wonderful place. a fairly short distance from highway. does not require seasoned hiking skills. falls is gently spread. swimming area is fine.
A good slice of nature. Best for mountain trekkers and nature lovers. For those who have respiratory and heart problems as well as for those who are physically blessed with chubby bodies just be extra cautious and tread slowly, the way is a little bit challenging for this type of people.
Mother nature change its past beauty, though the water is still cold. The ambience can still be appreciated by nature lovers. Prepare 7.00 pesos for the first entrance fee and 10.00 pesos also that you will pay to the caretaker you'll pay that money after walking shortwhile and register your names to the visitor's logbook.
Epol falls can be added to your itinerary when you plan to visit Bemwa farm. It is a great place to experience a minor trekking activity. There is a minimum payment of 10 pesos each if i’m not mistaken. Can be accessed by slim and asthmatic individuals. Still for safety purposes, please bring your medicine kit. The place is clean and peaceful. After a tiresome trekking activity there’s a cool spring/falls awaits ahead. One must bring extra clothes in order not to miss the chance to swim.
Cold Water , very nice, cold weather you can feel the nature. I bet you would not want to swim on the icy water hahaha it freezes your muscle
A little hile from the parking lot to the house where we stayed. Loved the fresh air and the coldness of the weather. The falls were lovely and cold. =)
A serene place for relaxation! A half kilometer hike will be needed to reach the icy water of the falls!
It rained hard the day before we went so going down and up was a struggle. Worth it when you get to the falls though.
