A Perfect Day at Long Family Orchard! If you're looking for a fun-filled day with family and friends, Long Family Orchard, Farm & Cider Mill is the place to be! My wife, daughter, brother, and his family joined me for what turned out to be an absolutely amazing day. The kids couldn't get enough of the activities, and the smiles never left their faces. The cider and donuts are simply the best — warm, fresh, and full of flavor. A true fall delight! But what really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Whether you're young or just young at heart, there's something for everyone here. My brother and I especially loved the apple launchers — we could've spent the entire day trying to hit those targets! It's a must-try for anyone visiting. Between the delicious treats, fun activities, and warm atmosphere, this place is a treasure. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Michigan's fall charm. I also uploaded some high-quality photos I took with my professional camera, so check them out to get a glimpse of the fantastic time we had. This place is definitely worth the visit!
Nice playground for the kids. Beautiful setting. Expensive donuts and cider. No napkins available. Tried getting paper towel from the port-a-john area. You can see a roll of it in there, but none sticking out to pull at. They don’t take cash even though dollar bills say “Legal tender for ALL DEBTS public and private.” - So I’m pretty sure it’s not legal to not accept cash. Comerica park got past it by putting up kiosks where you can use cash to purchase a cash card.
Love this place! It's great for families of almost all ages. They have an amazing "family fun" area open weekends only; Wagon ride (u-pick not included), playscapes, tiny village, petting zoo, and more, admission to anyone who is not 32" or shorter is $18 per person + 4 tokens. almost everything in this area is included with admission. They also have a game area ( basketball, football, and such) apple cannon, a maze, paintball;Donuts are warm and fresh, and the cider cream soda is amazing!.
In my opinion, this is the best place in Metro Detroit for the price and what you get for it. LOADS of things to do. It is $17-20 a person, but well worth it for what you get. Hands down our kids’ favorite place!!
The doughnuts are so amazing, they are so warm its hard to hold onto the bag as you walk out. You must eat some in the car on the way home. The employees are always so friendly and nice.
This is one of our favorite cider mills to take the kids each fall. Reasonably priced cider, donuts, and play area. Every time we go we're there for most of the day and the kids still don't want to leave! Compared to other cider mills with similar attractions, there's way more to do here. I love the yearly pictures we can get next to the measuring stick and on the huge rocking chair. It's fun to look back at past years and see how much the family has grown and changed. Longs will always have a special place in our hearts and lives!
Horrible experience. They only had jumbo pumpkins that are $15. Everything is way over priced. If they want to help with bring prices more reasonable they should accept cash. They only accept credit card and then have to pay a credit card processing fee. Do better.
Long's Family Orchard, Farm always the best home grown vegetables, especially their sweet corn. I have been going there since the '80s. I look so forward to the beginning of August, or the first picking...Incredibly delicious this year, as always! 😋

Uptown Grille in Commerce Township, MI. Is a cozy yet upscale dining spot that’s perfect for any occasion. Nice welcoming atmosphere, I can see why it’s a local favorite for everything from casual dinners to special nights out. The menu offers a mix of comfort food and creative dishes like Chicken Parmesan, the Uptown Burger, and fresh Fish Tacos. The service was friendly and efficient, making it a great time! I for sure was not expecting it to be this nice and would definitely recommend.
Update: Late night food also taste superb fresh and quick. But they only have nachos and pizza after 11 to 2 am. Adding burger and sandwich on late night menu would be a great upgrade. Update: Revisited again today and it was a decent experience. Kids loved their hamburger with cheese while I enjoyed the chicken Cesar salad wrap. They have great items on desert menu and chocolate lava cake was good. Great service, environment is enjoyable however food seems excessive calories and fat. Tired their shrimp was tasty jumbo shrimp but I felt like eating 2000 calorie.
