selena Amor Prohibido concert, and it was awesome. There is no bad seat since it is a very small venue. There is no parking lot for this location, but don't worry, there is a lot of parking nearby, and it feels pretty safe.
We were there for "The Highway Men" show tonight. There was a group of 5 and we had the most fun the band is excellent, the vocals were awesome and the acoustics of the theater made it better. There was such a nice calm vibe everyone was so happy to be there and the staff was so helpful. This is my 3rd time being there and it's always a great time. I can't wait for the next time we go there for a show. Beautiful venue also the restroom is clean to my mother's standards and that makes the a 5 star experience. 4/12/25 Wonderful time! I will be back!
Worst bathroom situation ever. Also whoever they hired for security/ organization does not know how to do their job smh

I had the most AMAZING massage done by LIV. It was a most relaxing atmosphere. an amazing healing touch. Next visit I will for sure be booking more time with her. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and walking on a cloud. Thank you LIV for you healing energy work and massage. I am already looking forward to booking another appointment in the very near future.
Outstanding customer service! Rene has been my beautician/esthetician for over two years and every single time she has provided me with the best service. Her passion and dedication goes above and beyond your expectations by taking the time to listen and share valuated information for your well being. Thanks Rene for being so amazing!
I have been going to Michelle for manzillion and back waxing for a while now. Her personality has always been very pleasant and cordial and her waxing skills are Top of the line. She takes her time and is always very very thorough.
Love love love it. Mike is great with the massage Monica is great with facial Michelle was great with my arm treatment. Everyone was so welcome. I will recommend some of my friends.
Got a Groupon for the chiromassage. The chiropractic exam was awesome and very informative. Can't wait to get treatments. However the massage part was the worst! Basically got rubbed down by the man. Told him to focus on my shoulders because I'm stiff. I highly do not recommend the massage.
Highly recommend their massages. Signed up through Groupon, and enjoyed two excellent massages. Staff is warm and friendly. Office is clean and inviting. Will continue to enjoy their massages as I have time. Check them out.
Came for a lip wax. It's a 15 minute treatment. Waited 45 mins for Renee and ultimately never had the treatment done because I was on a lunch break and had to go back to work. She came out at one point but did not acknowledge that I had already been waiting 15 mins. Instead she went to help another client who arrived after me. Very disappointed.
I continue to enjoy myself when visiting this spa. It is small and quaint and initially this worried me. However, I've seen Benjamin, MaryAnn, and soon Michelle. The staff work together effortlessly to check folks in and provide a variety of services like massages, facials, foot soaks, waxes, etc.