Been my favorite bar since it opened. Great deals on booze. The food is on the pricier side but the portions are pretty generous (see photos). Good place to go get drunk for cheap, get high end cocktails, see a band, take a date out, etc
Dinning at Uptown is an experience for the tastebuds. Delicious food, great service, portion size is phenomenal. You don’t leave hungry. Smoked Brisket Hash and Two “Baby” Pancakes.
Food was great ! Service from Gina was one of the best waitress we have had in years , very promt on everything. On top of the entire dining experience the entire time. Great asset to this place. And drinks were good too .
First time there and really a great experience. Drinks menu had a large selection sans their margining and fire! Each day they run a special or drinks and food that nice. Food portions were so much I couldn’t finish. Really nice place for a date or just to watch a game.
Now I know why the large parking lot is packed most of the time. Great food, wide menu, friendly staff, and big dinning rooms. Also a large bar area. Reservations are not required but I recommend you make one. My dinning group loved all the food. Especially the strip steak. Mine was good there and warmed up at home. I got 3 meals from it. Save room for dessert, the bumpy cake is Worth all the calories. I will plan another visit with the dining group because everyone wants to come back.
Amazing food and good drink selection. We had the original nachos and the bourbon glazed salmon. The bourbon glazed salmon was the best I salmon I have ever had. The rice pilaf was deliciously light, fluffy, and not sticky at all. The nachos were very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely plan to visit again. Update: Had breakfast here and this place does not dissapoint. Breakfast was also very good. The home fries are definitely worth writing home about and are well seasoned and crispy.

Movie theater
Fun & Games
Basic theater with stadium-style seating & snack bar, showing new releases & discounted matinees.
Slide 1 of 8
I love this theater. My husband and I enjoy the peaceful surroundings along with the surround sounds. I'm so accustom not waiting long in line to buy tickets and the popcorn is always popping hot smelling good when you walk into the lobby. You can watch the movies peacefully without cell phones ringing, or people talking on their phones. Sometimes there may only be one or two people in the theater and most times we're alone. Peace and comfort.
Clean theater-little warmer for a theater. I don’t like how the website didn’t warn us this theater isn’t available for 4DX -and I was forward for the 4DX,even drove a little ways. Overall great experience but terrible seats
Watched Pushpa movie here. Sound system is disappointing for all songs, with the music volume being too low. It’s a poor experience overall, and the sound quality needs significant improvement.
Nice theater, clean. Seems more expensive than other theaters. They don't have $5.00 movie & free popcorn on Tuesdays. They do show some good indie films that you don't see in other theaters. Not busy.
I grew up going to this theater with my parents and brothers, so the building holds a lot of nostalgic value. Unfortunately, it now feels like a shadow of what it once was. Concessions were steep—$12 for a medium popcorn and $7 for a small pop. I understand theater snacks are usually pricey, but this felt excessive. The theater also seemed very understaffed, with only one person running concessions and two at guest services. The biggest issue, though—and I’ve seen others mention it—is how late movies actually start. My girlfriend and I were scheduled to see the new How to Train Your Dragon at 7:30pm. After 15 minutes of ads, the movie didn’t begin until 8pm. The viewing itself was fine, but had we known about the delay, we would’ve picked an earlier showtime. The whole place felt like a ghost town. I’ve driven past it on M-5 and often wondered if it was still open. After going tonight, I understand why it looks deserted. The theater is in serious need of a remodel—not just physically, but in how it operates. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The sentimental value just isn’t enough anymore.
I hate leaving bad reviews but this was my first time there and probably won’t go back. My partner and I drove over 30 minutes to the cinema and made sure to be there at 11am when it said they opened so we could have a shot at getting the exclusive Jurassic World Rebirth popcorn bucket. When we got there at 10:40 people were going in already so we headed in to the concession just to be told they were sold out. Knowing how scalpers are I wasn’t to surprised but still! There was barely anyone there. We accepted our defeat and waited in the lobby for the movie time. We went in to watch the movie and sat in probably the most compact, uncomfortable seats ever and contemplated leaving multiple times on that alone. After the movie on our way out we ran into someone they had the bucket asked them how they managed to snag one and he said “they opened the doors early at 10:30 cause there was a family outside waiting. While I was getting mine there were people coming in to buy the bucket and then leaving”. That is absolutely mind blowing to me. How is it okay for people not seeing the movie to come in and buy the merchandise while paying customers are out of luck. Also the entire time we were there nobody checked the tickets we purchased.
Visited Regal Cinemas yesterday to watch a movie in Screen 10. While the movie itself was great, especially the music and songs, the experience was completely let down by the poor audio quality. The speakers seemed broken, and the sound was bursting and distorted throughout the film. It really took away from the enjoyment, especially for a movie with such a strong soundtrack. Hope they fix the sound system soon—it's crucial for a good theater experience!
This is the worst movie theater I have ever been in. Prices are absolutely insane. I paid $9 for a large drink and $30 for a drink popcorn and ticket. The soda tastes like it's watered down and the movie theater was trashed. If your gonna watch a movie go to imagine or MJR. Also the seats don't even recline. Massive L.

Had our work party here. The place is really nice. The bowling was a lot of fun. I recommend bring your friends or family here. They also have a band are which we haven't seen yet. Great place!!
I had my birthday party there (grown folks). Dave and staff were great! The lanes are nice, everything was clean, and the parking and entrance is great for my seniors who attended, even for a snowy winter day. No complaints.
Sunday before New Year’s Eve. We threw together an eight man birthday party for our 14-year-old. The place was super busy, but Dave and the rest of the staff seemed to have no problem running the facility absolutely perfectly
Went bowling and wanted to score 100, but I got 99 was mad the entire next month. 1 star. But, the establishment is quite fine, and the games are quite inexpensive. So 5 stars.
I unfortunately had a bad experience here with one of the employees. I was apart of there summer league and would go to this alley often as it was close to my house. The employee (JOHN) asked that i do not bring in my person water jug as he claims that it is a health code violation. I agreed and put my water in my car. Coming back i noticed many other customers have there own person water jugs on tables where they are bowling at. I confronted the employee about this and he brushed it off and said these people were apart of the league. This upset me deeply as i was a regular and if you are going to have rules it should go for everyone not just pick and choose. Also i did not like the fact that they ask to see my bowling shoes upon playing as if they dont trust me. The owner is a good guy but the employee really rubbed me the wrong way and i do not see myself coming back and will tell everyone i know not to bowl here.
We had a great time. They have made a lot of improvements from the last time I was there. The kids had so much fun and I am looking forward to coming back.
I am a volunteer for The High school bowling tournament that is being held at Wonderland Bowl on Friday February 21 and Saturday 22nd 2025. The last post is not true. The youth are the Future for bowling and all other sports . Yes there was no open bowling but it was due to the tournament.( No different then adult tournaments) The staff has always ( past 6 years that I have volunteered) been amazing over accommodating to Anyone who walks in there doors. I am discussed that the lady said “ The guy with long hair” was not helpful I was standing right at doors when she walked in. Also it states on the website Please call ahead for schedule. So for this woman to say all the negative stuff she said is wrong in so many ways. I worked in the bowling industry for over 20 years and let me tell you. Wonderland is the cleanses from Commerce to Detroit. And amazing Manager Dave. If you saw this lady’s post please do not take what she says until you visit Wonderland yourself.
Our family loves to bowl, and we tried this location out. The lanes are great and the staff was cool. It's become our favorite location to bowl, even with a little further drive.

I had my bridal shower here back in October and it was beautiful. The view of the lake is stunning. Our event coordinator Maddy was absolutely amazing and so accommodating!
We recently attended a wedding and reception at Beacon Hill Golf Club & Event Center, and I have to say, it was absolutely stunning! The venue offers breathtaking views overlooking the lake, creating the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Megan Kotsonas and Jenna Curry—both were incredibly attentive and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this beautiful venue for a wedding or any special occasion!
I played this golf course on a Sunday in September. The course is located well off the beaten track in the middle of a newer subdivision. The tee boxes were in good shape, but some were sloped. The fairways were also in good condition . The greens were in good condition and fast. The only drawback I could see was that the rough was US Open long, and you could lose a holf ball if you were a few yards from the fairway. The holes were fairly long, with a lot of long forced carries. I do not recommend this course for women or short drivers. Bring your long clubs. Overall, the course is a good value . Bring your A game and expect all aspects of your game to be used. This course is a good test of golf.
Course was well maintained and greens were smooth. A few tee boxes were rough and/or uneven but the cart paths were extremely rough and in poor shape. Pace of play was very slow with ~2 groups waiting every hole
The course is in great shape already and the greens were rolling fast and smooth! Looks like they got new carts too that are very fancy
The owners of Beacon Hill and Brentwood seems like have completely given up on maintaining the course. Greens and fairways have poop everywhere, pace of play is SUPER slow, craters and divots everywhere including the greens, leagues everyday, not a single flat tee box, the list goes on and on, and to top it all off they will charge $70 to play the course which is double the price compared to a couple years ago. SAVE YOUR MONEY
The banquet hall was very warm. But I have to give 5 stars to your server Evan excellent attitude was very polite and just a great young man.
Only played 9 holes but it was a great time and the course was i. Great shape!

Cute park to take pictures at with tons of little decor and old cottage farm vibes. The mature trees offer great filtered light and there is a shallow river with a bridge. The parking lot is just gravel at the corner of commerce and south commerce across from 7 eleven.
Used to buy penny candy, and more from the beautiful people that ran this when I was a child growing up in commerce village. So many good memories involve this place I’m so glad it’s still around in one form or another when I lived there they had a feral cat sanctuary in the back ducks in the front. I have a cute little store that sold candy. Such a cool place.
Really picturesque place to walk around and get photos. Quaint and adorable!

Really good time for my wife, 2 kids (4 & 1.5yrs old) and I. Great layout with tons of trains in operation. Only $5/adult and all kids 5 and under are free with paying adult. We did two laps and were in and out in just over 1 hour. I could have hung out longer! Highly recommend checking it out!
Huge train layout with many trains running. We spent almost 2 hours and it felt like we were there just a short time. Railfans, families, little kids - something for everyone who likes trains!
Wonderful place showing replicas of trains that ran on the 1950s to 60's. They spoke about the routes which the trains ran and showed little model replica 1950s town America. Even the model trains had little people and details in it. It recently reopened in November 2021. The building is deceptively nondescript outside, but inside it was amazing to see the model replicas of people, trains, and historic America at that time. It was a lot of fun and we took our time reading the little historic remarks and getting the feel of the time period. The volunteers and staff were friendly and answered our questions. After that, we got some ice cream at the DQ across the street.
Great spot for a wholesome family trip. Amazing what these men and women have done to create the tracks and landscapes in this building. Worth the trip.
I have visited several train museums throughout the United States, but I have never seen one like the Chi Town Union Station in Commerce Township. The scenery is just utterly fantastic and realistic. The trains are eklectic in nature anywhere from Steam Engines to the Silver Bullet Express trains. I like the extra touch of the old stores having names 4 people that have worked on this treasure. I highly advise it a visit to this Museum especially during the holiday seasons. I have taken my wife, a daughter, a son-in-law and grandchildren to this Museum.
Super fun. The owner will answer all your questions. Really well thought out display. Well done!
Took my dad for his birthday. His Dad worked on the Burlington Northern in the 30's. Very realistic.
Very impressive place. If you, your kids, or any of your family are in to trains, this is a must visit!

We get dinner, nearly every week with two other couples, and enjoy the tremendous food, the excellent service (by any one of several wait staff people) and the large number of TVs throughout gives every patron an unobstructed view of a variety of Sports programming. (Sometimes gets noisy from Sports patrons, but ya gotta LOVE our Detroit Sports teams!). Great cocktails, Great Wine List, outstanding food, and bring your friends… family friendly, moderate to mid pricing on entrées, and fresh, crisp salads!
Nice local joint with plenty of seating and parking. Menu is large without being overly complex. Food was very good, service was quick and attentive. My beer was almost icy it was so cold, very good. Overall it's a great little corner bar with a solid food and beer menu.
My husband and I ate there yesterday and have vowed never to return. I ordered their Michigan blue cheese salad that included walnuts. About a quarter of the way through the salad I noticed an off taste. I realized that the walnuts were rancid. I told the waitress and she offered to bring me a bowl to put the inedible walnuts in. SERIOUSLY!!!!! I said no thanks. My husband asked that we receive credit for the bad salad and we were told that they would take $1.50 off the bill. Avoid this place at all costs. We'll never be back. Lots of other choices to eat at in the area. Should have realized that the place was bad when we saw how empty it was.
Came in for a drink before dinner and the bartender was drunk. Eating off customer plates and messing up orders. She slapped our appetizer on the bar, our pot stickers flew across the bar and she just scooped them back on the plate with her hands.
Food was only okay. Started my meal with French onion soup and the broth did not have much flavor. For the entree I got the salmon and it was flat (both in taste and physical appearance). Husband said his steak was nothing special. My daughter did like her butter noodle dish though.
The restaurant is fun and friendly. The food and drinks are fabulous! Everyone makes you feel like family. I definitely recommend Willson's.
Great atmosphere, great service, food is a little overpriced for what you get. It's very average food. Nothing special. But love the booths and service has always been wonderful.
We normally enjoy this place…Just tried placing a carry out order. The woman who answered was completely rude and yelled at me bc she couldn’t hear me. Wr will be ordering from Kickstand tonight.

Absolutely gorgeous tiny park for a stroll or prom photos.
A very nice gravel nature trail to a few outlook decks and one covered bridge. There's a nice covered picnic area and a few grills scattered around the park. The covered picnic area was pretty unusable because it looks as if the geese spend a lot of time there on the tables. This is a very pretty park and a great place to watch birds and take a short stroll.
Wonderful bird watching of all kinds. In the spring see geese families and duck families getting their children ready for migration in the fall. Lots of eating and swimming. I saw a family of geese with seventeen chicks. If you see a bigger family please get a pic and post. The path through the area is nice but covered in goose grease so wear outdoor shoes. The area is essentially a boggy pond with bridges connecting the pond areas. There is a covered picnic area with several tables. It would be so much better to hike in if it weren’t for the constant loud road noise from I 5 nearby.
Stopped on our way home to take in some "nature." It wasn't bad. Saw rabbits, frogs, herings, swans & other birds. Just wish the park had warned of birds sharing picnic area & tables. We stopped to enjoy a picnic snack but had to watch out for small birds flying over head & bird droppings.
A large variety of birds in this area to view. Songbirds, geese, swans, ducks, and more. The park is placed very close to a busy road though, so you can constantly hear and see traffic, which makes it less enjoyable. But, it seems like a great spot to fish and hike around. Also, there is a gazebo for picnics, birthdays, or plain old relaxing!
This park is gorgeous! Wow. It appears unassuming from the road, yet as soon as you approach the park you see the beginning of the beauty! There are easy trails, but you don't have to go far from the lot to see beauty. Ducks and birds, fish, lots of wild plants, lakes, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, a lending library, and I saw some outdoor grills.
A pleasant experience. We counted 25 species of birds (and a muskrat) in just an hour, including some you wouldn’t expect to see in a suburban park right next to a highway. The only thing I thought was missing were interpretive signs, but it didn’t detract from the experience - the park made up for it by not having many joggers, dog-walkers, or families with screaming children.
Great little park for bird watching at migration time

Great place to hang out with friends and family.
Great place for date night! Bartenders are very nice and quick. Pool tables are in good condition. We haven't eaten here yet but the menu looks like your normal bar style food.
Good when you can get in. Unfortunately they make it hard to actually give them business with they're current hours. I try to come when I can to shoot pool, they have the nicest bar sized pool tables around for the best price. I want to give them more business but when you're only open 4 days a week starting at 5pm, rent out one of those days to a pool league, and close early the others...it's just hard. Please give them a try people. Maybe more business will get them better hours lol!!!
I went to shoot pool and was pleasantly surprised. They have two 7 foot Valley pool tables and you pay by the hour which is perfect for practicing. It's in a bowling alley so the food is bowling alley quality but that's not why I came. The felt is in good condition and the tables are level so I will be back regularly.
I was apprehensive when my husband wanted to have dinner at a bowling alley but all of our food was so good. We started with the fried pickles, which were the best I've ever had! The chicken quesadilla was also amazing. Check it out, even if you don't plan on bowling!
A must try place! The food was inventive, fresh & delicious ! The decor was fun, beer & cocktails were yummy. Friendly staff. A great night out. We made reservations.
Our local bowling alley with pool tables switched out to an arcade and we luckily discovered this little gem. While we didn't try the food, the drinks and the bartender was too quality! We WILL be back!!
Waitress physically assaulted me and my girlfriend. She’s a former WWE star and was verbally and physically abusive. Beer prices were also higher than anywhere else.

Had a blast at this trampoline park! I went for my niece's bday. It's fun for both kids and adults, with plenty of options to keep everyone entertained. From open jump areas to a cool basketball court, there’s something for everyone. Great place for active fun and burning energy. I highly recommend!! Looking forward to going back now for my nephew's bday. 😀
The kids always have a blast here. Pizza for the parties is subpar but about as we expected. It also gets really warm in there on the weekends (55 degrees outside but probably close to 80 inside). Overall, it's a great place to take kids to burn energy and create memories.
I was surprised to learn how close this was to its competitor Urban Air. In terms of price they’re about equal however I feel Sky Zone focused more aerobic activities with less video games and carnival-esque activities (laser tag, go karts, & other rides). It’s hard to compare the two side by side. Again if you want more physical activity I think Sky Zone wins. It’s nice as it has a small cafe and plenty of places to just sit back a relax while you watch your kids go bonkers.
Price is high. Best to get the membership if you come more then once. Place is cleaner then others. Not busy during the daytime. It’s nice they are open during the day. Staff is friendly at the desk The floor workers are not. They aren’t friendly when they talk to the kids. . Food is pricy.
Awesome time. They seem to have limited seating. Encourages you to play and be involved. Security on the timely wristbands and kids were on high alert. Kinda made the environment feel “men in black”… with there technology to speak to one another. No lockers and had to sign up for a memberships for the price it should be.
Trying to end our membership was a complete nightmare and overly complicated. I wasted so much of my time navigating all over their website. I called countless times and not once did they answer their phone, regardless of what time of day I called. When I got back into town, I had to drive to their facility and find someone there who could cancel our membership (apparently they somehow messed up my account). I wasted told they took care of it and successfully cancelled my membership, only to find out they didn’t. I was still charged $50 and still enrolled! When I emailed management about my experience, they responded with contract papers and saying I should have ended my membership sooner. That’s exactly what I had been trying to do for weeks! It was an extremely frustrating experience. Stay away unless you plan on being a member forever.
Skyzone has made very disappointing recent changes. They have gotten rid of the wall run and super tramps. These high quality and very expensive super tramps made this park unique and stand out compared to other places. They are not catering to the teen and young adult customers who already struggle with finding healthy social and exercise outlets compared to the younger age groups. We have been members to this facility for three years but will be ending our membership. I also expect a full refund on my two annual memberships as they were only for your wall run and super tramps.
Went here for my Nephew's birthday party. The kids gad a blast and everyone else seemed to be loving it. The pizza went over well and staff was attentive making the party smooth. It was good to see the kids getting playtime and not screen time.
